This is my Second time buying cabinets from them. I walked into the show room with no appt and the guys there were very friendly and helpful. Jacee took the time to listen to my design ideas and really went above and beyond. At first I wanted a large design and when he came to measure and we decided we need a smaller design, Jacee was so accommodating, knowledgeable and really nice about me changing my mind. I feel like he really didn't mind making the changes necessary to make me happy.
The 1st time I bought cabinets there was a delay but it was Pandemic times so I understood.
I am actually really happy with the way things are flowing.

I visited their showroom today because I want to replace my kitchen cabinets and add additional cabinets to other rooms in my home. When you walk in, you are greeted by a salesperson. All the sales people were busy so we were told to look around the showroom and someone would talk to us in a bit.

We looked around the showroom and were not impressed at all with the cabinet selection they have. I only saw about 10 different kinds of cabinets and there's no prices on anything. I would have thought their selection would be a lot more. They also seem to sell flooring and hardware like faucets. The showroom seemed really random and disorganized and honestly parts of it seemed hazardous to walk through because some items were just propped up against things and looked like they might fall if you bumped up against them.

Anyway, no one ever found us again to talk to us so after about 15 minutes we just left. We went to Lowe's where they had a lot more selection of types of cabinets and we will probably order cabinets through Lowe's.

I wish I could give a -5 star review. This has been the worst experience as a consumer dealing with a business. We purchased cabinets from Sanels and the sales experience was very pleasant. Their sales manager Jon came to our house to take measurements and another salesperson, Kevin, created the design and placed the order for the cabinets. We spent $9331 on brand-new kitchen cabinets and were thrilled with our purchase. Jon promised we would have cabinets before Thanksgiving of 2022. We had never purchased cabinets before, so the process was very new to us. When we received the documents to sign, we trusted they knew what they were doing (BIG MISTAKE) and signed off on what they sent. The sketch looked good and we figured the itemized list was consistent with the sketch.

I had to initiate contact about estimated delivery after the 8 weeks they had projected. After a few weeks, they contacted me with a delivery date of November 15th. We were so happy! So we contacted our installer and made arrangements for the following Saturday to have the installation done. We had to remove our existing cabinets in preparation for the installation. When the installer reviewed the documents we had received from Sanels, he pointed out that the sketch with measurements and the itemized list of cabinets ordered did not match. I immediately contacted Jon and Kevin to share what the installer said and their response was that they had sent me the incorrect sketch. They produced a new sketch where one of the measurements was off by about 2. Once again, I contacted them about this and they began to backpedal and tried to blame us for these measurements ??? what?!?!

So, on the morning of November 18th when we were supposed to receive the delivery, we got a phone call instead saying that they were not going to deliver the cabinets because there was a question about the sizes. I called Kevin and asked what was going on and he said the cabinets were damaged. At this point, I'm getting very frustrated: which one is it? Size discrepancy or damage?? someone is lying. I called Jon and asked him to find out what was going on. I had an installer coming on Saturday and I had no cabinets. I was agitated and Jon's response to me was stop yelling at me, I'm not putting up with that. I was not yelling but yes, I was upset, and rightfully so as these people were lying to me.

Then at the beginning of December, they made a partial delivery of the cabinets ( 7 cabinets missing!) the delivery driver told us they were going to bring the remaining cabinets that afternoon (another lie). The remaining 7 cabinets were delivered on December 27th.  Also, all the cabinets were missing handles (which were part of the order) and to this date, Sanels has failed to give us handles for our cabinets.  Between November 18th to the end of December communication with Sanels was NON-EXISTENT. I called almost daily and NO ONE would return my calls.

After many, many calls, they assigned a Customer Service lady to communicate with us via email and she was the only person that showed any interest in truly trying to help and got things done. Finally, on New Year's Eve, the installer came again to install the cabinets. As we predicted from the measurements and sketch, 3 cabinets did not fit because they were 2 inches too big. I contacted Bri, with Customer Service, and for the span of one week, she led me on saying they were working on it. The last email I received from her on January 5th said:

I was able to meet with ownership just now and discuss the current situation with him. He told me to have our Senior Manager take this over to ensure it is handled correctly. Her name is Amber. I will be sure to forward this email as well as all notes and documentation I have to her and we will sit down so I can fill her in on it all.

