Our contact, Trish, was truly Amazing in handling our entire process and even caught an issue in our order that would have been an issue an corrected the situation and carried the ball straight through to completion!

Original window (Pella) was ordered incorrectly, block versus nail fin for installation.  Crew that ordered the window was no longer with the company (red flag) by the time of install.  First attempt for installation was partially completed.  They failed to cut back the existing aluminum nail fins enough to allow for adjustment of the new window within the frame.  Thankfully, a defect to the window was found and warrantied through Pella.  Second install attempt, more of the existing fin was removed to create space, but still not enough.  The lower corner remains elevated, so much so that the slider was leaning heavily on the lock mechanism cause the screws to pull/strip through the vinyl frame.  Same corner was also not secured into the framing, allowing movement inside-out direction of around 1/4 to 3/8 inch which has cracked the new exterior stucco of the window.  Called back to have the issues remedied but the installer (once again, an employee no longer with the company).  New crew out, placed a screw into the lower corner to secure from future movement (which is does not).  Used drywall screws to secure the locking mechanism into the vinyl frame and was told they could replace the slider wheels with adjustable version to alleviate further pressure on the locking mechanism.  After following up with what was now the 3rd office asst. (because the other two were no longer with the company), I was told they no longer work with Pella and they would send my job to Pella as 'warranty' issue despite this being an install issue.  Pella was recently out to evaluate.  The window was installed poorly and there is no such 'adjustable' wheel for these windows.  We now have an out of square, shifting window on the front of our home with a wooden dowel keeping it secure.  That's not to mention the terrible gaps left on the interior side where the drywall was cut back too much.  Ignore the generous online rating with this company and take your chances with the next one.

My quest began as such: need glass shelves for a buffet hutch. The bozos who moved it figured they didn't need to remove the existing glass shelves prior to moving; that didn't work out as planned. Hence, my hunt for glass shelves.
I looked EVERYWHERE & called just about EVERY glass business in the valley. Demers was one of 2 responses I received. I chose them because their prices were slightly less than the other. Once the ball was rolling, it was an easy process.
Trish and Tina were a pleasure to work with. They provided me with quotes on both anneal (less in price, not as strong) and tempered (stronger, able to hold more weight) glass. I chose tempered because I have a whole bunch of pretty glass nonsense to put on display. Once I signed the quote, it took about a week for the glass to be ready. For an extra fee, they deliver but I opted to pick up since they're only a few miles away. Look at my pics and see why I'm a happy old bird. I'd definitely use them again for any custom glass needs. I recommend Demers Glass, I had a bad experience with another glass company (slow) and Demers was quick to quote, measure and complete the job.  Attached is photo of our custom entertainment center in Peoria AZ.

During the recent windstorm, a bedroom window exploded into the bedroom of my kid's vacation rental.  They live in another state and had a renter schedule in a few days...so the need was urgent.  I called a few glass companies and couldn't really get any response or urgency on their part to help me out.  Then I called Demers and talked with Trish!  She was so helpful and understanding of my situation.  I was able to get this completely taken care of pretty much the same day.  While this was a pretty simple repair (window slider with a single pane), I so appreciated Trish's empathy, response and helpfulness in getting this repaired...and it was very reasonably priced.  Demers will be my only call the next time I have glass needs.
A company is only as good as the members of their team.  Demers is very fortunate to have such an outstanding team member like Trish on their team!

10/10, would recommend. These guys provided great pricing and offered great communication. Even when our windows were delayed due to COVID, they were super helpful and friendly along the way.

Where they really shined was their on site service. Their consultation and installation teams were such a joy to work with. Their installation was incredibly quick, very high quality, and all of the employees were friendly and a joy to have around.

This probably won't be our first time replacing old windows and sliding doors in an old house, so I'm sure we'll go with them again.

The doors are fantastic and helped complete our amazing guest bath!  They worked with us and made suggestions to make sure we got everything we envisioned and more!  The frameless glass does not take away from the gorgeous tile work we had done and the installer was exceptionally neat and thorough. My wife was not on board fully with glass doors but was thrilled when she got home and saw the finished product.   The prices were very fair and the quality exceptional and I would HIGHLY recommend them for any of your glass needs!

We had asked Demers to give us a proposal for the replacement and repair of several of our windows.  They initially came out and walked through our house and identified which windows needed to be repaired and or replaced.  We received the bid from them, but it didn't match what we discussed.  We have tried to call several times to get it corrected.  They have not responded to any of our calls and don't seem interested in doing our project at all.  They're followup and customer service don't seem to be very important to them.  I would not recommend calling them if you actually want your windows repaired.

