If you are looking for remodel or some construction no need to go any further.  I'm a researcher and I interviewed "many" construction companies and contractors for over a month.  These guys are the best! Met with me multiple times as needed to help me make my decision.  Reasonable price.  I did flooring, cabinets, vanity, painting and more.  I was nervous about the project and had so much support.   Had my own Project Manager who was part manager and part therapist. lol.  Everyone of the workers were great, from office staff to in house guys.  I would use them again in a minute.  Highly recommend!  480-276-1946

Ruben will not rest until you are satisfied.  Hands down will work his ass off to make sure you are totally happy with the end result.  Had Ruben and his crew remodel a guest bathroom, update my patio (support beam an roof), and create for me a brand new pool gate for me.  At a very affordable price with finishes that look absolutely beautiful, Ruben will make sure he gets the job done to your satisfaction.  One night he worked until 11pm to get the project done!!!  Who does that?  Who goes above and beyond?  Well, that's Ruben for you.  Thanks Ruben and crew for all the hard work and professionalism!

I came to Mark with a handful of ideas and a dream to make my place my sanctuary. He and his team delivered so much more. He was so amazing to work with and went above and beyond through the entire process. I would recommend him to anyone looking to upgrade their home. He answered all of questions, was always available and kept me up to date on the progress of my project every step of the way. Highly recommend Sigi and his crew! Super easy to work with. His pricing was very fair. I had an entire 2nd story deck rebuilt and house leveled by replacing the support beams in my carport under my master bedroom. The work was top notch. Every question was answered and the crew even made suggestions to help save some money. Special shout out to Tim and Adrian who worked their tails off to make sure everything was right. Even when there were minor issues, they were resolved immediately. I would absolutely use them again. You wont go wrong using Southwest. Thanks for everything Sigi!

Wonderful experience working with Jerry and his crew start to finish.  They are true artisans and care deeply about their customers and the finished result.  Jerry was extremely helpful with the design processes and provided the right level of input for features that give you a custom look and feel. Great attention to detail and finish work.  Great value for a curated experience. Use JR you wont be disappointed!

I had a depth conversion done by Blue Dot Pools.  They did a great job.  It took a little longer than expected and I had a couple problems with the workmanship of the subcontractors along the way.  They resolved my issues to my satisfaction and the pool looks really good.  James and John were really good to work with.  I would recommend Blue Dot Pools.

I reached out to a couple of companies to get a quote.  Brad responded quickly and set up a time to come out.  We needed to get an exterior door to our garage replaced and he provided a very fair quote to replace/install.  Brad communicated well with us.  He was very friendly and professional.  His work was excellent and looked great upon completion.  I will absolutely do business with him again and would highly recommend you do the same.

We had a flood at our rental. The complete destruction of our dining room happened. Red Eye Construction came in and did a beautiful job with the put back and with quality materials, and in a very timely manner. They worked so well with our tenant who is having a very rough time in his personal life right now. I highly recommend this company you will not regret this choice in hiring Red Eye Construction to do any remodeling you may need.

I have used The Scottsdale Handyman for years. When I used to own rental properties all I did was call Eddie & give him the info about the particular problem &  the contact info on a tenant & Eddie would take it from there. The work was done in a timely manner & never had a complaint about his lack of professionalism or his manners. From installing a water heater to hanging pictures. From fixing irrigation to installing toilet & such, Eddie can do it all. I have found that there is no job too small or too large for The Scottsdale Handyman!

We had to terminate the Good Guys and hire another contractor because of their Substandard work and for charged services not performed. We were overcharged $3,231 for work not performed. We had the following issues:
* Our new contractors had to re-paint rooms and garage;
* We were charged for plumbing parts we never received;
* We were charged for disconnection and installation of plumbing parts never disconnected  or installed;
* We requested in writing, detailed invoices which were never provided;
* They left messes inside the house, and left oil on the driveway;
* We therefore had to move in two months late which we then had $3,172 in carrying costs for our other house.

We withheld $500 for the plumbing issues, and emailed them with the explanation. Our new contractors can substantiate all of the problems upon request.

In summary, DO NOT hire the Good Guys unless you like substandard work, and being charged for parts and work never received or performed.

Ericka was amazing! I had to re tile my shower walls, and put in a new shower pan. They were booked a week or two out from when we first spoke (sign of a solid business), but Ericka was up front with me from the beginning on time frame and pricing. Got several quotes, and was very competitive with pricing, and did a fantastic job.

Follow up - some of the grout was loosening up (because of the schluter board I chose to use behind the tile), but she had someone come out and fix at no cost.

Would recommend 10/10, and I am completely satisfied. Thank you for a job well done.

I had been contemplating the kitchen refresh for sometime; on the recommendation of a fellow trades professional I visited Rise Above's showroom in Anthem, with ideas and photos on my iPad in hand.  Brett Buckner (owner) helped me make my preliminary selections so that he could come out to my home within a few days to do a comprehensive measuring and fully understand my needs/wants.  Within a week I had a detailed quote emailed.  We did a follow-up to make some revisions to the plan and thus the quote.  I had done some other shopping, the bid was competitive, but just as importantly, they had done work at my home before and also had recommendations  from people I knew personally.  

Upon award of the job, I was assigned a project manager and timelines were established; tasks assigned and communication was clear.  Most importantly, any time I had a question, I could make a call, and would get answers the same day.

During the most intense part of the project, I was only without a working kitchen for 4 1/2 days; and always had a functional refrigerator.   Coordination between the cabinet painter, the granite/tile work and plumbing made that possible.  

Throughout the project both Skyler and/or Marjene would stop in to check on progress to make sure that I was happy and that the quality of work was meeting their standards.  

The finished product is as I had envisioned it and I am very proud to show off my new kitchen.  It's time to get down to some serious cooking!  Bon appetite!

White Builder - Ellen and her team are fantastic! The team that they have are professional, talented, and really care about your project. Our kitchen remodel was a challenge, but they met it head on and worked their magic- it's beautiful. They take pride in the work they do and it shows. Highly recommend them and we'll be using them again in the future - amazing!