I am sure she will reach out to you soon and be able to help resolve these issues effectively and efficiently.

Since then, Sanels Cabinets has gone completely silent on my husband and me, and have not been able to get a response from anyone, including Bri. We have an unfinished kitchen, unable to install countertops, and have been doing our dishes in our bathroom sink since November 18, 2022. I am currently seeking legal action against this horrible company. They should not be in business.

Worst experience. Installer was completely incompetent. Was asked several times to not sit on my cabinets, which resulted in damage. Sanels did replace the cabinet-with another damaged one. Salesman incorrectly measured and I have large gaps at the end of each counter which looks like trash. Installer called me a liar, to my face, said that cracks were just a pencil mark. Took chunks of paint off my freshly painted walls. Didn't bring proper tools so he stood on my countertops and left footprints as proof. A 400 pound gorilla standing ON MY COUNTERTOPS! Half assed the install (see photos provided) threw a temper tantrum when asked to NOT saw directly on my brand new countertops or use spray glue in the house. Proceeds to storm out calling me a b*tch and f*cking b*tch as he stomps out without finishing the job.

Save yourself the headache and thousands of dollars and go somewhere  else. I'll be looking into filing complaints with the ROC first Monday morning and I suggest everyone else on these reviews do the same!

Read these reviews and was a little worried about not receiving cabinets for months. Asked for some options and due to them moving locations they were able to sell us one of their display units along with a few unbuilt cabinets they had on hand. They were AMAZING. Eric drew up a professional quality model we used to assemble the cabinets and and worked with us all the way up until we were literally at their facility to pick up cabinets where Eric helped us save $500 going from 2 smaller cabinets to one bigger since we had 3 more inches than we thought.

Overall Eric was always accessible for questions. He responded to text messages from us within 15 mins. Even answered numerous questions a few weeks AFTER we already had bought the cabinets and we're installing them.

I can't speak to their delivery speed and installation but I can say the quality and customer service from Eric was epic and for beyond what was required.

My experience is less than good with Sanels- THE ONLY thing that saved my experience was my salesman Jacee.  He was kind, apologized for the back office never calling as it took over 75 days to get my upper cabinets.  I would not recommend the company, yet their sales people are very good.

I found these guys looking for wholesaler for kitchen cabinetry. I called and asked if they can come to my residence and take accurate measurements. They were not able to do so, so I brought my own measurements and the part that gets me is they didn't let me know they were running my credit twice when I requested financing and they ran my credit two times back to back damaging my credit and when I asked if they can remove one of those inquires they said I will have to speak with the credit bureau's and they should be able to remove that! I have made multiple attempts at contacting the credit company's and they said this company needs to provide proof which I requested and still have been placed on hold. This is ridiculous. They are just trying to land a sale. Completely unhappy with my experience

If you're looking at reviews for Sanels cabinets you're ahead of the game. I didn't before purchasing over 16k worth the cabinets in March.  It's November and I am still waiting for glass cabinet doors. Every-time I call they are going to look in to it and call me back. Guess what, they never call me back. I've spent so many hours trying to problem-solve missed deliveries, I had to settle for wrong cabinet color just to keep my project on schedule.  Just give me my damn doors so I can move on and forget we ever met!

I have been waiting 9 mouth for my order. Still today have not received full order they do not answer the phone they do not return calls they blamed A manager for the problem but the problem is ownership they lie through there teeth to any one trying to get cabinets go somewhere else worse place of business my kitchen was demolished August of 22 I was told 3 week ago this was to priority for them and have not heard from them sence this owner is a terrible person the things that have Ben done speaks directly obout his and his employees caricatures terrible people

Make sure you have a good lawyer if you're going to do business with this company. We ordered cabinets that we're guaranteed to be installed in December. It is now January 30 and we are having to file a court case to get our money back. They demand full payment up front which should have been the first red flag. Secondly, the first contractor they sent out appeared to be on drugs. Lone behold he made all the wrong measurements and left the company. They have continued to duck all our attempts to get a resolution to this case.