They did a great job came out to the house measured the table when glass was made they delivered and put it on the table. Awsome!!!!!

Went with another company no spevial reason just did. So i cant say much about this company. Since you replied i will go further. Your first review was neither negative or positive i was being neutral.  2nd review. I reveived 5 automatic emails from 5 different companies. As i recall i did respond to all of them with as much information as i could or had or knew. I dont work in the window business. One company had a 3 window minimum. I was looking to just replace 1 window but will now be replacing 2 windows. no one called me from your company. I will not and do not have to try and track down a company or someone to talk to. The company i went with responded to my email also texted me and sent me a brochure and also spent time talking to me on the phone answering my question and explaining the process. I like to talk with someone and meet with them as i can get a feeling about the company by the tone in their voice and how they respond to me. If your company had really wanted my business someone would of reached out and called me. No one did. Please dont act like you did all you can to get my business. You did not. Like i said i was giving you a neutral review and being fair now i give you less than that. One automatic email means nothing. So now i change my teview to 1 star.

By the way i just checked all me emails as i save everything. I contacted yelp and home advisor on april 13th. Home advisor was a mistake but i continued. The only message i received from you guys was on april 14th telling me you were closed and would contact me shortly. No one contacted me. Just for your information.  That is why i didnt use you guys . i heard back from 4 other companies not you. Therefore i would not use you know or in the future and i would not recommend you. Stop acting like you wanted my business and stop acting like you contacted me.  I was being nice when i let the companies that i did not use that i was using a different company just to be courteous.

This company is a complete joke. I requested a quote online. They responded quickly by trying to gouge me for $430 on a 30 min job. Stay away from this company.

AWESOME SERVICE!  Timely response to my quote request.  I appreciated Patti's emails and follow up phone calls to keep me in the know of arrival times.  The install team was on time and paid attention to detail.  They left the install area cleaner than they found it.  The doors look great and give our entry area a much needed upgrade.  Thank you Demer's Glass Team, we will use you again in the future!

I called Demers glass last week for a quote or discussion about my broken window in my home. No one returned my call, However this being a few weeks later, I'd like to say that Demers Glass has called me several times like a good professional, they apologized and explained why I didn't get a call that first time. I'd like to try this company for my broken window. These days most places don't try very hard to get your business. Needed balances for a window. The appraiser came to look at the job, then a couple weeks later an installer installed the balances. Pretty standard stuff. The installer called me into the room to look at the work and when I walked in he had his mask off and I had to tell him to put it on. Was disappointed with that.

They did a great job. Was fast and reliable. Very friendly. Right on time. The jib was affordable and Professionally done. I would highly recommend. They replaced a broken window.

Highly recommended glass replacement service provider. They came and replaced 3 of my old windows. Worked very hard to remove old windows that kept refusing to let go. Wonderful workmanship and wore masks and shoes covers during the whole process. Very considerate

100% in love with Demers! DG has an amazing staff, they are organized, easy to work with and knowledgeable. If you haven't tried them, I would highly recommend you do. Definitely will call for my next project!

I sent them pictures of a broken mirror which I wanted to replace the glass in. They said they could do it, so I drove 45 minutes to drop it off. I got an email back later saying that they were having trouble finding a backing that would work. I made a suggestion that I thought might work, but I never heard back from them. After a month went by, I sent another email. Two days later I got an email back that they can't fix the mirror. I totally understand if they can't do it, but its not great customer service.

Highly recommended. Turned up on time and the end result was of high quality. Quick to respond with any questions we had and will definitely use them again.

Unfortunately, this company has earned one star based solely on the quote process. I requested a quote and was scheduled for a few weeks down the road. The day before that initial appointment Demers called to reschedule, which was fine. The day of the rescheduled appointment, Demers called to reschedule for a 3rd time. I said I was not able to reschedule again. They ultimately sent Chad (I believe that was his name) out to give us a quote. It was immediately obvious that he did not want to be working. We told him what we were interested in and he showed no interest in discussing options with us. He flatly told us that he did not have any brochures or samples to show us and implied that anything other than vinyl windows would be too expensive. (He had no idea what our budget is). He measured out windows and told us to expect a quote in a few days. It has been 16 days and we have not heard a thing. So, maybe the windows would have been epic and the installers would have been experts, but the quoting process was a disaster.

