I was picking up a large piece of electrical strut from a supply house and the electrician from here was kind enough to saw-Za the 10ft piece of strut so I could fit it in my car.  Think he took pity on me watching as I tried to hacksaw it in the parking lot.

When a severe thunderstorm with high winds resulted in falling tree limbs tearing the electric meter from our home late on a Thursday, I left an after-hours message for Arrow Electric. By 9 am on Friday, Henry and Alex had already begun work; 4 pm the damage was completely repaired and even some additional wiring issue with our older home was corrected.  This was all done at a reasonable price and in a very professional manner.
But Arrow's excellent service did not end there. They went to bat for us with the city regarding the timing of inspection. When Oncor required our electrician to be present when their power lines were reconnected due to the presence of 3 phase lines, Arrow returned (twice).  When our 3 phase air conditioner had problems upon restart of the power, they helped troubleshoot that issue.
All in all, we highly recommend Arrow Electric.

I contacted Julio over 3 months back but only last Friday met to discuss what was needed.  We reviewed the items and he said it would be done Tuesday.  Over the weekend I realized there were a couple of items I omitted.  His crew did a great job and Julio even got my extra items added.  I would have given them 5 stars but they trampled (destroyed) about 4 or 5 wood ferns.

April '21: Big Bear replaced my air handler motor part# 60L21 ($209 at Amazon) and 75 minutes of labor...cost $872 (plus $89 diagnostic fee).  

Have used these guys for a decade and was extremely happy with them, however Big Bear has changed ownership within the last year or two.

Duggar electric has been to our home many times. We moved into an older home 5 years ago. We've had outlets added, had a new panel put in. They are professional, on time, and do excellent work. Their rates are extremely reasonable.  We highly recommend them for any electrical work!

We have been needing to get some electrical work done on our house for sometime. We had an addition added to our house plus some old wiring issues that needed to be worked out. I had called several handy man services but most of them were not licensed or not bonded. I was happy to find out the Mr Electric had both of these. We were able to schedule for a quote less then a week out which I was happy to hear.  Our appointment was between 8am and 11am. I received a text message at 8:07 am stating that their tech was on his way to our house. The election showed up less then 30 minutes later. His name was Bryan and I was happy to see he was following covid rules. He was very professional and went over the cost of the job and plus the detail of what was needed to be done. Initially we only had a few things needed to be done but I was so happy to find a honest company we decided to have more work done while he was at our house. I really appreciate and recommend Mr Electric for any work that you may need completed. We are happy we finally found a trusted company. Look forward to more upcoming projects in the future. I had an electrical issue pop up this week and followed a friend's advice to call Double R. It's refreshing to see a company with very friendly employees who take the time to diagnose an issue and clearly have a lot of knowledge about their trade. The two individuals on my service call were very proud of their work and did a great job (for a very reasonable price). I know who I am calling from now on for any job!

Seriously I am so happy with his promptness, quality of work and his honest rate... going to recommend him for anyone that needs electrical work! Couldn't be happier!

Great place to do business with. Always on time and the prices are reasonable. Located in arlington and they have many techs to get things done on time.

$69 for a service call to come out and then quoted me another $744 to evaluate the job in order to get an estimate. He did not even go into the attic to check the wiring or do any assessments on the electric work. This is scam operation and unfair pricing. They claim to have Up Front pricing, see wording from their website below:

We will then show you what the job will cost before the job starts. We strive to evaluate every job to ensure that we will provide you with the best and most cost-effective solutions.

A service call should cover the cost to come to the job site + provide an assessment of what it costs to fix the issue at hand. Instead, they have hidden layers of fees and costs that are unfair to the average homeowner. We did not move forward with their services.

Our oven was out commission for almost 2 months until Macarther Carter came and did various troubleshooting that other technician's did not think or want to try. He went above and beyond to try and get the it fixed and eventually ended up going out his way and replacing the wiring that an appliance technician should have done. Really appreciate his hard work and would recommend his services 10 out of 10!

they don't show up to the appointments and their customer service representative sounds like a robot,  no apologies, no explanation for why their price for just a visit went up from $75 to $85 within 2 weeks. Plus the owner ignored my email complaining about no show.

I used them to replace a federal pacific panel and move it outdoors.  

Excellent communication.  Honest and competitive quote.  No surprise additional charges.  I wish all other contractors did business with the same level of professionalism.  I highly recommend them.

By far the best electricians in Dallas. I've been contracting R-Squared Electric for both small/large residential and commercial projects for more than 5 years. To this very day, they have never let me down or failed to exceed my expectations by any stretch of the imagination.

I had a light fixture install scheduled through Legacy. The tech was scheduled to arrive between 8a-9a and afterwards conduct 4 hrs of work. The tech never showed. I decided to call the main office 30min after the arrival window ended. It turns out the tech had injured his shoulder and they were working to find a replacement but were unable to do so. The tech informed them of the injury at 8am. We called in to check on things at 9:30am. They had 1.5 hours to let us know the status of our work order, but never reached out. Our install also required preparation on our part that involved removed the previous lighting fixtures. But no one contacted us to let us know the job needed a replacement technician and was uncertain or nearly cancelled. Now we are left without lighting in two major areas of our house until we can schedule another company to conduct the work that Legacy committed to doing today. Had they simply contacted us we would have understood, decided on a time to reschedule, and paused on removing the previous light fixtures until then. Instead, Janie, the representative I spoke with on the phone gave an empty apology and then walked it back by saying, I'm sorry you see it that way when I mentioned she could have contacted us earlier to let us know the job status. Poor communication, lacked humility, and very unprofessional. Find someplace else that will hold to commitments or actually communicate in a timely manner if an emergency comes up.

I see their vans speeding on my street (I live on busy street), when they finally kill someone trying to maximize profit I hope the lawyers really stick it to them.