If I could give them negative stars I would.  Buyer beware this company is all smoke and mirrors. You have to pay for your cabinets upfront but good luck getting any follow up after or your product. No one knows what they're doing. The staff have more excuses than words in the dictionary.  If you choose to use this business have your lawyer on speed dial!!

Wow.  I had to laugh when I saw how many one star reviews this company has.  I cannot understand how they are still in business.  

This is my story. In my situation they were 2 months late delivering our cabinets, the wrong cabinets were delivered and they tried to convince us that what they delivered is better than what we ordered so we should just accept them.  A few of the cabinets were delivered broken as well. Oh, and some of them were the wrong color.  

The owners son came by to try to mend the relationship but he was rude and arrogant.  He promised to have his guys come and straiten the cabinet doors but they never showed.  I called over and over for 5 months and they kept promising they would come but they never did.  Every month there was a new customer service rep who said she was not aware of my request.  No wonder there is high turnover.

Never go with this company.

after several months of trying to get my cabinets repaired, Mr sanel himself came to my home on a saturday morning (3/11/23) he then proceeded to apologies for any inconvenience it may have caused. he then took measurements and assured me it will be handled quickly. today 3/23/23 i am happy to say my kitchen is looking beautiful. he even added some additional upper cabinets at no cost to me. thank you Mr. Sanel for your quick response and your kindness. I would also like to add the sales rep kelli was a great help. if anyone is looking to remodel, i would recommend this company.

We went into Sanels to pick out cabinets. The staff was extremely friendly and answered all of our questions. We had recently lost our house due to a house fire. We went in picked out cabinets handed over $12,000 of our hard earned money. It's been 5 months and we have still yet to receive our cabinets. I've made multiple attempts through social media, calling Sanels and always receive the run around. We sent your cabinets to the wrong place, we had to fire Becky the number of excuses I've received is appalling. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT TRUST Sanels!!! I'll attach pictures of some of the quality cabinets we have received which are broken. Some are just completely missing. Imagine losing your home to a house fire then being robbed of 12,000 by this company. They should be SHUT DOWN!

Stay away from this place. 6 months after the original order was placed and barely getting an email that my 2 cabinets that were not delivered are ready. Reached out many times( have all documentation to prove). There are still 4 cabinets that were damaged and have not been replaced. I called them to have them pick up the cabinets from my garage because I don't need them anymore. They said they were gonna charge me a restocking fee of 30%. Obviously this service manager has no clue of what is going on. All I can say is stay away from this company and don't use them. My money has already been returned by my credit card company because they also refused to Redon d to them regarding this issue. If you do decide to use them due to the fake good reviews you see make sure you use a cc to pay for the items. Next step is registrar of contractors.

We visited their Show room today in Phoenix looking for cabinets. Both Jon and Harris were instantly helpful. They were very professional and personable. They were knowledgeable about their cabinets. In addition they gave us many different options to choose from. We finally settled on one and they were very accommodating in our choice. We were very happy that we chose to go there, and would definitely recommend to others if they are in need of cabinets or countertops.

Its now Sept 6th, 2022 and have never heard back from this company, I filed a complaint with the ROC but all they can do is make Sanels complete the install but I do not want Sanels coming back to my place anyway, these people are just horrible. I also filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals office and got a generic response saying they will contact me when they get to it, well its been 8 weeks and still never heard from them either. Just stay FAR FAR away from these crooks. Dino appears to be the owner and had a horrible experience with him and all the other 10 people I got passed around too with no resolve. The only satisfaction I received was able to dispute my credit card charge and received my money back that route. I am happy to be freed from dealing with Sanels Cabinets and is only a matter of time before they go out of business, its inevitable. The funny part is the few positive reviews they received are obviously fake and use file photos for pics, I mean how stupid do they think people are? Mabye they just think everyone is as stupid as they are?

For the good... My sales guy was helpful and worked on a design with me.
Now... on to the ugly... Their prices are absolutely OBSCENE. I have been in the remodeling business for the last 12 years and while the prices of building materials has gone up... their prices are absurd. I mean absurd.  I was able to make ONE call to another RTA (ready to assemble chinese made and flat shipped) cabinet dealer and get the same thing for $2000 less. And that 2k represents a 29% savings. Additionally, they have very limited applications because of the type of cabinets they sell. Honestly... do a tiny bit more research and save yourselves a fortune.

