We hired Vetsbuilt  in October on the recommendation of our realtor.  We worked with Bob the entire time and he was very responsive.  We had our old stone fireplace removed and replaced with laminate ship lap style tile.  Jason did a great job on this!  We love it. Jason was sure that we were part of all the decision making and he wanted us to be happy with the result.  We also had some renovation done in the Master Bath which turned out very nice.  Bob has some great subs that do awesome work.  Shout out to George for his great work building the brick wall on the side of the house -- all in one day!
The only thing that keeps the review from being great is that daily estimations of what would be completed were very optimistic and not often realized.  Toward the end of the project - which included several different items - resources were re-assigned to other projects.  
However, with that being said, the work was complete by our deadline and definitely within our budget, which was a HUGE priority for us.

She really showed a passion for her job and her design and plant selection was right on. The crew did quality work and we are very happy with the results. We even named our favorite Totem Pole cactus Irene. We would highly recommend their services and look forward to working with Irene on future projects.

Preach is our go to spot for all of our masonry needs during renovations. They're available in a pinch with little notice and offer great pricing. In other news, I'll be opening up a building supply company soon because oh em gee we've spent a lot of money here.

Timely delivery of product the before work started.  Crew was professional and fast.  Almost 1000 sq ft in under 5 hours.  I would highly recommend this team... Austin and Daniel were hands on and sold with no pressure... thank you guys

Short version - highly recommended!!!  Unreal beautiful job!!

Longer version - I started calling flooring companies for bids on my three car garage.  It is a brand new house and I wanted the job done right.  First guy that came out was a nut case and I dismissed him.  Next guy was considering going with because of his limited good reviews, however, the more I talked with him, the screwer he sounded.  Decided not to go with him.  I called Iron Drive and Brian showed up that afternoon.  Very professional with plenty of samples and a ton of 5 star reviews.  

Job scheduled for 8:00 am on the 29th.  Workers showed up at 7:59 am and started at eight.  The job totally exceeded my expectations.  The development superintendent and sales manager came by to look at the job and wanted business cards to recommend this company to the other new homeowners.  I cannot say enough about the job and wish I had the name of the workers to thank them.  

Also - no money up front - paid upon completion.  That adds even more of a level of trust.  Thanks Brian!!  Patrick in Blackstone Development.

RC Demolition just completed our whole house flooring demolition. Oliver was a pleasure to work with in arranging this big job. He was professional and competitively priced. Jose and Jolene did a great job hanging plastic to contain the dust on a very dusty tile removal project. We opted for the traditional mortar removal process rather than the dust free (which is also offered by RC), and the dust was really not as bad as I expected. They got the entire house done in about a day an a half. I would use them again.

Called and left a message. Returned call within a couple hours. I received 3 quotes. Cesar was not the lowest but not the highest. Went with him even though no Yelp reviews. So glad I did. Great job, as promised. This guy loves what he does and it shows in the quality of his work. Have recommended him to others and will call him for my next job.

Very thorough. Explained everything. Very happy with their work. On time and very communicative.

Sent several e-mails to this company. Received one response, and when I had more questions, they informed me they would need to send someone out so I scheduled an appointment for the next week. My husband rushed home from 40 minutes away to be there on time, and Ryan never showed or called. When I e-mailed to inquire about the issue, he showed up the next day. However it has been two weeks and after two more e-mails, no response. Don't bother with this company, they're not even reliable enough to show up on time or respond to e-mails.

Jesse is the best.  We have been using him and his company since we moved here in the mid 90s.  He is creative and honest and has grown his business from landscape to General Contracting.   He has landscaped a new home, done maintenance landscaping, built an outdoor kiva and seating, re-landscaped another home, built another outdoor fireplace and seating, planted trees, correct a construction error in the house, built an entire back yard in a new home, redid the pool tile and built a 30 x 25' outdoor kitchen building complete with granite, stainless steel, gas and electric for us so far. We have not found a project he cannot do and do well.  Great staff and most have been with him for years.

Chad and his crew were great to work with. Chad is very easy to work with and it is apparent that he cares about doing a quality job.

The crew was respectful, professional and efficient. They completed the project in two trips and cleaned up after themselves each time.

I would highly recommend Chad and his team for any project you may have going on.
