So I have a rental property in Surprise, AZ and my Mom is renting from us.  She sent me pics of some issues that just arose this week.  

We like to support local women owned and operated businesses and help the small business out.  So Kristen was able to fit us in right away after a quick phone call last night.  She even arrived early to get the job done.  She was thorough, friendly and professional.  I paid her easily from afar on Zelle which was convenient for me.  My Mom is happy and thankful for the service and would also recommend her.  She felt safe having her come to her home, especially as a single woman.  So I definitely appreciated that safety factor.

I highly recommend Kristen!  Go support local, self ran-small women owned/operated business where the person showing up is the one you're supporting- as well as their family.  Forget the big companies, you're just a number.  To Kristen, you're like family and by supporting her with something that we all need done around our homes, it literally also supports her family.

We discovered we had bed bugs on a Thursday and I freaked out, to say the least! After doing tons of research and calling exterminators to get more information and quoted prices well over $1000 to treat our house I was in tears! I took a chance and called East Valley Pest on a Sunday at noon and Alex, the owner answered the phone. I was expecting a recording but got the owner. I explained my situation and he explained the process to me. He was at my house a few hours later and did a complete inspection and reassured me we caught it early and it was contained to one room. He came back 2 days later and treated our house and will return for 2nd treatment in a couple weeks. Alex was amazing! He was professional, patient, prompt and polite. He is trustworthy and dependable. He communicated with me through this process. His price was great compared to everyone else and he kills the bugs doesn't just make them run away! His guarantee is longer than any other company as well. This has been a lot of work for us, but I'm glad that we found Alex to help us through! He's our bug man for life!!

We saw signs of termites in one corner of our garage on a Friday evening. We called Eric at My Bug Guy Pest Solutions. He came out on Saturday walked the house inside and out. Found another small area needing treatment. He explained what we had, our treatment options and the costs. We had called other companies but Eric offered the longest initial warranty, best price and the earliest day to perform the work. He showed up exactly on time, made little to no mess and cleaned up afterwards. He also threw in a pest/scorpion treatment included in the termite service. They were professional, courteous and respectful of our home.  Not happy to have termites but overall a great experience.

If you are looking for an EXCEPTIONAL pest control company, this is it! They use only organic and natural products which means any animals and birds eating dead bugs don't get sick or die themselves. They come to my house every other month for treatment. And, in between treatments, if there is a problem, they return free of charge! They go the extra mile to ensure you are satisfied. Justin is my regular guy and he is fantastic! When he was on vacation, Codie came out. He was equally as fantastic!

When I first moved here (AZ) I looked around for a reasonably priced pest control company ( Terminix, Orkin, SOS to name a few) but couldn't find anyone that I could afford and I didn't want to be locked into a contract as I rent a home monthly. A neighbor convinced my husband that he could do it himself with chemical bought at the local hardware store and a sprayer. After many weekends spent in the hot sun crawling around with a sprayer and enough poison to make Jim Jones look like an amateur, I found piles of dead insects which resembled a large flea all around the perimeter of my den. Being the squeamish type ( I skeeve insects!) I HAD to get a professional. Upon checking YELP! (my go-to source) and finding Hopper highly recommended I called and they were able to come out the same day .The Yelp!s were true, they are extremely professional, courteous and reasonably priced with no enforced contracts. We were spending more on the chemicals at the hardware store . Ty and Michael (yup, got TWO exterminators!) were  very knowledgeable about the pests native to our area and were interested in listening to us and finding the root cause of our problem..not selling us services and contracts we didn't want or need. They investigated the house and yard and explained what the problem was and how to take care of it and then went to work on the home and yard...all for under $30.00. They also insisted we wait a few days and see if the problem was solved and if there was any issues to call them promptly so they could come back out. They even have savings programs for referrals and for return visits. Hopper doesn't have to lock you into a contract to force you to stay with them. They do it the old fashioned way...with excellent customer service and professionals who perform a valued service at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing pest control.

I worked with Steve Walker/XTERMIN twice. He is very knowledgeable in his field and also knows how to customize the service to customer's needs. Above all, what was utmost importance to me was his integrity, professionalism and care. I recommend his service highly. I'll give him 10 stars!  Thank you again Steve!

From start to finish this was a thorough and quality experience! I shopped around for a handyman before choosing this company to get some things done at our new house. Getting a quote via email was super easy, as was scheduling. Nick was our tech and he did a amazing job! He called before his prompt arrival. He was extremely polite, very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that the job was done right and to my liking. I will definitely be using Response Crew in the future and requesting Nick. Thank you Kenny! Kenny is awesome. We had a lot of "handyman" type work needed. Kenny has been here twice. So far he has fixed a leak, put in all new smoke alarms, installed new light & bathrm fixtures. Always on time too! Kyle has done work for our kids & they have all good things to say about him. Going to call Kenny now because I have another list!

I'm preparing for the holidays and had a number of small projects around the house that needed attention.  Jose assembled a queen bed, a rolling shelf, replaced faucet and corroded values, a charcoal grill, and showed me why I didn't need repair to the fuse box latch. :-)

Woah. These folks are amazing. After a flock of pigeons decided that our home was the best place to land and set up shop, we had finally had enough listening to their footsteps at 5:30 am in the morning. We called Watchdog (and several other companies) to help solve our problem.

The folks at Watchdog were knowledgeable, eager, and fair. TBH I had absolutely no idea how much work would go into this engagement, so I was (pun-intended) flying blind. They walked through the steps, talked about how they would resolve the problem, and then provided a detailed quote. The best part was they could start the work only a few short weeks later! Other companies were unavailable for months.

They finished the work yesterday and our home is now a mecca of bird wire, netting, and a strategy to deter the pigeons from our rooftop and hopefully direct them to another home so that Watchdog can earn another engagement. Jk. I don't wish this problem on anyone. But if my pigeons have become your problem. Call these guys. You'll be thankful you did.

After this guy read my one star review he had the nerve to deny that he was a no-show. I then sent him the text exchange where he agreed with my wife to show up on a particular date and time to review the job. Even after showing him the texts he still denies the conversation and denies having an appointment. Use him at your own risk.

Josh, a solicitor from this company knocked on my door after seeing my no soliciting sign. When asked to leave for trespassing he refused and then proceeded to insult me and my family. I've sent the video proof to local police and they'll be following up on the trespassing charge. Definitely will never work with this company.

They've continued to come back on my property numerous times after being told I was removed from their list.

We had 2 pigeons in the chimney that needed to come out via the fireplace (the flue is too small to net them and get them out through the top).

The service was very good.  I called on Tuesday afternoon; Scott came out to do an estimate Wednesday morning.  Garrett came out quickly afterwards to get the pigeons out.  Both gentlemen were professional, and Garrett did the work quickly and well.  Those pigeons were out in 20 minutes.

The loss of 2 stars is for the astronomical price it took.  $1100 to get the pigeons out; it took 20 minutes and no special equipment.  I just hate birds and doubly hate pigeons, and I would never be able to hold one.  I realize that there's a premium for professional services, and I would have thought that half that price would be more reasonable, but it was either pay or deal with it myself.  That would have been a disaster.  The service was great, but the price was awful.
