I hired them to add a closet to a room in my house.  They had to deal with framing, drywall, baseboards, paint, electrical & flooring.  It came out great, looks like it's part of the original house.  I would use them again.

I had a leak in the wall between my closet and shower for an unspecified amount of time that caused one whole wall of my closet and a part of another wall to need to be replaced. Vlad came out to do the estimate and took the time to understand the whole issue and make suggestions of opening up another wall to see if the water seeped over and also to setup a fan to help dry things out. My dad was able to open up part of the other wall and sure enough the insulation was wet so we were able to get that replaced and fixed. I really appreciated the time he took with me looking over all the potential issues.  I felt so comfortable I asked for an additional estimate to finish some painting 2 other contractors had failed to finish. The estimate that I received was very reasonable so I went ahead and scheduled the work to be done.
Eddie was amazing! He worked very efficiently and did an amazing job. Within a few short days my closet was back to pre-leak status and you can't even tell there was an issue. Additionally, all the painting is now complete and I finally don't have all those unfinished touches staring at me anymore.
I would recommend Dynamite to anyone (and already have been recommending them) and am already planning on using them for another upcoming project.

I've worked closely with contractors and handymen for the last 10 years. I'm not sure if I should write separate reviews for each project or one really long one. The owners of One Stop Woodworks have been working in my home off and on since they put in the custom wood and iron stair railing. As other contractors failed to appear as promised and left us in time crunches, I turned to these two reliable brothers for recommendations. They let me know they were licensed contractors and could do just about anything I came up with. They also told me what they didn't do (instead of winging it). I cannot say enough good things about Daniel & Israel. As professionals, they do what they say they will do, when they say they will do it. They communicate. They are flexible, knowledgeable and creative. They are skilled craftsmen, with high standards. They're strengths are as carpenters & woodworkers, but they have in-depth understanding of the big picture and crews to cover other work like plumbing & painting. They leave your home cleaner than they found it and respect your property. I've made every hiring mistake there is over the years and learned what value really means. You hope the work you get and the price you pay will line up and you'll feel good about the money you spent; that neither party will feel that they've been taken advantage of. One Stop got their license in March of 2020, so you may not see enough reviews to suit you. I met them in October 2020 and they continue to work with me and my clients. You won't regret your decision to work with them; they are excellent, fair & honest people. Check out the photos of my custom electric fireplace insert and mantle, built from specs before it arrived to match the custom stair rail. See the whole house interior paint that happened after the original paint contractor canceled. Look at the tiny pantry closet remodeled into a full custom under stair pantry. Check out the pantry door reconstructed with framed in glass, custom paint & hardware. See the 1993 laundry room converted to an amazing work space with cabinets, custom folding table, in-wall ironing board, custom shelving, hanging bar and utility/dog washing sink and the lovingly refinished Iowa farm door. These are just the highlights. The guys changed my fixtures out and seemed to enjoy seeing the changes as much as we did. It's been our good fortune to meet & enjoy the people from One Stop Woodworks.

Our pool deck just got done! Daniel came by to do a final walk thru so it's still brand new but so far, we love it! Daniel was very professional! Really nice guy and easy to work with. Very reliable and seems extremely trustworthy. It's always easy to do business with someone you like! He came out several times to give us suggestions/estimates since we were throwing around a few different options for design. Not once did he act like it was a waste of his time and we all know that this economy right now is thriving so it's not like he didn't have other jobs. He would text us and keep us in the loop on when his crew was coming out and what they were going to be doing that day. Communication and keeping your word  is so appreciated and rarely done these days! Can't wait to have a party and show off our new patio and deck! Thank you Copper Sky Concrete! I hired Tony at Budget Pool Repair pretty much blind based only on reviews. HE was TERRIFIC! I live in LA but own a large commercial property in Phoenix that needed a Major Pool Overhaul. I called and he answered. He went to the property the same day. Got me a quote right away that I thought was reasonable. He did the job quickly and ahead of timeline. I had issues with the City and he handle hem for me. He answered every text quickly. Everytime I called he answered. The finished product was even better than I expected and he did extra work without charging me. I'd never use anyone else in Phoenix

I was helping my mother (in her late 70s) look for a contractor to stain her Lake Tahoe cabin. I reached out to a handful of businesses in the area  and while we didn't end up going with United Paint and Stain, I did feel compelled enough to write a review due to the great experience with dealing with Rob (the owner)!

