I was very concerned about an electrical burning smell (and one evening a smoke smell that accompanied it). The first available appointment was one week out. One hour before their arrival window, I received a phone call telling me they would not be out for another week. This was very distressing. I try to be understanding during Covid, but understand the burning smells were a little alarming and the last-minute reschedule was a bit of a shock.

The electrician was nice enough, but since my main problem that I was very specific about when I made the appointment was an electrical burning smell in a certain area of my home, it was very inconvenient that he would not lift his mask to smell the smell, which was very faint when he was here. I respect the Covid masks and I even offered to put an N95 over my surgical mask. No luck, which I respect.

This second appointment should never have been set if their technician has to smell it in order to diagnose. I asked about checking outlets and the panel and what could be done to try and determine anything, but there was no attempt to diagnose further. I had specifically asked when setting the appointment if there was equipment to diagnose if certain outlets could be problematic, thermal image the panel, etc., and was told there was. In person, there was apparently nothing he could do.

I cannot recommend this company because they did not show the first time and the second appointment should never have never been set if they have to use their sense of smell for diagnosis which is going to be tough unless the smell is very strong. This whole mess has cost me two weeks and now I have to find another company.

Mr Olson went above and beyond in assisting me with having my power restored following the tornado. He communicated extremely well with me during the process and not once was I left thinking, I wonder if/when is he going to call me. Not only did he save me money, but he is completely knowledgeable and transparent in the way he conducts business, which is difficult to find these days. AN HONEST PERSON WITH INTEGRITY! If he doesn't think you need a repair, he's not going to sell you 5 things just because you don't know better. He's going to tell you that everything is fine if it's fine. I highly recommend Olson Electric, you will not be disappointed with the amazing customer service and repairs.

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. I would definitely recommend Paschal Air and will use them again in the future. Thanks, James and Pascal Air for a job well done!

Victor did an outstanding job replacing wiring and upgrading and moving my electrical panel to ensure it was up to code. He did a great job, kept me updated on progress and finished ahead of schedule. If I ever need electrical work done again, Victor and Custom Electric will be my first call. Great company.

I have used RB Electric several times and Chris is wonderful.  He is very knowledgeable, trust worthy and he is my go to guy and I will not use anyone else. Ladies, if you are worried about contractors taking advantage look no further.  They are very competitive in their pricing, professional and excellent at what they do.  Very good company and people!

I have an issue with my exterior wiring since my house was built and  was wired by C& B. The breaker and GFCI breaks every time it rains. I called this issue in several times under warranty and it was never fixed. Now that I am out of warranty they have tried to fix it and failed and charged me for it. They don't back up their work, they don't honor their warranty and they install things so that they don't work when it rains. I can't say enough that no one should use this company.

Amazing. Ran into them by chance and so glad I did. Terry was able to fix our partial power issue within 1.5 hours, including tracking down the replacement part and installing it. I couldn't be more happier with the service. I'd highly recommend and will be using them again.

CitySquad was recommended by the local Tesla Owners group and Chris and his tech provided exceptional service.  Very friendly and efficient work, and understands the evolving EV landscape and does not add on EV surcharge fees like some electricians might.  I would happily call on them again for future electrician needs

Bought our house recently and our builder had IME install the A/C units. The A/C units were not blowing cold air, so called IME since the units and installation are still under warranty. Their customer service representative (Jake) was curtious and even called me back to let me know someone cancelled and gave me the option of an earlier time slot. Cesar came out to the house and he was friendly and provided excellent service. I thought it was just one unit with the issue, but Cesar was thorough and let me know it was an issue with both units. Cesar corrected the issue with both units and we had nice cold air filling the house by the time he was done. The only thing preventing me from giving a 5 star rating is that it should have been done right the first time when the units were installed. Otherwise customer service (Jake) gets a 5 star, Cesar (the tech) gets a 5 star, and IME honoring their warranty with no questions asked gets a 5 star. Original installation is what is holding the rating down to a 4 star. I was impressed with their service and wish I could give them a 4.5

I do not recommend this company.  They were sent by my Home warranty company and after I had paid for $150 worth of freon the AC was not working any better than it was before they came.  On the second visit they repaired something unrelated and still no change, which meant every night for 3 weeks it was 80 degrees in my house.  On the 3rd visit they wanted to add more freon for $50!  Why would I do that when I had already wasted $150 with ZERO results????  I am done with One Guard Home Warranty and Speedy Electric and still have an AC that needs repairing so I can sleep at night.

I hired Hiho Handyman for painting, flooring and lighting in my kitchen and bathroom and was very satisfied.  They exceeded my expectations in every way and cleaned up after they were finished.    This is an honest, five star company.  I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends.

Do not use this guy. He came in and created more problems than he fixed and then when he came back to fix them... which he could not do, had the audacity to try and charge me for looking for the problem he created and could not figure out how he did it.

ALSO - I presented him with the problem of a doorbell that was not working... he said it wouldn't be worth trying to fix because he'd have to trace the wires and that could take forever because the doorbell was mortared into the wall. He said we should use a wireless which would have cost a lot and looked ugly. On a whim I bought a 4.98 replacement doorbell. I popped out the old one and put it in. It worked fine.

He is a nice guy, but not much of an electrician. When he screwed things up he had let some kid that works with him, whom I do not believe is even a licensed electrician do most of the work while he stood around talking. Needless to say... NEVER use him.
