Great job!  Our 1970's bathroom cabinets were dated and the doors did not even close.  I didn't want to rip out the counter tops or floors and so replacing the doors and door fronts was the best option for us.  Better Than New did a great job.  The cost and lead time as quoted was spot on.  Work took less than four hours and my bathroom looks great!

Simply awesome.  We refaced large kitchen and three bathrooms. Jeff responded right away, gave us a reasonable price and date when project will be completed. Neither price or dates changed. Jeff and mike arrived in masks, at 8 am, worked all day, cleaned after the work. The quality of cabinets was superb. All work was done in 4 days. Highly recommend.

I would rate this company a 3.5 star because it's between okay and good.  I ended up giving a 3-star, so keep in mind that it might be a bit harsh depending on how you look at the issue that I have experienced.

I am starting off with the goods here.

Cabinet installation - We signed up for two projects:  cabinet in the laundry and a sizable garage cabinet.  Let me make one thing clear - These guys build quality stuff, no joke.  If I have to rate based on just the construction and the quality of the cabinets, we are looking at a 5-star review easily.  Adam did most of the work and Brett did stop by and fixed up some of the missing part.  Both technicians are professional and careful.  The only down side is that the laundry wasn't completed in one day as promised, meaning I had to extra spent time to cleaned up twice for the same project.  But still, we are looking at quality, sturdy cabinets.

Sales - In my inquiry, I asked for a technical person because I do ask a lot of questions, and have some concerns.  They gave me Mark, and that worked out.  He is indeed technical and experienced.  He communicates well, and not pushy.  However, he did miss the measure on the laundry cabinets.  When we questioned his measurement, he did not make any excuses.  He came back and measured it again and corrected the issue, so we thought that's very professional.  I am glad we got to work with Mark.

So two things went wrong, and that really just left bad taste in the mouth.

Before the cabinet installation, I confirmed twice over the phone and once in the e-mail to make sure that no one will need to step on the existing bottom cabinet and our new washer & dryer in order to build the new cabinets in the laundry room.  Mark promises that it won't happen.  The lady who called and coordinating the installation also promised that wouldn't happen.  I even sent them pictures of the laundry layout, and they are still quite confident that Adam (the technician) won't be using washer & dryer, and the existing cabinet as a step ladder.

Did Adam get that message?  Absolutely, but did he end up stepping on them?  Of course.  I thought I would watch Cirque Du Soleil show in my laundry, and obviously that didn't happen.  What I don't understand is how can they make this promise when they received and reviewed the laundry picture.  They know the setup very well.  Mark even visited this place twice in person!  The only way to make it work is to have a second technician there at the same time, but that wasn't the case.

So basically this company just voided the warranty of my new washer & dryer when Adam stepped on it.  It's not his fault, he had to, his company didn't give him the right tool or manpower to do it without stepping on them.  The existing cabinet was a victim too.  I talked to the manager, and he refuses to provide any warranty to the existing bottom cabinet if somehow the bottom cabinet turns loose within 6 month (yes, that's all I am asking for, 6 month since they step on it).  Now you see why this experience brings their review down to 3-stars.  If you think you might encounter the same problem, make sure you ask for a manager, and send the picture to the manager as well.

The other issue is that they typically don't provide cabinet pumpers.  So, when you close your cabinet doors, it will make a loud banging noise.  You will have to buy your own.  It's weird that a quality cabinet company can't provide something cheap like cabinet bumper, so take that into your quote consideration (they won't disclose it upfront).

TIP - Make sure you ask for a complete disclosure on their life-time warranty policy.  It's not what you think as many items are actually NOT life time warranty.  This part doesn't bother me though; I think their policy is quite fair after reading the complete warranty disclosure.

We have been wanting to replace our garage cabinets for several years.  After reviewing a number of companies we selected Quick Response. There were a few companies that we requested a quote from that never bothered to return our calls. Quick Reaponse as the name indicates were very quick to set up an appointment and provide a quotation on the spot. They also were able to set up the removal of the old cabinets and install the new ones.  Rubin was our Installer. He was prompt and did a fantastic job.

I'd referrer Quick Response for any garage cabinet needs.

I just stopped in here to ask a few questions about cabinets and repairs, because I unfortunately did business with another local company (KitchenAZ Cabinets Chandler) and needed some help.  Unlike KitchenAZ, they were super KIND and helpful; they explained brand differences, quality, and manufacturer warranties to me.  I wish I had gone with them in the first place!  I bought a cabinet touch up kit, and got a referral for someone to help with my current cabinets.  Thanks so much to Beth that helped me!  I will be coming back to get my guest bathroom vanity from you!

We just got our custom cabinets installed yesterday and could not be happier!! It turned out perfect! Chris was a great guy to work with and was very responsive to calls and emails! He came out and measured and got us all the info price delivery etc very quickly! Yes, it took awhile... these are custom, but it was so worth the wait! Installation went great and they were very professional as well! Everything was perfect when they left!

They exceeded my expectations on the new kitchen cabinets. Good value for my money, easy to work with, and was completed in a timely manner. Pleased with the process and final end result.

These cabinets are solid. You have many many selections to choose from, different colors and styles. They will custom design whatever area you're looking for. They are made with solid wood, soft closing, don't waste your time with IKEA or a lesser grade.

Fast worker, hired for a number of projects. Very efficient, I'd hire again.  Good work.

Save yourself a lot of time and energy in researching the best and go with Phoenix Cabinet Company. I'm using them for the second time for another project in Scottsdale because I was so impressed after the first project. They are professional, diligent, detailed, fair priced and they ensure you are in love with the finish product. I love my new cabinets. The choices were just enough and not overwhelming! The sizes available were a little off for some areas like above my refrigerator but other than that, I'm happy.

I'm an investor in the valley and honestly don't know what I'd do without these guys. They have quality cabinets at extremely reasonable prices.. not to mention the can have a full set of kitchen cabinets ready within a week or two. I use them in my projects and also used them at my personal residence - I stand behind the quality (dove tail, full wood construction, soft close, etc). Be sure to give them a shot when shopping for your cabinet needs (They also sell counters, floor, etc.. just haven't had a chance to try them out in that department yet).

We had Diamond Kitchen and Bath install a small bar area for us and everything was great! Randy Smith was excellent at walking us through the design phase, and handling all the scheduling. Our install was quick and did a great job. One of our doors and he noticed and ordered us a new one without us even having to ask!
