So I have a rental property in Surprise, AZ and my Mom is renting from us.  She sent me pics of some issues that just arose this week.  

We like to support local women owned and operated businesses and help the small business out.  So Kristen was able to fit us in right away after a quick phone call last night.  She even arrived early to get the job done.  She was thorough, friendly and professional.  I paid her easily from afar on Zelle which was convenient for me.  My Mom is happy and thankful for the service and would also recommend her.  She felt safe having her come to her home, especially as a single woman.  So I definitely appreciated that safety factor.

Reasonably priced and you get quality work!

I highly recommend Kristen!  Go support local, self ran-small women owned/operated business where the person showing up is the one you're supporting- as well as their family.  Forget the big companies, you're just a number.  To Kristen, you're like family and by supporting her with something that we all need done around our homes, it literally also supports her family.

I never write reviews but I highly recommend this company. We found out we had bedbugs and we called Alex on a Sunday morning  and he came out THAT VERY afternoon. He told us exactly what we needed to do to prepare and he showed up on time in person and explained every step of the procedure. He gave us a very fair price.  We also had him spray our backyard. He did a very thorough job and the only bugs we have seen were dead ones.

Ezequiel was a pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable! Respectful, flexible and very insightful. Very thorough and patient with his inspection and explanations!! Answered all over our questions, made great suggestions and clarified any misunderstandings we had, definitely will be using him again in the future!! Thank you, Ezequiel!!

We saw signs of termites in one corner of our garage on a Friday evening. We called Eric at My Bug Guy Pest Solutions. He came out on Saturday walked the house inside and out. Found another small area needing treatment. He explained what we had, our treatment options and the costs. We had called other companies but Eric offered the longest initial warranty, best price and the earliest day to perform the work. He showed up exactly on time, made little to no mess and cleaned up afterwards. He also threw in a pest/scorpion treatment included in the termite service. They were professional, courteous and respectful of our home.  Not happy to have termites but overall a great experience.

Just absolutely love Sean! Very knowledgeable and explained the difference between the way they do things and how it works vs other non organic companies. Very nice guy!

I was never aware or concerned that OUR house could ever get bedbugs. Little did I know, they are very common in Arizona and could be almost anywhere. Of course, my boyfriend was out of town and I had to find someone on my own. I contacted several companies and was quoted up to $1,900.00 for our 2,200 sq/ft house. I felt like the other companies took advantage of me based on my inexperience with bedbugs and left me no other options. Finally, I stumbled upon Hopper Pest Control. They were very professional and assured me that they would take care of everything. Their price was a quarter of their competitors. Not only do they guarantee their services (a service in which the other companies did not offer) they came an additional 2 times to assure the bedbugs would not return. It has been almost a month, and I feel very confident that this horrible incident is behind us. I do not wish bedbugs on anyone, but if the problem ever arose I would recommend Hopper Pest Control.  I will continue to use them for pest control maintenance and refer them to anyone.

No disappointments here!  This is the third project that Response Crew has don for us in the last 4 months.

The project in question here, was to install a complete steel security door to the patio access from the master bedroom.  I had all of the required parts, door, sweep, sill, sill support material and locking hardware.  Jack came an hour earlier than scheduled, by request, which was great.  He immediately assessed the project, assembled the required tools and began the install.  A little short of 2 hours, Jack was finished and was cleaning up the area he used for cutting materials.  Jack did a great job and this was the second job he has done for us involving doors. We have a barn door project coming up next and without a doubt, we'll be calling Response Crew to send Jack.

Response Crew is easy to communicate with and quick to respond to all requests.  The office staff is amazing to work with too.  

Before Response Crew, I never thought I could find a "jACK OF ALL TRADES" company.  This is what Response Crew is to me and they live up to the name of RESPONSE CREW!

Thank you Kenny! Kenny is awesome. We had a lot of "handyman" type work needed. Kenny has been here twice. So far he has fixed a leak, put in all new smoke alarms, installed new light & bathrm fixtures. Always on time too! Kyle has done work for our kids & they have all good things to say about him. Going to call Kenny now because I have another list!

We have had Pepe come out 3 times already to do various repairs/projects.  He is very quick to respond and shows up on time.  Very reasonable and honest.  I highly recommend him!!

Came out same day after I spotted a scorpion in my master bedroom. Yikes. It was so scary. Anyway I killed the damn thing while I was on the phone with company. Operator probably thinks I am nuts. Lots od screaming was going on.

Anyway Kyle came out to my house. Interior, Exterior and Garage for $99. Worth the price for me. I was going to have a self-care day at home and then this happened on the worst day. Kyle was friendly and thorough. He wore industrial show covers and uniform that properly identified him.

This company is family owned and I love the follow-up report they provided.

It was the first scorpion that I havr ever had in this house. Hopefully I can get some sleep tonight...my other option is just to burn this house down.

I contacted Russ through Yelp to remove and seal up two dog doors. He responded quickly and showed up on time to provide a reasonable estimate and time frame. He completed the job within a few hours and exceeded my expectations by also using a texturing spray on the inside wall areas to match the look of the surrounding area. The external walls were patched and are ready to be re-stucco'd.

Professional, prompt and solid workmanship!

0/5 stars. Considered them for a pest issue I have. I was stuck on the phone for ten extra minutes while the guy tried to hassle me into a deal. Their pricing is much higher than competitors. I have received a phone call every hour from them harassing about signing up, all from which have been made from different phone numbers. Would not recommend to anyone.

Two years ago I started hearing scratching sounds coming from my ceiling and walls.  I live in a condominium and originally thought it might have been the neighbor's dog of a tree branch rubbing against the house in the wind but it wasn't long before I heard it in the ceiling and realized it was an animal.  I called an exterminator and two men came out and inspected my property including the yard, garage and attic.  They said they saw droppings in the garage (which I failed to see even when they pointed it out) and came to a quick conclusion that we had roof rats.  I agreed to service so they had another guy come out later and he set traps and checked them weekly for a month.  They never caught anything.

One day I looked out my Arcadia door and saw a squirrel on my patio.  My cat saw it too and went nuts.  I was tempted to let the cat chase it but my wife was worried it might have rabies.  I started researching squirrel removal and found Critter Control.

Casey was my technician and went up on the roof and saw that something had chewed through the stucco and gotten into the attic.  He set a few traps and said he'd be back in a few days to check them.  It only took six hours to catch the squirrel and I could hear it rocking back and forth inside he trap which was up on the roof.  I contacted Casey and he came by and showed me the squirrel he caught.

Instead of killing it, the squirrel was taken into the Tonto National Forest and released, so humane treatment is a plus.

He also sealed up the holes and checked all the attic vents to make sure nothing could get in.

Unfortunately a few weeks later I heard scratching in the attic again so I called him up and he checked his work and everything was still intact.  Since I lived in an attached unit he surmised that they were getting in from the neighbor's unit and needed permission to go onto their property.  I contacted the HOA and he got permission and set more traps.  He caught more squirrels and fixed some more holes and I got the HOA to reimburse me for the cost of the service because this had been a widespread problem in my neighborhood.  Because of my contacting them, Critter Control has gotten a lot of business in my neighborhood and I occasionally see Casey's truck parked in front of one of my neighbor's homes.  Since he fixed up my next door neighbor's unit, I haven't heard any more scratching so I think I can safely say that their service provided me with a permanent solution to my problem.
