This company was hired to put new skirting on my mobile home. I wish i knew that they can do so much more. They did a super job.
Francisco was the man who worked on the place. He was extremely thorough with every step. He has many years of experience, is very talented and knowledgeable about mobile home systems.
I only dealt with Francisco on this job. I highly recommend Home Tech because of him.  I will be calling them first if i need any more repairs.
They do leveling and belly cloth repairs. I had unfortunately already had that done by Superior Leveling, which was a terrible experience.
If you need mobile home structure work, call Home Tech first!

Highly recommend Sigi and his crew! Super easy to work with. His pricing was very fair. I had an entire 2nd story deck rebuilt and house leveled by replacing the support beams in my carport under my master bedroom. The work was top notch. Every question was answered and the crew even made suggestions to help save some money. Special shout out to Tim and Adrian who worked their tails off to make sure everything was right. Even when there were minor issues, they were resolved immediately. I would absolutely use them again. You wont go wrong using Southwest. Thanks for everything Sigi!

Good work and fair price (got multiple quotes). There were some delays in completing the project but Juan kept in communication so it didn't bother me. He actually did a little extra free of charge because he felt bad.   Would use again.  For reference, the job included replacing a wood fence, Installing a new gate and replacing some siding.

Brian and his crew did a great job! We started with a bathroom remodel and added a kitchen remodel, and they finished the job within a few weeks. Brian was very quick to respond and their bid was highly competitive to others.

After seeing all the amazing reviews on yelp we decided to give Vetsbuild a call. We had a emergency sewer pipe collapsed under our rental property. We needed a contractor to replace all our new plank wood look alike tile and basically redo all our bathrooms. It was a big project and we are very particular clients. I have always had a great experience with Royal Solar.  They say what they mean and mean what they say.  They always conduct business with the utmost of good character.

Dealing with BCS is a waste of time.  I recommend steering clear of BCS and finding a reliable roofing contractor.  I initially hired BCS to repair a roof leak, and there were no problems with their work.    Recently, I asked BCS for a proposal to replace my roof tiles, and Dean timely followed-up with a proposal.  It is now late September.  Since mid August, I tried to let Dean know that I wanted to accept the proposal numerous times in both email and phone calls, but Dean won't answer his phone, won't respond to voicemails and return calls, and has not responded to any of my emails.  I had no conflict or any problems with him or anyone at BCS, he simply won't respond.

We moved to N Scottsdale about 7 years ago and maintained the pool service company of the previous homeowner.  Unfortunately, due to inconsistent service, it became necessary to find a new service provider.  As I spent my entire carrier servicing customers, over multiple states, utilizing contract labor I have become a little leery when dealing with a new contractor.   However, this is one instance when my apprehension was not justified!  From my first contact with Vanessa to my communication with Barbara this has been a great relationship.  Service is spot on and always timely.  Recently, we had the pool drained and the tile cleaned of stubborn calcium deposits.  The crew did an excellent job and communication during the process was excellent.  This is a company I highly recommend: professionalism and quality at the highest level.    Brian P.

Upon the purchase of our new home we needed to complete the dirt back yard. We obtained several quotes from Landscape companies and they were all over the board. Rusty gave us a bid which was highly competitive and covered things others had missed. It was also easy to see the passion he had for our project. We worked together to design a 9 hole putting course, not a putting green, but 9 individual holes. Rusty and his team jumped right in and created a high quality putting course, lighting, landscaping, BBQ island, and pavers. Honestly we could not be happier with the results. This is just an FYI for those of you that require a new Pool light. It would do you good to shop around, I did. When we bought the house last year, the previous owners had the light replaced by Shasta, $450. It lasted less than a year. When calling for a quote, they gave me a price of over $1000! Well needless to say, I inquired to get an idea of competitive pricing. I ended up with same lamp, installed by another pool service, $180. Just passing this on.

I recently had Colletti Design replace my stair railing.  Things started out well but quickly went downhill.  Initial design phase was quick and easy.  I was informed that the lead time would be 6-8 weeks.  After 8 weeks of waiting with no update, I called to find out what the status of my order was, and got a quick response.  

A team showed up to template my railing, which involved some welding inside my house.  I received a phone call later that day from my wife to inform me that the install team had set fire to my staircase, causing damage to the carpet on 3-4 stairs.

They were very apologetic and promised to pay for replacement of my stair carpeting.  I wasn't too upset at this point (accidents do happen), but my experience afterwards was completely unacceptable.

You would think that after having set a fire inside my house that this company would have payed especially close attention to my job, but I experienced the opposite.  Not once did I ever receive an unsolicited phone call.  i was constantly calling to find out when (if ever) my railing would be installed.  Two and a half weeks later, after promises of expediting, my railing was installed -- in the wrong color.

At this point, I was very upset and informed the owner of everything that went wrong.  The only thing I was given were some weak apologies.  They did eventually arrange for my railing to be removed and powder-coated in the correct color.

I was given nothing for my multiple inconveniences.  Given the price (which is substantially higher), I was expecting to receive high-level service.  I received the opposite.

All said and done, I received a simple stair railing after 12 weeks, along with a burnt carpet and several long days for my wife and baby, at a substantial price premium.

They don't care about their employees whatsoever. Covid is being spread around that warehouse and the bosses won't let people take the right amount of time off otherwise you will be fired so they're putting your health and paycheck at risk all for the company as well as putting the employees families at risk for not following covid protocols. They won't let you drink water on the floor even in 117 weather. This company thinks they're above everything and normal human decency doesn't apply to them. This is a shit show!
