J.R. Cabinet Works completely changed up our kitchen while retaining the original custom cabinets.  We stained our cabinets a dark espresso with just a hint of the former cherry glowing through.  The owner Jerry showed up with the other contractors to discuss coordination and timing.  Jerry took one of the cabinet doors for a test and discussed how the final result may look.  After we approved the sample, his crew arrived and finished the job in two days.  The crew was was efficient, on time, and cleaned up after.  JR came by after each step to personally inspect the results.

We love the results and look forward to working with JR and company again.

I would NOT recommend Triton Cabinets. I confirmed with the dispatcher ahead of time that masks would be worn but when John showed up with no mask on, and I asked him to put one on, he gave attitude. My mother is on Chemo, and this is the only place she goes outside of her own home. We need to keep it as safe as possible for her. We are her primary caregivers.

Before even entering the home John asked if I'd be making him and his team wear masks while working. When I replied yes and relayed that I'd confirmed this ahead of time with the dispatcher he said, I don't know if I can commit to that. So at that, we parted ways and he immediately ripped his mask off as if it was such an inconvenience to wear in our brief interaction.

Needless to say, I'll find someone who actually cares for safety rather than someone who just posts it on their website. I am happy he never stepped foot in our home.

I had a very bad experience with Classy Closets. On 8/2/21 I signed a contract with Classy Closets to build & install cabinets in the office, garage, laundry room & linen area of my new house, for a total of $14,867. I paid half up front on my credit card with the balance to be paid after installation. Installation was the week of 10/25. The 1st day they installed the office cabinets, but didn't bring the counter tops, the 2nd day they installed the counter tops in my office, pulled out the shelf in my laundry room, (he stated he would paint that area) and installed the linen cabinets but didn't bring the doors to the linen cabinets, the 3rd day they hung the doors to the linen cabinets & left. The 4th day another installer came to install the garage cabinets & brought 4 handles which were the wrong handles plus I needed 8. They also installed the laundry room cabinets. When I asked the 2nd installer about painting the area in the laundry room he said we don't do any painting . I was told by the designer (Lisa P.) that there would be minimal markings on the wall, it is definitely not minimal.

I have markings/chips on all of the walls, the area where the shelf was in the laundry room wasn't painted, the cabinets in the laundry room were hung too high, I can't reach the back of the bottom shelf. The linen counter top looks like it needs caulking along the edges. I verified measurements with Lisa that containers would fit in the cabinets but they don't. Lisa sent me 2 emails saying she made mistakes on the pricing and sent me a third one that was supposed to go to another customer. I was waiting for someone to call me about the issues I had, (the 2nd installer said he would tell/ show the pictures he took to his supervisor), but no one called & when I checked my credit card, the balance was automatically charged on 11/29/21.

I have left 3 messages on the managers voice mail (11/4; 11/9; 11/19) stating I had issues with the installation, he has not called me back.

Skyler was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and never missed one of my calls, I would recommend these guys for anything from remodeling, to updates and even patio installations. 10/10

Premium  Surface Resurfacing
It was an accident when I called Premium checking on a quote from another company. We were doing a refresh on our home of 28 years. We had done a lot of research on refinishing the original countertops, as we've always enjoyed the layout of our home. Premium provided a competitive quote, however, it was the customer service and attention that Edith provided that made it worth it. They were in our home for four days redoing the kitchen, a master bath to include a garden tub, and our guest bath. I am working from home, due to COVID-19. My home office is by the front door. Three of those days while I worked, they came in and out right next to me, I was able to continue to do my work with no interruption. This work was done at the end of our refresh and the care they took to tape, drape plastic and paper walkways was very much appreciated. I've never seen a crew that from the time they showed up, other than a short break for lunch, we're so focused on their work. All of that said, the finished product was beautiful. It far exceeded our expectations. Our 28 year old countertops look brand new. Thank you Premium for a job well done.

We remodel our home in Munds Park and purchased the cabinets from KC's. We purchased the Cinnamon spice square model and habe been delighted with the quality of the product and the reasonable price. They look beautiful in the kitchen and so far have survived 8 grandchildren getting in and out of them. We would use this company again. I would have given them a 5 star except for the fact I wasn't aware when I went to pay for them that there was an additional fee for the use of a credit card. I didn't have a check with me, so had to make another trip back. I wish that would have been posted somewhere or at least communicated to me prior to the purchase.

Just used this company for a downstairs bathroom remodel. Jeff made the whole process very easy. All of his people showed up on time, we're very courteous. Travis and his team from American Tradesman did a great job with demo and putting everything back after the tile work. Highly recommend.

The only reason I am giving this company two stars is because the finished product (after going to hell and back), turned out beautiful.  But, that is the product, and not the customer service or workmanship.  

I was originally referred to the salesman that we used by a friend of mine that does many remodeling jobs.  I interviewed him (I'll call him X) and liked the product samples and the pricing he gave me.  

In the beginning I was unsure of the brand and type of cabinets I wanted and was guided to the decision I finally made by the owner of the company, who was very helpful.  I chose the brand Sollid and went with the MDF.  There are many pros and cons of using the MDF, but in the end, I believe I made the right choice.  

It would take me too much time to completely detail my experience so here are some highlights:

Miscommunication during the designing process.  We had to go back and forth for WEEKS until the final design could be approved.  If I was not the type of person that paid attention to detail, we would have had a very different kitchen than what I wanted, and the wrong sizes of bases and uppers would have been delivered.

Miscommunication with the salesman about where to put the product (garage/inside the house) when it was delivered.  This was an issue because the cabinets couldn't be stored inside the house before they were installed because the drywall guy was not finished with his job.  I was told I would be called when the cabinets came and and was not given enough notice.  

