Better than quartz, better than granite at a fractional of the cost.  We LOVE LOVE the countertops that Tina's did for us!  Tina's made it so effortless, they're on time, on budget and very pleasant to do business with.  At a time when construction projects are really challenging too.  We highly recommend Tina's if you need a beautiful countertop.

My experience here was excellent from start to finish.  Everything was made easy by Raul and all of his staff, from the template guy to the installers.  Raul gave me a much better price than the higher end shops and the work done was better, in my opinion.  Sara was awesome and scheduled everything very quickly for me.  She stayed on top of things throughout the entire process and answered all of my questions thoroughly.  She was easy to contact and called me back quickly if she was busy.  I was hoping to get my counters in by Christmas and she made it happen.  The installers did an excellent job and the attention to detail was evident.  The seam in my countertop was very well placed and very difficult to even notice.  My wife and I couldn't be happier.  I would highly recommend this business.

Matt coated our two garage floors, they came out GREAT.  he was also the only one that would do each garage in two separate trips, I had to be able to store my belongings SOMEPLACE while the floors was curing and no one else would not accommodate a two trip job.

Cannot say enough good things about Maverick Kitchens!  I had a kitchen remodel done in 2017 and it was an utter disaster.  The owner of Maverick Kitchens came and looked at the nightmare I had and worked very hard to make my dream kitchen come to life.  The cabinets are hardwood and very well made and the installation is beyond reproach.  Thanks so much for taking a horrible situation and making it into my vision.

This is the second time I've enlisted Dave from Furniture Medic to do touch up repairs to table tops in our home. He worked on an Arhaus wood dining table that's been used on a daily basis restoring it to pristine condition as well as a decorative side table in the master bedroom I'd accidentally spilled oil diffuser on. Both came out gleaming as if freshly delivered from the store. His pricing is reasonable and services punctual. Highly recommend.

We bought new cabinets for 3 bathrooms a few years ago and experienced white glue residue coming from some of the joints.  I took a door in to order replacements and was told by Kate Fales, the manager, that we had a lifetime warranty.  Great!  However, there was a bit of pushback from the manufacturer, but Kate stayed on the case.  We got our replacement doors with a very quick turnaround and at no cost.  Kate also did the design work when we bought the cabinets and is a pleasure to work with.  Competent, personable, and capable.

From the moment I got in touch with Cesar to discuss our bathroom cabinet project he was professional and incredibly responsive.  I had some rough ideas but him and his team helped us design something that met what we were looking for and exceeded it by a mile.  I was in the trades for a long time and I can honestly say that I've rarely, if ever, met a company who is so dedicated to a quality job and customer service.  Cesar opened his shop on a weekend for us to come down and see the work they do, review our design, work on colors, and put together a detailed plan.  He came by and worked with us on aspects of our project that would help us tie everything together and give a beautiful end result.  They built us a custom frame for the mirror that matched the cabinetry work and helped us acquire the glass for a unique custom look.  He provided us contacts and secured us counter tops that exceeded anything I was able to find on my own.  You just don't see this level of personal engagement with companies out there these guys are one of a kind and a mile ahead of anyone else I've worked with.  You will be incredibly happy with the work that they perform I can't say enough about how happy we are with Arrowhead custom cabinets.  This is a family business that honestly makes you feel like you are part of the family and that your project is just as important as anything they would do for their own family.  Give them a call you will be forever grateful that you did.

Once again Penny, Nancy, and their team did a tremendous job on our shower project after we had them redo our kitchen cabinets, counter tops, & flooring project  last year. They are amazing to work with and prices are better than anyone's out there. I highly recommend them if you are thinking of doing any type of remodeling.

I hired Black's to install cabinets and a workbench.
The photos speak for themselves:
-A majority of the cabinets had wood putty smeared up and down the sides instead of only covering the nail holes, leaving a lot of clean up for me.
-Some holes for hinges were evidently drilled in the wrong spot, and then were re-drilled without the other holes covered up.
-The edging around the doors were not fully inserted leaving gaps on most of the corners
-Many of the doors where the laminate meets the edge have have small chips in the laminate spanning the door.
-The ceiling was uneven where the cabinets met the ceiling. The trim on the cabinet was not cut to fit with the ceiling, instead pressure was applied bending the trim piece downwards. It not only looks poorly done, I'm concerned that the trim piece may eventually crack.
-Where the peg board is cut around the electrical outlets, the cut is overshot, as opposed to a smooth continuous cut around the outlet.

We had our cabinets refinished in March of 2016.   Kwik Kabinets did a great job.  All of the cabinets that they did work on look fantastic.   Everyone we dealt with was friendly while providing good service.

A few days after our cabinets were done we noticed that there were a few areas that needed to be touched up along the baseboards beneath a few of the cabinets.   We sent photos of the problem areas as we were asked to do.   We didn't get a response after that.   We were able to correct the problem areas ourselves but was disappointed that we didn't have anyone respond to our questions.

Overall happy with the work and glad we had it done.

Kerry did a wonderful job with my kitchen redesign. She was very responsive and knowledgeable. Her attention to detail and suggestions were very helpful in creating a functional cabinet layout. There were many colors and options to choose from, and she walked us through the whole process , which I appreciate after having the opposite experience somewhere else beforehand. I definitely recommend her and this company.