Great from start to finish!  Sent a couple pictures of my broken window (golf ball) along with the size and got a estimate within an hour.  Dana called to set up a time for a tech to visit and confirm the size and scope of work    Chris came he next day and they confirmed price and lead time.  They quoted two weeks and called to schedule the install time as promised.  Chris called to confirm the install appointment and arrived advised who would be a later than scheduled.  Work was performed expertly and exactly as discussed.  New window and the work area were both clean when job was completed.  I would definitely recommend Demers and I will certainly use them again if another stray golf ball finds glass!

Easy to schedule, they arrived 30 minutes later then appointment but called, work was done quickly and to our satisfaction. Only dinger was they weren't wearing masks but did keep socially distance. We would use them again for their quality of work.

chad was awesome and provided great intel. the leadtime is further out than i wanted but understandably with COVID-19.

Put in a request via HomeAdvisor app - Elias got back to me within the 1/2 hour for a conversation about our project.  My husband gave him measurements over the phone for shower glass enclosure - within 2 hours we had a quote.  If the service continues like this - I'm going to be one heck of a happy camper - will follow up as the project progresses.

*UPDATE*  The owner of the company reached out to me and told me that the lady that had been rude to me had previously been terminated for bad customer service and that he reached out to the installer to discuss the work.  Kudos to the owner for stepping up and reaching out.

I have a mixed review. We had a broken window that needed to be replaced. We called this company but they said they wouldn't come out without putting down a deposit.  That was so weird to me. I mean, who wants to go through the hassle of getting money back if you don't choose that company?  It's like them saying you aren't worth our time to come out and give you an appraisal.  Soooo the guy comes out and he's nice and knowledgeable.  We decided to use their company, but when I called to schedule an install the lady that answered the phone was rude, from the very start. Like, not pleasant at all.  When she couldn't find my info in her system she got even snottier.  She then transferred me without even telling me she was putting me on hold. Rude.  The next lady found my info and then said that I needed to put down another deposit. Um, what?  How does that work?  Two deposits?  When I asked why two, she said she had no record of the first deposit.   Turns out somebody had made two accounts/quoted for the same job because I asked about frosted glass.  It took too long to get the glass installed and when the it was finally installed I had to stop the guy from leaving because the sealant was all screwed up.  He fixed it right away, but since I had to ask him to fix it, it shows me that he doesn't exactly have pride in his work.  So, basically, it turned out nice, but there were a few speedbumps with the company along the way.  Their office staff needs some customer service training for sure.

I have not used their service, so cannot speak of that, but I have received a quote from them. They have quoted me 3 times more for the same job comparing to other few companies.

Just be cautious with their estimations, when considering the company. Always consider a few quotes for comparison.

This place is amazing. I sent for a quote Patti contacted me back quick on Yelp I have her measurements and the tech came out the next day and replace our Glass in our rental sliding door. Amazing customer service. My husbands a realtor and manages many rentals so this will be our glass company moving forward. Everyone else we messaged either was priced way higher or about 3 weeks out before an appointment. Thanks patti and staff for the great work and customer service from start to finish.

For my company I always have to get bids before any work is approved.  Demer's gave me the lowest bid.  When my window was originally put in it didn't have the reflective tint that I expected it to have.  I actually didn't notice it until about a week later so I expected to have all kinds of problems when I called up Demer's including a higher price.  Not the case whatsoever.  They were super nice over the phone, about 30 minutes later they had somebody come out and look at my window then the next day it was replaced with no extra charges. I would absolutely recommend them, I was really impressed all the way around.

I've been trying to get in touch with someone to give me my quote but no one answers the phones. I had the measurements taken last week and need the job done asap but cant compare their quote with the others. I guess they dont want or need my business.

Thought I needed to replace a patio door and all it needed was an adjustment. The glaziers were very friendly, helpful and did good quality work in a short amount of time. I would definitely use them again.

Demers glass company is very reasonable, however their employees are not very professional. It doesn't matter if you are off the job, don't wear your work shirt and act rude in a bar etc. it's a reflection of the company and who they employ. Just sayin

After my son put a rock through a friend's RV trailer window, I took the broken window in the frame to Demers Glass.  The price for the replacement glass was very reasonable and right in line with other quotes that I had already received. The glass had to be ordered and the initial lead time was 3-5 business days.  I explained that we are going camping in 3 days and would really like to have the window back before we go. Cynthia promised to check into expediting the process.  I left the window with them so that they could take measurements and planned to pick it up along with the glass when it arrived.  My husband planned to put the glass in the frame and reseal it.  Less than 24 hours after placing the order I received a call from Cynthia stating that she was able to get the order expedited and that they installed the glass into the frame for me at no extra cost!  Thank you so much for the AMAZING customer service!  I will most definitely refer Demers Glass to everyone that I know.