During the installation process, the Installer left out key pieces and they had to be ordered - which caused a two week delay in our job - pushing all the other vendors back out.  This was a MAJOR screw up.  There was trim that was missing and a bottom that was the wrong size.  X blamed me because that is what I wanted.  Well, yes, that was what I wanted, but if he knew it wasn't going to fit, why in the world would you order it????

After writing a three page letter to the owner of the company, all I got was a patronizing response.  Never once did they apologize for the screw-ups or offer me any compensation for my time and trouble.

I understand that during any remodeling job things don't always go smoothly, but this wasn't my first rodeo.  I was testing this company out because I come into people all the time in my business that want referrals for vendors.  This company failed miserably.

Steve and Steve are fantastic young men that are truly talented in their craft. I ordered a barn door from Backwoods and the entire process was great from start to finish. They installed the door earlier than initially planned and it is absolutely stunning!!. Don't hesitate to give this company your business!! A++++++

We heard good things about Modern Innovations (MI) from a friend who lived in the Phoenix area and we were moving here from out of state.  It was easy to have work coordinated with them to get started before we even moved in.   They really listened to what we expected at finish and were very polite and respectful.  They didn't make a big deal out of a few change orders either... they had a very positive attitude!  The company worked everyday and long hours to make my deadline for moving in. The job turned out great and we already have them scheduled for additional projects!  Overall I was very happy with their work and would def recommend Modern Innovations.

We learned of Justin and Premium Cabinets through a friend, who had gotten work done on their kitchen.  Right out of the gate, everything fell into place.  Justin met us immediately, assessed and measured our kitchen and we received a quote that night.  He came in significantly lower than the other cabinet estimates.  Additionally, the cabinets were of a better quality and craftsmanship.  The cabinets came in sooner than expected and we pushed up installation.  He was very accommodating to our busy schedule and incredibly efficient with his install.  Justin is easy to work with.  He answered calls, texts and emails quickly.  All in all, this was an amazing experience.  We would highly recommend Premium Cabinets and will use him again when we remodel our bathrooms.

I would recommend this company to everyone doing a very professional job, amazing service, they did a very good job for me  kiosk in the scottsdale fashion square mall and all my clients every day filming the kiosk so I'm very happy. So if you have carpentry work, be sure you're satisfied :))))

Cornerstone Cabinets completely modernized our office kitchen! Before they came in we were in the 1980s, now sets the bar completely to 2020 standards. Our remodel is luxuriously updated and is as elegant as I could ever imagine. I had no idea our space had the potential to look so beautiful, but the quality design, workmanship and attention to the smallest details really shows in the completed project. Chris is fantastic to work with, has wonderful insight and vision, he will point you in the right direction from start to finish. I have 100% faith in Cornerstone to do any and all future remodeling needs for me, my business and my family/friends. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!!

I spent 7 years dreaming of a kitchen remodel that was focused on a flat packed cabinetry line as that would fit my budget.  Then my contractor introduced me to Elite Kitchen Cabinetry.  I had no issue getting a quote, but was certain my original cabinet choice would be the most economical.  I was wrong. The moment I walked in I was greeted like family and there was 3D rendering of my proposed kitchen with exact pricing ready to go.  Not only was this design competitive with my preferred cabinetry line but it included installation! (my other cabinet line pricing did not include install).  My decision was made.

Marco and Ryan were a dream to work with.  Marco's design knowledge is astounding and every one of his ideas turned out to be perfectly functional and elegant. The breadth of selection and customer service I experienced was so incredibly comforting to me at the beginning of my first major home remodel project.  Once installation day came, again the customer service was fantastic.  Ryan arrived exactly when he said he would and the installation took exactly how long he said it would.  I could not be happier with my kitchen and continue to receive compliments from everyone who sees it!  I've referred Elite to my friends and each has enjoyed the experience.  Elite is first class!!

Nathan from HG Cabinets helped us this summer with two bathroom remodels. Nathan was very helpful, professional and had great design ideas. He helped layout several different plans for cabinets so we could compare all of our options and pricing. The cabinets we picked out turned out beautiful and the price was right. David, the owner, came over last week to look at some moving damage. The moving company had managed to smash every piece of glass in my hutch and also scratched two chairs and our bed frame. We had some previous scratches on another dresser as well.

I got a call that the glass was in, and David came over this morning to do the work.

The job David did was fantastic. You can barely see where any of the scratches were, and all the glass was replaced and is perfect in the hutch. I am absolutely delighted with his work, and would thoroughly recommend this company if you have any furniture that needs touching up or repairing.

We are currently working with Tim Williams at Superior Stone & Cabinet to have our kitchen and bathrooms remodeled. This week William Upshaw installed our new cabinets and I felt compelled to write this review based on his work. His work is absolutely outstanding as is his friendliness and work ethic. His attention to detail was amazing. He took the time to explain the work he would be doing prior to starting and gladly answered my questions throughout the installation. Once the cabinet installation was complete, he went through all the cabinets and made sure the doors were properly aligned and the shelves were installed where I wanted them. He went with me through the final inspection and addresses any issue immediately. He strikes me as a man who takes great pride in his work and truly enjoys it. I would highly recommend William to anyone having cabinets installed. Tim Williams told me before the installation that William Upshaw was the best and he was right. Fantastic job. Thank you Will.

We worked with Kat @ Classy Closets.  Please note, this is our **SECOND** project with them.  First was the master closet years ago and it was amazing.  Second this time was shelving and a built in desk.  I cannot say enough nice things about this company.  They are affordable, BELOW 2 other bids, had financing, and the sales woman was amazing.  They clearly know what they are doing.  The installers were professional, knowledgeable, clean, and did a remarkable job!  What's more?  They have been perfect since 2009!  We highly recommend this company.  Absolutely amazing experience.
