I am very happy with my new kitchen thanks to Dan and his team.  We were very hesitant to start the remodel process since we had a past botched remodel leave us without cabinet doors or drawers.  After sending an initial email to Dan, he immediately called us back to explain his company and services available.  Right away we could tell that he was knowledgeable and experienced in the kitchen business.  Dan gave some ballpark estimates over the phone and requested us to send measurements and photos so he could give us an accurate cost breakdown.  Within two hours after we sent them over, Dan had a detailed estimate ready.  The estimate included pricing for just doors and drawers as well as pricing for refacing the exposed frames and panels of our cupboards.  We also had a third pricing for building new drawer boxes.  Dan provided all the details we needed to feel comfortable about what we would be paying for and the value each part of the proposal entailed.  We gave him the go-ahead on a Monday and he came out to our home the same week to measure the kitchen and show us color samples for the finish.  Three weeks later Dan's team was back with all the cabinetry pieces which were installed over three days.  Dan made sure that we were satisfied with the final result.  The team that installed the drawers (on the first day) used the wrong slides; Dan had it corrected the next day.  We also noticed that our lazy susan was rubbing a bit and having trouble turning.  Dan arranged a visit at our earliest convenience to get it back to perfect working order.  After working with many contractors in the past that failed to hold up their end of the deal we are thankful to have used Better Than New Kitchens for such a large and important project.

I would highly recommend Valley discount cabinets! From the moment, I walked into their store to the finished product I was beyond satisfied and very Happy  with the customer service, the design to the finished cabinets! They turned out beautiful! I had an amazing experience! Roberto helped me design, my salon, suite! It turned out gorgeous! I get compliments daily! I can't say enough good things about Grapevine and Jeff. For one thing, he has been the most punctual contractor I've ever worked with. My wife and I initially had him out to quote us a refinishing job. Then we decided to go with a complete refacing job. For those two appointments and each subsequent visit to complete the job m, he was always on time.

We were able to customize our project to get more utility out of our kitchen instead of just making the cabinets look better. We were able to add slide out drawers in our pantry and base cabinets, as well as  soft close  for all of our drawers. I talked to Jeff about removing the center support on each cabinet front to make the cabinets more accessible and to allow the pull outs. He removed the center supports skillfully.

The end result was not only did we get a beautiful looking kitchen, but we have all the utility of brand new cabinet designs that are popular today.

I was searching for a company to remodel our master bedroom closet, so I requested a quote. Jason called me within a day or two and left me a voicemail. I called him right back and left him a voicemail. In the meantime, I was busy getting quotes and looking to get other projects done and realized, he never called me back (5 days later). I contemplated on calling him again and decided to (against my better judgement). He answered and made no attempt to acknowledge his delay.

He came out 5 days later to give me a quote. To make it easier, I had drawn up my plans on how I envisioned our closet. He seemed nice enough and he spent about 30 minutes with me. He measured the area, but really didn't take any notes which I thought was odd. He said, I will have a design sent to you today or tomorrow. I was actually surprised, since I thought it would take longer. That day passed. The next day also passed. Two days later, he sent me a text saying he was finalizing my design/estimate and would have it over to me that day, which did not happen.

The following day, I texted him and told him I didn't receive anything yet. He did not respond. Three days went by without a word and then he finally sent my design with an estimate. Unfortunately, the design was not what we discussed and I was disappointed yet again. The only good thing was the price compared to their competitors (nearly half of the cost). So, I texted and emailed Jason and told him we needed to discuss the designs, since it wasn't what I was expecting. He replied via text a day later and asked if we could talk that day. I wasn't going to hold my breath, but he did call!!! We went over the plans again and he said he would send the revisions that day, but he didn't.

I texted him the next day and asked about the revisions, but he didn't respond. I texted again the day after that and no response! The following day he sent an email with revisions at 1:30 a.m. and the designs were incorrect AGAIN! Really???? Ok, at that point I was done. You cannot expect to get business when you keep promising to do something and don't, when you ignore potential clients, and keep sending incorrect designs. At that point, I was done and didn't respond. He obviously didn't care, since it's been a week now.

