I use to work for them and my father did to be did 32 years or more Pete Bell was one of the best but this company get the job done at all time if you eve need work done call them

After having used Matrix for a previous job that they did fine, I reached out to them for more work. Daniel came and looked at the scope and I never heard from him again. After 3 voice mails and several texts i had to move on. So disappointing!

Worked with Jon and had a great experience. Had an issue with power getting to my hvac system and he came out same day. Professional and friendly.

Great experience all around. Was referred through Home Depot when buying a ceiling fan. They called promptly. All my interactions with the office was fantastic, super nice people. Daniel texted when he was on his way and came right at the scheduled time. He switched out a drab patio light fixture for a gorgeous new fan.  He cleaned up when done and was very courteous & polite. I have a few other fixtures to change (once I find what I want) and I know who to call!  Thank you!

Roy and crew installed a new breaker box and transfer switch. On-time, on-budget, and answered all my questions and gave recommendations on my questions. I'll be using again.

While we didn't proceed with the quote for budget reasons, we were pleased with their reliability, knowledge and follow through.

Great guy, very honest and direct.  He was willing to come out on a holiday after a big name company was a no show. Best way to contact him is through phone. We have used him a couple of times and highly recommend.

Jeff Electric has fixed the terrible mess that was left by handymen. There were lights not turning on in four rooms; two or three turning on at same switch; refrigerator responding to light switch; and lights turning on and off for no apparent reason when no switches used at all. To make it worse, nothing was predictable. A switch that turned on the refrigerator would turn on a light on next use and do nothing to refrigerator. I was afraid to sleep for fear something would start a fire. The electricians were patient and spent a lot of time tracing down each problem. They fixed ground wires that had current and even large lines that had been cut and stuffed back into wall. Now that electricity is working where it is supposed to be, the multiple junction wires that are jumbled and uncovered are being fixed. I love this company and trust them completely. Their prices are more than reasonable and much better than several large companies in DFW who overcharge and use scare tactics on older female clients. Some terminology might be incorrect and my error.

Called about 3 items, full house surge, new thermostats and GFI check.  All was fine and I emailed info and asked for help with choosing best items. Never heard back! Called and left message and again, never heard back.

I found Caddell Electric through The Good Contractor's List. My need was not an emergency; therefore, being scheduled a week out was not a problem. I was called 30 minutes prior to the electricians' arrival. Lance and Elijah showed up on time, evaluated my need and provided a quote for the work. Additionally, they suggested another electrical issue that was a safety issue. They provided a quote for that work without pressuring me for the sale. I found them courteous and very knowledgeable. I will use them again if needed.

I had a great experience with Mister Sparky. Rick, the technician,  was a true professional,  on time,  courteous, and provided great advice on replacing my old smoke detectors  and adding two surge protectors to my breaker boxes. I highly recommend them.

Easy to schedule; arrived on time; completed the work quickly; and reasonably priced. I will use them again!

Had them give me a quote to install a huge chandiler. They had to reinforce the structure in the attic on a 20'+ ceiling . They did a great job after James and Rodney who is the General Manager installed the fixture they cleaned up and installed all 206 bulbs for us. I would highly recommend them . Great customer service, attention to detail and they have great work ethnic. You can tell these guys really care about their job and they take great pride in their work. I will use them again Thank you for a great job.

I was driving home on I 20 E today and I was in the slow lane. A McBride employee came flying up behind me. S/he tailgated me even though I was going between 70-75 mph, flashed their brights at me, &, when s/he decided to go around me, they weaved in & out of traffic at dangerous speeds & never once used their blinkers. I would expect that they would train their employees to follow all the rules of the road, and sadly, I was wrong.

Pros: Scheduling service was friendly.  Quote was free.  
Cons: Primary technician was rude and condescending (assistant was fine).  Quote was obscenely high.  My second quote from another company was less than half the amount Service Today quoted.  I ultimately hired a licensed individual who did the work for 15% of the Service Today price.  The work (replacing 8 working smoke detectors) took less than 40 minutes to complete.  Service Today quoted $800, $1600 if I purchased the detectors from them.

I needed my pool switches moved and called Richardson Ready Electric for an estimate.  The woman over the phone set up the appointment, but did not make me aware of the service charge.  More on that later.

The guys arrived on time, but were overall very negative about the wiring and the work that would be required.  Our home is older and does need updating, including the electric paneling and whatnot.  Hence, the reason I called them; but the attitude that this was so much work did not sit well with me.  He also showed me a panel that needed to be replaced since it was burnt.  After taking pictures and sending it to his whoever, he stood around tsk taking and had me wait for a while before giving me an estimate.  

Finally, he came to the door to tell me that unfortunately this was deemed a service call so he does have to charge me for his drive and time.  $186 for 45 minutes of me waiting around while he tsked tsked, took pictures, walked all around my house to look at everything.  And no work was rendered.  I cannot believe this company got 2 five star reviews, which misled me to believe I would be getting some honest work.  I was very vocal about my upset, to which he said I could call to talk to the owner as he was a very good man.  Hmmm...

I called another company to come give me a FREE estimate, and the bid was 30% cheaper than theirs.  In addition, the subsequent company was able to explain to me what exactly had to be replaced and was honest about the hazard it posed.  

I would suggest this company really take a look at its process and customer service.  You may be really good at what you provide, but I will never know because your employees were rude!  How about asking me if I've used you before?  And possibly making me aware of the charge up front?  It sounded to good to be true when someone cancelled and we can be there this afternoon.
