Jesse and his team built a perimeter block wall for us and we couldn't be happier with the finished product. They were able to remove the old fence and haul out trash. The cleanup was also great. We look forward to using Jesse and his team in the near future for more projects.

After interviewing several contractors we were so pleased to have picked this company.  They just finished our 3 bathroom remodels.  His pricing was fair and he always was prompt with follow up.  Loved the tile crew too!   Happy to share my pictures with any potential customers!

I shopped around for garage epoxy in the north Scottsdale area. After calling about 5 shops, I decided to go with Eric at First Class Coatings.

Eric is a straight shooter. He doesn't BS around nor does he try to sell you on his work like some of the other shops did. He simply tells how it is, what the options are and let's his product sell itself! He diamond grins everything and doesn't touch acid etching, which is a hue positive. He guarantees his work for a min of 15 years!

His prices are competitive and his team's work was top notch. They arrived on time every day they were scheduled and were very friendly.

I'd absolutely recommend Eric at First Class Coatings. You will not be let down by his work.

Jesus was great! Work was done on time and for the agreed amount. Couldn't ask for better. He even stuck it out through a bit of nonsense with the neighbor about the block wall/fence location. Would highly recommend!

Mike came out and was very pressured in sales routine.  He wanted to show us a presentation (who has time for that) so he left without measuring or without taking our email address. Very unprofessional. Do not use.

Short version - highly recommended!!!  Unreal beautiful job!!

Longer version - I started calling flooring companies for bids on my three car garage.  It is a brand new house and I wanted the job done right.  First guy that came out was a nut case and I dismissed him.  Next guy was considering going with because of his limited good reviews, however, the more I talked with him, the screwer he sounded.  Decided not to go with him.  I called Iron Drive and Brian showed up that afternoon.  Very professional with plenty of samples and a ton of 5 star reviews.  

Job scheduled for 8:00 am on the 29th.  Workers showed up at 7:59 am and started at eight.  The job totally exceeded my expectations.  The development superintendent and sales manager came by to look at the job and wanted business cards to recommend this company to the other new homeowners.  I cannot say enough about the job and wish I had the name of the workers to thank them.  

Also - no money up front - paid upon completion.  That adds even more of a level of trust.  Thanks Brian!!  Patrick in Blackstone Development.

Amazing service received by RC Demolition on our bathroom remodel project. After a site visit to get some measurements, Leslie walked me through the process, pricing, and kept me in loop every step of the way. Demolition went exactly to plan, the crew was attentive and courteous. I appreciate the job that was done at my house. I will definitely be using RC Demolition on future projects.

Called and left a message. Returned call within a couple hours. I received 3 quotes. Cesar was not the lowest but not the highest. Went with him even though no Yelp reviews. So glad I did. Great job, as promised. This guy loves what he does and it shows in the quality of his work. Have recommended him to others and will call him for my next job.

Kayla, Jodi, and Richard were amazing! To start, I first contacted Sledge in April of 2017 (great experience).  It took a while before we were ready to actually do the work, but when I called them back up in October of 2018 (a year and a half later), they honored the original quote!  Jodi was fantastic to work with to get the job completed and everything went like clockwork. Everyone that I had to deal with were very professional and happy to help!  I have another patio to epoxy this Spring and I know who will be doing it!  Highly recommended!  Thank you, Sledge Team!

Jim and his crew are great! They replaced our rickety old wooden fence with an extra high block concrete wall and beautiful iron/wood gate. Everything he quoted and estimated was exactly accurate. The wall turned out great, right on budget, and in the time frame that was estimated. They were on site every morning at the time they projected and were pleasant to work with. They even hauled away extra dirt and other additional materials that were not part of the original agreement. That made a huge difference for me.

We reached out to Desert Crest back on June 17th to have them come out and give us a quote. Before they would come out, I had to confirm I wouldn't get more then 2 other quotes as they don't want to compete with more then that many. Sam came out on June 23rd and said it would take 3-4 weeks for a quote, but would try and get it back to me in 2 weeks. Here we are almost 8 weeks later and not a word from Sam G or anyone from Desert Crest. Glad I didn't wait for them to respond....nor would I suggest anyone wasting their time with them. Terrible customer service especially when trying to make a sale on decent sized project.

Chad and his crew were great to work with. Chad is very easy to work with and it is apparent that he cares about doing a quality job.

The crew was respectful, professional and efficient. They completed the project in two trips and cleaned up after themselves each time.

I would highly recommend Chad and his team for any project you may have going on.