Horrible customer service. We liked their product pictures online so we designed our cabinets around these shelves. We had a simple order for the company of 4 shelves. We sent a very detailed email to the company including pictures and measurements and asked very specifically How many spacers we would need and what kind as well as some questions about the opening. The company wrote back the same day and after some back and forth that was helpful, answered none of our questions about spacers, but instead simply said you can buy 3/8 and 1/8 spacers in the hardware section... Thanks, but we already knew that, what we still don't know is how many spacers are needed for each shelf? 1, 2, 4?  We called several times and had several unanswered emails. This went on for a month. We sent them an email on Sunday asking for our questions to be answered, no reply at all... We called, the woman on the phone was helpful. She finally told us how many spacers would be needed, we were almost ready to make the order, but she had one more question about which spacers to use.  She put me on hold and then apparently the manager or owner came on the phone and said the reason he did not reply to our email is because he doesn't like confrontation and he said we were rude and he hadn't sent one word responses... Apparently the fact that he had given us so little information that we were STILL unable to finalize the order after a month evaded him. He then told us because of our rude email he would not be willing to serve us... I'll leave the email here so Yelp customers can decide for themselves if my email was rude after getting ZERO questions answered after a MONTH of back and forth. Considering the inability to listen to their customers questions and answer them after a month of back and forth, I think our email asking for actual help that will actually enable us to finalize the order after a month was quite restrained. Sadly the owner is a very rude man always trying to prove a point that he is more right than you more than he's trying to serve his customers. I'll happily take my business everywhere which the company repeatedly stated to me. It was clear they would rather start a huge fight with me than to simply fill an order. Absolutely unbelievable way of running a business. The owner chose to fight with me and start an argument rather than make money.  RUN! This guy is so incredibly frustrating you will just end up like us with over a month wasted and still no shelves.  Here is the email I sent asking for help after a month of being ignored or receiving worthless answers that have nothing to do with the questions asked. This is the email that was apparently so incredibly rude that he was unable to do business with me because he doesn't like confrontation. If you don't like confrontation, I would assume you would be able to answer a simple question from your customer so they can place an order with you. The truth is the owner LOVES confrontation and went out of his way to be rude, hateful and pick a fight with me and refuse service to me. LOL Attached please find the email asking for service that was apparently so rude he couldn't work with us, reply to the email or anything besides pick a fight with his customer.

Please tell us how many spacers and of what size we need to add to the order so that we can place this order. Your two word responses are frustrating. We are consumers, not homebuilders. We need a little more help. We are trying to place an order and need to know how many spacers and of what size to put in the order or we cannot place the order.

Our clear opening for all shelves is 14.75. The space between the right side of each shelf and the right wall of the pantry is 2 1/16. The space between the left side of each shelf and the left wall of the pantry is 3/8. We will be ordering 4 slide out shelves. See attached picture for the exact order.

Please tell us how many spacers and of what size we need to add to the order so that we can place this order. If we don't get a clear helpful answer on this we will be forced to order from a competitor. We really like your products but since this is a custom non-returnable order, without clear detailed help with measurements and number of spacers we couldn't possibly order from you. Thank you so much for your help! We are excited about making this purchase with you!

As you can see there is nothing rude whatsoever about the email. It is a frustrated consumer still looking for simple answers after a month. It was extremely clear that from the top down, this company has NO CLUE what customer service is and they certainly do not care about anyone's business. They made it clear over and over that they don't enjoy what they do, have no ability or desire to help their customers, and if you try to get any help after a month they tell you you are rude and they just won't help you. Nasty, short-sighted, hate filled owner and company.

My wife brought in a sample to see if they could match it.  She was told to leave the same and that they could find it no problem.  I returned a few weeks later to retrieve our sample only to find that our sample had been thrown away.  The woman I spoke to acted like I was completely insane for having left our sample with them, she asked me multiple time why we would leave a sample with them.  I could see that she had a customer sample sitting on her desk, so I asked why would any potential customer leave a sample with them, to which she admitted that they would attempt to find a match.  After describing the tile to her, she was able to recall that we had in fact left a sample.  Apparently they had some drama with one of their employees, that employee left the company and they just threw away her stuff without attempting to contact the customers she was working with.  The woman I spoke to was extremely rude and said oh well, it happens, she did not bother to apologize.  We are now screwed because we no longer have the sample for the tile that is all over our house.  I would never give my business to a place like this.

If you do business with this place make sure you  are home to ck the work we had to call them back  to fix the instalation cause  it is very upsetting that after paying thousands you have to get them fix

This contractor claimed to have extensive experience in kitchens and custom cabinets.  He is in fact very much lacking in the ability to build and finish cabinets.  His commitment to finish the work in September, 2017 turned in to months of excuses with delay after delay.  It was January 2018 before he finally finished- an additional hefty 4 months of grief.  The quality was poor, the stains were uneven due to poor workmanship, and he would not finish the work until I got the Registrar of Contractors and BBB involved.  Only then did he reluctantly complete the work under threat of action by the ROC.  Stay away from this contractor and save yourself from sleepless nights and grief.
