I was picking up a large piece of electrical strut from a supply house and the electrician from here was kind enough to saw-Za the 10ft piece of strut so I could fit it in my car.  Think he took pity on me watching as I tried to hacksaw it in the parking lot.

My initial experience with them was good, so was disappointed when I tried to use them again, but can't get them to come out. I was the first person to give them a review, shared their contact with lots of others, and disappointed that the loyalty has been forgotten. I've been tried calling, emailing, and texting....can't get a reply.

Julio is very nice and knows his stuff. After his team completed the work they came to do at our home (which was done quickly and beautifully) he pointed out a probelm we had that would cause a fire if not addressed quickly. He said if we PAID CASH he would give us a discount. We called another company and sent them a photo of the problem. He said it was the POWER COMPANYS side and would not be our expense. Julio knows his business but his dishonesty is shameful.
We will not call him again.

Have had nothing but positive experiences with Big Bear!  They do excellent work and are very reasonable with pricing.  I won't use anyone else.

I love this company. They are open 24/7 and very reliable and dependable. If something goes wrong they come as soon as they can to fix the problem. Such a Great Company!!!

We needed a bunch of new outlets and fixtures.  Ferguson electric was very responsive and worked with us to address all of our requests in a timely manner.  The price charged was very reasonable.  We will use them again for any electrical issues in or outside of our home.

We have been needing to get some electrical work done on our house for sometime. We had an addition added to our house plus some old wiring issues that needed to be worked out. I had called several handy man services but most of them were not licensed or not bonded. I was happy to find out the Mr Electric had both of these. We were able to schedule for a quote less then a week out which I was happy to hear.  Our appointment was between 8am and 11am. I received a text message at 8:07 am stating that their tech was on his way to our house. The election showed up less then 30 minutes later. His name was Bryan and I was happy to see he was following covid rules. He was very professional and went over the cost of the job and plus the detail of what was needed to be done. Initially we only had a few things needed to be done but I was so happy to find a honest company we decided to have more work done while he was at our house. I really appreciate and recommend Mr Electric for any work that you may need completed. We are happy we finally found a trusted company. Look forward to more upcoming projects in the future. Thank you Bryan for such a great job.

Great place to do business with. Always on time and the prices are reasonable. Located in arlington and they have many techs to get things done on time.

I needed repair on a wall outlet in the bathroom, that did not have power. A flood light that also did not have power, and an entrance light fixture that didn't have power and needed to be replaced. Brandon came out on time, very professional, completed the work. However, I believe it was a big scam for the amount that I was charged. They charged me over $600 to install an existing light fixture and diagnose / tell me that the other bathroom socket and flood light had no electricity and needed to be repaired (which is why I called them initially). For diagnosis, they charged $400, and did not fix the problem. I believe that I was overcharged at least by half. When I called and inquired about their rates, the owner explained, that it was $69 for them to come out and diagnose the problems, and give me an estimate for how much it would cost to fix. However, I was informed when the tech arrived that $69 is simply just for him to come out. I was completely mislead. If I would have received the correct price estimate, I would have certainly went with a different company that actually charges per hour to repair everything. Instead I ended up paying $200 per hour, and only 1 problem out of 3 was actually resolved. I would never recommend them.

If I could give no stars I would. We contacted Mr. Carter to hire him for one of our properties. We texted him and he was extremely rude and unprofessional. He actually got upset because we asked basic questions. He had the audacity to say, too many questions and. I can't take you seriously. I was baffled by the lack of professionalism. He even tried to charge us more because we are in California. We've hired several contractors to look at our property in Dallas and never have I heard of a charge for being in a different state. I can't take an electrician who can't answer basic questions like, how much do you charge? seriously. It was a horrible interaction and he definitely will not get our business nor does he deserve yours.

****Update**** Then he texted me the next morning being very childish. Just more evidence of how unprofessional he is.

Sean and Christian were awesome!!! We had them come to our job and fix some lights and install some doorbells. They were honest, clean and respectful I highly recommend them to anybody that want great quality work for a good price. We will definitely call them when we need their help. By far the best electricians in Dallas. I've been contracting R-Squared Electric for both small/large residential and commercial projects for more than 5 years. To this very day, they have never let me down or failed to exceed my expectations by any stretch of the imagination.

I had a light fixture install scheduled through Legacy. The tech was scheduled to arrive between 8a-9a and afterwards conduct 4 hrs of work. The tech never showed. I decided to call the main office 30min after the arrival window ended. It turns out the tech had injured his shoulder and they were working to find a replacement but were unable to do so. The tech informed them of the injury at 8am. We called in to check on things at 9:30am. They had 1.5 hours to let us know the status of our work order, but never reached out. Our install also required preparation on our part that involved removed the previous lighting fixtures. But no one contacted us to let us know the job needed a replacement technician and was uncertain or nearly cancelled. Now we are left without lighting in two major areas of our house until we can schedule another company to conduct the work that Legacy committed to doing today. Had they simply contacted us we would have understood, decided on a time to reschedule, and paused on removing the previous light fixtures until then. Instead, Janie, the representative I spoke with on the phone gave an empty apology and then walked it back by saying, I'm sorry you see it that way when I mentioned she could have contacted us earlier to let us know the job status. Poor communication, lacked humility, and very unprofessional. Find someplace else that will hold to commitments or actually communicate in a timely manner if an emergency comes up.

Just got a quote to replace the system in my house. Not only was the service tech 2 hours late, the quote I got was extremely rushed and cookie cutter. Not to mention $4k higher than my Reliant quote. His response to me was well sorry I came out ..... that seals the deal for me.
