We had a roof leak into a very small space behind our water heater. There was small water damage and a bit of mold. Other companies quoted us $1700-2700 because they wanted to remove the water heater. Elias was able to do it for a third of the price without removing the water heater! He was a great contractor to work with- let me know when he was on the way and was very understanding of our wanting to keep costs down. He did a great repair job and we plan to ask him to help us with other projects in the house. Thanks Elias!

"Champagne for the Price of Beer." I'll never forget the ad headline as my wife and I researched potential painters to refinish our new home prior to move-in. These folks were outstanding. Mr. McNeil offered very competitive pricing, but more importantly, he met the deadline, used quality interior paint, and went through an inspection prior to billing us. We had the work done in 2011, 7 years later, paint still looks great.

My husband and I had Palmer's remodel our kitchen.  They made all my ideas work! I now have the kitchen of my dreams. The crew was courteous and professional. If there was ever a concern or problem they made sure it was addressed.

I rent my home and during the last wind and storm we noticed shingles blown up and leaks in the house. When I talked to my landlord about fixing it she had a fight from the insurance company about patching instead. Well luckily my friend told me about these guys and I told my landlord. Even though this was during the holidays they responded to her message and came out and looked. I have worked with many contractors and have never run into this level of professionalism and service. They handled everything and were very thou rough to investigate all possible problems and causes. They handled insurance paperwork and replacement of everything that was old damage caused by a hail storm in the past that the insurance never fully fixed. Awesome company and I have never been treated with such integrity.. it is great to know this level of commitment to service and workmanship still exists.

Jacqueline is awesome! I'm SO glad we found her on Thumbtack. We recently "blended" our homes and were feeling overwhelmed and wanted the advise of a professional. Merging "his" and "hers" can be a difficult and sensitive process. In addition, I had difficulty trying to merge the color scheme of our blended items. I struggled to put it all together without seeing it visually. We needed someone to give us their expertise so that we could proceed. I contacted Jacqueline and she was able to squeeze us in for a consultation . She is VERY personable and professional. We love how she is no nonsense and did not give us "fluff"- She is direct and to the point during the consultation and very patient with all my questions. We plan to use her throughout our process for guidance. I am delighted that she seems as interested in creating my home as I am. She has been in contact with ideas since our consultation via text answering any questions I have.

Regal Bath di a great job on our master bath. The only problem I had with regal bath was his referral policy did not me our standards. We refered our neighbor. Our neighbor was very happy with the job they did for them. My problem was that we never heard a word or a thank you for the referral. We can cross into our neighbors house in about ten seconds or less .  So because of their referral policy, I will not refer any other neighbor to their business again.

Jeremy and his crew tore down my sun room that hadn't been built to code, had significant water and termite damage, a roof that wasn't sloped properly and a litany of other issues. They rebuilt it as part of the house, with a ceiling that is now level, air conditioning (!), insulation, and a door and window pattern that makes sense.  Throughout this project, they were always on time and very respectful of mine. Jeremy was very transparent when there was issues, especially when fixing them would come at an additional cost, and kept me in the loop as the project progressed.

The room has weathered three major storms and not once have I had water or other external debris in the house as I would have before. It is wonderful to be able to use this new room functionally, instead of the waste of space it was before.

This is not my first time using First Leaf construction and it certainly won't be my last.

This is THE company I would recommend for all of your renovation needs. Quentin is efficient, detail oriented, friendly and affordable...like REALLY affordable. I can tell that he puts a lot of thought into his quote to make sure you get the best deal possible. He works with you if you want to get your own materials so you can keep it in budget as well.

On this job, our guest bathroom, we knew we wanted Quentin to help us with it. Here's a rundown of everything they did...

1. Moved toilet to a different wall
2. Replace plumbing and put it in the wall to provide more space
3. Install floor tile
4. Install bathtub w/ subway tile surround w/ niche
5. Install shower pipes and fixtures

Golden Bear Contracting was a real life saver. Installed a sink in the kitchen that was otherwise not going to fit and I'd have to return. But I loved my new sink so I was determined to make it fit. He did a great job!

Victor and Mario were a pleasure to work with. While our job was a little smaller than they were probably used to, the experience was great. They helped us pick out the right flooring for our needs and followed us to our place to measure and provide their professional opinion. They worked with us on the schedule to finish before painting and the result was outstanding. I would highly recommend working with them on any flooring project.

Rick and his team were amazing. They were highly skilled in any job that was given to them. The attention to detail was above any other contractor I have used. They listened to what I wanted and produced exactly as I detailed.  The final  example of their commitment to customer satisfaction was how clean they left the job each and every day. Mike and his team just completed a full renovation of our Master Bedroom and Bathroom.  Mike delivered on everything that we put in to our plan.  He gave guidance when we needed it and let us run with our ideas as well.  His team was consistent in when they showed up and we had no issues at all with the timing of the project.  We now have our dream Master Bath and a beautifully updated bedroom.  I would highly recommend George Construction for any of your remodeling needs.

Requested a full remodel for our studio with Rene at Sunny View Drywall, recommended by a friend. We are very satisfied with the price, quality, and professional installation. Rene remodeled the studio in the timeframe that he promised. I will definitely be contacting Sunny View Drywall for any other services in the future!

I bought a house that you were suppose to have replaced roof and you didn't you added another layer, and could care less, which tells me If everyone is smart they will avoid your company if they want their roof done right!
