Provided a great service and price for the work.  Liked what they did and how they did it and for your concrete or wall needs, this is a great option.

My wife and I choose vetsbuilt after getting several bids for our kitchen. They not only gave us a very competitive bid but assured us they could do a great job. They did!  They came in on budget. They were extremely attentive to detail. They completed on time. We highly recommend them and we could not be moe pleased with their work.

Provided very reasonable estimate for my small 10x16 shed.  Finished the job the following week. Excellent workmanship and fully satisfied with results.

Had them do my three car garage in October of 2014. Waited 10 days for the floor to cure before I brought a car in on it. We were not living in the house yet. The first time I brought a car in it left impressions in the epoxy. You can actually see where it sunk into the epoxy. 60's Camaro. Not a very heavy car. It took 2 plus months before you could go out in garage and not be knocked over by the smell of the solvent in the epoxy. Is that normal? The first time it rained, some rain water came in the garage by the garage door. It stained the floor. I have tried multiple times to call Eric about the staining and soft finish and have never received a response. My contract says I have a 15 year warranty, but I can't even get a call back.

I received a phone call from Eric in response to the review. Extremely hostile. Let me know that this review was fu(ked up and he wanted it removed and if I was going to leave it fu(ked up he would fix the floor when he got to it.

Received text messages from Eric letting me know how this review is hurting him. 16 days from the initial review and still has not looked at the floor.

Received text message from Eric again letting me know that my review was a d!ck thing to do. Also let me know that I have no proof that I attempted to contact him in the past. Still no attempt to inspect the floor to actually resolve the issue. Only profanity and accusations that I'm lying. Let me know that this review is not motivating for him.

Update - 12-21-2016
Contacted AZ registrar of contractors. Found that their contractors license is suspended and their bond is expired. From the looks of it, it's not the first time.

Eric finally contacted me to see the floor. Contacted me at 11:11am wanting to see the floor at 1:00pm. Was working and was not able to work it out to leave work with that short of a notice. He offered up a couple more times that were during my work hours, I offered times after work or on the weekend that he was not willing to agree to. Said I needed to compromise, which I guess means taking time off work to meet when it's convenient for him.

I called and spoke with Gary.  He gave me a quote over the phone.  Unfortunately, it was double the quotes that I previously acquired.  He gave me useful suggestions to avoid being ripped off and gave me advice on future quotes.  Gary is a big asset to Greenheart.  I would have used them if I could have afforded them.

My older home needed some cosmetic and structural updates, and Jesus was able to provide what I was looking for, while also providing helpful suggestions and direction for the project. He and his crew did excellent work at an affordable price. I will 100% be using them for my next project.

Horrible experience without even having the ability to have them come over and view the area. My wife found their information on Facebook and inputted my contact information. I received several calls and texts from Amanda asking me to give them a call. Unfortunately I did. I spoke with Amanda and she asked for my name. She completely changed her tone after I mentioned my name was Manuel. She asked when I wanted to schedule everything for and I asked if I can get information first and see how it works. I asked if it would be a free estimate and her response was it is a free estimate, but we work with the higher end of things. We don't do any jobs less than $2,500 so we're probably not the company for you. I never once mentioned a budget or anything else. I simply asked if it was a free estimate and her response was 100% based on zero information provided other than my name and a question. No thank you. I would gladly even pay more money somewhere else than be spoken to in that manner.

We had epoxy'd one of our previous garages ourselves with a less than desirable outcome.  Using Iron Drive Garage Floors to epoxy the garage floor at our new home was well worth the $.  Shane was extremely helpful!  From minute one of contacting him he was on the ball, followed through as well as followed up to make sure everything exceeded our expectations (which it did).  The floor looks great and we are sooooo happy that we chose this company to work with!!!

Rc demolition had done our Demo work for a water damage we had in our mobile home and also installed  laminate flooring 600 sq ft of our home, Adoni and his helper did an absolute tremendous job on our floors, I'm so satisfied and grateful the way our floors turned out.. I totally recommend them ..

Called and left a message. Returned call within a couple hours. I received 3 quotes. Cesar was not the lowest but not the highest. Went with him even though no Yelp reviews. So glad I did. Great job, as promised. This guy loves what he does and it shows in the quality of his work. Have recommended him to others and will call him for my next job.

Steer clear of Sledge! They were friendly and prompt to set up the business. They had three separate work crews work on the epoxy in our garage in a brand new home. Each work crew was equally unprofessional. It ranged from speaking about their personal relationships in an inappropriate way while working in front of our family to complaining about the horrible work of the crew before. The overspray and edging was extremely sloppy and ruined the look of our brand new garage. Quality inspection was today and that's the only thing saving this business from a one star rating. They attempted to fix the screw ups of this job. Attempted is the key word but the sloppy work prevails. We have delayed furniture moving to wait for the epoxy to cure. Now it's another 5 days before we can drive or walk on it. It has been several weeks that we are unable to use the garages. They don't really seem to care about quality but are quick to take your money.

I had a few small repairs on the stucco and stone veneer that needed to be done on my house that included replacing some missing pieces of the veneer.  Anthony was very quick to get back to me, come inspect the work that needed to be done, and give me a quote.  I was afraid the stucco repairs would end up being very noticeable, but they did an excellent job of blending the patches into the surrounding pattern.  Once I painted the areas, other than the fresh paint, I can't tell where they are.  They also did a great job of color matching the new pieces of stone veneer.  
I am very happy with the work, and will use them again if I need future repairs.

We reached out to Desert Crest back on June 17th to have them come out and give us a quote. Before they would come out, I had to confirm I wouldn't get more then 2 other quotes as they don't want to compete with more then that many. Sam came out on June 23rd and said it would take 3-4 weeks for a quote, but would try and get it back to me in 2 weeks. Here we are almost 8 weeks later and not a word from Sam G or anyone from Desert Crest. Glad I didn't wait for them to respond....nor would I suggest anyone wasting their time with them. Terrible customer service especially when trying to make a sale on decent sized project.

I hired Chad Hale and Unique Solutions in January 2016 because he came across as a solid Christian guy who would stand behind his 2 year warranty commitment.  I knew he wasn't licensed but I looked past that.  Big mistake that I will never make again.  Always hire a licensed contractor.  One thing Chad put in was new grass and an in-ground sprinkler system.  Because the grading of the lawn was done so poorly, I have some areas of my backyard that are continually soaked, including gravel areas that are not supposed to get water and other areas that are bone dry.  As a result, a lot of my grass has died and the ground around my pool pump is constantly soaked, which causes erosion.  Also, the water stake that they put by my new Chinese Pistache tree is right next to the trunk when it's suposed to be one foot away. Eventually the roots will break the stake and no more water, which will kill the tree.  I have tried since April 1st to get Chad to come back.  These are not quick fixes but they are not major ones either. Chad has had every excuse in the world not to return - he doesn't work with Unique Soutions anymore, he is not well enough to work in the heat, his partner Khal has to approve it and won't, it wasn't his fault........!    Well, it wasn't too hot in April and May, Chad.  Where were you then?  A man is only as good as his word and I had Chad's word that he would back up all his work.  So far he hasn't done that.  I kept my word and paid him on time.  Almost $5000.  And all I got was a mediocre job and no warranty!
