J.R. Cabinet Works completely changed up our kitchen while retaining the original custom cabinets.  We stained our cabinets a dark espresso with just a hint of the former cherry glowing through.  The owner Jerry showed up with the other contractors to discuss coordination and timing.  Jerry took one of the cabinet doors for a test and discussed how the final result may look.  After we approved the sample, his crew arrived and finished the job in two days.  The crew was was efficient, on time, and cleaned up after.  JR came by after each step to personally inspect the results.

We love the results and look forward to working with JR and company again.

My wife and I were looking for someone to build us a custom closet. We have a small closet and the builder didn't use the small space we have well at all. I called around several places and had several quotes. Most of the folks that came out were a little pushy and way to eager to get me to sign a contract. The prices were all over the place. I also found out that most of the ads I saw in the weekly advertisements have a LOT of fine print. What you actually get compared to what they advertise for the price are two very different things. I called John at Triton Cabinets for a quote. John came over and within 5 minutes I felt relaxed. John was very laid back - not your normal sales person that frankly drive me crazy. John is NOT that guy. He is very friendly, honest and easy to work with. He made some suggestions and gave me an idea of what he thought would work best. I agreed with his ideas and my wife did as well. The bottom line for us is the quality of the job and the price. What are we getting and how much? John's prices were very reasonable and his material quality is second to none. He brought over samples and I compared them to others I had seen with previous quotes - there is no comparison. The quality of John's materials are much better than the competition. Add that with very fair pricing and I'm sold. We liked Triton so much we decided to have garage cabinets installed as well. John has 3 different levels of cabinets. Each level comes with a price based on your budget.....no hidden fees, no crazy add ons, no surprise surcharges. If you're looking for a custom closet or garage cabinets, give Triton a call. You won't be disappointed! I'm glad we found them. I was having office cabinets and counters put in my Scottsdale AZ. home.  The work has been dragging on for 5 months now.  Rather than showing up and just doing the work they piece meal it.  One day someone comes and installs a few parts. Then weeks go by without hearing anything, so you call to find out what is going on. You call your sales person 4 times, send emails and you don't get a reply. Very unprofessional!

I think they are contracting out all of the work from what I can tell.  The workers that have showed up have done half ass work. I freshly painted my walls and installed new expensive baseboards.  I come into the room and see they cut out the baseboards where the cabinets go rather than notching above them.  They didn't even cleanly cut my baseboards instead they hack cut them and then didnt caulk next to the cabinets so you see all the rough cuts it looks like crap.  

I open the cabinets and you can see screws holding them on the wall along the back of the cabinet.  Several screws are showing, none are filled, some are sticking out and are crooked and none are patched, in addition where they used their their nail gun to hold the cabinets together they never used matching putty. They just left the nail holes everywhere so you see nail holes everywhere.  

They came to hang the crown molding in month 5. It is sticking out so far it looks ridiculous and has to be redone.  I am still waiting to hear when they are coming back to finish the job.  But as usual no one answers phones nor calls back nor do I get status from my sales rep. I have no idea when they are coming back nor am I kept up to speed on anything.  This was a very small and simple job and they billed me 12,000 for the job.  So far I have paid 6k. I am now thinking of hiring another company to fix all the problems with the work done and finish what is left and deduct that from Classy Closets bill.

For what Classy Closets charges you would expect real quality and professionalism but that is not what you will get.  Instead you get over priced shoddy workmanship, no communication and a job that never ends.   I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I was moving my salon to a bigger place with the same landlord. So they only give me a very short time to fix up the new place and give the old one back. I found Skyler on yep and explain my situation. He did the cabinets in less than 2 weeks. They came out great. Definitely recommend  this company.

Yonathan was on time, communicated well and did a super job on our tub. Who could ask for more? He works out of Phoenix, but came to our home in Gilbert several times to make certain the job was done right. Don't go anywhere else, just call Yonathan! He's a great  guy and an fine craftsman.

I rarely write review about a business but my recent experience with KC Kitchen and Bath LLC has been very exceptional.

After much research and shopping around we chose Jeff with Stellar Kitchen and Bath for many reasons.
Our first time in the showroom we felt completely comfortable with him and his wife, they are very friendly and very knowledgeable. He was able to answer every question I had and seemed to know exactly what I wanted, he also had great input about things that I hadn't thought about.
Let me tell you, he transformed not only my kitchen but my whole house!  Everyone that was involved in the renovation was so amazing! The workmanship of everything was spot on, never had to call anyone back out to fix mistakes as it was done right the first time.

The only reason I am giving this company two stars is because the finished product (after going to hell and back), turned out beautiful.  But, that is the product, and not the customer service or workmanship.  

I was originally referred to the salesman that we used by a friend of mine that does many remodeling jobs.  I interviewed him (I'll call him X) and liked the product samples and the pricing he gave me.  

In the beginning I was unsure of the brand and type of cabinets I wanted and was guided to the decision I finally made by the owner of the company, who was very helpful.  I chose the brand Sollid and went with the MDF.  There are many pros and cons of using the MDF, but in the end, I believe I made the right choice.  