13 weeks, they've left us with a gutted kitchen! Another day of no replies on any inquiry to our cabinets whereabouts (currently 13 weeks behind) and another day of having a gutted kitchen. Another day of Sanels not responding appropriately to even our BBB complaint. If your order requires shipping from Arizona - DO NOT ORDER FROM SANELS. Read the other reviews too! The ONLY positive name mentioned in any (Brayden Day) left the company. The only negative name listed in any (Amber Freeze and Joe Darger) is still employed and still lying to customers daily about their cabinets being on the truck when Amber is well aware they are not.

Nightmare! My salesman did not know what he was doing. Measured kitchen completely wrong.  My installers complained to me that a one day job took 4 1/2 days.  This company makes you pay all up front, so I have no recourse.  I am still waiting on glass cabinet doors and cabinet hardware which I paid for in March. And my counter a big black spot right in the middle. No one at the company will respond to my concerns. Silence from the company. I am beyond frustrated.

The customer service, quality and long timeline to get your cabinets all equate to a poorly managed business that I wouldn't recommend. It took me 9 months to resolve issues and I end up giving up out of frustration and will fix myself

Saw their advert on youtube... (note to self) don't use any company that advertises on youtube. first warning was when we went there and the person that worked with us to design the kitchen was very surly and seemed to be in a bad mood. I had pretty detailed drawings and measurements for the kitchen that I did in cad, but they were missing certain dimensions and he let me know though most people would have shown up with nothing. There was an issue with communications and we had a hard time understanding him and he us. In the end we had him come out to get better measurements. That person then quit a couple days later.

wait time was about 3 weeks longer than they said for cabinets to be ready. there was no installation included (something we should have walked out over). They gave us a card for an installer who later told us they used to include the installs in the price, and schedule them.

when we got the items we found that they had shorted us 3 cabinets which they did jump through hoops to get to us.

counter tops were included in the install and that went mostly well.

cabinet quality was pretty good no particle board in the ones we chose.

Price was extremely high.

Run as fast as you can away from this company. The worst customer service i have ever encountered. Several attempts to have this company correct certain issues, damage cabinets, missing parts....ect. Always the response of we will get back to you. Buyer Beware!

The sales experience was good, i chose a simple gray cabinet with an easy layout. I did my own measurements and my own assembly and i was a bit shocked at the use of an L-Bracket assembly system, but it seemed to work ok, although i did not care for the exposed hardware. The quality of finish was good and Overall i am satisfied with the product. I thought it was a little overpriced even with the touted low pricing.

These guys are terrible!! There sales and applications folks make lots of errors in cabinet layout, trim, depth of cabinets, etc. My delivery was promised in July of 2022 and it was partially delivered in October. Another partial shipment three weeks later, and the six missing cabinets noted by both the delivery driver and me, have never been delivered! Its now the end of November and I had to go hire a custom cabinet builder to fix Sanels errors and build the last six cabinets.  I went to every location in Phoenix to try to get help and even the Owners son was unable or unwilling to get involved and get my cabinets expedited. There customer service is a farce! They promise the moon, tell you to be patient and they never call back when you leave voice mails. They have a phone system that protects anyone/everyone in any position of authority. The receptionist is argumentative and caustic! The place is a mess. They tell you they are a young company experiencing growing pains, be patient!  DON'T BE PATIENT, DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS OUTFIT!  THEY ARE THE WORST!!!

After reading the reviews I upped my star count to two because my horrible experience doesn't compare to others horrible experiences.  Just don't do it.  It's not worth the effort it takes.   I did have excellent installers but even they said they will never work with Sanels again (it was their 2nd install).  Not worth the headache, time, or frustration.

