I was picking up a large piece of electrical strut from a supply house and the electrician from here was kind enough to saw-Za the 10ft piece of strut so I could fit it in my car.  Think he took pity on me watching as I tried to hacksaw it in the parking lot.

We've used Arrow to install new lights in our kitchen and then to remedy items in our home found during an inspection.  

Both times Arrow did a fantastic job, they were professional and timely.  And, best of all they are reasonably priced.  Our bid for replacing our lights was a couple hundred dollars less than other quotes!

When we used them to remedy inspection items, they noted items on the inspection report that were false and explained why.  Next he found a very serious is so that wasn't even addressed in our property inspection report!  He fixed all issues for a reasonable price.  

Arrow is also able to address your concerns with in an appropriate time frame.  In both cases I called them and they were at my house the next day.

We are now building a new house and we will be using them to install all of our new lighting.

We have used them many times on our investment properties.  They have done everything from minor repairs or installing a few fixtures to completely rewiring a house.  I do not have any complaints.

Don't know where to start ...  Diel Rojas answered my plea for help two days ago when I realized our AC was not working at 7pm. I had heard good things about this contractor and trusted my instincts and called and sent an email asking for urgent help.   He responded within 5 minutes and was at my house within 40 minutes. Diagnosed the issue which could not be fixed until the next day. He helped me get a floor fan set up for my husband who is bedridden.   The next day a new compressor  was installed and cool air blowing in no time. I am so very grateful to him for his compassion and dedication to his customers.  Thank you Diel for all you did!

Duggar electric has been to our home many times. We moved into an older home 5 years ago. We've had outlets added, had a new panel put in. They are professional, on time, and do excellent work. Their rates are extremely reasonable.  We highly recommend them for any electrical work!

We have been needing to get some electrical work done on our house for sometime. We had an addition added to our house plus some old wiring issues that needed to be worked out. I had called several handy man services but most of them were not licensed or not bonded. I was happy to find out the Mr Electric had both of these. We were able to schedule for a quote less then a week out which I was happy to hear.  Our appointment was between 8am and 11am. I received a text message at 8:07 am stating that their tech was on his way to our house. The election showed up less then 30 minutes later. His name was Bryan and I was happy to see he was following covid rules. He was very professional and went over the cost of the job and plus the detail of what was needed to be done. Initially we only had a few things needed to be done but I was so happy to find a honest company we decided to have more work done while he was at our house. I really appreciate and recommend Mr Electric for any work that you may need completed. We are happy we finally found a trusted company. Look forward to more upcoming projects in the future. I know what your thinking, how does this guy have all 5 star reviews all across the board? The truth is he [Adis] is really good at what he does. Not only is he good at what he does, he has great customer service skills as well. He listens to what you, as the consumer wants. He asks the right questions, and makes sure that you are happy before he leaves. He provides his expert opinion and does the job correctly and to code. Honest, and reliable, two of the best traits you could ask for in a company. I would definitely use him again.

Was satisfied with my service he did what he said he was going to do he contact on card and tell my service was restored after he did his repairs he stayed on them to make sure the service was restored I didn't have to do anything . I was very satisfied

I am selling my house and needed a closet fuse and two lights fixed. I was told by 6 other companies it would be next week. I needed today Wednesday. Not only did he come out he fixed everything!

R Squared are the best electricians in town! Amazing attention to detail & great customer service!  I've used them for all my electrical needs in every house I have owned and would highly recommend them.

I had a light fixture install scheduled through Legacy. The tech was scheduled to arrive between 8a-9a and afterwards conduct 4 hrs of work. The tech never showed. I decided to call the main office 30min after the arrival window ended. It turns out the tech had injured his shoulder and they were working to find a replacement but were unable to do so. The tech informed them of the injury at 8am. We called in to check on things at 9:30am. They had 1.5 hours to let us know the status of our work order, but never reached out. Our install also required preparation on our part that involved removed the previous lighting fixtures. But no one contacted us to let us know the job needed a replacement technician and was uncertain or nearly cancelled. Now we are left without lighting in two major areas of our house until we can schedule another company to conduct the work that Legacy committed to doing today. Had they simply contacted us we would have understood, decided on a time to reschedule, and paused on removing the previous light fixtures until then. Instead, Janie, the representative I spoke with on the phone gave an empty apology and then walked it back by saying, I'm sorry you see it that way when I mentioned she could have contacted us earlier to let us know the job status. Poor communication, lacked humility, and very unprofessional. Find someplace else that will hold to commitments or actually communicate in a timely manner if an emergency comes up.

I've used these guys a few times now. Upon the first time, it was due to my main ac was leaking water from underneath. After an inspection, we found the issue pretty fast. It needed a shop vac and one wasn't readily available. The tech picked up one close by and came back and finished the job. Did a 100% inspection and found my 14 year old builder installed ac had some issues. Priced out fixes and discussed in detail the remedy for it all. From gunk on my blower blades, to a motor being dry as hell and about to go, a previous ac tech cross wiring my condenser which caused the fan to blow the wrong way, and a few other issues, I just decided to get a brand new unit. And then the day of install. Such nice work. Took all day to install but everything was done nicely. Had my first check up on the new unit today and found out this is a family run business and the check up was included in their paid up front yearly service. It does save you money and if you need any repairs it does help on cost. Thanks for being one of the best AC companies around. My electricity bill and myself couldn't be happier!