It would take me too much time to completely detail my experience so here are some highlights:

Miscommunication during the designing process.  We had to go back and forth for WEEKS until the final design could be approved.  If I was not the type of person that paid attention to detail, we would have had a very different kitchen than what I wanted, and the wrong sizes of bases and uppers would have been delivered.

Miscommunication with the salesman about where to put the product (garage/inside the house) when it was delivered.  This was an issue because the cabinets couldn't be stored inside the house before they were installed because the drywall guy was not finished with his job.  I was told I would be called when the cabinets came and and was not given enough notice.  

During the installation process, the Installer left out key pieces and they had to be ordered - which caused a two week delay in our job - pushing all the other vendors back out.  This was a MAJOR screw up.  There was trim that was missing and a bottom that was the wrong size.  X blamed me because that is what I wanted.  Well, yes, that was what I wanted, but if he knew it wasn't going to fit, why in the world would you order it????

After writing a three page letter to the owner of the company, all I got was a patronizing response.  Never once did they apologize for the screw-ups or offer me any compensation for my time and trouble.

I understand that during any remodeling job things don't always go smoothly, but this wasn't my first rodeo.  I was testing this company out because I come into people all the time in my business that want referrals for vendors.  This company failed miserably.

Steve and Steve are awesome! They have done a couple of projects for me already and I have been very satisfied with everything they've done. They're  very accessible and really want to help make your ideas come to life. I would definitively use them again and would recommend them highly!

He did a decent job. Nothing stellar. He was more than an hour late every day. He gave me a quote for the work then did half the job and then changed the price on me to more than double the original quote and hand cuffed me into having to have him finish. Just all around pathetically embarrassing professionalism.

I was very impressed with the quality of cabinets and service! Justin was very easy to work with and very knowledgeable about design options for my kitchen, thanks again!

I would recommend this company to everyone doing a very professional job, amazing service, they did a very good job for me  kiosk in the scottsdale fashion square mall and all my clients every day filming the kiosk so I'm very happy. So if you have carpentry work, be sure you're satisfied :))))

We've done several kitchen remodels over the years in the Phoenix area and each time it was kind of a pain trying to decide which cabinets to choose.  Our experience with Chris was a welcome change.  He knew immediately which type of cabinets would look right for the house as well as had great advice on how to tie the entire kitchen in with the rest of the house.  He also made some recommendations to save us money throughout the project (i.e. which sizes were standard and which ones would cost more to custom cut).  His installers were very professional as well.  We will be calling him back when it's time for our next project.

I would recommend Elite Kitchen Cabinetry to anyone that is looking to update their cabinets in their home.  Being that making the decision to update your cabinets is a big expense that you probably won't change for a while it was a very hard for me to make a decision on the cabinets I wanted.  Elite was so patient with me and helped me pick the perfect cabinets for my home.  When it came to the install they were quick, CLEAN and great to work with.  Check them out, you won't regret it!

Making a decision on a cabinet company is very stressful, but I'm so so thankful we went with HG and Nathan!  In my gut I knew he was the right man for the job and he didn't disappoint!  His communication and customer service was top notch!!!  He kept me in the loop, followed through, checked in and made sure that everything ran smooth and got done!  The installers were friendly and professional and Stan who came in to Install my hardware and check all the cabinets was great and very thorough!!  I am so so pleased with their work and I would highly recommend them!  Oh and my kitchen is stunning!!

David, the owner, came over last week to look at some moving damage. The moving company had managed to smash every piece of glass in my hutch and also scratched two chairs and our bed frame. We had some previous scratches on another dresser as well.

I got a call that the glass was in, and David came over this morning to do the work.

The job David did was fantastic. You can barely see where any of the scratches were, and all the glass was replaced and is perfect in the hutch. I am absolutely delighted with his work, and would thoroughly recommend this company if you have any furniture that needs touching up or repairing.

Jeff is the reason we chose to go with this company. If it hadn't been for him we would've crossed it off our list. He drew up our kitchen grabbing our attention and imputed great ideas. He took his time with us, offered excellent customer service and met our needs. We now have a kitchen that was the worst place in the house, to the best place to hangout and cook. There was a small issue with the granite guys, called Jeff on his cell who answered on his day off and even jumped in the car and came over to resolve it. Can't say enough, money well spent. Mike who installed the cabinets was great! This guy took his time, a perfectionist. Excellent person skills, answered any questions we had and eased any worries. He made the kitchen look beautiful! The quality work and the time he put into it. It's almost like he was making his own kitchen. Very nice guy, ask this one to come out to your home to do the work. Thank you Mike!
The granite guys know what they're doing. It was obvious when they set up shop in the yard and got to work, no time wasted. They did a great job! Excellent craftsmanship, can't even see a seam.

I wanted to give an update from my last review. I was finally scheduled & they came back out to finish the job. I need to have some work done such as adjustments, moving some hangers as I am too short to reach the rods they installed & have my hallway closet re done as I can no longer open my hallway closet door. I have been reaching out to Kenna ( the scheduler ) for a week & 2 days with absolutely no response. I have since reached out to the manager & have left 2 voicemails with no response either. This company really needs training on customer service. You can't go weeks without returning a phone call. So disappointed & would never recommend this company.