If I could go back in time I would have went with another cabinet vendor. They claimed to have colored cabinets available faster then other vendors which turned out to be false. The quality of the cabinet material and the assembly work does not justify the price and you're better off just buying lowes stock shelves and replacing the hinges for the soft close feature. When the cabinets were delivered not all cabinets were delivered, some of the cabinet configurations were wrong and I had to rearrange my layout to not push my deadline of install. Pantry's shelves were supposed to be pullout drawers called to get correct drawers and was purposed taking a cash refund to compensate for mistake....never received an email or call back to correct this mistake. Zero out of ten do not recommend!!

I should have read these reviews before I ordered from Sanels. I have redone 2 kitchens before and they went without a hitch. Sanels has been the worst experience ever. I asked 4 times to have someone come out and measure to make sure my measurements were accurate but no one ever came out and cabinets were ordered, They came 2 months ago to install. One cabinet on the lower was missing as was skins and 2 cabinets were the wrong size. Two months later and I am still waiting and without the missing lower I cannot have my countertops put in which means I have been without a sink or running water, dishwasher or disposal. Ever spend 2 months washing dishes in your bathroom sink and cooking with no countertop to place things on? The two which were the wrong size I had to rebuy as they claimed it was my problem as I approved the computer picture. I thought the design experts knew what they were doing!!! Two months and I am still waiting. DO NOT USE SANELS WHOLESALE CABINETS!!!!

The cabinets are nice enough. We received a 45% discount if we paid in full the day of the order which was still over $12,000 worth of cabinets. We were told they were in stock (this was March 5th) They didn't call us till June 1 (for in stock cabinets). Scheduled a delivery for the 2nd and no call no show. Called re-set delivery for the 3rd. Cabinets looked like blind monkeys with kindergarten tool sets put them together. It took 6 different times to get the cabinets delivered as we ordered them. The delivery crew scratched the hell out of our hard wood floor and tried to tell me they didn't do it as I was watching them. Dino the owners son got involved and really tried to help (though he was inundated. Bad customer, quality control, delivery issues, etc..) Finally the last (or so we though delivery ) was brought to us personally by Dino (he's a good guy and tries but is overwhelmed). It's like pulling teeth to get a return call, follow up ect... The one other lady that helped us quit (not surprising, she didn't even last 90 days). They gave us a couple installer companies to call, you guessed it no one would call back.  

After desperation we went on our own, found an installer and then realized we were short on materials (filler & trim pieces), missing cabinet shelves and had warped doors. My wife called customer service twice..no response, I texted Dino (no response till I called him), called and spoke with a Melissa who was new. Told her the story and she informed me she had to run this through Amber who was out. As of this review, we are still waiting for responses.

Nice Cabinets, but horrible customer service. They are trying, but this seems like a top down problem. Will update if and when we get the missing and damaged items replaced.

I would RUN THE OTHER WAY, FAR AWAY from this bogus company. Save your thousands and high hopes for other more reliable and professional companies. This horrific company DOES NOT know how to deliver what you paid for. We wasted thousands of dollars and 7 MONTHS in hopes of having our dream cabinets with them. First of all they didn't deliver in time and when they did they gave us the wrong cabinets and accessories. We tried countless times to reach out to them with countless different representatives at our service with NO result at all. AMBER kept promising delivery dates but NOPE not one was  legit. Now she is not answering any texts or calls from us! We have already started our complaint with the AZ ROC and have blasted them in every social media we have. DO NOT TRUST this company!!!!! They don't deserve a single freaking star at all....save yourself the headache, heartache and hard earned money!

If no stars were an option... Please save yourself the trouble. The reviews about poor and no communication are true. If you like to absolutley harass a company to get what you pay for... this is the place for you.
Our sales rep bad-mouthed the people he helped before us for not buying on the spot, didn't take the time to design our set up the way we wanted, and kept saying you can add that later. We didn't know to order crown molding and side inserts. Within an hour of ordering and paying in full, I reached out to our rep to add these to the order and never received a text or call back. Delivery was scheduled and didn't happen (no communication). We had to reschedule all the trades twice! We were delayed three weeks. Months later, I still have a raw edge on a cabinet because they say it is out of stock. I could go on and on about all the employees we reached out to, the lame stories about delayed delivery, and how we had to full court press for every little detail to get done.... but all you really need to know is JUST DON'T DO IT.
Do your research, and see how many times they've changed their name. This is NOT a reputable business.

do not use this company they take your money and then drop the ball no communication no customer service expanding their company with existing paid in full customers' money but haven't fulfilled the orders.  they don't return calls, voicemail is full, deny access to address concerns with manager or owner. please do your research they are licensed but take your money then do not fulfill orders in a timely, professional, reputable, correct,  and honest way.

