We took a chance with Cactus Property for a toilet that needed to be replaced at our rental property.  They had no reviews, but discovered them on Yelp.  I had a conversation with a few Handyman services and chose Cactus Properties to install the new toilet and haul the old one away.  Man, am I glad I discovered this company.  Extremely responsive, kept their promise and reasonably priced, things hard to find these days.  

I will be keeping Cactus Properties as a contact in my phone for future needs.  Thanks!!

Bruce is an artist.  He rolled up in a purple hot rod and quickly fixed our water heater.  Thank you Bruce for a fair deal.

Andy is the best. I have two homes and he has worked on both of them. There is nothing he can't do,from the simplest to the most difficult renovation.  He treats your home as if it was his, very tidy, always on time, and besides that he is a nice guy who you can trust.  I would highly recommend him!

Wanting to get a new toilet installed, I made several frustrating calls to plumbers (who quoted outrageous prices and time frames) and other handymen (most didn't return my phone messages) , I contacted Jake, who promptly answered his phone. He quoted a very reasonable fee and could come that afternoon.

He was timely in his arrival, very courteous, and a neat worker who knew what he was doing. The installation was completed very quickly. I told him his fee was too low and paid him extra. I highly recommend Jake and I will call him when I need his services again.

He is dependable, courteous, and fair. He showed up promptly and advised me about the work. Tysm!

We called Crackerjacks Handyman Services to replace our kitchen faucet. Gino did an amazing job all around. Very quick to respond, showed up on time (went out of his way to squeeze our job in his day), and very friendly. The new faucet looks and works perfect! We'll definitely be calling Gino in the future!

I rarely do reviews but Charlie did such an incredible job at my house, I just had to write about it! He hung many various large and heavy items on my walls with absolute perfection! He worked quickly and is the best price in town! Thank you so much for a wonderful job!

Chip and her team are busy, but you'll never feel like you're not their top priority. They remodeled a 1960s apartment for me that had a lot of plumbing and electrical issues. Now, it's up-to-date and stunning. It was a fun experience because I not only knew I was in capable hands, but Chip is resourceful and creative. There was never a problem she couldn't solve. Who's my favorite contractor? She is!

We were in need of handyman service to replace the ceiling on our patio and checked Yelp as always. After reading the history and learning they were a family-run business, we called B4 and After. Ruben returned our call promptly and scheduled a time to come look over the project. We weren't sure what to do with the ceiling but we needn't have worried. Ruben came up with a great idea and his quote was very reasonable. Work began the following week and was completed in time for a cookout we had scheduled. In fact, Ruben worked into the evening the night before to be sure the project was done in time. His workmanship was excellent and instead of being an embarrassment the ceiling is now a source of pride. We would highly recommend B4 and After!

We had Matt do a complete remodel for our backyard patio removing existing lattice work from a pergola and replacing beams, and adding a roof with shingles to match our house.  They then painted all of the wood and added electrical for a future fan. It took them about 5 days but he and his crew did everything we requested.  They worked diligently every day in the extreme heat and did an excellent job.  We highly recommend Matt's company and would gladly use his services again!!!  (Side note: In the future, he may be changing his company name, to Desert Horizon Services.)

STAY AWAY! This guy came over to fix our door that was out of alignment. He took our money and left with the deadbolt not lining up, and now the door is rubbing again. He left it in worse condition than he found it. He said he wouldn't be able to come back for 2 months and was not willing to give any refund because he kept running back and forth to the store getting wrong parts. Now I have to hire someone to fix his work. Very frustrating to say the least.

Disregard what he said below - it's a flat out lie. His offer to come back was 2 months after his original failed attempt. My house is a few years old. It's not "beyond repair". I just fixed it myself 5 minutes ago. It was just out of alignment and he's not competent to do simple repair. He "forgot to check the deadbolt" to see if it would lock. He charged me over $100. Wild and dishonest to say the least.

This company took 2 months to complete work our HOA approved them for. They then illegally used a 13 year old to complete the job in the middle of a record heatwave week in Arizona summer. The job was not completed and we are being forced into an unapproved invoice by Tatum Park HOA who hired the vendor. Stay away!!

BEWARE: I hired David with "Mohave Leveling" to level an addition on my mobile home and add additional supports underneath. He requested a deposit of 20% for materials which is always a risk but I proceeded and sent the deposit. Once he received  the deposit He immediately disappeared, would not respond to countless calls and texts. At the time of this review he has still not responded or made it right, if he does I will edit this review
