We called so many roofing companies, and we had a few that actually showed up. The roofing prices really didn't matter to much to us. What mattered mostly was the experience of the person like Mike that came out to our home to walk the job. Mike with A Shingle Pros. held himself high with knowledge and experience. Mike was the 1st company that actually showed us type and colors of shingles to choose from along with the issues we had on our roof. He was hired to do the job for us and, I must say they exceeded our expectations. They replaced a few boards that were bad, they built a cricket/ raised area behind the fireplace to stop water from pooling up. Yes they even cleaned up after they did roof tear-off and install.
We love the new roof, and we stick out from all our neighbors with our excellent quality roof done right.

Mike Stell came out of retirement pursuing his passion back into the roofing business. He is honest, professional, and knowledgeable. He saved me so much time not having to call for another quote. He fixed the issue on the spot at no charge. I know others will probably charge to patch up a small spot. He is flexible and willing to work with your schedule as well. This February, a wind storm caused serious damage to my roof. I called my insurance agent. He gave me two names that could do the repairs. Mike Stell at AZ Shingle Pros was one of them. Mike [the president of the company] came by, examined the damage, and told me what he and his team could do for me. Then he gave me an estimate for repairs the next day. I was sold and looked no further. Mike worked with the insurance company and achieved an awesome settlement. Mike's crew under the leadership of his brother, came each day 7am till 5pm. This was no small task with 2 fireplaces, skylights, satellite dishes, and 7,300 sqft of roof. At the completion of the last work day, the crew stood on the uphill side of the driveway and assessed their work. There was even a high five.
In a time when contractors can be divided into two groups: those that focus on upsell, fast completion, and use cheap materials, it was heartwarming to see a dedicated crew that took pride in their work.
I have never done a yelp review before this one but felt compelled because AZ Shingle Pros excelled in every parameter you would use to measure a business. I am more than pleased.

Arizona Shingle Pros has been nothing but phenomenal to work with. I reached out to four other companies for estimates prior to AZ Shingle Pros and wasn't feeling confident in any of the estimates provided. Mike came out for an estimate the very next day and reassured me him and his crew could provide the necessary repair at a very reasonable price. I had a signed contract within less than 48 hours and the job was started the very next week. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless. If you're looking for anything in regards to roofing, AZ Shingle Pros is the dream team!

Had multiple companies come out to give an estimate on underlayment replacement for our tile roof. They all wanted north of $25-30K to do the job. Had Mike with AZ Shingle Pros come out, and he not only told me that we did not need to replace the underlayment that it had many years left on it. He showed me how good it was compared to ones that he has replaced. Super honest of him as a business owner. He then did a walk on the rest of our roof and found several other issues that were supposedly fixed by another roofing company that he has taken care of for us. Highly recommend this company and will use them for any future roofing needs.

Being a new home owner, roof leaks are especially stressful, not knowing how bad the damage will be. The owner, Mike, was able to put my mind at easy by quickly diagnosing the issue as a simple need for more caulking around the fixtures on my roof. Our roof was damaged in the hail storm last month.   The owner was looking at our neighbors roof and said he would look at mine for nothing.  He saw that I was a disabled vet and did all the work looking at the entire roof and marking he damage.  When he was finished he told me I did need a new roof and that when the adjuster came he would be there with him.   The adjuster came and Mike walked the entire roof with him.  At the end I got an entire new roof.  When the crew arrived to do the work, they were all great workers.  At the end of the job, they all walked around the entire house picking up every little piece of dirt and nails.  In my life I have come in contact with many contractors and this company, from owner, Mike, to the lowest man on the crew is by far the best I have ever worked with.  I would tell any one to use them, you will not be disapointed.  If any one would want to talk to me about them, my e-mail is [email protected]

Parents house had roof dismantled by a storm. Mike Stell is who we dealt with. Unbelievably professional. Took care of the insurance part on his own, was able to get far better than the adjuster was even willing to give us. Mikes brother Junior and his team came out and delivered. Went above and beyond and didn't make more than what was needed. Wanted to involve us through the process. His team was efficient and excellent. Couldn't be happier with the final product. This is by far one of the best companies that I have ever had the pleasure of working with.  They were not only very professional but courteous and had terrific communication throughout the job.  They took several pictures before, during and after of the roof replacement. Send me the pictures kept me abreast of the progress they were making since I wasn't able to be there at the time. There was wood rot on my patio eves that I was aware of and other issues on the roof that came up.  They let me know right away what needed to be done and went above and beyond making me feel comfortable. They came out the first day that I called them to give me a bid, within a week all the materials were in and the job was started. Everything they did was above board. I can't say enough about their professionalism. The roof was completed in 1 1/2 days and looks amazing.  I highly recommend AZ Shingle Pros and will recommend them to my friends and family.
