Wow.  Marvin "Ace" Aceves is the most talented contractor I've ever come across in 28 years of home ownership.  His work is meticulous, completed on time, of the highest level of workmanship, beautiful and impressive.  I don't know how he does it!  He's also friendly, good natured, considerate and a pleasure to work with.  One of the things I like best about him is how he uses his imagination to solve difficult problems encountered along the way.  He's got a "can do" attitude that, together wit h his expertise and experience, "gets the job done".  This guy is a rare gem.  Thanks to my neighbor for recommending him !!

Ruben will not rest until you are satisfied.  Hands down will work his ass off to make sure you are totally happy with the end result.  Had Ruben and his crew remodel a guest bathroom, update my patio (support beam an roof), and create for me a brand new pool gate for me.  At a very affordable price with finishes that look absolutely beautiful, Ruben will make sure he gets the job done to your satisfaction.  One night he worked until 11pm to get the project done!!!  Who does that?  Who goes above and beyond?  Well, that's Ruben for you.  Thanks Ruben and crew for all the hard work and professionalism!

I came to Mark with a handful of ideas and a dream to make my place my sanctuary. He and his team delivered so much more. He was so amazing to work with and went above and beyond through the entire process. I would recommend him to anyone looking to upgrade their home. Highly recommend Sigi and his crew! Super easy to work with. His pricing was very fair. I had an entire 2nd story deck rebuilt and house leveled by replacing the support beams in my carport under my master bedroom. The work was top notch. Every question was answered and the crew even made suggestions to help save some money. Special shout out to Tim and Adrian who worked their tails off to make sure everything was right. Even when there were minor issues, they were resolved immediately. I would absolutely use them again. You wont go wrong using Southwest. Thanks for everything Sigi!

Wonderful experience working with Jerry and his crew start to finish.  They are true artisans and care deeply about their customers and the finished result.  Jerry was extremely helpful with the design processes and provided the right level of input for features that give you a custom look and feel. Great attention to detail and finish work.  Great value for a curated experience. Use JR you wont be disappointed!

I had a depth conversion done by Blue Dot Pools.  They did a great job.  It took a little longer than expected and I had a couple problems with the workmanship of the subcontractors along the way.  They resolved my issues to my satisfaction and the pool looks really good.  James and John were really good to work with.  I would recommend Blue Dot Pools.

Brad quickly responded to my project quote request and was able to come out immediately to look at my door. Pricing seemed fair when compared to other estimates I got. Everything from the quote to the finished product was professionally done and appeared of high quality.  Would definitely recommend!

We had a flood at our rental. The complete destruction of our dining room happened. Red Eye Construction came in and did a beautiful job with the put back and with quality materials, and in a very timely manner. They worked so well with our tenant who is having a very rough time in his personal life right now. I highly recommend this company you will not regret this choice in hiring Red Eye Construction to do any remodeling you may need.

I have used The Scottsdale Handyman for years. When I used to own rental properties all I did was call Eddie & give him the info about the particular problem &  the contact info on a tenant & Eddie would take it from there. The work was done in a timely manner & never had a complaint about his lack of professionalism or his manners. From installing a water heater to hanging pictures. From fixing irrigation to installing toilet & such, Eddie can do it all. I have found that there is no job too small or too large for The Scottsdale Handyman!

I want to give a HUGE thanks to everyone over at Good Guys Remodeling! I recently worked on a project with them and I found ALL of their staff to be extremely knowledgable. I 100% recommended this business. First off, the owners were very prompt and courteous, quickly responding to my inquiry and providing an estimate. Second, the project I reached out about was somewhat unique and while other companies did not feel comfortable tackling it, Spicegirl had completed similar projects and communicated they could achieve the look we were after. Third, the professional on site was very knowledgeable and addressed all of my concerns. He was very detail oriented and did an excellent job. The project was completed in a timely manner and I'm very happy with the results. I highly recommend you reach out to Spicegirl for any/all of your contracting/design needs!

Update:

The owner Brett Buckner told me on the phone he would personally come out to get to the bottom of the "miscommunication" by his "designer" Colton and put me on the phone w/ a girl to make an appointment. Not only did he fail to show up, he failed to even make the professional courtesy to call and let us know. He failed to respond to multiple calls that we were told would be returned. Now we are even 4 more weeds behind schedule and have to move in to an uncompleted home. Not even the courage to call or the decency to explain. Very disappointing and huge waste of time and resources.

Ellen and her team are amazing! We had started our master bathroom renovation with a different contractor who we quickly found out was totally incompetent!  They demolished our entire bathroom and we were stuck with no bathroom. We called Ellen at white builder and she swooped in to save the day. She communicates well, has wonderful design ideas and her staff is 100% respectful of your house and tries to keep the construction as clean as possible. I have already recommended Ellen to other friends and they have used her too. I would absolutely use Ellen again for any construction needs.
