The sale's team is very good and efficient.  However, the realty of performance is 4 - 5 months out to delivery and installation of product.

Additionally, the organization requires an 80% to 85% deposit of monies before any work is started.  A deposit of this amount is usually a sign of a company's reserve capital inefficiencies among many other operational issues.  For the consumer, the risk is very high.

Crooks! Spent a couple thousand on cabinet doors. They fell apart. 2 fell off the wall. Brought them back for repairs and the nice girls up front turned rude and defensive. Accusing me of dropping them. They wanted to charge me more to fix the two doors then it originally cost to build them! I took them to another cabinet shop to be fixed and was told that they were never glued!! Go somewhere else!

We were  very disappointed with this company. A salesman came to our home and gave us an estimate on installing the cabinets on our driveway. He explained that we would need to remove the gate that was in place and assured us that we could have the cabinets we were looking for installed. When the installer came a few weeks later, he unloaded his supplies and then changed his mind. He came to the door and said they would not be able to install the cabinets and that his boss could explain why. When his boss called, not sure who, he said that they the cabinets would not be installed. He went on to say there were multiple reasons why they would not be installing the cabinets. He also went so far to ask if the salesman even came to our house. Seeing as how we were given an estimate form with drawings, measurements, and the cost, I'm not sure why that was even a question.
I understand about the boss's concerns but the way we were spoken to was unprofessional and unacceptable. It could have been a conversation where he asked questions and offered the options needed prior to install. Instead, we would never do business with this company if that's how they treat their customers.

We used Structures for cabinets for our whole home remodel. They were able to find exactly what we wanted, I am very picky, installed everything beautifully and the customer services was top notch. Our family will use them again when the time comes!

We did refacing for our entire kitchen and cabinets in 2013. Keith is a great person and was completely involved in the process. He is a very trustworthy and honest person which can be difficult to find these days. You can see in the pictures the quality of his work. The work was completed in the time frame described and there was no change in the quote to the final cost.
In August 2017 we suffered a flood in the kitchen due to monsoon season. Half of our cabinets had to be taken out because of the flood damage. We told our insurance company about Arizona Kitchens and Refacing but they insisted on using some cheap random kitchen company to try to replace our cabinets. The results were a disaster. The refacing was poorly done with nail holes clearly apparent. The cabinet doors were damaged. There was no wrap around on the corners. The facing under the sink was loose. The color did not match the undamaged part of the kitchen.
Fortunately we were able to Arizona Kitchens and Refacing to redo the poor work of the other company. Keith had the poorly done work removed and replaced with new work that matched the original from 2013. His workers are friendly. Keith is a well spoken, honest, and caring individual. He is a great person to have work in the most important asset of your home. I strongly recommend Keith and Arizona Kitchens and Refacing.

This is truly a winning team.  My kitchen turned out AMAZING!  The black galaxy granite they installed on my island is just flawless...so gorgeous!  I especially appreciated how they communicated with me through the process to make sure I knew just what to expect.  Not only did they do spectacular work, but they made me feel like they really cared.  Quality workmanship and good people...that's a winning combination!  Thanks Kyle, Pablo and the team!!!

Canyon was so great! He was professional, detail oriented and attentive to all of our needs. He made a big decision so easy. We trusted him from the minute we walked in the door. We highly recommend getting your cabinets from here. Good price, good quality and amazing service!

Eddie was kind enough to take on a minor repair job for us & did excellent work. Would've had to try to replace the door & match it to existing cabinetry which we weren't looking forward to doing. He did an excellent job, was conscious of all COVID related precautions when at our home & was very responsive when we had questions. Would highly recommend for cabinet projects large or small! We were in need of an overhaul to our 1986 kitchen (low ceiling, dated cabinetry, dated breakfast nook and poor use of space) - after shaking Gary's hand and his initial thorough walk-through, we knew that we had our design & remodeling team.  We chose the Fallone's as both Robin and Gary have great ideas, are very personable and punctual. This was our first remodel and the Fallone's walked us through the process, helped guide us in the right direction, presented us with a detailed schedule of the process and even met us at different locations to select tile, stone, etc.  They also listened to our ideas, must haves and our second thoughts throughout the project.  Not only was the project completed on time, but the kitchen was finished early!  Their trade contractors and build team are very professional and performed outstanding work.  We went from an unusable closed-in space to an open kitchen that included a proportionate island with all of the amenities (and yes, even a built-in drop-down & retractable LCD TV hidden in the cabinetry).  The room has essentially become an addition to the house - far more than just meal preparation it is now a place to congregate.  I often work from home while seated at the island and use the kitchen as a backdrop for video conferencing.  We would absolutely recommend Fallone Building and Remodeling and have engaged their services once again for the design and build of our new master bathroom (can't wait).

Ken installed rollout drawers in my kitchen and master bathroom a few years ago.  It is SO much easier to use lower cabinets when you don't have to bend way down or get on your knees to get something.  The space becomes so user friendly. It cost close to a thousand dollars, way less than new cabinets.

Enrique and Jaime did the installation of our new granite countertops and I was blown away by how quickly and efficiently they did the install. Everything was done and looking perfect in just a few hours, which was a testament to the time and care they took beforehand to accurately measure everything to ensure the install would go smoothly. I especially appreciated how they drilled the sink holes once the slab was installed and allowed us to choose where we wanted things to be placed (RO, Faucet, Instant hot water) and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out.

I felt like I was on an episode of punked. My 5yr old can run a better business. They have made major mistake after major mistake and a month later they still haven't gotten it right.

1. They told me my Cabinets would be ready by a specific date. I hired a crew and waited for them to be delivered only to be told at noon they weren't ready and would be delivered the next week.

2. They forgot some hardware for the cabinets and I had to drive all the way to their warehouse on a Saturday to pick them up.

3. One of the panels for the fridge was the wrong size. They delivered 3 more panels before they got it right.

4. They suggested I not go with 42inch uppers as my crown molding would not fit. Of course this was the wrong decision and the crown they sent me was too small.

5. They have delivered the molding 3 times and still haven't gotten it right.

Needless to say over a month later and I don't have a properly functioning kitchen.

I am also out a ton of $ for having to pay The cabinets installers to continually make trips to my home only to be turned away because they don't have the proper items to work.

Worst company ever!

Found him on Nextdoor app and I sent message and he came to my house checked out all the work I wanted done.  He gave me a quote a week after he said he would email it over after I had to keep texting him.  Then I messaged and tried calling to tell him what I wanted done based off his quote.  He then went to ignore my messages and phone calls.
