I had some weak breakers in my panel as well as other issues. I have used Mr. Sparky once before and was completely satisfied with the company, I called them to fix my new problems and Steven B. was wonderful. Prompt, very nice and explained every detail of what needed to be done at my house. Considering the 102 degree weather and the amount of time he spent in the attic, he was still very professional and pleasant. I would highly recommend Mr. Sparky. Thanks to Steven !

Don't know what happened with the reviewer who said Gary didn't call back but that was not my experience. Gary was very helpful and guys showed up right on time. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. I know they only have two reviews on yelp but on Google they have a bunch and they're all good. I will definitely use them again of need arises.

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. I have used Viktor's company a few times. He has installed our Tesla home wall connector, added multiple outlets inside and out of my home, and installed Samsung Frame tv. He was always on time, friendly, responded to calls and text within a timely manner, cleaned up after each project, honest, and always updated me as he went along. These folks did a great job on electric service required for our Pool. Attic insulation had to removed in area that Pool pump electrical needed to out. Once Pool pump was up and operational, we called to have the attic insulation repaired to original state. They came right out and did a great job moving all the disturbed insulation back in place. We are now ready for winter! Have also used them for breaker replacement in the main service panel.

We hired Jay for a difficult project that no other TV installer wanted to attempt. The challenge was to stack 2 TVs on top of each other in a cabinet that opens on the back and front, with a view from 2 rooms. Jay stacked them and was able to create a swivel of 180 degrees so that either or both TVs could be viewed from either room at will. We live in a loft and Jay managed to give us a sleek, functional design that also mimicked the architecture of our home. Really nice and exactly what we wanted!

We just bought a new home and our realtor recommended we use Bolen to fulfill many needs before we moved in. They came before we were out of our option period and provided a very thorough inspection (way better than our home inspector). Bolen uncovered many issues in our 1960's build where remodeling hadn't been done correctly or things weren't up to code. Once we took possession of the home, they came in and fixed everything before we moved in. The technicians were pleasant and thorough. I feel like my home is safe. We're continuing to build a list of things we need future help with (switches and new lights, etc) to have them come out for a second trip in the months to come.

First I have to say I went to bid for 2 units for our Condo Clubhouse. I worked with Kyle and he had a bid to me the next day and answered all my questions immediately thru email. The quote was complete, including taxes. They ended up installing the 2 units in the clubhouse and 2 other units in condos. They installed all 4 in one day. They were on time, they had a great crew, they worked quickly, they cleaned up everything when they were done and did a great job. Couldn't have been happier.

I have issue with mold around the AC vent. I called speedy for appointment and made sure that it is possible for them to notify me ahead of time prior to arrival. I was not able to wait 4 hours window due to my job. It never happens. I got a call when the technician was at the door already. Me and my boyfriend drove through traffic to the house but the technician left. He told us to change filter. I asked if he can help us change it as he is already there. (It is rental property) He refused and left for the next job. I end up pay 49$ with additional 325$ quote for vent cleaning. It is much more expensive than other company.
The communication should be improved big time. We are in 2016 and how hard it is to notify ahead of time. The operation seems to be 1990 style. I wish they could have told me that they are not able to notify customer. I would have not waste time with them. I pay 49$ trip charge dollars for nothing.

He has yet to provide me any reciept for a light switch that was not In a package. He also asked if he could have my brand new ceiling fans, he took down.
He was so great when I called him because I had someone else not show up and I had painters coming the next day. He said his work is phenomenal and he normally charged $85/hour BUT if I pay him $500 for 8 hours IN ADVANCE, I get deal. IT IS NO DEAL!

I was flustered and rushed to get him out and get more things done before I needed to get more done before painters came the next morning. HE LOVES to kill time with chattiThat's not good when you're paying by the hour!
He also wants you to give him buildings codes and access to your place without you there. This is so he can then pad his bill.. He complained about not being able to be there by himself on two counts.

I wrote an incorrect hour time on my check. I called and texted him the next morning and he confirmed I have 8 hours for $500. I also have that in writing.
He also confirmed he would come at scheduled time we agreed upon for Friday, OCt. 7th at 4:30pm and I didn't contact him Again until he contacted me that Friday. He called before our scheduled time and asked if I'm back in town? I said, umm I told you I had an appointment here in Dallas that would take me to about 4pm so 4:30pm is still the time. He launched into a whole thing about the fact he is at another job and he will be late and wanted to push out the time scheduled a week in advance. I said no, not acceptable To move to another day. I have other contractors coming that need your things done and I need them done personally as well. He finally shows up 2.5 hours late. He was clearly irritated about this.
He also left for 20 minutes, to get something from his truck as I was on the phone with my fiancé the whole time and was opening the door to find him and he comes up the stairs with yet another fabricated story about being locked out. He had his phone and could text or call for the code to glass doors he so easily forgot
Had he showed up at our agreed scheduled time, he could have completed everything and our contract could have been satisfied that night. He brings out this unpackaged almond dimmer light switch and I say, what is this? He says, it matches your other outlets... umm NO it does not?! All bathroom covers outlets are white???
We exchanged words, I left him to just get the job done and had to have his mismatched switch installed to make sure the light works.

Do not use this guy. He came in and created more problems than he fixed and then when he came back to fix them... which he could not do, had the audacity to try and charge me for looking for the problem he created and could not figure out how he did it.
ALSO - I presented him with the problem of a doorbell that was not working... he said it wouldn't be worth trying to fix because he'd have to trace the wires and that could take forever because the doorbell was mortared into the wall. He said we should use a wireless which would have cost a lot and looked ugly. On a whim I bought a 4.98 replacement doorbell. I popped out the old one and put it in. It worked fine.
He is a nice guy, but not much of an electrician. When he screwed things up he had let some kid that works with him, whom I do not believe is even a licensed electrician do most of the work while he stood around talking. Needless to say... NEVER use him.
