We recently moved into our new Toll Brothers home and had a challenging time looking for a good contractor that will design my entertainment wall at a reasonable and fair price.  With the recent challenges we all face with contractors taking advantage of price "spikes", and long wait time for a project to begin, Canterra Construction beat the competitor's reliability and price!  Initially, I contracted for an entertainment wall design with them.  Cathy took it to a personal level in designing my wall and brought samples of stones and tiles.  She factored in my interior designs, colors, and furniture to select the best.  And wow, my husband and I are so amazed with the professionalism, reliability, designs, and the material used for our wall that it became one of the "wow" factors of my home!  Because of this company's professionalism and awesome work, I continued to contract them for my back and front yard.  Again, Cathy understood our goal.  She uniquely put together another great design at an affordable price.  Next contract is for accent walls and designs for all my rooms.  I am excited for this project. Cathy, and her crew  respect my property, are very friendly, professional and accommodating.  I like how Canterra Construction acknowledges my husband and I for being a Veteran.  Above all, Cathy is very responsive which is the pinnacle of a successful business.  Look no further, they do it all at an affordable budget.  Now, I can say that my Toll Brothers home added more beauty and value to it, thanks to the hard work of Canterra Construction crews!  Thank you so much,for turning my newly designed home into a dream come true!!

These guys were great for my mothers place. We met them at the home show and were impressed by the quality of the tub. After meeting with Derek for a consultation, they were very reasonable compared with other estimates we got.  They got this tub installed in 1 day!  It was crazy to see the transformation happen so quickly. My mother loves this thing and is super grateful for the workmanship. My mom even said they followed up a week later to make sure she was happy with the product still.

Great team, came out to my restaurant in the middle of the night to do a quick repair and delivered quality craftsmanship.

Brian and his team previously did a major remodel of my master bath including removing soffits, installing new cabinetry, counter tops, plumbing, lighting, freestanding tub as well as expanding the shower,. They did an excellent job, showed up on time and worked daily on the project through completion.  Aside from their high quality work, they adhered to my budget and communicated regularly throughout the project.  
Brian and his team just finished a major redo of my laundry room, replaced all our can lights with LEDs throughout the house, added four can lights to our family room and master bedroom as well as replaced our water softener.  They did another phenomenal job.

We have high praise and a lot of emotion for designing, building, and installing a Custom Home Media Wall.
We came to Paul Rene out of frustration and bile-wrenching anger. We had a year-long mess trying to get a custom home entertainment center designed, built, and installed by one of Phoenix's most reputable furniture builders. After many redesigns, installation delays, and finally successful litigation, we were after five years of humbling saving and waiting for that Right Piece, that piece of furniture that screams us. We were looking for simple elegance, a look, and functionality. We wanted a substantial understatement, a unique look, a texture, and a feel.

After our legal victory over the prominent custom furniture manufacturer, Frustrated and not feeling so victorious, we began our search for a replacement custom furniture manufacturer. How wrong we were to think of fulfilling our desire with a replacement of a failed want. I thought or sheepishly believed we wanted a home entertainment wall. What we wanted was an expression of our souls embodied in pieces of furniture. The prominent custom furniture manufacturer did not understand this nor even attempted to understand us nor take the time to listen to us.

The Basics.
Paul made two house visits. You pay a retainer with 50%  of the retainer should you decide not to move forward with the Process. This part of the Process is fair because Paul is actively designing your furniture for your space. He is working to please you, the client. He does not spend countless hours designing for you for free. Paul gets paid. Pay him for his enormous talent. Pay him for dragging out of you what you want even when you don't know what that is. You pay Paul of Paul Rene furniture for making all the Processes go so darn easy.
There were no surprising issues. Paul had to suspend his business to appear on a well-known syndicated TV program, but our furniture's build work continued. Some deadline supply chain delays occurred, but a pandemic slowed down the supply chain, impacting everyone.

In summary, if you want the same home entertainment system wall as everyone else has, STOP turn around. Paul Rene furniture is not Status Quo items that need sales to survive. Keith and his crew were awesome from start to finish. I worked with Keith to complete a kitchen and master shower renovation. The tile work by Carlos is simply the BEST I've seen. The guy measures twice and cuts once and it all fits perfect. Paul the plumber knows his job inside and out!! The electricians used were great as well, despite the spray foam insulation they were able to put in new outlets and move others.

