Total remodel of two story home (which included removing and laying new tile and hardwood stairs on both floors, added additional lighting throughout house, removed and added new doors throughout house, removed old wall paper and repainted every room (including ceilings), extended patio deck and handled all permitting through the city, installed new ceiling fans, prewired electrical for new TV's and bar area.

Most important, this was a very honest and trustworthy family to work with, which was our primary criteria for selecting them in the beginning, they were outstanding!

We had new AC Installed and the they did a little damage so they had Rodriguez Remodeling contracted out to do the repairs. They were very good at communicating and scheduling. They did a great job. Very clean and courteous. We liked them so much we asked for their card to get a bid on a future remodeling project.

Q is literally the best handy man ever. Ever since the first day I hired him, he has tackled all of the crazy random jobs I've thrown at him quickly and professionally. I don't even feel right calling him a handy man as he is way more than that! On top all of that, he's super sweet. I will miss him and all of his amazing work when he leaves California. Damn you Arizona for stealing Q from us!!

Had a good experience with some brick work and painting. After some touch-up work the job was done well. The new owners of the house we're happy and the work was warrantied to satisfaction so what more could we ask for.

2nd Ave Design built our kitchen and I would highly recommend them for yours. Not every contractor has what Michael Roberts can offer. He has excellent interior design skills to go along with years of experience, knowledgeable tradesmen and willingness to work with you on getting the environment you want. Great handyman and friendly.  Had a ceiling fan that was broken and the wiring was a bit funky from previous homeowner.  He came by, figured out the wiring problems, and installed a ceiling fan.  Fair price and didn't bait and switch or anything like that.  In fact, already hiring him to do another wiring job in my house this coming week!  Highly recommend him.

I needed a new contractor to do some renovations on our new home so we turned to Yelp and and found shepherd contracting. We used Thomas and his team when my new home needed some updating. The communication was above and beyond. We love our new bathrooms and will post updated photos soon!

I had EL Construction come evaluate a patio cover with a rafter succumbing to rot. Eric himself answered promptly, and gave a fair assessment of the repair and the possibility of scope creep and how that would work. When I accepted his quote, he got me scheduled very quickly, and sure enough the scope had to get considerably bigger. The ease of communicating with him made what could be a scary situation much more approachable, and he definitely seemed motivated to treat my home like it was his own.

The project dragged on three days longer than expected, but at every stage it was kept protected from the monsoon elements, and the construction made quick progress. The outcome was an excellent work product, everything looking like new, and a fair final invoice.

I definitely recommend EL Construction for the hard stuff. Eric tells me he can do it all, too, so I'll be reaching back out to him as the projects come up!

Very professional to say the least. family owned business thats professional and personable is hard to find. They came out and gave a free estimate in a timely manner. They were actually ahead of schedule to finish the projects. The workers were friendly and professional. The owner Youssef even reached out to me to make sure everything is to my demands. Dreams do come true! My wife and I bought our house in north Phoenix almost 2 years ago and have wanted to replace the original 1994 kitchen ever since. After talking with a few contractors, we met with Bobby of Atelier 507 and immediately had a positive feeling about what could be accomplished. He came back quickly with a presentation that clearly fulfilled my vision for our new kitchen, and his cost estimate was right where we wanted to be. Our new kitchen included all new cabinetry, granite countertop, tile backsplash, a custom island 3x the size of the old one, plumbing and installation of lots of new lighting. I could go on and on about what a great job his crew did, but what impressed me the most was Bobby's constant follow-up and communication. He also had wise input regarding some of my initial ideas, and I'm glad I took his advice. We finally have our dream kitchen, and now that it's complete, are delighted that we can highly recommend Atelier 507 for your home remodeling needs. They do both large and small projects, and even though our kitchen was one of his smaller projects, Bobby always made us feel like we were his most important customer. Atelier 507 delivered on every promise on time and on budget.

Mark was awesome to work with! He is a creative visionary who helped transform our bathrooms. I showed him a few I inspiration pics and he took it to the next level. He was always on time and delivered what he said he was going to do!

My experience with the Desert Mountain Countertop company was nothing short of amazing.  They executed the installation of my new countertops without a hitch.  The entire process from getting an estimate, scheduling, measurement, and installation of my kitchen countertops was flawless.  I would recommend this company to anyone that is thinking of new countertops.

Never responded to multiple requests. Don't even bother asking for one. I had other contractors respond that my project was not in their scope of work. Easy peasy. These guys don't respond which is what probably would happen after you have them money
