We found Arizona Flooring and Remodeling through an ad in the paper.  Intrigued, we investigated the company through the Better Business Bureau and on-line ratings.  Everything showed an A+.  So happy we selected the company to complete our medium size remodel.  Love our new floors, kitchen backsplash, French doors, updated fixtures, and paint-job.  Josif coordinated all work and oversaw every aspect of our home remodel to perfection.  All work was completed when promised and price was as agreed to.  Thanks Josif for a stress-free remodeling experience.

I'm a general contractor and we are doing a custom woodworking job. We needed some special materials. We called the store in advance we were told they had plenty in stock. A week later when we need them we show up to the store to be told that they haven't been in stock for years. now I have to go explain my customer why their job will be delayed.

I worked with Susan Peake at the Closet Factory last November and she designed a fabulous closet for me. I could not be happier. She asked a lot of questions, took measurements, and designed a closet that is exactly what I wanted and needed.

I paid this establishment many thousands of dollars for numerous delays, no-shows, and substandard workmanship by unskilled laborers. They used temporary 'shark bites' to put my plumbing together and 1 inch pipe verses the industry required 2 inch. My shower remodel ended up a nightmare that has cost me many thousands more dollars to have a reputable company repair after employee Paul A. LaChance (who has a long history of ripping people off according to the Internet and working under someone else's contractor's license) poured concrete down the drain of my shower. I also paid for a kitchen island and remodel that was never started...kept promising....
On Nov 15th, I went back to the store front, the business was closed and locked with a sign saying they were 'remodeling'. On Nov 29th I returned to this store front and the Landlord has a sign on the door indicating that they have re-entered and taken possession of the property due to non-payment of rent. Stay as far away from this place as you can!

I had an unusual concept for cabinets that I wanted for a Butler's Pantry but couldn't quite figure out how to design the cabinets. I had two other cabinet makers working on the idea, however, their concepts were the same as mine. I met Sandy and she came up with an out of the box solution. Her design, combined with a fair bid, prompted me to contract her for the work. The cabinets were completed in a matter of weeks, I was given telephonic updates along the way, and they were installed the same day they arrived. The installation was top notch. I will be consulting Sandy on a few more projects I have in the works.

I am thrilled with the job that Spray-Net North Phoenix's did on our kitchen cabinets. This is a very well run crew!  They provided the price on the first day. They came when they were scheduled for the job. They were absolutely meticulous with their preparation and painting. They cleaned up every little bit of work debris. They also carefully packed up anything that could be reused for the next job. I so appreciate that my cabinets and their materials didn't end up in the landfill. My 25 year old cabinets look like new.

I worked with Dean to buy door hardware for my new kitchen that was installed by someone else. Even though was only spending a couple hundred dollars I still was met with top notch service. Dean personally reached out to me through email and phone when the product arrived. He communicated well and if he was not in, his staff knew who I was and what I needed. All said I made about 4 trips in to review hardware and finally decide and I couldn't be any happier with the service and the product delivered. I will be visiting them again when it is time for the next project.

Timely, do what they say, a first-rate experience.  Use these guys.

Builders flooring and design recently remodeled our home in Queen Creek and we loved it! Nik and Kathryn were helpful and response throughout the entire process.

They put in new flooring and cabinets, along with new baseboards, and everything looks great!

I worked with Greg at the Grand Ave location. Had a kitchen remodel I was working on needing all new cabinets. Gave him the measurements, and he quickly came up with a perfect design on his computer. Diamond K & B installed the cabinets yesterday.They fit perfectly, and  look fantastic. Would definitely recommend this company.

We Hired Genesis Cabinet Refinishing to Re-finish our cabinets in our home. Junior came and gave us what we thought was a fair bid, (it was NOT the cheapest bid) Junior 'promised' to stand behind his work and he guaranteed the work for 2 years. Within 2 weeks of the job being completed, the cabinets in the Master Bathroom started to 'PEEL' and 'CHIP'! Junior came to look at them and said he would have them fixed within 2 weeks. 2 weeks went by and then 6 months, Junior 'PROMISED'  he would come within '2 weeks' AGAIN. NO SHOW, AGAIN!!!!!
We have called him and called him and texted him and texted him, no response!!!! We NEVER heard from him again. We have given him ample time to make good on his word! We paid $5,160.00 for our cabinets to be refinished. Junior promises and DOES NOT DELIVER ON HIS PROMISES, He does NOT keep his word! He has lied and lied to us! He is a 'LIAR' and does NOT keep his word. I would NEVER, EVER use this company again, nor would I ever refer them to anyone!

