Simply awesome.  We refaced large kitchen and three bathrooms. Jeff responded right away, gave us a reasonable price and date when project will be completed. Neither price or dates changed. Jeff and mike arrived in masks, at 8 am, worked all day, cleaned after the work. The quality of cabinets was superb. All work was done in 4 days. Highly recommend.

Horrible experience. It started out great; however, it went downhill quickly. I had questions for the salesman Paul after he came by my house for an estimate and it took three phone calls and ten days to get a return phone call. Then he set an appointment for Saturday morning to pick up a sink from me which was needed to build a laundry cabinet. He never showed up after I waited at the house for six hours with other things to do. I called and left him a message and waited two days with no response. It's the first time I've ever had to beg someone to take $3,000 from me. I finally called the office Monday morning and advised I wanted to cancel the scheduled install and get a refund of my deposit. All of a sudden Paul had all the time in the world to call me. He stated he forgot he set the appointment. Given how poor the customer service was prior to the install, I can't imagine how bad it would be once they have your money if you had any problems with the cabinets. I now have three other companies scheduled to come out and give me quotes. My advice, look elsewhere.

This company is responsive, transparent, and a solid value for everything that comes with the installation of the unit.

I personally want to thank Bryan for having a very through conversation with my wife prior to installation about why we were getting a new unit and what we expected to achieve by replacing an opener that was only 3 years old.  This might sound crazy because it's a garage door opener, but him taking 4 minutes to ask those questions changed the outcome of this investment in a very positive way, resulting in a 5 star review.

I cannot say enough great things about this company, Organized by Design.  My husband set up an appointment with Chad Turnwald, who came out on time on the scheduled date.  He is very professional, courteous, patient, and friendly.  After getting the measurements of the closet and an idea of what I wanted, he put in all on his laptop computer. As we talked and looked at the design, I got some ideas & suggestions from him and within a few minutes, he made the desired changes on his computer!  I really enjoyed working with him.  We set a tentative date for install in January, and I thought of some other questions. So I called and we talked about a couple other changes. He then emailed me the new plan. Two days before installation day, Chad called to firm up the arrival time that was convenient for us. He also had Kathryn bring out two rolling wardrobe racks to use for unloading our clothes. This was extremely helpful and we got to keep it a few days after the installation. On the scheduled day, Chad came with Mike, his installer, to get started with the demolition of the closet. The majority of the closet was completed that day, and the remainder only took 2 hours the next morning. Mike did an excellent job on the install. Chad even put up my husband's homemade hat rack high up on the wall to help us out. The quality of the closet is fantastic and drawers are dove tail construction with full extension! Thank you Chad, Mike & Kathryn for all of your fantastic work on this project. WE LOVE IT!

All I needed was a replacement piece to the back of one of my kitchen drawers. I had gone to lowes, Home Depot, etc. no one would help. My kitchen drawer front broke off, and I needed the back piece of wood with a router cut in it. I found Arizona Custom Cabinets via search near me. I went there and explained my issue, and showed the gentleman who helped me the piece of broken wood. He said oh yeah let me look in back. 5 minutes later he returns with a freshly cut (exactly measured) piece of wood to replace my broken piece. You've saved me! How much do I owe? The gentleman says 10 dollars. All I had were credit cards so he says I don't deal with cards just bring it by next time your around. Seriously? What excellent, immediate customer service!! I drove to the nearest atm and returned with $20. He wanted to give me change and I said no, an extra $10 is the least I could do for his professional, immediate, courteous help.

I don't need new cabinets, I just needed the one piece and they saved me! I do know if I need any type of cabinetry work done in the future I will go to Arizona Custom Cabinets! Sir, if you read this, thank you again!

Save yourself a lot of time and energy in researching the best and go with Phoenix Cabinet Company. I'm using them for the second time for another project in Scottsdale because I was so impressed after the first project. I love my new cabinets. The choices were just enough and not overwhelming! The sizes available were a little off for some areas like above my refrigerator but other than that, I'm happy.

I can't say enough about the excellent service I received at Diamond Kitchen and Bath.  Logan Peterson took such wonderful care of me and guided me through the whole process, even when I was unsure about my sink color he reassured me it was a good choice.  And I LOVE my sink.
