J.R. Cabinet Works completely changed up our kitchen while retaining the original custom cabinets.  We stained our cabinets a dark espresso with just a hint of the former cherry glowing through.  The owner Jerry showed up with the other contractors to discuss coordination and timing.  Jerry took one of the cabinet doors for a test and discussed how the final result may look.  After we approved the sample, his crew arrived and finished the job in two days.  The crew was was efficient, on time, and cleaned up after.  JR came by after each step to personally inspect the results.

We love the results and look forward to working with JR and company again.

We used Triton on our last home and recently used them on our new one.  They have great customer service, communicate very thoroughly, do what they say they will, and have great cabinets.  We did not have anything fail at our other home in 10 years so naturally we chose them for our new home as well.

I had Classy Closets design & install a murphy bed system in our guest room about 3 years ago. I had heard that Classy Closets stands behind their products & service with a lifetime guarantee. I was skeptical though because many say that but end up wiggling out of it somehow. My husband called them about a damaged piece of the murphy bed & they came out and replaced 2 whole panels!!! Brand, spankin' new!!Wow....what great customer service! We will be buying another house shortly & will certainly use them again. It's companies like this that I will do business with over & over because they stand behind their word!!

Skyler was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and never missed one of my calls, I would recommend these guys for anything from remodeling, to updates and even patio installations. 10/10

Premium  Surface Resurfacing
It was an accident when I called Premium checking on a quote from another company. We were doing a refresh on our home of 28 years. We had done a lot of research on refinishing the original countertops, as we've always enjoyed the layout of our home. Premium provided a competitive quote, however, it was the customer service and attention that Edith provided that made it worth it. They were in our home for four days redoing the kitchen, a master bath to include a garden tub, and our guest bath. I am working from home, due to COVID-19. My home office is by the front door. Three of those days while I worked, they came in and out right next to me, I was able to continue to do my work with no interruption. This work was done at the end of our refresh and the care they took to tape, drape plastic and paper walkways was very much appreciated. I've never seen a crew that from the time they showed up, other than a short break for lunch, we're so focused on their work. All of that said, the finished product was beautiful. It far exceeded our expectations. Our 28 year old countertops look brand new. Thank you Premium for a job well done.

I was so impressed with the service from KC Cabinet.  The sales lady in the showroom was very helpful and helped me pick out some cabinets that were in stock that I wanted to take with.  I was very happy to see they had some very nice quality cabinets at a very good price in stock.  Being almost closing time on a Friday didn't even phase them from assembling the cabinets while I waited and they even brought them out to the truck and loaded them and off I went.  Such a refreshing experience they made it so simple.  Thanks KC Cabinets.

After much research and shopping around we chose Jeff with Stellar Kitchen and Bath for many reasons.
Our first time in the showroom we felt completely comfortable with him and his wife, they are very friendly and very knowledgeable. He was able to answer every question I had and seemed to know exactly what I wanted, he also had great input about things that I hadn't thought about.
Let me tell you, he transformed not only my kitchen but my whole house!  Everyone that was involved in the renovation was so amazing! The workmanship of everything was spot on, never had to call anyone back out to fix mistakes as it was done right the first time.
I have ZERO complaints.  
Jeff was very professional, always answered my calls and emails.
Everything he told me was what took place, there were no surprises or excuses. He was a man of his word and delivered an amazing end product!  
We are beyond happy and would happily recommend him and definitely will be doing our bathroom with him next.

The only reason I am giving this company two stars is because the finished product (after going to hell and back), turned out beautiful.  But, that is the product, and not the customer service or workmanship.  

I was originally referred to the salesman that we used by a friend of mine that does many remodeling jobs.  I interviewed him (I'll call him X) and liked the product samples and the pricing he gave me.  

In the beginning I was unsure of the brand and type of cabinets I wanted and was guided to the decision I finally made by the owner of the company, who was very helpful.  I chose the brand Sollid and went with the MDF.  There are many pros and cons of using the MDF, but in the end, I believe I made the right choice.  

It would take me too much time to completely detail my experience so here are some highlights:

Miscommunication during the designing process.  We had to go back and forth for WEEKS until the final design could be approved.  If I was not the type of person that paid attention to detail, we would have had a very different kitchen than what I wanted, and the wrong sizes of bases and uppers would have been delivered.

