Jimmy R. was a 100% professional from the moment we contacted him until the minute he left our home. Besides quickly submitting his quotations with multiple options (anticipating things we'd want or need BEFORE we'd thought of them), he kept his appointment time, called us an hour ahead to notify us of his impending arrival, and started the work immediately when he arrived. He installed a new garage/house door with the frame and double locks. He was friendly, well-organized, considerate of our home and pets, and was careful to thoroughly clean up after the work was completed. It's refreshing to hire a contractor who's conscientious, professional, organized and does everything they said they are going to do, how and when they said they were going to do it. The quality of his work was excellent, the cost very reasonable and I enthusiastically recommend him to any and everyone who requires his services. THANK YOU Jimmy for a job well done!

This family owned company is amazing! So very knowledgeable, and they actually care about people! Very honest, and reliable! These guys were a breathe of fresh air to do business with, and they fixed our electricity right up! We had problems with a very old home and an electrical mess to say the least, and they were able to fix the situation in an excellent timeframe and with great care!! Needed an electrician to install and wire vent fans, a plug, and some switches.  Tyner electric came out on the scheduled day and completed the work.  Very professional and reliable.  Would recommend.

Great experience with Raines Electric in getting a manual control switch installed for a portable generator. My contact person was Brian.  We communicated via text, as it was easier for me to send him pictures to get an estimate for the job. He was quick to reply, provided very reasonable rates, and the technician arrived on time. Michael and James were on time and installed the manual control switch. I had some questions about the install and sent a picture to Brian. He wasn't particularly happy with the install, and he arranged for Randy to make the necessary corrections to the the positioning of the manual control switch to make it safer. I'm very happy with Brian's response and with the company. Raines was referred to me from one of my neighbors, and I in turn, recommended them to another neighbor. Surprised at the couple of bad reviews I've seen on here, because my experience was great!

They came out quickly and solved a difficult electrical issue for me without charging me an arm and leg to do so. Very impressed with Zubras. Showed up on time and even called back to confirm the issue was solved a couple days after doing the work.

We bought a spec home and Lanehart was our builder's electrician.  There was some programming that had to be changed with our ceiling fans and they made it easy and convenient.  They answer the phone with professionalism and the actual electricians are always on time or early and very professional.  They are coming back out to install another ceiling fan and I have the upmost confidence they will be great.   So far, it has been a pleasure working with them.

Copper Creek Electric has been my to go company for the last couple of years. Their response time is usually within an hour. And they have always been honest and upfront with any of my repairs. Ben has always been very helpful and always letting me know if I'm up to code with things in my house. He replaced a outdated circuit board and had it done in a few hours.  Today Candace and Ben came out and replace some lights and fans that were taken out when my house was struck by lightning. They are both so friendly and easy to talk to and very professional. Ben even did some work that I didn't know that was needed in my attic. He is always looking after his customers. And to me that states professionalism of the highest degree.  You definitely will not be unhappy with any of their services they provide.

Service man was on time and efficient but charged me $1350 for a $135 bill. Debited out of my account same day. Taking 5 days for refund. Will probably not use them again.

So I've had a few months and some new developments that I feel like I can accurately rate Mr. Electric and say that I would not recommend them. My electricity adventure started in November 2018 when I noticed a large jump in my electricity usage. I went from using 700-1000kwh per month to 600-700kwh per week and it slowly started to creep up. At first I chalked it up to my new dual level HVAC. As a single female living in a house with a smart thermostat that would turn down when I was away, I was really surprised at the usage. Eventually I called around to find an electrician to see if they could find the culprit of my huge electricity usage. At this point I was around 1000kwh per week, which is an INSANE amount of electricity for a single person living in a house who isn't even home often, I just don't use a lot of electricity. Mr Electric told me they do these electric audits and sent out an electrician. I explained my problem and the guy didn't seem to think there could be electricity leakage he did a high level check and gave me a quote to redo my electric box and ground some lines and basically made me feel like I was just not versed in electricity and it probably just came down to my usage + the grounding. So I sort of ignored it for a few months until it really got out of hand. Nothing in my routine had changed and I'm at 1200-1400kwh per week! My electric bill was ~$700 in sept/oct. So finally I just cut the power to the house and slowly turned on each circuit until I found the one that is causing the leakage (10kwh per hour). So thanks Mr. Electric for coming out, not doing your job and making me feel silly so I keep paying ridiculously high electricity bills.

Denton Electric pretty much redid all of the electric work at our office.  Danny was awesome, and they completed the job quickly!  Will definitely recommend them and him to any one I know!

I am a business owner with nearly 100 vendors and Cirro Energy may be the worst in 20+ years of doing business.  They have no idea how to bill a client with multiple locations. They also had my power disconnected because of their billing issues.  I have left them and have moved to another provider.  Should have done it long ago.  Put up with poor service with their reps and their billing dept.  Bill Beavers and Neil Turner should be running a lemonade stand instead of an electrical provider.  They have no clue.
