Best Electricians in United States

Daniel Electric Co Electrician
I had last used Daniel electric in 2013, and had a chance to work with them again this week.  I had a GFCI circuit go out in my kitchen, no power at all,and the fuse wasn't blown.  The team spent 2.5 hours chasing down a junction box where a wire had come loose in a totally separate room.  Most electricians probably would've given up, but these guys really puzzled it out, and the final price was more than fair.  Cannot recommend them enough, very very happy with their service.

Anderson Lighting & Electric Electrician
This was a near disaster. I hired Anderson Lighting & Electric to run power out to my back yard shop along with cat-5 and coax cable. My breaker panel that they were tapping off of is in my garage. They had to cut away the plywood paneling above it to get access to the panel/power and in the process of cutting thru the plywood cut into the live/hot wire to my clothes drier tripping the breaker and killing power to the drier along with most everything else in the house. It's fortunate that the power was the only thing that was killed. Next they ran the wrong wires out to the shop. They ran 2 conductor with a ground and it should have been 3 conductor with a ground. Then they  ran the grey pvc electrical conduit on the outside of by brick work coming out of my garage attic. This looked awful and had to be re-run down the inside of the garage wall which was mostly out of sight and looked much better. Two of the workers smoked a lot of cigarettes and after they finished working the job I had to go around and pick up their cigarette butts.  They were late both days they worked. I had already dug the trench for the wires out to the shop myself including digging under my patio pavers and leaving a piece of 1 inch pvc pipe under the pavers for their works to use. They never even saw the pipe I left and ended up digging/driving another piece of pipe next to mine.Go figure. They spilled a lot of pvc pipe adhesive on my drive way. Fortunately it cleaned up without much trouble. I was home all day both days they worked this job and a lot of the confusion could have been avoided if they would have just gone over things with me before they started or at anytime during the job they could have doubled checked things with me. All the mistakes were corrected and I have electrical service, cat-5 and coax cable out to my shop now. I'd like to think what happened on this job is not normally how Anderson Lighting & Electric works but I will never know because I won't use them again or recommend them to others.

Allstars Electric Heating & Air Conditioning Electrician
Glenn did great getting us fixed up. We just bought a new fridge and realized the appliance was tripping the gfi (after we had already moved everything around and had a fridge/freezer full of food!). We called Glenn and he was out in about an hour and got us all fixed up with a new breaker and outlets we needed. He was very knowledgeable and quick. We had to troubleshoot a few things and he stayed around to make sure everything worked well and didn't trip. I recommend calling Glenn!

Infinity Services Electrician
I had issues with my A/C and circuit box. Called a high-priced A/C company and wasted money. Scott troubleshot the problems, made the fixes at an extremely reasonable price,  and I couldn't be happier. I would honestly recommend Infinity Services to anyone.

Upton Electric Electrician
I was looking for an electrician to install a manual transfer switch to connect a portable generator to my house, something which I had very little knowledge about.  From my research online, I should've expected to pay around $700 for this job.  Every electrician I called was quoting me $1200+! I was getting so frustrated, until I called Chris at Upton Electric.  He responded very promptly and quoted me a very fair price, right around the amount I was expecting to pay.  Even during the 30 degree weather, his electrician, Terry worked on the transfer switch all day and stayed to test out the generator to make sure everything worked properly. I will definitely be using them for any future projects.

*In reference to the other negative review - Yes, the first house of labor is $117, then any hour after that is at a reduced amount.  That is a FAIR price. It doesn't make sense for a company to come out for a job and charge $20 even if it's for 5 minutes of work.

Hernandez Electrical Services Electrician
Jose Hernandez came out today to repair several outlets that were not wired correctly. He also diagnosed many electrical problems in my house that need to be addressed. He was professional and on time. He came out the same day I called him. He charged me a fair price. I would highly recommend him and will use him in the future.

BEWARE! GET A FIRM QUOTE FROM THESE GUYS. They charged me 275.00 for less then 15 minutes of actual work. They set an appointment with Oncor to install 2 lugs in our meter box. They tell me the oncor guy was 30 minutes late, apparently that's my fault or problem. They tell me it took less then 15 minutes to install the lugs, seems reasonable. They bill me for 2 1/2 hours and 2 electricians! Yes 2 electricians to install 2 lugs in a box, REALLY!!  When I questioned the bill Sam says I better pay it or he will call the inspector to revoke the permit and shut off the power! It is interesting that he says he had to meet the inspector on a separate trip when in fact he told me on the phone that they had worked with this inspector enough that the inspector just released the job over the phone...what's up??? Also the inspector told me the permit was 100.00 yet over the phone Sam told me it was 200.00 and on my bill it was 150.00. I may just take this one to small claims! By the way 275.00 did not include the permit so the bill was 425.00 total!! Two electricians one for each lug to install??

Owens Bob Electric Electrician
This company is fairly expensive, which would've been fine. But they are also slow, which would've been fine. But they also made mistakes that I am going to have to pay to repair.

Holes for recessed lights were cut too big. The electrician recommended I go buy plastic ceiling medallions to make them work.

I talked to the electrician about installing a ceiling fan, being careful to avoid the strobe effect from recessed lights nearby. The fan was installed using a downrod, instead of flush to the ceiling. It made shadows spinning around the room, until I took it down and re-mounted it flush.

They also came up with some good creative solutions for some other problems. But they worked here for two full days, charged over $1000 each day, did not address all my requests, and did several things that I had to redo.

Conductive Electric Electrician
At first, they seemed nice and reliable. They were able to ground the shop but, I had them run a large gauge wire for a Tesla.and asked that it be appropriate. I have had nothing but problems since. The destination charger stops charging randomly and also cuts down on amps. At first they put in a 40amp breaker and they had to come back. But, they would only change it to a 50amp.
I also had a problem that they charged me for a visit and not being there when we never agreed on the time. If they would have told me the time, I would have told them that I would be driving home from work and would have asked that they move the appointment back.
I spoke with the owner about a refund for that fee, which he agreed to refund it. I have yet to see the refund and when I call, I never get a return call.

I would not recommend this company to anyone!  Just terrible.
