We recently moved into our new Toll Brothers home and had a challenging time looking for a good contractor that will design my entertainment wall at a reasonable and fair price.  With the recent challenges we all face with contractors taking advantage of price "spikes", and long wait time for a project to begin, Canterra Construction beat the competitor's reliability and price!  Initially, I contracted for an entertainment wall design with them.  Cathy took it to a personal level in designing my wall and brought samples of stones and tiles.  She factored in my interior designs, colors, and furniture to select the best.  And wow, my husband and I are so amazed with the professionalism, reliability, designs, and the material used for our wall that it became one of the "wow" factors of my home!  Because of this company's professionalism and awesome work, I continued to contract them for my back and front yard.  Again, Cathy understood our goal.  She uniquely put together another great design at an affordable price.  Next contract is for accent walls and designs for all my rooms.  I am excited for this project. We needed some interior drywall repair work done and also utilized Arise Construction to help us finish installing our laminate flooring in our master bedroom.  THEY WERE FANTASTIC!  Marcos and all of the gentlemen we worked with at Arise Construction were amazing.  Communication was prompt and all phases of each portion of the job were completed in a timely manner at a fair price.  We are very pleased with the service provided.  We are looking forward to working with them again.

This is the second time I've used Aqua Therapy.  My first job was having Dereck build a walk-in shower for my elderly mother in November, 2015.  Dereck and his team were wonderful, shower works perfectly, and the shower is well built.  This 2nd job is installing the walk-in Ella hydrotherapy tub for myself.  If you look at the Ella website you can see the manufacturer is here in the USA and they stand behind their product (as does Dereck).  After being scammed by another walk-in hydrotherapy tub company, I went directly to Dereck as he is professional, trustworthy and honest, and he makes sure everything is safe especially the electrical that was dangerously compromised by the prior walk-in tub company I originally used.  Aqua Therapy Tubs is the only company (and Dereck the contractor) that I trust and have complete confidence in. I'm always 100% satisfied with the results.  The new tile job is beautiful and really accents this beautiful walk-in tub.  The Ella tub is the Cadillac of other walk-in therapeutic tubs being sold out there and at a reasonable price.

We hired VAM Construction and Remodeling to close in a drywall entertainment.  Their estimate was 42% lower than the highest bid.  The project included closing in the entertainment center, removing an old TV from a different wall, patching and painting that wall, installing an electric fireplace, and hanging a Frame TV.  VAM arrived as scheduled.  They began work on the Monday before Thanksgiving (11/21/22) and it was completed on Tuesday, 11/30/22.  VAM employees were friendly, competent, and asked questions to ensure the project met expectations. The wall looks better than I imagined. I'm so happy I chose VAM and will call them for our next project.  THANK YOU!

Brian and his team previously did a major remodel of my master bath including removing soffits, installing new cabinetry, counter tops, plumbing, lighting, freestanding tub as well as expanding the shower,. They did an excellent job, showed up on time and worked daily on the project through completion.  Aside from their high quality work, they adhered to my budget and communicated regularly throughout the project.  
Brian and his team just finished a major redo of my laundry room, replaced all our can lights with LEDs throughout the house, added four can lights to our family room and master bedroom as well as replaced our water softener.  They did another phenomenal job.

We have high praise and a lot of emotion for designing, building, and installing a Custom Home Media Wall.
We came to Paul Rene out of frustration and bile-wrenching anger. We had a year-long mess trying to get a custom home entertainment center designed, built, and installed by one of Phoenix's most reputable furniture builders. After many redesigns, installation delays, and finally successful litigation, we were after five years of humbling saving and waiting for that Right Piece, that piece of furniture that screams us. We were looking for simple elegance, a look, and functionality. We wanted a substantial understatement, a unique look, a texture, and a feel.

There were no surprising issues. Paul had to suspend his business to appear on a well-known syndicated TV program, but our furniture's build work continued. Some deadline supply chain delays occurred, but a pandemic slowed down the supply chain, impacting everyone.

