Wow!

Excellent customer service.  I called for help with an issue in my home.  They answered my call and had it repaired the next day.  The gentleman who completed the repair were efficient and professional.  The cost of the service call and repair was reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

What a great job. Replaced some hard to reach electrical wiring, plus installed a very high entry chandelier. He and his son were so professional, cleaned up after installing.... I couldn't of expected or asked for a better job.  His pricing was very reasonable as well. The highest recommendation.

We had a perfect experience, from beginning to end!  Lisa was so helpful and patient with us in picking out our fans and scheduling their installation (we came twice to look over their stock and she was so kind the whole time).  Then, Chad, who installed our fans, was so friendly and knowledgeable.  He had to make a second trip all the way out to our house in Rockwall just to install a finial on one of the fans and he did so happily.  This company is fabulous and we could not be more thrilled with our new fans!  Thank you all so very much!  Highly recommend!!

We needed to file a claim for a ceiling lighting issue with our home warranty and these are the guys that came out.  I feel so bad that we didn't catch his name, but he was excellent!  He was very friendly and so helpful. He took care of the problem and answered all of our questions!  My husband has some ideas of work he wants to do and the gentleman was more than happy to let him pick his brain a bit.  I would highly recommend them and would go back for any electrical work.

Great work!  Hung ceiling fans, fixed some outlets which weren't working and installed a new outlet.

Unfortunately they were not able to help with my issue (apparently MASSIVE issues far beyond the scope of their manpower) however Larry & Ricky are no doubt stand-up guys. I've no question they worked to the best of their abilities (free night call, trouble shot twice, communicated perfectly and reasonably educated me).

Larry handled my stressful situation like a TRUE BOSS!! I only wish the problem was solved but still ... great team.

I am VERY happy with Malco Electric!  I called them soon after they opened at 7 a.m. with a list of things I wanted done at my house.  Within 90 minutes, 2 technicians were at my house already and started working on everything.  Chris and Javier were entirely professional and conscientious as they worked.  Chris took the time to explain what he was doing and why.  While I know my repairs/installs are probably not the most challenging, they made me feel like I was their best and most important customer.  They finished all of the work, cleaned up afterwards, and made sure I was entirely satisfied with everything.  I will contact them in the future and would highly recommend them for any electrical work.

Couldn't recommend this company more highly. As part of a bathroom remodel, I needed several new outlets and a new outdoor hookup for my hot water heater. Each time they came out, I was able to get service within 48 hours at a price that was extremely competitive and fair.

Asahel is a true PRO and was able to provide me options with pros/cons about how he'd set everything up. When I needed to choose the harder option for aesthetic reasons, Asahel heard me out and went to work without a single complaint. Long story short: if you're doing electrical work in Austin just call these guys and spend time on the other important things in life.

From start to end Grayzer Electric was wonderful. Super easy to schedule an appointment and be put on a waitlist for stand bys-- which ended up getting our issue addressed in under 24 hours (so fast!)

Brock came out and helped ensure we didn't cause any massive damage accidentally power washing near an uncovered exterior outlet, talked me through potential upgrades later, and replaced a bunch of outlets GFCI. He even was kind enough to show me some helpful hints of how to do it myself in the future too!

This experience has been nothing short of remarkable. From Darin's near immediate response for a quote (which he provided that same evening), to him arriving on time as promised, to taking care to make sure I understood what the problem, to effecting a repair in very short time. Thomas was extremely professional & very easy to work with.  I had a rather heavy light fixture & he went to great lengths to be sure it was safely installed.  I checked prices in the area & he was very reasonable. I would highly recommend him!

They did a great job with my EV charger install. They were quick, honest, fairly priced, and did great work.  They installed 2 outlets that required drilling a hole through an exterior wall.  The work was done professionally and it looks great.

We had an outstanding experience with Dustin and his crew. They are punctual, courteous, and were an overall pleasure to work with on our project. Megawatts was one of many vendors we interacted with on our project and they are by far the most reliable with responsiveness, showing up when they say they will and getting the work done in a professional manner. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any electrical work.

I wish I had something good to say, I tried to work out my complaint via email and calls but no response. Find a different electrician if you need help, they ripped me off! Too many worthy businesses to depend on this one!

Messed up one of my sprinklers and ghosted me. Definitely not professional and reliable as he states. Avoid at all costs!!
