Ruben is such a great guy! We had a big repair needed for our Air Conditioner, and it was late at night, and he was able to come and help us and fixed the AC with like 1 hour notice. He saved the day!! It was super hot that night (it was this past Thursday night) and he was able to get the AC back and running. So we were able to survive the Phoenix heat!  Thanks Ruben. Highly recommend Sigi and his crew! Super easy to work with. His pricing was very fair. I had an entire 2nd story deck rebuilt and house leveled by replacing the support beams in my carport under my master bedroom. The work was top notch. Every question was answered and the crew even made suggestions to help save some money. Special shout out to Tim and Adrian who worked their tails off to make sure everything was right. Even when there were minor issues, they were resolved immediately. I would absolutely use them again. You wont go wrong using Southwest. Thanks for everything Sigi!

J.R. Cabinet Works completely changed up our kitchen while retaining the original custom cabinets.  We stained our cabinets a dark espresso with just a hint of the former cherry glowing through.  The owner Jerry showed up with the other contractors to discuss coordination and timing.  Jerry took one of the cabinet doors for a test and discussed how the final result may look.  After we approved the sample, his crew arrived and finished the job in two days.  The crew was was efficient, on time, and cleaned up after.  JR came by after each step to personally inspect the results.

We love the results and look forward to working with JR and company again.

Did a pool remodel.  James and Stephanie were great to work with. They were always available when I had questions during and after the job.  Their crew did great work.  I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!  Very highly recommended.

Brad quickly responded to my project quote request and was able to come out immediately to look at my door. Pricing seemed fair when compared to other estimates I got. We had a flood at our rental. The complete destruction of our dining room happened. Red Eye Construction came in and did a beautiful job with the put back and with quality materials, and in a very timely manner. They worked so well with our tenant who is having a very rough time in his personal life right now. I highly recommend this company you will not regret this choice in hiring Red Eye Construction to do any remodeling you may need.

Have known the owner for a while, but this was the first time I've actually used his business for handyman services.  The project was a dishwasher installation (remove old, install new).  It was completed without a hitch!  Eddie was on time, did an excellent job, verified everything was OK, and cleaned up afterward.

We needed a lot of help with our kitchen and bathroom remodel.  We live in an older home that needed a lot of updating.  Everyone on the Good Guys team was helpful and they made us feel like family.  The pricing was affordable and fair, the work they performed was professional and timely.  They thought of things that I never would have and made our kitchen turn out better than I ever dreamed. They did exactly what they promised us.  

I would recommend this crew to anyone looking for help with kitchen and bathroom remodeling.

We had Rosa and her team come out to do some wainscoting and wall paint for an accent wall.  They did an excellent job and was on budget and the time schedule.   We would definitely call them back for any projects in the future.

We needed a partial  bath remodel and went to the home show looking for help.  We found three companies and seriously compared them.   Colton came to our home to assess the job and prepare a quote.  He wrote up a quote that was higher than the others, but we decided to go with them because the product they offered through their show room was nicer in quality than the others.  

This company does not employ in-house construction workers.  They sub-contract all the work.  That explains the higher cost.  However, we were very happy with the work.  Colton was our salesman, Jaram coordinated the construction workers.  He gave us a timetable that worked for us and we were happy with the way the timing worked out.  
We needed the garden bathtub removed, a glass brick window reduced in size by half and a walk-in shower built to replace the tub.  

The contractors who came to our home were very professional and efficient.  We were most impressed with Johnny, who did the tile work. There were 2 mistakes: first, in how the tile was drilled for the plumbing; second it became apparent that the dye in the tiles was not consistent within the box of tile.  This showed up after the light in the room changed and tile was set. There were 5 tiles that didn't match the others.  Johnny came right out and fixed the problem.  Luckily we had extra tiles for him to work with and he was able to save us from having to buy another box of tile.  

When you are not well-versed with the construction business in our area, it is virtually impossible to find people to contract to do work.  When the job involved requires different specialties such as construction, plumbing, and tiling it is risky for the homeowner to hire one contractor to do all the jobs.  Without word-of-mouth recommendations, I became overwhelmed with my search.  It was expensive to hire Rise Above for our job, but we are happy with the results and I am thankful they supplied us with high quality workmen who did a great job!

Despite all of our efforts to double-check and triple-check our measurements, our new refrigerator was, literally, less than 1/8-inch too tall for our current kitchen cabinet enclosure space. Most contractors wouldn't help us because the job was "too small". Ellen jumped in to help us out. The father/son team she engaged was at our house on time (yes, when was the last time a contractor actually showed up on time??).

They jumped right into the problem and were done adjusting the upper cabinet height in no time flat. They did a great job with no complaints or do-overs. In this day 'n age of mediocre inept contractors, this was an incredibly pleasant change from the "norm".

Needless to say, White Builder has my vote and I definitely will be referring my friends and neighbors to them.
