JEREMY and his TEAM  are professional, friendly and detailed oriented. Not to mention extremely efficient. They installed my front door and baseboards in my home and also went the extra mile by replacing my leaking washing machine valve and offered to move my bedroom furniture back in place.

In a bathroom remodel project that was otherwise fraught with problems, the piece with which Krieger Cabinets was involved, was a true bright spot. Whew, something went right. They made a custom cabinet, an oversized medicine cabinet for us, to go in a bathroom remodel. It was made using a mirror from the 1960s. (That required extra care. If that broke, replacing it was not easy. they did NOT break it.) The wood they selected was perfect, beautiful maple. The final product fit perfectly, they followed the specs to the tee. And they did it all within budget and on time. Can't ask for more than that! I highly recommend this shop.

Had to have work done on a Lacquered Black Piano - Had multiple dings and a couple of deep scratches.  Beautiful work, you could not even make out that there had ever been any damage.   Gave Steve and his crew an almost impossible deadline not only did they meet it but came in early. If you want professional quality work at decent rates don't waste your time calling anywhere else .

My husband and I spent over $5k in January of 2022 to re do our master bathroom. Here we are, June of 2022, and we still haven't received any items yet. And we were just informed that items we bought and paid for in January are now no longer being made. The communication from this store and our salesperson has been terrible. The amount of waiting has been unacceptable. One of the reasons we choose Kohler Signature is that the items are made in America. We figured the supply chain problems wouldn't be as bad. We were wrong. This company is terrible. Do not bother wasting 6 months of your time with this store.

Back in 2010, we had Canyon Kitchen Cabinets redo our kitchen and master bathroom. They did a beautiful job on both projects, and had no problem with the many changes we made in the middle of the projects. However, after completion of the bathroom, there was a small leak coming up at the floor outside the shower. We brought it to their attention, and they sealed the grout. Unfortunately, we didn't tell them that that remedy didn't correct the problem. We just lived with that small area of moisture located at the outside corner furthest from the door. Years later...in 2015, we discovered that, in addition to that known area, there was also moisture at the joint of the adjoining  closet. It was only THEN, five years later, that we called them. Much to our surprise, even after FIVE years, (way beyond the end of the warranty period) they came out, diligently worked to figure out what caused the problem, and fixed it. (Norm told us that in spite of the difficulty they had in discovering the cause of the leak, he wanted to know how to prevent that same thing from happening with his future customers.) They were courteous, helpful, and made sure, after each days work, that the room was clean. I don't have enough superlatives to describe the high integrity of this company. They are THE BEST!! The service was great from the second I walked in to the time I left.
Carrie, Jerry and Randy walked me through every step of purchasing the lumber I needed and also made suggestions based on the type of lumber I needed and the purpose of the use of lumber. I'm very pleased with my first visit and will return!

designing was spot on. If something was not
to our liking, he made sure we were
satisfied.
Our home is beautiful with a total redo of
our bathrooms and a professional grade
kitchen with an 11 ft quartz countertop.
As anyone will tell you about any renovation,
it's stressful, but it was all worth the wait for

This would not have a rating but had to put one.I never used them and never will.  I had Kevin, part owner come out to give bid and he said will send in a couple of hours. Never received so I texted him and he send a text with pricing. I am ok lets go when can we do? He said I have to look at schedule and will get back with you. Another day, I contact him. He said Wed and this was Monday. I am thinking I have 1 day to get my garage items moved. I am like this Wed? and he said oh thought you were someone else. Next Wednesday. I am like ok. Did not hear anything so Tuesday I call and leave message no response, Text him to confirm for Wed and get time since I would have to leave work to let guys in garage  hours later he texted Oh Thursday for sure @ 10. Never told me before hand until I contacted him twice. Then told him I was not happy he never contacted me to tell me the date changed. No response,  sorry busy,  nothing. I told a couple people the story and they are like stay away if he can not respond to find out schedule what if you have a problem with the cabinets So I texted him and told him due to lack of response I have chosen not to use him. over 3 hours later just text back No problem. That was it. No so sorry or anything. I guess my business was not needed. Just so you know I had no contract at all. Never signed anything. I work in the construction industry and if I treated my customers this way, I would be fired. Stay far away from Kevin and this company

Wolf Custom Creations promised me QUALITY, gave me a completion date they met and provided PROFESSIONAL service to the max! They even CUSTOMIZED a mural my mother had special ordered years before she passed this last January and it meant the world to our family to keep her memory in her remodeled kitchen. If you need any type of cabinets or shelving, Wolf Custom Creation is top notch! Thank you so much for jumping into the middle of what started off as a bad experience from the previous contractor and making it a wonderful experience. You did a beautiful job. I'm 100% thankful! Purchased some overstock cabinets, and could not be happier with them. The cabinets were just as described and response from Sarah was punctual, informative and top notch!

Just had a bathroom vanity installed by David and his crew.  They were fast, professional, organized and most importantly did an outstanding job.  I'm very happy with the work and will definitely call Unique Cabinetry for any of my future cabinetry and trim needs.

This place is a total fraud first of all the sales rep didn't call me for two weeks after I called and left five voicemails second of all he lied about the pricing and third his manager called and change the price on me. Needless to say I decided not to go through with the project even though I had to my neighbors they were going to order granite from them as well. Do not do business with this vendor, I gave him multiple chances to earn my business and stay with the original pricing but they change the pricing too many times and they lied over and over and over again do not do business with them I warn you.

We are extremely happy with the cabinets!  Rodney and the team were really helpful and patient with helping us pick out the perfect design, and the installation was quick, but at the same time, very thorough.  The cabinets look amazing.

Run as fast as you can away from this company. The worst customer service i have ever encountered. Several attempts to have this company correct certain issues, damage cabinets, missing parts....ect. Always the response of we will get back to you. Buyer Beware!

Wish there was a ZERO star option.
The problem started at 6 months in to this new house. I went directly to Timberlake (the cabinet maker) after about 6 months of Richmond jerking me around. It's now 3 1/2 yrs in to this problem and the best they will offer is new cabinet doors... THAT DON'T MATCH. I've been told that because of so much time going by, my cabinets have faded... well NO SHIT ! This should have been addressed 3 years ago! I can only guess that TIMBERLAKE doesn't sell to the public, only to these shitty builders. If they did, I would think they would care more about their reputation and providing a quality product, and customer satisfaction. So, all I can do is look for every media outlet I can to spread the work about the shitty product and customer service I have received from both RICHMOND and TIMBERLAKE. So my first stop is here, on Facebook. I have a lot of outlets to contact ahead of me. (Oh, and these were the UPGRADED cabinets).

CABINETS ARE GARBAGE and customer service is just as bad.
