This company was hired to put new skirting on my mobile home. I wish i knew that they can do so much more. They did a super job.
Francisco was the man who worked on the place. He was extremely thorough with every step. He has many years of experience, is very talented and knowledgeable about mobile home systems.
I only dealt with Francisco on this job. I highly recommend Home Tech because of him.  I will be calling them first if i need any more repairs.
They do leveling and belly cloth repairs. I had unfortunately already had that done by Superior Leveling, which was a terrible experience.
If you need mobile home structure work, call Home Tech first!

Highly recommend Sigi and his crew! Super easy to work with. His pricing was very fair. I had an entire 2nd story deck rebuilt and house leveled by replacing the support beams in my carport under my master bedroom. The work was top notch. Every question was answered and the crew even made suggestions to help save some money. Special shout out to Tim and Adrian who worked their tails off to make sure everything was right. Even when there were minor issues, they were resolved immediately. I would absolutely use them again. You wont go wrong using Southwest. Thanks for everything Sigi!

Had a visit from DJ on March 4th to discuss the various projects in our home. Nice guy. Seemed interested in the work. But I'm scratching my head as to why 20 days and one follow up phone call from me to him later I've still not received his estimate. DJ, if you don't want our project please just say so. Or at least reach out to me that you're behind and when you'll get it to me. No communication from you is not cool.

I did not initially contact DJ through Yelp. I called directly and set an appointment by phone. DJ came to my home on March 4th. Today is March 25th and still no estimate from DJ. I reached out to him last week and he didn't even seem to remember me. In 21 days he has not called, texted or emailed me. Which IMO is too long. I will not be emailing DJ as you requested. If he is this unresponsive over a quote I'd hate to see how things would go in the middle of my project. I'm moving on.

Andy has done multiple jobs for me. Very professional, very detailed and leaves your home better than it was. Highly recommend his services!!

We recently completely a successful project covering our pool equipment area. We were very pleased with the entire process from estimation to install. The estimator spent all the time necessary to fully map out the design interacting with us to hear our thoughts. He was a former installer so had considerable expertise. The install team was excellent and highly competent. They also interacted with us to get on the spot questions answered. The install went terrific and final result is just what we expected. We checked out many firms for our project and this one was the most professional and competent.

I had my patio extended recently by Dean and his crew and that was one of the best experience I've had dealing with contractors! Dean is on top of all scheduling and the communications for the project. I didn't have to check on him like I had to with the other contractors. He constantly updated me with the progress of the project and also responded to my emails and texts right away. Dean is very straightforward with the scope of work and the pricing. He explained to me in details about how he'll get the job done, and he delivered!
The quality of the work is amazing, and the entire process was very smooth. I'd recommend Dean to any of my friends who needs roof work done. I'm so glad that I found him on Yelp!

I hired kangaroo pools to change the sand in my sand filter. The price is competitive and Miguel showed up on time and changed the sand in a timely manner. The work is professionally done and now my pool is as clear as the one in swim schools because of the more efficient filtration.

Will definitely come back for more services in the future.

LA Pools and Landscaping did a very poor job re-landscaping my front yard.  I've lost 3 barrel cactus because the workers cut the drip line and the cacti were over watered and died.  I also paid to have them remove the 5/8 inch poly line and they didn't.  Even worse, they planted a dead ocotillo and after 2 1/2 years and several tries to have them replace it, I finally ripped out the ocotillo from the front yard.  Here's the bad part.  The owner took the state registered tag that came with the ocotillo and promised to replace the ocotillo.  He never came back and without the tag I have no other recourse.  I tried on 3 different occasions to get him to replace the ocotillo and he never responded.  I trusted the owner to act in good faith when I gave him the state tag for the ocotillo hoping he would use it to replace my ocotillo.  I was wrong.  I will not be hiring this company in the future work and they won't get any referrals from me.

I had my Shasta Pool built in 2015. The popups have a lifetime warranty. The tool to remove the popups was made of cheap plastic and broke before it got even one head out. My pool guy's metal tool got 4 out before busting.

I live an hour away from Shasta Parts department. Nevertheless their policy is to only replace broken parts in person.

I spoke with Tory Woodward who is allegedly a warrant manager. In less than a week he forgot about a 20 minute conversation we had and didn't remember the texting chain that included a video and pics. I asked the female that told me story doesn't remember me if story was at work today. She said she just came from his office. I asked her to call him over so I could refresh his memory by showing him the call log and text chain on my phone. She immediately capitulated and gave me the part that was promised.

Although I got what I wanted and I understand they need to conserve profit, they need to keep a few things in mind. My pool build was just shy of $50,000. Nickel & diming me to death is only going to cause bad feelings.

They were bad enough for me to write this up and warn people to NOT use Shasta Pools. Use anybody else and I recommend you ensure non-proprietary parts be used. Shasta screws their customers with only using proprietary parts.

Robert is an honest guy, during the job I came to trust his judgement and integrity.  I had a pretty large project that involved removing 40 ft. of roof, reframing the exterior walls, rebuilding a large parapet wall, and framing for 11 new windows.  His workers were careful to do a good job.  As we were opening up several unknown wall areas, we had a couple inevitable surprises and Robert was clear in showing me the issues and working out a solution with me.  I decided to expand the scope of their job in process, having them install over 500 sq ft of 1x6 wooden ceiling and they did an excellent job.   I recommend using him for any job within his scope of work.  When I asked him to quote some additional jobs, if he does not feel comfortable doing it, he will tell you (example- he does no inside the house work, only exterior and when I asked him if he would build me a new BBQ/fire pit, his answer was that he would build a trellis over the BBQ, but he does not do BBQs).  A word of caution, Robert is a very good framer, but on a fairly complex project like mine, I had to do a lot of coordination of other subs.  Robert is not a full blown general contractor for multi sub type projects, but he will tell you his limitations up front.

I have called about 10 times over 4 days and reached an answering machine.  It says our representatives are busy with other callers.  Leave your name and number, and a representative will call you back as soon as possible.   Requested a call back but never received.  I think they may be out of business.

They don't care about their employees whatsoever. Covid is being spread around that warehouse and the bosses won't let people take the right amount of time off otherwise you will be fired so they're putting your health and paycheck at risk all for the company as well as putting the employees families at risk for not following covid protocols. They won't let you drink water on the floor even in 117 weather. This company thinks they're above everything and normal human decency doesn't apply to them. This is a shit show!
