Thank you for sending a crew to repair the water damaged in the bathroom, kids bedroom and master bedroom, that was cause by a bathroom leak behind the vanity, a lot of drywall and laminated floorig was removed, the crew work very hard and quickly to set-up the proper equipment to get it dry fast. We had a roof leak into a very small space behind our water heater. There was small water damage and a bit of mold. Other companies quoted us $1700-2700 because they wanted to remove the water heater. Elias was able to do it for a third of the price without removing the water heater! He was a great contractor to work with- let me know when he was on the way and was very understanding of our wanting to keep costs down. He did a great repair job and we plan to ask him to help us with other projects in the house. Thanks Elias!

Mr. McNeil offered very competitive pricing, but more importantly, he met the deadline, used quality interior paint, and went through an inspection prior to billing us. We had the work done in 2011, 7 years later, paint still looks great.

I have hired The Other Brothers to do various repairs around our home from fixing a roof that lost some tiles during a dust storm to replacing the vacuum breaking that broke and flood our yard.  There hasn't been a job yet they couldn't do for me and my 19 year old house. I appreciate how quickly I have received service after calling for "help."  The price paid is worth the service and knowing the job is done right. This company left my house a wreck! Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. Richard was big on his "game plan" talk but was one of the worst contractors I've ever dealt with. Now Richard fails to return my calls to fix the issues he promised to fix once he was paid his final check! SCAM!!! Buyer BEWARE!!!

I reached out to First Leaf Construction to install drywall and reframe and rebuild a large bathroom cabinet interior after a water leak.  This was a joy after my recent horrible experience with unethical so called "restoration" companies who don't actually fix leaks or restore anything.

I found First Leaf is ethical, charges a fair price and does exactly what they say they will do.  They understand how to build trust: I can't say enough good things about Jason and Oscar's work, two experienced craftsmen assigned to the job.  They were first class.  It was a pleasure doing business with you.  I have some large projects in mind for the future and First Leaf will be my go-to choice.

Our Kitchen Remodel was a long process, but the new custom cabinets, counter tops, electrical, drywall, plumbing, appliances, and painting process were finally completed.
The Backsplash, over the cooktop and counter, was the last step.
We contacted several installers from lists provided by the tile stores.
We received no return calls.
Finally, we decided to try Yelp. Our Yelp search for Backsplash installers listed Golden Bear Contracting.
We called Michael, the owner of Golden Bear Contracting.
He answered our call and said he could come out that afternoon and give us a quote.
We wanted to show Michael the tile we had selected and also the Mosaic we had purchased to go over the cooktop.
The Mosaic contained thousands of really small tiles, and we wanted to be sure Michael could install it.
He answered all of our questions about installing the Mosaic and gave us a few suggestions on outlining the Mosaic with darker "Pencil" tiles.
We decided on the spot that Michael was the contractor to do our installation.
He gave us a date about two-weeks out for the installation and we shook hands on the deal.
Michael arrived on the promised day at exactly 8am and got right to work.
The job was finished, as promised, around noon the next day.
Everything, including the mosaic, went perfectly.
The grouting and the tile sealing went smoothly and the finished product looks absolutely great.
His cleanup was spotless and we couldn't be more pleased with the results.
We'll be remodeling our master bathroom next and we had Michael look at the bathroom and make suggestions.
Turns out that he actually specializes in Bathroom remodels.
We were very impressed with our backsplash and also with his suggestions on the bathroom remodel.
We've decided to call Michael when we're ready to tackle the bathroom.
He is very professional, courteous, punctual and, when it comes to tile, he's Great.

A year later and now I'm finally doing my review as I've gotten a lot of compliments on my vacation home. As a out of state homeowner I was nervous hiring contractors to work on my home. Victor & Mario met me in person after viewing the property I just bought and gave me a bid. They were very flexible with my constant changes and adapted to my vision. I replaced old carpet with "hardwood" tile flooring, took out a tub and shower in the master, they even found matching tiles to convert it to a huge walk in shower system in the master. Threw out the gold shower doors and ugly brown tiles, replaced them with something more modern. Brand new frameless shower door too! The work didn't stopped there. I removed glass blocks walls and reframed a couple area to be more inviting to my guests. As a realtor in Seattle I will say you are in good hands with these guys. I trusted them with my home being farther away knowing things will get finished and not have contractors flake out on you. I've referred clients to PHX Floors already.

QUALITY! Great craftsmanship, efficiency and reliability. Mike George did a bid for us on a gut-and-rebuild of our master bathroom that was reasonable and gave us a start date that was met. The timeline and cost only shifted because we added to the project, but otherwise he was spot-on with the estimate. We were fortunate to have brothers Nick and Tim  working on our master bathroom in addition to Mike. We actually enjoyed having them in our house each day! They were so easy to work with and had great ideas and suggestions as the remodel progressed. We were able to purchase quite a few things online, in addition to the purchases made through the company, and they helped to make sure I got the specs right!  Kim was so helpful in comparing costs so that we would get the best price possible.  She also kept me (and our vendors) on track with our own purchases so that we would stay as close as possible to the timeline. The team was flexible and worked around any potential delays and the project finished within a reasonable time period. The sub-contractors (tile, shower door) were wonderful and reliable. Additionally payment to contractors can sometimes be an issue but not with George Construction. It was so easy to compare bid costs to the actual periodic bill we received and paying online was a snap. Invoices were clear and there were absolutely no surprises. And now that we are completed, can I say that our bathroom is absolutely beautiful! And the workmanship is guaranteed for a year.  I highly recommend George Construction for any remodeling job you may have.

Requested a full remodel for our studio with Rene at Sunny View Drywall, recommended by a friend. We are very satisfied with the price, quality, and professional installation. Rene remodeled the studio in the timeframe that he promised. I will definitely be contacting Sunny View Drywall for any other services in the future!

I bought a house that you were suppose to have replaced roof and you didn't you added another layer, and could care less, which tells me If everyone is smart they will avoid your company if they want their roof done right!