Miscommunication with the salesman about where to put the product (garage/inside the house) when it was delivered.  This was an issue because the cabinets couldn't be stored inside the house before they were installed because the drywall guy was not finished with his job.  I was told I would be called when the cabinets came and and was not given enough notice.  

During the installation process, the Installer left out key pieces and they had to be ordered - which caused a two week delay in our job - pushing all the other vendors back out.  This was a MAJOR screw up.  There was trim that was missing and a bottom that was the wrong size.  X blamed me because that is what I wanted.  Well, yes, that was what I wanted, but if he knew it wasn't going to fit, why in the world would you order it????

After writing a three page letter to the owner of the company, all I got was a patronizing response.  Never once did they apologize for the screw-ups or offer me any compensation for my time and trouble.

I understand that during any remodeling job things don't always go smoothly, but this wasn't my first rodeo.  I was testing this company out because I come into people all the time in my business that want referrals for vendors.  This company failed miserably.

Steve and Steve are awesome! They have done a couple of projects for me already and I have been very satisfied with everything they've done. They're  very accessible and really want to help make your ideas come to life. I would definitively use them again and would recommend them highly!

Affordable, reliable, and very communicative. The final product of a massive half moon double-pane piece looks great!

We learned of Justin and Premium Cabinets through a friend, who had gotten work done on their kitchen.  Right out of the gate, everything fell into place.  Justin met us immediately, assessed and measured our kitchen and we received a quote that night.  He came in significantly lower than the other cabinet estimates.  Additionally, the cabinets were of a better quality and craftsmanship.  The cabinets came in sooner than expected and we pushed up installation.  He was very accommodating to our busy schedule and incredibly efficient with his install.  Justin is easy to work with.  He answered calls, texts and emails quickly.  All in all, this was an amazing experience.  We would highly recommend Premium Cabinets and will use him again when we remodel our bathrooms.

S & S Cabinets did an excellent job refinishing the kitchen, bath and utility room cabinets in our home.  Sabin and his crew are professional and trustworthy.  The job was completed on time, the work areas were left neat and clean, and there were  no variations from the quoted price.  We changed the color dramatically, from white-washed maple to a hickory color, and we couldn't be happier that we chose S & S.

We had a relatively small job - replacing toe kicks in the bathroom.  Oak Craft Cabinets, who supplied the cabinets, recommended Cornerstone, who is one of their dealers.  Chris [owner] agreed to do it despite its small size.  Several issues cropped up pre-installation which were successfully resolved.  The installer, Tim, did a beautiful job and solved some major unforeseen installation issues.  The price was very fair.  I recommend Cornerstone without reservation.

Maybe they don't read the messages sent via the inquiry section of their own webpage or they are so busy they don't need any more work. Either way, I shouldn't have to work so hard to be a customer...

Nathan from HG Cabinets helped us this summer with two bathroom remodels. Nathan was very helpful, professional and had great design ideas. He helped layout several different plans for cabinets so we could compare all of our options and pricing. The cabinets we picked out turned out beautiful and the price was right. Recently used Superior Stone and Cabinet to replace cabinets and countertops in 6 rental units. Doug was incredibly helpful - his suggestions helped us maximize the usable space in our small kitchens. The quality and price can't be beat. I will definitely be using Superior Stone and Cabinet for all of my future projects.

I stopped by the Chandler showroom which was very nice. I think I had seen them online and clicked on contact me. They did make an appointment pretty quickly, but the designer I was assigned has not communicated well at all. Very frustrating. They do the design work the old fashioned way - by hand. She told me after we talked she had to send the hand written drawing to someone to draw it up, and get back to me with an estimate. That was 5 days ago.  I can't reach her easily. Sent email 2 days ago,  left voice mail hours ago and still haven't heard. Called corporate office, can't reach people there either although they do have someone who answers the phone.
Weeks later, the communication with the sales person has been awful. I decided to go ahead with one design, I sure hope this isn't a mistake!

I would not recommend dealing with them unless you have lots of time. It was very frustrating.