Keith is a hands on GC that goes above and beyond to make you happy as a customer. His easy professional style  is beyond his years in the industry.

I see in reviews, a lady didn't get reference from Martin.  I have since told Martin he may give out my cell number by request.  I was 100% satisfied by the workmanship and courtesy of his team.  He is a busy business and communicates via text.  I am sure if you text him, you will get a reply back.  I am already saving my money for the next project for Martin at my house.

I just wrapped up my 3rd job with JM Contracting and we couldn't be happier!!! The first job Josh (owner) did for me was our back patio roof. We discussed a drainage issue and out of all of the other bids I obtained and telling them all the same issue, Josh was the ONLY one that suggested we get an architect/engineer to address the problem. He naturally got my bid! Josh got on top of the drainage issue and once the engineer/architect (Quincy) did his calculations, pictures, etc. we came up with a solution. Josh was able to do the entire job, also addressing an issue with my sagging roof that was putting all its weight on my french door lintels which required shoring it up and stabilizing it, he stayed just outside of our original budget.
We have had NO problems with drainage since and that has saved my master bedroom floor!

Josh remodeled my master bathroom and my father's bathroom within the past 4 months as well. The outcome is stellar!!! Our bathrooms now look like they came right off of HGTV! No kidding! I highly recommend JM Contracting for all your contracting jobs. Josh is great to work with, his team (including his subs) are spot on too. Josh oversees everything and he is a total prefectionist...a keen eye for detail and making sure it looks 110% perfect!  Thanks Josh for such great work! We will be using him for our next remodel of our kitchen and our pool decking too!

Now we bought a piece a of granite from another company and hired Apache Tile Outlet to pick it up and fabercate it for us and install it as well.   Well first i had to locate the granite and arrange for its delivery.  Then after it was installed i was accused of not paying them and a check bounced and they never recieved payment.  After arguing with Shane the manager come to find out the installer was paid in full and was playing games.  Then my extra granite is now missing and never returned  and the broke the piece that was installed.  I am now been fighting with them since November of 2022 and still not fixed or my granite brought to me.   I am filing compliants with the ROC as well as with in the court system to get my money back for the granite and what it has cost me to get it done right.  DO NOT USE THEM IT WILL BE A HEADACHE.  Also will regret it as well.

Dream Now Homes came as a recommendation from a friend. I needed my kitchen remodeled along with many other areas in my newly purchased house, including tile throughout. After calling Dream Now, they came out to my house and were very friendly. After carefully listening to me and my vision of my dream kitchen, they provided an estimate then put me on the schedule right away. The process throughout was simple and easy. They were careful to communicate, and scheduled everything in phases which really impressed me. The professionalism and workmanship was wonderful. But most importantly, the end result! I absolutely love my kitchen and everything else they worked on throughout my house. My floors look amazing! I couldn't be happier! I strongly recommend this company!

He was timely (even early!), attentive, responsive and efficient. Price was very reasonable, as well. I would highly recommend this company.

David Dickinson owns this business as well as Demo Done Right. I had my old kitchen torn out. Cabinets were replaced by C & F Cabinets (good company other than referring me to David Dickinson). He refused to fill in some of the holes in the wall caused during the demo. The patching of the ceiling drywall was not matched to my old pattern. Was told that if I painted it enough, the paint would cause it to smooth out (seriously?). He oversaw the countertops through another company. When the company told me they did not need a template to cut the countertops, and I insisted that they did, David told me they didn't, and now the countertop was not cut properly as we had discussed and looks unprofessional (~$4000 job). I'm still left with drywall spots all over the floor and walls. I was told it would wash up easily, so why didn't they wash it up? I  accidentally found out that David charged me $65 each for 3 LED lights that I found at Home Depot for ~$8 each (a 7x markup). This makes me wonder how much he might have marked up other parts of the job. When confronted, he said I insulted his integrity and refunded me almost half of the LED costs. Would not recommend either of his companies.

If I could give a zero rating I would. I hired red ram construction too Install 700 ft.² of tile. After nine days they still had not completed the job, they Laid the tile uneven, left grout all over the floor, and cabinets. We now have to remove the tile and start over. In addition they never cleaned up after themselves.  I would not hire this contractor under any circumstances whatsoever.