Rob was one of the first to respond to my inquiry on Yelp. I ended up calling Rob and he spent 30+ mins with me on the first call and gave me a lot of very insightful and thorough information on their process as well as what to look out for, regardless if we decided to go with him. Was definitely awesome to deal with a business that isn't just there to sell you their services!

Bottom line my mother decided to go with someone else that was local to her neighborhood (Rob was further away but willing to drive over), but we would have gone with United Paint and Stain and would highly recommend you at least checking them out if you have a painting project in this area.

Jason and his team delivered a great product.  We did a full front and back yard landscape job from scratch, so there were many elements.  Hardscape, Planting, Turf, Sports areas, Pavers, Structures, Misting all turned out fantastic.  Jason was on top of ordering and getting jobs completed even with extreme supply and labor shortages.  Would absolutely recommed and work with Flowing Wells again.

We had a roof leak into a very small space behind our water heater. There was small water damage and a bit of mold. Other companies quoted us $1700-2700 because they wanted to remove the water heater. Elias was able to do it for a third of the price without removing the water heater! He was a great contractor to work with- let me know when he was on the way and was very understanding of our wanting to keep costs down. He did a great repair job and we plan to ask him to help us with other projects in the house. Thanks Elias!

Travis and Lisa painted our home exterior and also did some interior painting. They were fast, reliable, detailed, and very reasonably priced. Good, honest people with a great work ethic. I'd recommend them without hestitation.

After speaking to Cool Blue owner on the phone  they came in the next day and prepared my pool for draining  and arrived the  next morning at 8:00 AM and got my pool back working within 48 hours
They are extremely courteous and they work hard and are a true professional pool company

Wow! I don't know where to begin, because our experience was exceptional.

My husband and I have been wanting to do a renovation on our kitchen for some time now. Casually, I submitted a project via Yelp to multiple contractors to shop around. After a swift response from Rosa, we set up an in-home consultation. Rosa and Erica brought samples based upon our initial conversation and were spot on with the look I was wanting. Their energy and general vibe sold us. Professional, friendly and genuine. Some days later, we signed a contract and the project began shortly thereafter.

Being in the midst of a global pandemic, I was worried with how many people would be in and out of our home. Everyone wore masks, respected social distancing, and staggered scheduling to keep down how many workers were in our home at any given time.

Both Rosa and Erica were super communicative throughout the entire process. Also, every single person on their team was so darn friendly and meticulous with their attention to detail. It truly was seamless and we are ecstatic. I think I may sleep in my kitchen tonight because I love it that much.

When we knew we were going to build a pool, we got 4 quotes (wanted more but some company's didn't call us back....). Randy returned my call, agreed to meet at the house to give me a quote. He was the only one who called the day of the appointment to confirm (a professional detail nobody else performed). In honesty, his was the most expensive quote...yet....he also seemed the most professional. His contract is all inclusive: if a price goes up, you don't pay the increase. Once the contract is signed that is all you pay. From the time we signed our contract to the time the equipment was purchased the price went up $7K - we didn't pay another penny!

The quality of the work is terrific. The communication is the best. Randy (the owner) or Matt (Randy's assistant) show up to the site any time there's a sub contractor. I think the thing that really separates Desert Art Pools from other pool builders is that they build every pool as though they are building it for family!

While the pool isn't finished....we are days (maybe weeks) ahead of schedule. Let me ask you this, who do you know that is any days ahead of schedule in this post covid Summer of 2021? Neighbor across the street is months behind (he went with a company that didn't even call us back). Same neighbor has been uncharged thousands of dollars for unexpected work. With Desert Arts, if there's an unexpected expense....Desert Arts has it included -- no surprise contracting!

If you want a team that shows up, does the job, tries to do the job as quickly as possible, treats you like you are family and not just a check....I really do suggest you go with Desert Arts.  

We will continue to use them post pool build as our pool service people.

Steve and his crew did a amazing job installing our awning. These guys are fast, dependable and very reasonably priced. We will be using them again in the near future without a doubt!
