We have hired Manny and his crew to build me an office in my backyard with electrical. He has by far surpassed my expectations.  They are very quick and efficient with what they are doing.  During the process of the construction with my office I had a pipe leak in my kitchen and they handled that too. Quickly and very responsive. I was always weary of contractors but Manny and his crew have been upfront and always willing to help. I cannot express enough how hard these guys work and how fast they work and put out such great quality. I will not hire anyone but them for all my home improvement projects. To put it in perspective, when I had the city of Mesa do his inspections, he even commented on how great of a job they are doing. You will not be disappointed with these guys. This means a lot as I usually do not write reviews.

Walter and his team did an amazing job on a room addition and back yard remodel. He was on time and professional, helping consult and guide me through deciding what looked best and how everything worked.

My name is Ivy Singletary, and I'm a patron of Canterra Construction. I needed to have a 10x12 'do-it-yourself' outdoor shed built, and I took to Yelp to find a company to fulfill the need.

Katherine, one of the owners, wrote me back immediately, we conversed, and she offered a free consultation for an estimate. She arrived with her staff in tow at the appointed time, fully prepared to address every concern I had previously discussed with her on the phone.

From the onset, I knew I was in competent hands. Canterra Construction was diligent throughout the entire process. Even when the shed arrived earlier than expected, I shot Katherine an email, and she was quick to accommodate the schedule change with an immediate start date. Throughout the process, Katherine was available to meet any need, inquiry, or concern and maintained exemplary response time with her calm, pleasant demeanor.

On the installation days, her team was on time, polite, accommodating, professional, communicative, focused, and meticulous in their work efforts. During the three-day job, her crew left the premises tidy each day upon completion. Words can't capture my appreciation for their professional partnership in completing this endeavor.

I've enclosed pictures before and after my project finalization, and I sincerely hope this review helps someone else in their decision to give Canterra Construction ample consideration. [The painted version is the model photo from which they worked].

I was very satisfied with the work that paul and son did on renovating my deck and stairs and railings. Couldnt have asked for better. It was done exactly as requested, better than i expected in fact. It was done on time and on budget. Cleaned up afterwards. I will use them again for a few other things i have in mind. Our experience with PETRUS Countertop and Remodeling was beyond expectation.  We consulted and visited with other similar businesses in Phoenix and decided to go with PETRUS.  There was not a single person connected with this company that was not friendly, welcoming and well informed about the business.  From Jennifer who was the first contact at the showroom (excellent  business phone skills) who opened the door to their office and showed us the area where stone slabs are on display.  We met Luiz, head of showroom sales and estimates.  He set up the visit to our home to measure our the countertop which needed replacing.  When the day arrived for measurements, it was the owner who appeared, Fabio Silva.  Friendly and reassuring.  We had a situation where the vessel sink could not be separated from the top and the entire counter with sink attached needed to be removed, one piece!  We found a beautiful quartz remnant but in the stack was not fully exposed to see and Luiz arranged to have it pulled out for us to view.  Not only was the work done very quickly, they had it fabricated and installed days before the original date, then they showed up an hour early : )  The installers were so pleasant, quiet and professional throughout the entire procedure.  Our job was a very small one but no one projected that because it was evident this company values it's customers.  PETRUS is the company you want to think of first for any remodeling.  480-281-2675, 1437 N. 27th Lane, Phoenix 85009

Got a new roof with this so call roof company by them coming around and offering their services by using our insurance claim.  They installed the new roof in July 2022 and of course no rain but come the rains in October, we notice water coming through the ceiling.  I contacted their office and they were so extremely rude and kept giving me excuses on why it's not their problem.  It's definitely their problem because we never had a leak not even on the old roof.  But now we have a leak on the roof.  Anyways I have tried to contact them and they are just hard to work with.  They are super friendly till they get their money and then their true colors do come out.  Now we just had more rain in December 2022 on now we noticed other locations that are leaking.  The work looks very mediocre for sure.  I would suggest for anyone to stay away from this company and get a more reputable company that stands by their work.  My email is      [email protected]

This an elite company!! I am astounded how professional their work is!! I had them do custom work on a Sprinter Van that my company will be using to revolutionize healthcare. Everyone I show the van to, their jaw hits the floor. Absolutely ecstatic about their work, far exceeded my expectations!!

Beware of this Guy his name is Jim he ran a company called Tnp Gate Repair Into the ground. Multiple bad reviews online under tnp gate Repair do a google search on it you will see how bad he really is. Don't get scammed by his new company.

What is the point in riding the a55 of other cars in traffic? Do you really believe you're going faster? Switching 3 lanes at once in a very large commercial truck, that makes all the difference....hey you should just rename yourself to monster trash!
