Why can't all roofing companies operate like Patriotic Roofing?

Speed: We are currently selling one of our properties that needed minor roof repairs done quickly! I called numerous roofing companies and went to voicemails. When I contacted John at Patriotic Roofing, he literally emailed me back within minutes and provided a firm quote.

Service: John at Patriotic Roofing was awesome with answering my questions and providing great service.

Hassel Free: Patriotic Roofing gave me a quote within a couple hours of providing them my inspection report of the work that needed to be done. John didn't try to upsell me, talk down to me, or make the job seem bigger than it was. He gave me a quote and came out to do the job within a few days.

Price: More than fair. John at Patriotic Roofing does small roof repairs to complete new roof replacements. Patriotic Roofing actually beat all other estimates.

Overall: Super fast to reply back to you,  super low prices, hassell free, comes out within a few days to do the job, and communicates clearly.

I've referred him to numerous people already!

John gave me a fair price, communicated well, showed up, and did great quality work.  He was a pleasure to work with and I'd recommend him to everyone for any roofing needs!

The company owner was  prompt in his response, made an appointment for the next day & arrived on time with a courtesty heads up.  Shows up & spends quite awhile with us.  I was quite clear about how sick & tired I was of people coming, taking my time & then no estimate ever provided particularly when it is the company owner.  We discussed various methods to address our walk deck and patio overhang roof.  Tells us he would get back to us.  Nothing!  1 week later nothing so I sent him a text stating that I was astounded that he never bothered giving us a bid especially after I told him that I was tired of that behavior from contractors.  No response!  That is why I am posting this review which I haven't done at all previously.  It is completely rude & disrespectful to take one's time in this manner.  I did my due diligence in researching each & every one of the various contractors from the various trades I have been contacting over the past 8 months.  It is unbelievable to me how these folks stay in business & maintain 5 star reviews on yelp as well as clean ROC licenses.  Go figure!  If you need roofing services I suggest you look elsewhere!  BTW the guy shows up without a mask!

I reached out to Patriotic Roofing for a roof replacement quote of a house I was considering buying. John responded promptly and meet me the next day to inspect the roof. He is someone I will consider going forward.

John delivered again! Needed a repair at a commercial location a day John got it done before the rain arrived! Thank you!

Contacted Patriotic Roofing via Yelp. Owner John reached out to me and was able to provide estimate via Yelp using the photos I attached.  Which saves great time and hassle.  
Scheduled the job for a couple days later.  They showed up early, very nice and professional and completed the work and inspected the roof at no additional charge.  Thanks!!

So this is an update. Since having my roof repaired by patriotic roofing its been raining. I'm so happy to say no more leaks. I highly recommend this company. Thank you.

John had amazing communication through the entire process and stuck to his word the whole way through. I would recommend patriotic roofing to all my friends and family.