So, I obviously hired another company, who is a lot more expensive. However, they sat down with me the day of my appointment for 2 hours and showed me my design and estimate right then. I was impressed! I hesitated at the price though, but knew I would not be able to get Space Solutions to do the job or do it right. How they are still in business is beyond me. Seriously, how are they still in business??? I guess if you have the time and patience and are willing to get the wrong designs to save money, then you will be fine. For the record, I called them on 8/26/21 and it's now 9/23/21. Thanks for nothing and for wasting my time...

Had Quick Response (QR) install garage cabinets. They turned out  beautiful. QR responded quickly, sent a text message when coming to the home with a picture of the technician. They were professional, highly recommend this company.

I had a great experience with Cabinets 4 less.  It was a one stop.  We picked out the style, color, and they did the basic lay out on the computer.  The came out the next day to measure.  It was so organized and effortless.  I think it was Christine, but she was great communicating delays or question they had.  I definitely would recommend them.  They are very friendly and have great customer service.

We had Chris complete a wine fridge/bar build-in at our home and it came out fantastic.  He was great to work with, had good design ideas and the installation went very smooth.

After getting a quote for my countertops from a different company, I decided to reach out to Discount Granite.
David responded right away and came out the same day. He answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable.
He gave me a quote that was MUCH less than the other company, AND he was also able to do the counter and sink in the half bath with the leftover piece from the granite slab from the kitchen. His company does the fabrication so there's no middle man saving lots of money.
Less than 2 weeks after his on-site estimate, they came out and installed everything and I LOVE my new kitchen!! I highly recommend David with Discount Granite . They did a beautiful job...quickly and efficiently, and very affordable!

I'm using them for the second time for another project in Scottsdale because I was so impressed after the first project. They are professional, diligent, detailed, fair priced and they ensure you are in love with the finish product. I was in dire need of new cabinets.   When cabinets have cracks and warpage that aren't there for the style, then they need to be replaced.  Doing some research, I found this awesome cabinet company (Probably should re-name it to Awesome Cabinet Company lol).  With so many stars and good reviews from their old cabinet company, it was worth a shot.  Soon as I walked in I was greeted by Stephanie, who took her time with me to tour the 2 showrooms that they have.  The show 2 showrooms were great, the newer showroom out of the two is BEAUTIFUL!   I was able to get an idea with what I was able to see at the show rooms and I ended up getting the H9 Pearl Cabinets.   Its a beautiful transitional door style, a taste of the both world, the traditional and contemporary in one door style.   These cabinets are SOLID WOOD, not like the cheap particle board stuff you get at IKEA and few other places.  The prices for these cabinets are affordable and worth every penny for the quality of the wood you get for these.  Overall, I had a superb experience with this company and I love my cabinets.

Yesterday, I visited your Phoenix location to get a quote for my kitchen cabinets. When I got there Oc helped me bring my project together, I was unaware that they were able to take care of my whole project as I had assumed they just did cabinets. He showed me what my kitchen would look like which was really helpful being a visual person. I was satisfied with my experience, they have nice quality cabinets and descent pricing. Unfortunately they didn't have the colors I needed, because the were out of stock. His custom line was out of my budget for the time and price I needed.

Premium Wholesale Cabinets is a horrible business.  Dishonest and untrustworthy.  Took deposit but never refunded after no purchase was made, after needing money for funeral expenses for my father.  Requested itemized receipt for deposit, they refused.  BBB complaint filed.  Much better cabinet businesses out there.  Stay away from them!

Kenny Jackson is a rock star!  When we suffered the loss of our new home in an attic fire, Kenny was patient and understanding as we waded through the process of rebuilding.  He drove clear out to our house at the other end of town on several occasions and went above and beyond in his customer service.  We cannot recommend Diamond Kitchen and Bath enough!  Thank you Kenny!
