Go To Services is a Remodeling Contractor offering Home Builder Warranty Repair, Commercial TI, and Water Damage Restoration in Phoenix and Prescott AZ.

HISTORY


Established in 2015.
We started out providing emergency disaster restoration and cleaning services to home builders and property managers and grew exponentially to the point where we now handle all things from emergency services, reconstruction, and cleaning for residential homeowners, small business, property managers, and national home builders to the Arizona Cardinals training facility, Omni hotels, Hilton hotels, and school districts.

ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER


After working for other companies in the industry which lacked a slew of customer services, Go To Services, Inc. was started by Bill and Holly to fill in those gaps with a focus on valuing relationships of clients and employees alike. With a combined 30+ years in the industry, they hold a general contractors license and are an IICRC Certified Firm who believe strongly in continuing education for their employees to provide the best services for their clients.

They were seriously incredible! I had a massive flood on the second floor at my commercial property in Old Town Scottsdale. It was a nightmare when I walked in (water running for 7 Hours, completely ruined an entire office and the showroom below it). I called the first company I saw online and luckily it was Go To Services. They showed up within 30 minutes and reassured me that they would handle everything. Within an hour there, more than a dozen people showed up to save the day. I have a vivid memory of them all walking in with smiles on their faces and letting me know that it would be handled before I knew it. My blood pressure dropped immediately.

It wasn't long before they had cleaned all the water up, had fans blowing, dehumidifiers running, had plastic everywhere, and we were discussing how they could put it all back together. Which they did....in record time! Not only was I happy but my tenants all raves about them over the coming weeks as they put things back together. The finished product was on point.

I have been in real estate for 25 years and it was hands down the best service experience I've had to date. I have Go To Services on speed dial in my phone now!!!!

Shady business practices! They take two months to get an estimate to the client and then blame everyone else. It took 30 days just to submit an original estimate which was never sent to me just the insurance. They lie and try and push you off by saying they are waiting on the insurance company to approve the claim, meanwhile they cashed the check from the insurance. Then they refuse service if you question their shady practices!
Hopefully these professionals can figure out how to send a check back to the insurance for work they failed to do!

Had the unfortunate displeasure of using Go To Services.
Communication to you as a customer is terrible. Even after repeatedly asking for communication, long lengths of time went with no response just for me to reach out again. Communication within the company is also very poor. Empathy and assurance are no where to be found.
Some contractors will be sent out by GoToServices that they contract with, the work is not actually always done by them, just so you are aware when possibly planning some type of repair. Don't always believe them when they say we are sending out one of our best people yet a company truck will pull up for a different business. Can be very... snake in the grass with wording and approach. Listen carefully.
VIDEO RECORD ALL REPAIRS AND COMMUNICATIONS WITHIN YOUR HOME. I unfortunately did not. People will say that communication never happened, items will be broken and you need to supply proof of them damaging items. Yes, some things were owned up to and taken care of but others are ignored.
Project was not completed. Left over work to be completed. Left over trash after EVERY visit. Promises to clean after repairs, that never happens.
Took a repair that should have been done within a couple weeks and have now gone 5 months with no resolution. Contractors sent out continue to damage items or other parts of the home unrelated. Company now stating that no resolution is available and they are ending communication based on actions.
If I ever have a choice to go elsewhere, it's high on my consideration list considering my most recent experience.

Did some drywall work. Used our garbage (and yard) to dispose of the trash. Left drywall in our side yard, front yard, all down our driveway and to the street-then stopped showing up for a week. I had to call THEM to ask what was going on 5 days later, they were aware no on was showing up but no one reached out to us because we were scrambling to find you a new contractor before we reached out. Communication and respect for my home would be great. A 2 day project had been 2 weeks and counting. Do your research everyone.

