Wow!

Excellent customer service.  I called for help with an issue in my home.  They answered my call and had it repaired the next day.  The gentleman who completed the repair were efficient and professional.  The cost of the service call and repair was reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

Called Rodney at 4:45P to replace two LED light fixtures. Came to our house at 6P same day and was priced very well. Definitely recommend!

Great service and staff!   Chad was out several times working with me to determine the cause of my fan not working.  Ended up being a warranty issue and unit was replaced by the manufacturer.   Could not have been more pleased with the service provided by Chad at my home and with Lisa in the office.   I would highly recommend this company for anyone with need of ceiling fan repairs.

I came across DLI Electric in my search for an electrician to install an electrical outlet in the garage ceiling, an exhaust fan in each bathroom, and a vent hood. David gave me a fair price and scheduled me for the installs. Jonathan came out and did an awesome job completing the work. He took the time to answer any questions I had. I was very impressed that he took the time to clean up everything when he was done. I would not hesitate to hire again.

I submitted a request for service.  Barney called we discussed the service I needed and he asked if I was going be home tomorrow (today)  once we confirmed I would be home  he said would call me an hour before he headed my way.  It's now 8 pm no call no show.  When I tried calling around 4 to see if he was running late there was no answer. He could've just informed me he couldn't come out today instead of making me waste an entire day waiting.

I was having air conditioner problems and by my checking it seemed that I was only getting 110 to the outside unit. Larry from Ameritech came by and checked every possible connection to see why I wasn't getting the full 220 to my air con.

Everything right out to the unit was putting out 220. But when Larry went to check the air con wiring, he noticed that there was a wire that had been pulled out. Probably from my ham-fisted do-it-yourself install of the switch. He reconnected the wire to the unit, closed everything back up and wished me good day. I asked him what I owed for the call, and he told me nothing. We didn't do anything. he said. I was amazed.

Yes, that's right, he didn't even charge me for the service call.

I'll be calling Ameritech for all my other electrical needs from now on.

We have had Malco Electric company come out for multiple jobs at our house - anything from replacing electrical outlets, putting dimmers in and wiring kitchen lighting. We have always had a good experience with their services.

When we found out my mother's house had an electrical fire in an outlet, we called Malco Electric for help. They prioritize the job because it was an emergency/fire hazard and were able to work out getting someone out to her house within a few hours to fix the problem.  We are very grateful for the work that they do and will continue to hire them for all our electrical projects.

Long over due review. After calling 5 electricians to install some light fixtures in two bathrooms and getting a oh we are working on other big projects type answers these guys stepped up to the plate.

Showed up on time, did the install perfectly, AND cleaned up after. Price was great!

Planning on using them again for another project!

Victor and James with Grayzer Electric did a great job fixing some light switches in our house. They were quick and efficient. So nice to get stuff like that done for a reasonable price!

Needed a professional, and that's what Max Electrical provided. Everything about this experience was top notch. Contacted the company through their web page, describing my situation. I received a reply and was able to schedule service at a time that fit my schedule. I was told up front what the cost would be to review the situation that I repaired. Darin arrived on time, addressed issues and was able to get my porch ready for new light fixture.

While this was not a emergency service (this time) I know who I will call should I have an electrical emergency (or create one).

This guy is Good. Got me on schedule same day, Fair price and quick. Swapped out two outlets in about an hour. Probably woulda taken less time but we were talking too much, that was my fault...lol..I'll use him again though. .

Tom finished his previous job early and text if it would be okay to come early. I text back it would.  He showed up, went over the issue, troubleshooted it, and left in under an hour.  Very competent and thorough.  Will definitely use again for any future electrical issues.

I am a landlord. My tenant needed a GFI outlet replaced. I asked my tenant how he felt about the service from the folks at Megawatts Pro, and this is what he said:

Excellent service and value. I had them out to my shop to install some LED lighting. They showed up EXACTLY on time, did the job right, and charged me a reasonable fee. Highly recommended!

I wish I had something good to say, I tried to work out my complaint via email and calls but no response. Find a different electrician if you need help, they ripped me off! Too many worthy businesses to depend on this one!

Messed up one of my sprinklers and ghosted me. Definitely not professional and reliable as he states. Avoid at all costs!!
