We are so blown away by their execution, creativity and sense of quality....workmanship!  We absolutely love how their iron rail work turned our home into contemporary elegance!  We are so grateful we were able to work with them!  They were so timely and accurate and always made sure they cleaned up after the days work.  Incredible sense of design and work ethic!!!

Had an old plaster pool that was in need of some TLC reached out to multiple companies to figure out  timelines and costs. Pool Remodeling Brothers came through, they were competitively priced and there timeline from start to finish was just under 2 weeks. The final product looks amazing, can't wait to enjoy it this summer! Will definitely be calling when I'm ready to redo the pool deck.

Over the years, I've hired a lot of contractors for repair & remodeling projects with mixed results... This time, I can't say enough good things about my experience with New Look Kool Deck and More.
After 15 years - my pool deck and acrylic decorative finished patio were in need of repair and refinishing. I had gotten two quotes (one company tried to upsell me and convince me that I should lay travertine over the whole thing for $15K) and the other company sent a sales guy who was just brokering projects - he gave me an unreasonably high quote and zero confidence in a successful refinish project.
I saw a referral on Nextdoor for NLKD, checked their reviews on Yelp (all 5 stars!) and then sent a message through Yelp detailing my project. David (the owner) responded right away with his next available spot to come out to review/quote the project. We set a time and he was there on Mon. at 11:30 on the dot. He reviewed my deck & patio, made some suggestions, offered what he felt would be best plan to remedy some large cracks, loose pool tile, settling concrete and uneven surfaces left by original contractor. He took measurements, discussed which crew would be best to work on the job, earliest possible dates they could fit the project in and left a color chart for me to review. David committed to get the quote within 24 hours - I had it later that evening and was extremely happy with the project scope and quoted price. I paid the 40% deposit for the project on line and got a call within minutes to set up time for them to start the work. Dave & his crew showed up at 7 AM as promised each day and Angel & Manny worked 9 hours on Thurs., Fri. & Sat. making sure I was happy with the progress and color as they went. The results are fantastic and I could not be happier - they also did a good job cleaning up the yard afterwards. I called a couple days afterwards to point out a couple of details that needed attention and they followed up and resolved the next day. Highly recommend - professional, polite, fair, timely and great attention to detail!

Checked the roof and it looks good.   The seams around the vents look very watertight.  The shingles looks like it's held down tight.  They also do wood work.  They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine.  They're registered with the state of AZ.  They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles.  They also finished within 2 days.

We HIGHLY recommend Aztec Decks! Ray and his crew are absolutely amazing. They updated our 24 year old cool decking around our pool with travertine tile around the pool and our whole backyard patio. We have a brand new backyard living area and are extremely pleased.  Ray was very professional and friendly. His whole crew worked so hard and their craftsmanship was amazing.  Ray was always checking in with us to make sure that everything was what we wanted, which it was, PLUS more!  Thank you Ray! You're the BEST!!

We had some damage to our back gate - Joel fixed several boards, re-stained them and put user-friendly latches on both doors. Joel was absolutely wonderful to work with - fast response, a great communicator, even sent me video of the work he did (we live down in Phoenix and rent the house). Pricing was very reasonable - I would work with him again in a heartbeat! Thank you Joel!!

From the initial quote to the completion of the job, Adam and his team were amazing. My deck had several areas where boards needed to be replaced. Other contractors told me they would need to tear off the entire deck because repairs areas never look good once it is finished. Boy were they wrong. The deck and stair case they repaired and refinshed looks beautiful. I am completely delighted!

I had a completely positive experience with Jonas cool deck.  They came out to provide an estimate the same day that I called.  I found their cost estimate to be thorough and reasonable and they were able to start the work the very next morning!  They arrived when they said they would and took great care to mask off and protect my pool and surrounding landscaping.  I was having some relatively large areas repaired and they thoroughly prepped the surface, matched the color and the texture.  The deck looks brand new again!  They did a great job of the cleanup and finished exactly when they said they would.  I have zero complaints amd I highly recommend their service.

Simply, the best I've worked with. Brings great attitude and energy, he also considers you as a client foremost.  I couldn't get anyone to work on my exterior door without having to buy a whole new door, because other guys don't have the skill or the willingness to do the actual carpentry work.  Jason is fantastic, it was energizing to me to see a master craftsman at work, I can't rate him highly enough.

My pool's Kool deck was in dire need of repair or replacement.  I decided to go with                    
Deck Services because of their various A ratings.   And, the fact that they have been                    
in business for 40+ years (but, now Angie's List it shows 60+ years).  If they've been in                    
business that long they must be doing something right.  The owner was punctual                    
& professional.  His workers were nice however, we never knew when they were going                    
to show up, how long they'd be gone for lunch or what time they left.  I asked them to tell                    
us since we had 2 dogs locked in the house while they were working.  The finished product                    
looked pretty good, from what I could see, since it was too cold to get in the pool.  I didn't like                    
it at the separation between the pool & the in-ground spa.  The owner sent them out,                    
weeks later, to fix the area.  By the end of the swim season I started seeing some hairline                    
cracks, etc.  I called the owner again but, he had just lost a loved one.  So, I gave him several                    
months before asking him to send them back out.  They did eventually come out & fixed the areas.                      
Once swimming season started again I started seeing all kinds of hair line cracks, a rather large                    
crack by the steps & some sort of gouge right by the top step.  Again, adequate seems to be the                    
new norm.

Good job to all! These guys moved heaven and earth during a supply chain shortage to get my pool built and completed! It looks awesome!

I love our new security door from First Impression Ironworks.  It is so nice to enjoy the weather and feel secure at the same time.  We also had new gates installed and they are fantastic. The quality is and design are number one!  We couldn't be happier!

I contacted Geremey due to an aging roof that was in desperate need of repair. I contacted 3 different companies, all who wanted me to wait for a few weeks just for them to come out. With the rain we've had, I couldn't wait that long. Geremey was very responsive and understood my needs. He came out that afternoon and had the job done quicker than I anticipated. My neighbor is a home inspector and he even said this is one of the best roofs I've seen. Needless to say, if you need a roof and need it done correctly, Geremey with Elite Construction Services should be your go to!

The service they provided was excellent. The individual that came out was very courteous and very thorough with all the work that he did. They recognize military veterans, And we're very appreciative. Thank you and your service is much appreciated as well.

DONT DO IT!!! The salesman, Adam, was good - until he got the check. From that point on, it has been an absolute disaster.
The gate is lovely but has had 3 attempts at resizing the posts, none of which fit & expose the bolts as they stick out from the pillars. They said they were going to center it & fill in the gaps to hide the bolts with STUCCO - a totally inappropriate material - it must be cement or AZ weather weather will destroy it in no time.
I have emailed, called & threatened legal action - 'customer service' is staffed by people who argue with you rather than try to help.
THIS HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE - don't do it unless you are prepared to have a product built wrong & installed incorrectly & be told that YOU are the problem!
