Fast and convenient. I had a car key made with inside grooves. This place did a great job and were fairly reasonable.

My husband's keys were stolen this morning so I called David based on the good reviews listed here on Yelp. He was very responsive by phone and called to let me know when he was coming. He came on time and fixed the lock very quickly. I highly recommend him!

Locked my keys in my car this morning. For a flat rate fee of $69 Steve came out and opened it up in less than 5 minutes!!! Affordable/dependable/reliable!!!

Just called at 2:27 am after being locked out of my apartment, because I left my key with a neighbor to look after my dog, while I was in the emergency room. She's currently unreachable. The man who answered the phone was either so out of it, because he was tired, or maybe even drunk, he was incomprehensible on the phone. After finally gaining some composure, he asked, "Where are you?"  I told him my location, and he replied, "I'm sorry ma'am, I can't."  I thought this was a 24hour service. This is the closest locksmith to my home. Should I sleep in my car tonight? Maybe beside the pool in one of the chairs until the apartment opens up in the morning, and I can get a key...
Horrendous service. Not even worth the call. Can I give ZERO STARS?

Excelent teacher, he showed me all the basics to start my locksmith business , always available to answer my calls with questions, I truly recommend this school for a start in locksmith.

Availability is Key!

I locked my family out of our house late Sunday. It was raining and cold but that didn't affect the service at Sparks. They came to our rescue in a timely manner. The price was also reasonable in comparison to other companies I called. It took less than 5 minutes to get the door unlocked.

NO STARS...Got robbed by Brian at Harmon's today. I went in to have a key made for my Harley-Davidson tour pack. I've had keys made here in the past for about $6. He brings the key he had made and lays it on the counter and doesn't say anything. Just looks at me. I say thank you, and was really confused with the interaction. I asked him what I owed and he said $20. I swear I thought he was joking! I told him I don't think I've got that much. He quipped, I've got a broom around here somewhere. At this point I REALLY thought he was joking. I shook his hand and said thank you, honestly thinking he was signaling to me that there was no charge. But then...he says "no really, it's 20 bucks."  I asked if he was serious. He stated that he was, that it sure isn't free. I told him that's WAY more than I expected it to be. He said it's cheaper than buying a new lock. In fact, I told him I could have bought a brand new lock from Amazon for $14.95. I expected the key to be half that cost. That's why I went there to have him make the key. Lesson learned. That's what I get for trying to support local business. Fool me once...

Called several locksmith for quick home rekeying and lock replacement. Others (Yelp high rated/reviewed) were creative pricing and competing pricing guys were not available/not responding to call/text. Got rekeying with antibump and mail lock replacement for 100 bucks with credit card payment. Yelp highly rated guys quoted me at least $135. He gave me quote on phone itself, on time and quick and easy job.

I had them cut a 2nd flip key for me and the technician couldn't program both keys to open my car. He could only get one or the other to work. He tried saying that my car had a lock on being able to have both. Told me I would have to go to the dealership to have them clear it ( did not have to do this).  This was on a Friday and they said they would call me on Monday and have someone else come out and try it and they will give me a call but they never called and when I tried to call them I got no answer. I wound up having to program it myself. To top the whole thing off they said they use manufacture keys but the one they gave me was an aftermarket key.

These ladies are phenomenal! Super responsive, reasonably priced and the process was a breeze. I am preparing to turn my home over to a property manager to find a renter. The house is in Mesa and I've already moved to Phoenix so I needed someone who could go to the property, and do the service without me needing to be there. They got me scheduled same day, text me when they arrived and invoiced me after they left. I couldn't be happier. I'll be a repeat customer.

Wishing I could leave a zero star review. I'm  in town visiting friends and locked my keys in my car. My friend John said he heard about this place and I thought to give them a try. When I called I asked to speak with Gerald who I was told is the owner and immediately the lady on the phone, who answered just by "hello", hung up on me! Very rude staff and do not recommend whatsoever.

We were quoted a price over the phone of around $65 to install a dead bolt door lock.  When the locksmith arrived, it was much more.  Around $200.  The locksmith installed the wrong lock, and then insulted me by saying that it was my fault.  I somehow didn't communicate it clearly enough the kind of lock that I wanted installed.  When I called the main office about this, they were insulting as well.  The customer service I received with this company was poor at best.  They price gouge, and their locksmith was very unprofessional.