I initially contacted KIT cabinets while I was checking a few other vendors and collecting estimates. I first spoke to Jason, he was informative and answered my questions. Fast forward a few days, I called back bc I was ready to either come in or have someone come measure my kitchen. Mark answered and he seems to have very little knowledge about anything or possibly just poor customer service/communication skills. It was a Friday early afternoon and I asked what time they close and he said 4 or 5...so is it 4 or 5?  Well, we have an appointment at 4, but we technically close at 5. Through broken communication I understood I wouldnt be helped if I went in that day. I went ahead and agreed to schedule for Jason to come out to my home on Tuesday morning (since theyre closed on Mondays) at 10am. Tuesday morning comes and goes. Mark calls me Tuesday early afternoon to apologize that no one showed up that morning... I never got a call that morning from anyone! At this point I'm completely turned off and don't even care. Although KIT Cabinets beat anybody's price, I don't think they beat anybody's service.

We contacted Ben at BM after our floor installer Arturo recommended his services. We are glad we did, Ben is great to work with and his experience helped us choose the right type of flooring for our budget. No up-selling or games, just straight ahead information with pros/cons and pricing we could wrap our heads around. If your looking for a place that will answer your questions and supply the product on time, Ben at BM is the place.

Exceptional pricing, quality cabinets and highly-skilled contractors.  We had them replace our kitchen and bathroom cabinets.  They completed the install of the cabinets and granite in four days and went out their way to ensure we were satisfied.

They were professional, courtesy and accommodating at all times.  

I'm convinced, they are one of the best-priced cabinet and granite installers in AZ.  

Highly recommend them to anyone considering kitchen or bathroom remodeling.

I guess I am the first to review this company I would give the 2.5 stars if I could. I had five bids for a master bath vanity to get replaced. They were not the cheapest bid but I liked Dorothy the owners daughter. When I went to the store to put my deposit down I didn't have a good feeling and should have went with my gut with it being a rink a dink show room. This will be a long review...
When I signed the contract it stated no Plumbing is included. I asked Dorothy then who does the plumbing she stated the granite guys do.
Normally this is a two day job back to back days so I was told by the other four companies.
When I got home and looked at the contract it's dated two 24 inch cabinets in a 15 I called Dorothy and asked her about it because the other four companies said it was two 24 inch and 18 she stated that should fit the footprint of what I had and I told her what the other companies had said. Red flag  she stated it should be two weeks for the cabinets to be built. It took four weeks before I heard from her she asked if I could do it December 11 I told her that was not a good day for me but Dec 13 I could but I needed it done by the 21st because I had six people coming in from out of town and needed that bathroom. The tear out and install of just the cabinets were done and that took eight hours. The granite guys called me and stated they had just been told about my cabinets and they were totally booked for a week. The install guy left with gaps between the cabinet and floor put screw threw the side of the cabinet.
I took pictures sent an email to Dorothy who instructed me to send them to David the owner and her father. I did twice before I received an answer stating I had the wrong number.
Dec 21 the granite was done with no plumbing. They stated they don't do plumbing just sinks but and connect me with a plumber. I emailed Dorothy asked her and she said there must be some misunderstanding that they do the plumbing and would get back with me. I never heard anything and on December 24 I sent another email  and told her the number she gave me for David was wrong.she never responded to that email either.
On January 4th I wrote a letter to this company and sent it by email. January 6th David the owner reached out and came over to look at what needed to be done with the trim and faucets.
He stated to me when I called the trim that it's called scribe. And that in my contract it stated plumbing was not included. And I asked him when I spoke to your daughter and asked who did it she stated the granite guys do. She did not state that I needed to call a plumber myself and hire them to get the job done. He stated the granite guys only do the sinks. I repeated myself again as to what his daughter stated and said she needs to learn how to better word things because to me  when I ask who does plumbing it is attaching the plumbing.
We finally agreed that he would send someone out to do the scribe and pay for a plumber to come out and set up the plumbing.
My vanity was finally completed on Saturday, January 12. a month later then the start date.
It was very hard with eight people trying to share one bathroom. Attached are pictures of my concerns