RUN, RUN , RUN to another cabinet store.  Save yourself from tremendous aggravation.  I only wanted to two pantry cabinets and one base cabinet to add to our existing ones.  We received a broken pantry and it had a screw poking through one of the doors.  One pantry was fine but the base cabinet didn't even have the drawer attached to the slides so when you pulled it out the drawer would fall downward.  The inside of the cabinet had wood that was splintered.  The other problem was that we didn't receive the side panels for each cabinet that finishes them off on the ends.  We expressed to the sales guy that they were needed but he didn't add them to the original order.  We contacted them.  I had to explain the problems to a couple different people before they could understand what the problems were.  I asked a girl when someone would get back to me and she told me that she wasn't a mind reader.  Dealing with this company makes you want to bang your head against the wall because they are that frustrating.  When they finally delivered the replacements we had to exchange the door in the replacement cabinet because there was a dent on the edge.  We still didn't receive the end panels.  I spoke with another woman who guaranteed the delivery last Wednesday and said if for some reason they couldn't that she would deliver them herself.  She was the person who called and changed the delivery to today.  We are now on the fourth attempt to receiving them.  I just received my side panels.  They are too big and the base cabinet panel has to have a cutout for the bottom kick.  Now I have to find someone to custom cut them for me.

If I could give no stars that would better. Only three color choices they want to sell you are white, black and gray, although they have other colors of cabinets lined up and I was told they were not in stock, but are on order and will be 45% more than the other colors when they are available. I get they wanted to make a sale, but did not want to listen to what we were looking for and only wanted to sell what they wanted to sell us. The salesperson was a bit rude and did not want us to look around and when we were walking out, he thanked us for wasting his time. Our trip to this merchant took longer than actual time of being in the showroom, which was about 15 minutes.

Quality of cabinets are good but make sure you double check the measurements and use your own installer.  I ended up paying more than expected to fix bad measurement and bad installation.

when we went in to look for our new bathroom cabinets we were treated very well. The sales associate was knowledgeable and able to help us with our needs. We ordered our cabinets for two bathrooms from them. The bathroom cabinets showed up with no problem until we checked everything out on them. We were told to check before they left and make sure everything was OK. We found one drawer that needed to be replaced. The driver said that they would be sure to contact the company and have somebody come and take care of it. This was back in March 2022. Now we are in October 2022 and I finally received the drawer that was broken. I had to call constantly and take the scratch drawer which was not a close drive. After several months of calling, texting and waiting I never received it. Finally calling customer service and threatening to return all my cabinets I suddenly received my new drawer within two weeks. I do not recommend Sanels they do not care about their customers once you've paid your money.

It is NOW October and this still has not been resolved. It looked promising back in August when Sanella reached out to me, we decided to handle 1 house at a time, since I had issues with 2 different houses. We spoke on the phone this is after I left 3 messages a week for 3.5 weeks for her to call me back as I missed her 1st call. Anyway I was just happy to speak to someone. I sent her all the pictures and documentation I had and we discussed the issues. Almost 2 weeks later she sent an email stating a refund offer that was complete BS, along with a statement that was completely incorrect of the statement of events. So I responded with the correct timeline of events, missing cabinets, did not assemble cabinets (we had to pay someone else to do it) which we paid them for originally, incorrect and broken cabinets. All concerns we had already went over. That email was sent on 8/24, I have since had NO REPLY, NO RETURNED CALLS, no communication. I honestly do not know how this company is still in business, it is a complete JOKE!!!!!!

