I had a plumbing leak in the wall, and I called Jared for a second opinion on what to do in terms of worrying about mold.

Jared was very patient in explaining my options and how to best get this looked at, even though Jared would not be doing any work for me.

I am always leery of home improvement companies, I have been burned before. But Blue Rose was fantastic. They came in with a competitive bit, and stayed within their bid!!! The workers were careful to keep the surrounding area free from debris, and put down heavy duty boards to walk on. They cleaned up after themselves every day, and came every day till the job was finished. The few minor changes we made were no big deal to them. But most importantly, the job they did was AWESOME. They made sure I was happy with every detail of the job. I love my new master bathroom!

It's taken me two years to write this review.  At first, I wasn't going to write anything but now after the latest fiasco, I feel the need to let people know buyer beware!
We hired Jered November 2017 to remodel our master bathroom; do a tub to full tile shower conversion, counter tops, reface cabinets, mirror, etc.  that we wanted to start mid February, 2018.  No problem  Jered said, plenty of time.  Contacted him December, 2017 to pick out the materials.  We found out it was typical to get no response from Jered for days.  Not a good business practice.  Finally hear from him, he's moving and just too busy, and says again plenty of time to pick out materials;  we can do it in early January.  Contact Jered and again, days go by with no response.  He finally responds at 9am on a Saturday that he is available at 11 that morning.  We had to arrange our day so we could pick out the stuff to start the next month.  He shows up, late and bring his son.  I like children but this was not something you bring a small child and it was a total distraction.  
Jared started out job mid-February and ASSURED me it would be done in 2 weeks.  I know jobs go longer and since we both work, I made arrangements for someone to come to our home while the work was being done.  Again, he told me 2 weeks.  The job was not done in 2 weeks, wasn't even half completed in 2 weeks.  We are not sure what his worker, Raphael did all day.  We would come home and look at the shower and it didn't look like he did any work.  Jered was MIA most of the time, had to get home to his wife, had no idea his worker didn't show up at the house until 11 most days to work because of a car situation, etc., excuse after excuse.  We put more than half down to start the job, 2 weeks into the job, when it wasn't even half completed, I got a text at 4AM asking for more money!  He had to pay more people; figured we better do it or our bathroom would never get finished.  
Mid March is was completed on a Friday night.  Jered once again had to leave because his wife needed him at home and said it would be finished that night (this was at 6:30pm).  His worker, Raphael, told us some lame excuse about the grout being too wet and having to set so he could seal it (it was all in one sealing grout) he was done and wanted to go home, I would too at 8PM on a Friday night but he didn't get to the house until 11 that morning.
Texted Jered and was shocked to get a response the next morning.  He had NO idea the job wasn't done and would send someone out to finish (no sign of Jered).  Two guys showed up and were furious!  they had no idea that the job was this unfinished and had to make a trip to Home Depot to get supplies and rent equipment.  Think they were at the house around 6 hours and the job still not done right.   We were tired and exhausted having to deal with Jered.  No one cleaned up the remodeling mess, WE DID!  Took us 3 hours to clean up the mess and NO word from Jered, took him a week to contact us.  The shower floor still  had issues and wish not we filed a complaint with the Registrar of Contractors.  Jered finally came out, 3 weeks after completion with more workers to try and fix the floor.  We were tired and just let it go.  He did take some money off for our inconvenience but I would rather have had the shower I dreamed of.
Now, 2 years later, the rain head shower head is leaking and peeling, shouldn't be doing this after 2 years.  Jered gave me no paperwork on it for any type of warranty; texted him, he said he would look and let me know.  That was 10 days ago, not holding my breath!  Sorry this is so long, the process of remodeling with Jered was a long and horrible experience.

My roof, garage door, ac/heater, and trim were destroyed on my house in a major storm.   I was facing the biggest insurance claim I ever hope to make.  Jared and his crew handled everything.  I loved the improvements!

Then! Four years later, when I went to sell the house, I had lost the contract the buyers needed to prove the great warranty on the materials.  Jared helped me track it down!

I have been in the customer service industry for over 15 years.  I understand well what it takes to provide excellent customer service.  Jarid and his team get it.  They did a great job with my shower project.  They worked with my schedule and had the project done quickly .  I would suggest you use Blue Rose Home Improvements for your next project.

The best contractor in the valley - that's my opinion and I'm sticking to it!  Jered and his team are professional, incredibly knowledgeable and quite creative, but even more important they are totally reliable!  On time, always responsive and just a pleasure to work with  . . . you'll feel like they have become part of the family!  Even my very finicky cat loved them!  Seriously, their work is top notch and the prices very reasonable.  I cannot recommend them highly enough.  If I can figure out how to, I'll add some photos.

Jared with Blue Rose Home Improvements does amazing work. He did a bunch of work for my girl friends mom in downtown phoenix. He originally went there to build a custom closet for her newly purchased town home. Her home has a very industrial feel and Jared was able to take the closet and run with it. He is a man of details, from the look of the wheels that roll along the track to the squeaky sound that they make when they roll. After building out the closet he also helped her fix her shower and a bunch of other miscellaneous tasks around the house.

The shower had to be completely rebuilt because the original builders did not build it to code. Jared went in, fixed the issue and made sure it was up to local building standards.

Because i am relatively handy with home improvements, i try to save a buck and to most of our home improvements myself. EXCEPT electrical. i have gotten shocked far too many times to realize i don't understand how electrical re-wiring works, so when i came upon a home improvement coupon from Weforia for 3 hours of work, i jumped on it to have some kitchen pendant lights installed.

Douglas handled all the coupons and he did the work on our project. He arrived promptly and laid out protective coverings on our countertops and floors. he did not seem the typical home improvement handyman....usually they say things to you making you feel like a complete idiot. but douglas was extremely polite and professional. in 3 hours, he had cut new holes in our ceiling, re-routed the wiring, and installed 3 wonderful pendant lights in our kitchen. AND he even cleaned up everything after he was finished.

he is back today to preview our next project, installing a range exhaust fan. unfortunately, he informed us he is leaving Blue Rose, but the owner, Jareed, will be doing our install. too bad because Douglas is everything a professional home improvement expert should be.

Great work by Jared and his guys! We had everything done from a partial kitchen remodel to a new shower to put in to all new lighting put in. All was done very timely, and extremely professional. Anytime we do another home improvement we will be calling Jared for sure.

I moved into a new home that had a shower with tile that was set incorrectly.  
I found blue rose by searching the internet and I am extremely happy with the work that they did.  They were prompt, polite and actually saved me money by saving a lot of the tile that was already laid.  
I would highly recommend their work!

After 2 phone calls and 1 detailed email, I still never received a quote for a garage conversion.  Must have not been a big enough job.  Anyone who can't get me a quote in a timely manner and has poor communication doesn't instill confidence in me that they have good customer service.  Another flaky contractor to avoid.

Called this company based on a referral, and I guess he is too busy to make time for a new client.    No courtesy calls, nothing.  I know I don't treat my customers this way, if not interested, just say so.  Too bad this company has good reviews, I only experienced no no call backs.