In summary, if you want the same home entertainment system wall as everyone else has, STOP turn around. Paul Rene furniture is not Status Quo items that need sales to survive. My wife and I recently moved into a new home that was looking pretty rough on the outside. We set up a walkthrough with Global Elite Builders to look into painting the interior and exterior. They gave us a fantastic quote,  we were ready to book, and then they took it upon themselves to find dangerous problems with our home's electrical wiring. We booked immediately.
Our paint job had difficult time frames and they had to work around a plumber, and they did so with zero issue. They fixed all the dangerous problems with our home and did a fantastic, quick paint job for a great price.
Now, whenever we want to make significant changes to the home we will call Global Elite.

Wow!  Great work on a small project in a bathroom.  Most tile companies won't give you the time of day for small projects, but Calvary was super!  Flexible around my schedule and done wonderfully!  It looked like the other tiles, like there was never replacement tiles and new grout matched perfectly!  Very reasonable and responsive.  Highly recommend!

I just wrapped up my 3rd job with JM Contracting and we couldn't be happier!!! The first job Josh (owner) did for me was our back patio roof. We discussed a drainage issue and out of all of the other bids I obtained and telling them all the same issue, Josh was the ONLY one that suggested we get an architect/engineer to address the problem. He naturally got my bid! Josh got on top of the drainage issue and once the engineer/architect (Quincy) did his calculations, pictures, etc. we came up with a solution. Josh was able to do the entire job, also addressing an issue with my sagging roof that was putting all its weight on my french door lintels which required shoring it up and stabilizing it, he stayed just outside of our original budget.
We have had NO problems with drainage since and that has saved my master bedroom floor!

Josh remodeled my master bathroom and my father's bathroom within the past 4 months as well. The outcome is stellar!!! Our bathrooms now look like they came right off of HGTV! No kidding! I highly recommend JM Contracting for all your contracting jobs. Josh is great to work with, his team (including his subs) are spot on too. Josh oversees everything and he is a total prefectionist...a keen eye for detail and making sure it looks 110% perfect!  Thanks Josh for such great work! We will be using him for our next remodel of our kitchen and our pool decking too!

This is an update to my review from yesterday. I have lowered their rating and highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this company or their contracted installers. The installer failed to secure the sink to the cabinet with the necessary clips and also damaged my faucet causing it to leak, so I had to replace that too. In all I have had to spend an additional $1000 to secure the sink, reconnect the plumbing, replace and install the new faucet.

We searched high and low for the right remodel contractor for our home. Danny with Dream Now was one of the bunch and we chose Dream Now because we were confident in Danny and felt good knowing that he would remain our point of contact. We were right! Danny is VERY responsive and provided suggestions and guidance at every step. His team is EXTREMELY detail-oriented and if there were ever any minor things that we noticed later (and I mean minor), they quickly took care of it. Our home went from drab to fresh!!!!!!! JUST LOOK!!!!! WOW!!!

I've used Laszlo's Plumbing twice.  Once for an emergency, where Zoltan came out immediately, and once for something that could and did wait until they had time.  Nobody wants to have to call a plumber, but sometimes you have to.  I recommend them highly and will definitely use them again.

David Dickinson owns this business as well as Demo Done Right. I had my old kitchen torn out. Cabinets were replaced by C & F Cabinets (good company other than referring me to David Dickinson). He refused to fill in some of the holes in the wall caused during the demo. The patching of the ceiling drywall was not matched to my old pattern. Was told that if I painted it enough, the paint would cause it to smooth out (seriously?). He oversaw the countertops through another company. When the company told me they did not need a template to cut the countertops, and I insisted that they did, David told me they didn't, and now the countertop was not cut properly as we had discussed and looks unprofessional (~$4000 job). I'm still left with drywall spots all over the floor and walls. I was told it would wash up easily, so why didn't they wash it up? I  accidentally found out that David charged me $65 each for 3 LED lights that I found at Home Depot for ~$8 each (a 7x markup). This makes me wonder how much he might have marked up other parts of the job. When confronted, he said I insulted his integrity and refunded me almost half of the LED costs. Would not recommend either of his companies.

If I could give a zero rating I would. I hired red ram construction too Install 700 ft.² of tile. After nine days they still had not completed the job, they Laid the tile uneven, left grout all over the floor, and cabinets. We now have to remove the tile and start over. In addition they never cleaned up after themselves.  I would not hire this contractor under any circumstances whatsoever.
