My technician Mr. Tony was phenomenal. Took the time to explain all the issues I was facing in my home and, most importantly, also shared my options.  However, in going through my options, he also was patient in answering each question.  As a bonus, he taught me the differences in the types of components in my breaker box and how to test them monthly. ABSOLUTELY first class technician! And OBTW, once my wife and I determined the option for us, he effectively and efficiently corrected all the issues! THIS is the service one expects! Choose Mr. Sparky for sure!

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. Victor did an outstanding job replacing wiring and upgrading and moving my electrical panel to ensure it was up to code. He did a great job, kept me updated on progress and finished ahead of schedule. If I ever need electrical work done again, Victor and Custom Electric will be my first call. Great company.

Josh and team did an amazing job fixing all of the light switches in my house and running an independent line for my hot tub outside. This was a two part project and his crew was professional-extremely knowledgeable and always available for follow up. I am looking at scheduling my next major project and they will be the first team I call!

These folks did a great job on electric service required for our Pool. Attic insulation had to removed in area that Pool pump electrical needed to out. Once Pool pump was up and operational, we called to have the attic insulation repaired to original state. They came right out and did a great job moving all the disturbed insulation back in place. We are now ready for winter!  Have also used them for breaker replacement in the main service panel.

Alex came out twice... once yesterday to replace two carbon monoxide detectors and then again today to replace five smoke detectors.  (It was my fault that he didn't replace those yesterday... he did say that they needed replacing and, much to my chagrin, I declined)  He squeezed us into his busy schedule and is very professional and personable.  I would highly recommend C&B for any electrical work.

I chose this company to replace one of our AC systems. I've contacted several companies in my area. Amazingly, for same system, quote were vary by almost $2000. I chose IME based on reputation, system they carry (LENNOX), price they offer, and fast support. Right after I sent an email to them, Mr. Tyler contacted me to schedule for walk through. Very next day, he showed up. He was professional, polite, was ready with shoe covers, mask, gloves. After 2 days, installation guys (3) came in the morning. It took about 3 hrs to complete the work. Mr. Tyler upgrade thermostat to WIFI enabled one without charge. Everything works so great. Believe me. I've researched and received quote from 4 other well known AC companies. When you need AC repair or installation, make sure to compare with IME.

Poor service from the start. First point of contact is with dispatcher who knows nothing about HVAC. Techs used only a sniffer to find leak and claimed it to be the evap coil on my 3 year old air handler. Came back and replaced it (very expensive), installed it incorrectly so that panel would not close completely, said nothing about it, and used tape close the gap. A year and a half later, same thing: No cold air and once again said the evap coil needed to be replaced--again. What I've uncovered after finding a good company is that any ethical professional in the business will tell you this is highly unlikely. Yet not a single contact at Speedy Electric was willing to acknowledge that fact or be willing to find the real source of the problem. Without visually identifying the leak, this company is ready to charge you thousands of dollars. In all my encounters with this company--over the phone or in person--I have found no one who is experienced and conscientious. Go elsewhere and get second and third opinions.

I hired Hiho Handyman for painting, flooring and lighting in my kitchen and bathroom and was very satisfied.  They exceeded my expectations in every way and cleaned up after they were finished.    This is an honest, five star company.  I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends.
