Wow!

Excellent customer service.  I called for help with an issue in my home.  They answered my call and had it repaired the next day.  The gentleman who completed the repair were efficient and professional.  The cost of the service call and repair was reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

I needed some smart switches to be installed and after a couple of attempts I gave up and started looking for someone to do it for me. I started looking through yelp and CCE was only one which said 24/7. I gave them a call and spoke to Rodney, who was there within the hour (at 8pm on a Thursday) and helped me get my smart switches together.

He was very helpful and even walked me through the process. He was quick with his quote and the job which was really impressive. Though the job for which he came took its time, he got it done cleaned up and was even kind enough to hook up one of my pendant lights. CCE would by preferred electrical company. Thank you so much Rodney! Wish you more happy customers! :)

Great service and staff!   Chad was out several times working with me to determine the cause of my fan not working.  Ended up being a warranty issue and unit was replaced by the manufacturer.   Could not have been more pleased with the service provided by Chad at my home and with Lisa in the office.   I would highly recommend this company for anyone with need of ceiling fan repairs.

Very prompt, professional, and thorough.  Showed up right on schedule, fixed everything, and even took the time to explain everything to prevent further problems.  They are the first repair contractor I've ever hired that seemed to actually care about doing the best job possible.  I wish they could teach the other repair companies how it should be done!

I submitted a request for service.  Barney called we discussed the service I needed and he asked if I was going be home tomorrow (today)  once we confirmed I would be home  he said would call me an hour before he headed my way.  It's now 8 pm no call no show.  When I tried calling around 4 to see if he was running late there was no answer. He could've just informed me he couldn't come out today instead of making me waste an entire day waiting.

I was having air conditioner problems and by my checking it seemed that I was only getting 110 to the outside unit. Larry from Ameritech came by and checked every possible connection to see why I wasn't getting the full 220 to my air con.

Everything right out to the unit was putting out 220. But when Larry went to check the air con wiring, he noticed that there was a wire that had been pulled out. Probably from my ham-fisted do-it-yourself install of the switch. He reconnected the wire to the unit, closed everything back up and wished me good day. I asked him what I owed for the call, and he told me nothing. We didn't do anything. he said. I was amazed.

Yes, that's right, he didn't even charge me for the service call.

I'll be calling Ameritech for all my other electrical needs from now on.

So impressed with Malco Electric. They are responsive, friendly, reasonable, kind, and their work is excellent. I felt like I was working with highly skilled people who cared about me. That is rare these days. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Brandon and Tim came out today and resolved our problem so quickly. I literally called them yesterday and they arrived at the start of their window today and were able to address my problem and let me know what the cause of the issue is. I will definitely be doing business with them again. Can't recommend them enough!

Grazer Electric is so reliable, fairly priced & professional - just an exceptional company. We had an installation of electric for a hot tub.  They came out in person for the quote even though we are in Leander  (not just asking for photos like the others). The placement of the hot tub was far from the main electric box & they looked at different options for installation to save us money. They were so professional for both the quotes & the actual installation. They offered great advice about the location for the electrical hookup. It worked well & the price was really reasonable. We paid after the installation was complete, which was comforting since we just prior had a very bad experience with a different unrelated company for the gas hookup for the pool where they had us pay most of the money & took off before completion. We appreciate the great work Grazer Electric did. Grazer Electric is trustworthy, reliable, & they do quality work at a great price. We highly recommend Grazer Electric!

We had an emergency situation today and Max Electrical Services was very responsive and were able to come help us within an hour or so of our first contact.  Considering the timing, quality of communication and service, cost was reasonable and well worth it.  Max Electrical Services will be my go to company for any future electrical services needs.

Thomas is the real deal unlike The first company I called that never called back to schedule me even after I called and emailed them again and again. So I found Thomas with his great reviews on Yelp. I took a chance and emailed him while in a meeting. He answered shortly and booked me all via email which was appreciated with my crazy schedule. I needed a outlet put in for my tankless water heater and outlet serviced on the back porch. He arrived and talked me through what was needed and kept my best interests at heart by making some recommendations that saved me money. All in all...He arrived on time, was polite and helpful, completed the service quickly and left the work area clean. I would definitely recommend his company to others and will reuse. You Rock Thomas!

Tom finished his previous job early and text if it would be okay to come early. I text back it would.  He showed up, went over the issue, troubleshooted it, and left in under an hour.  Very competent and thorough.  Will definitely use again for any future electrical issues.

Awesome! So thankful to Dustin and Liz - they totally saved me today! I had an electrical emergency that caused the hot water to go out at a rental property. I wanted to get it fixed ASAP for my tenants. Justin came out and identified the issue right away and got it fixed quickly. They called when they said they would and they were there when they said they would be. Great service! Highly recommend!

Brightside Electrical Service did a great job.  My 82 year old Mom's electricity went out in half of her house, which cause the heater to not work.  The Electrician was prompt, professional and COVID19 compliant.  Thank you for the fast response and excellent service.  I will for sure use your company for future need and will also recommend to others.

Great job and great pricing. We used them to do some side work while our pool was being built and they were great. Beth was a real delight to work with.

Messed up one of my sprinklers and ghosted me. Definitely not professional and reliable as he states. Avoid at all costs!!