Currently working with this company after the condo complex I live in had major water damage. Only on day 3 with them and it has been a nightmare trying to get any information. Day 1 I signed their papers to do the work,  was told they would be in my unit that day to pull up soaked carpet and check the walls for moisture. No one ever showed up, no phone call, no email, no communication of any kind. Day 2 After apologizing for not showing up on Monday, (they said they thought I went with another company even though they had SIGNED paperwork from that very morning) told me they would definitely be at my unit first thing Tuesday morning. 11am Tuesday I still had not seen or heard from anyone-finally they roll in at 11:30, I have to wonder what company believes first thing in the morning is almost noon?! Day 3-Was told they would be here to remove wet drywall-guess what, nobody shows up, no phone call, no email, no communication of any kind. I call Jason at 3pm he says he will call me back in 15 minutes. Big surprise, no call back. I call again at 4pm and he offers no reason for the no-show today, but assures me they will have people here at 9am tomorrow. I'm not holding my breath. Hoping day 4 goes better, but at this point I could not ever recommend this company to anyone, and I will be making sure my neighbors that are considering using them for the rebuilding process hear this story.  I understand if they are short of staff and getting work done may take longer, I'm fine with that. But be honest, tell me you can't make it today, tell me we need to schedule it for another time. Constantly being told lies, or simply not communicated with  at all is not a very good start, apparently they are not too concerned about repeat clientele. I'll be happy to update this review should they decide to rectify this situation.

After discovering a busted pipe which caused flooding & other damage, these guys have provided outstanding customer service & work ethic. They are extremely friendly & informative. They are thorough & clean up after themselves well. In fact, they even wipe the floors before they leave so they are cleaner now than before they came to work. While the restoration & repairs have only just begun, we are thankful to have such a phenomenal company taking care of our home. Thank you for caring for your customers!

Our upstairs bathroom flooded. We called Go To Services hoping to get things taken care of. The service was OK.  However, the business end was horrible! One of the dehumidifiers was broken.  I did have it replaced.  But the customer service was awful! I literally had to call the office several times to get a bill! I never received a quote fo reconstruction services at all. Nobody seemed to know which end was up! Very expensive for what little work was done.  I would never recommended them!

I would avoid GoToServices like the plague.  They will take advantage of you in a crisis.  They refused to work with my insurance company to get paid for services.  And what they won't tell you before you sign on the doted line is that you will receive a substantial bill for services NOT covered by your insurance company.  And I'm not talking about the deductible.  I'm talking about services above and beyond.  AVOID them.  Find someone more honest to do business with that won't prey on you when you're having a water disaster.

We have worked for go to services. We did a job 3 weeks ago and still haven't been paid for the work we did. They dont pay when job is completed there excuse is we  are a big company and it has to be processed. We have drove all the way from Queen Creek when we were told the check would be there and all 3 times it wasn't there. I paid my employees out of my pocket. So the job we did I paid for it. I hope this review is read before anyone decides to hire this company.

Go To Services killed it for us!! They completely rehabilitated our office suite after a serious flood. No job or ask was too small for them to do or too big for them to handle. We were back in our office and helping clients Live Richer Lives within a few days. Highly recommend!

We had a sudden flood in our 2 story home today that caused leakage in the ceiling over the kitchen. In a unusual situation, we were able to contact Go To Services, referring to us by our builder's plumbing company. Their technician, Logan was outstanding! Not only was he knowledgeable and understood the situation, he allowed my wife and I to see the thermal imaging of the leakage and what the interior of our structure looks like. What a guy! Thank you Logan, Josh, and the entire staff at Go To Services!

Go To Services is a highly professional, and more importantly, trustworthy company. We have a busy toddler & needed a pool fence installed ASAP. They came out & installed one fast and helped me find solutions to other safety concerns I had with my pool area to ensure it was safe for my child. We are extremely pleased with the work!

If you are good with a company whose project manager of your job NEVER communicates with you unless you reach out ... if you are good with a company whose project manager didn't know the scope of the job when coming to see the site ... if not having consistent workers each day who know what was done the day before and what needs to be done that day ... if clear communication with the workers on 'who will be here tomorrow and what work will they be doing' ... if none of these things are important to you then Go To Services is the company for you!  I also had multiple emails with one of the leaders of the team at GTS who assured me that the President of the company takes these concerns seriously and that he is good on following up on things and would be in touch with me to discuss.  That was 8 weeks ago and I have never been contacted by the President of the company.  The project manager never came back to walk the job at the end to be sure that everything was done that was scoped.