This company requires you pay thousands of dollars upfront and then does not deliver what you ordered. Began kitchen remodel process in Feb. First, had Sanel's employee come measure. He measured incorrectly, ordered incorrectly, added cabinets in the design that would not fit in the kitchen space, left the company, returned, then was fired. No one from Sanel's informed us, received a random text that are order was being delivered then didn't show up. Called and was informed our rep was fired. No one was assigned our paid in full project, no one took ownership, called and went to the showroom, was told they couldn't help me no project manager or manager was available, wouldn't allow me to report issues to owner or higher level manager, have dealt with over 5 sales and customer service staff, had to have a re measure and re order of cabinets.. now August still do not have over 15,000 in cabinets, hardware, countertop, sink, or vent hood that we ordered. I have to continuously call for any information/ updates and I am always given the  reply have to check with project manager I will call you back no one returns the call. no one updates us on the status of order, or delivery, call Dino the lead or whatever... he came to the house, confirmed what was missing stated we can have this in a week or so didn't happen. I told him all I ask for is communication and transparency, and return calls.. even if the order is delayed .fine just keep me informed and return my calls, assign someone my account, I am solution oriented... I am understanding... Now I call, voicemail is full, call customer service no answer or voicemail, no return call. I am a nurse and a fair individual. I have given this company numerous opportunities to resolve the issue, improve their customer service, re establish trust, and complete my paid in full order. I am writing this review, not out of retaliation.. but to protect other consumers from spending their hard earned money, thousands, on a company that is guaranteed to require payment in full but then drop the ball, make errors in measure, offer inaccurate lead times for completion, and expand their business with money collected upfront from hard working, honest, trusting, established customers like myself. No return calls, no follow up, no accountability, misleading and unprofessional business practices.. Our project is unfinished as of today August 25 2022. We began this process in February of this year and are still waiting for one corner cabinet, parts of panel and waste basket, and pull out drawers, all handle hardware, a vent hood, farm sink, counter top. Last call to company was on Tuesday August 23 no answer, left voicemail with customer service, no return call, called project lead Dino, no room left for voicemails. I have lost my confidence with this company and now I am going to file formal complaints with AZ ROC, and BBB, and share my experience on all media platforms so other hard working individuals avoid our experience. ..

This place was horrible. The sales guy Ashland Dills told me we could wait tell the beginning of June to have our cabinets installed at no cost. We purchased them in the middle of April. We decided it was worth it to wait for them to be installed. They told me 6/1. I had to reach out to them and they told me Friday 6/3 they would be in. They also told me they didn't have the correct cabinet (even though I was told they are built to our design). They said someone would be cutting the cabinet to fit. When the delivery guys came they just dropped them off. Told me they don't do install. I called Ashland and he said he could give me a cost for the installation. This was not what I signed up for and I have the wrong cabinet. They also made me pay by check or cash so I can't even dispute it. I was supposed to have desk size cabinets with a setting area in the middle with 3 cabinets on top. What I got was 3 tall countertop high lower shelves and 3 on top. This does not match my design at all. I also have to install them my self!!! So frustrating.

if I could select no star I would. Sanels has been the worst experience I have EVER had with a company. I ordered cabinet's and when they were delivered there were several ones the wrong size. They did exchange them in an orderly time . But then when the wrong sizes were returned I still have not been refunded. it's been over a month. I have called nearly every day to speak with the Operations Manager Amber. She has never returned my calls , her secretaries can never get a hold of her , and not even the billing department can help me because she needs to authorize it. I have already spoken to her in person, she guaranteed my return. But I have not received the return nor a receipt and when I ask them for it they can't find one. The next step is speaking to the owner. But now the secretaries who work for his company do not have a way of contacting him. I see that an owner responds so if you see this please have Amber give you my information because my next steps are speaking with my attorneys.

Don't waste your time or money on this company! We ordered kitchen cabinets paid $9000 had them deliver and we had missing trim and a missing cabinet. Drove 45 minutes to go back to get trim they didn't deliver, they didn't have it in stock. We went back a second time another 45 minute drive to go pick up the trim and the missing cabinet and they charged us for it when we had already paid for it! We should have never been charged for a missing cabinet we had already paid for! They have the worst customer service, they laughed at us telling us check the paper and mark it off so we know you have it! They wasted our time, and money to pick up things that should have been delivered the day of delivery and got charged twice for a cabinet we had already paid for! We will never recommend this company. Worst experience ever!
