If you are looking for remodel or some construction no need to go any further.  I'm a researcher and I interviewed "many" construction companies and contractors for over a month.  These guys are the best! Met with me multiple times as needed to help me make my decision.  Reasonable price.  I did flooring, cabinets, vanity, painting and more.  I was nervous about the project and had so much support.   Had my own Project Manager who was part manager and part therapist. lol.  Everyone of the workers were great, from office staff to in house guys.  I would use them again in a minute.  Highly recommend!  480-276-1946

Chris installed a custom window to enclose an office space in a second floor.  He does quality work. He is very detailed oriented, responsive, and a good planner. He sent us a design and was so impressed that he understood what we wanted.  Highly recommend his work.

Ruben is such a great guy! We had a big repair needed for our Air Conditioner, and it was late at night, and he was able to come and help us and fixed the AC with like 1 hour notice. He saved the day!! It was super hot that night (it was this past Thursday night) and he was able to get the AC back and running. So we were able to survive the Phoenix heat!  Thanks Ruben. I came to Mark with a handful of ideas and a dream to make my place my sanctuary. He and his team delivered so much more. Highly recommend Sigi and his crew! Super easy to work with. His pricing was very fair. I had an entire 2nd story deck rebuilt and house leveled by replacing the support beams in my carport under my master bedroom. The work was top notch. Every question was answered and the crew even made suggestions to help save some money. Special shout out to Tim and Adrian who worked their tails off to make sure everything was right. Wonderful experience working with Jerry and his crew start to finish.  They are true artisans and care deeply about their customers and the finished result.  Jerry was extremely helpful with the design processes and provided the right level of input for features that give you a custom look and feel. Blue Dot Pools built a pool for my family this summer and we are THRILLED!!! The expertise and attention to detail from start to finish was truly impressive. I had a neighbor that started a pool build a month before we did and our pool was finished before his! James, one of the owners, is passionate about pools and he is able to guide a newbie like me through the entire process with patience and professionalism. Also, I am a busy realtor and I use Blue Dot Pools for help with repairs for clients and general information. Highly recommend!!!!!

I reached out to a couple of companies to get a quote.  Brad responded quickly and set up a time to come out.  We needed to get an exterior door to our garage replaced and he provided a very fair quote to replace/install.  Brad communicated well with us.  He was very friendly and professional.  His work was excellent and looked great upon completion.  I will absolutely do business with him again and would highly recommend you do the same.

We had a flood at our rental. The complete destruction of our dining room happened. Red Eye Construction came in and did a beautiful job with the put back and with quality materials, and in a very timely manner. They worked so well with our tenant who is having a very rough time in his personal life right now. I highly recommend this company you will not regret this choice in hiring Red Eye Construction to do any remodeling you may need.

I've been using Eddy for the last few years and I highly recommend him.  He's worked on multiple projects big and small for me, with rental properties, selling a home and buying a new home that needed a lot of work, and I even flew him out to the east coast to work on a bathroom renovation at a vacation home.  He's very meticulous with his work and always makes sure you're happy with the results.  Very trustworthy and reasonable with his rates, much better than other handymen I have used before.

We had to terminate the Good Guys and hire another contractor because of their Substandard work and for charged services not performed. We were overcharged $3,231 for work not performed. We had the following issues:
* Our new contractors had to re-paint rooms and garage;
* We were charged for plumbing parts we never received;
* We were charged for disconnection and installation of plumbing parts never disconnected  or installed;
* We requested in writing, detailed invoices which were never provided;
* They left messes inside the house, and left oil on the driveway;
* We therefore had to move in two months late which we then had $3,172 in carrying costs for our other house.

We withheld $500 for the plumbing issues, and emailed them with the explanation. Our new contractors can substantiate all of the problems upon request.

In summary, DO NOT hire the Good Guys unless you like substandard work, and being charged for parts and work never received or performed.

Erika did an amazing job planning out and executing on our kitchen remodel. Unlike most contractors I've worked with she underpromises and over delivers. She's honest and thorough. I couldn't be happier with the work her crew has done and her consistent and direct communication.

Update:

The owner Brett Buckner told me on the phone he would personally come out to get to the bottom of the "miscommunication" by his "designer" Colton and put me on the phone w/ a girl to make an appointment. Not only did he fail to show up, he failed to even make the professional courtesy to call and let us know. He failed to respond to multiple calls that we were told would be returned. Now we are even 4 more weeds behind schedule and have to move in to an uncompleted home. Not even the courage to call or the decency to explain. Very disappointing and huge waste of time and resources.

White Builder - Ellen and her team are fantastic! The team that they have are professional, talented, and really care about your project. Our kitchen remodel was a challenge, but they met it head on and worked their magic- it's beautiful. They take pride in the work they do and it shows. Highly recommend them and we'll be using them again in the future - amazing!
