Gary was great. He installed a new prehung door for me, including casing and trim. He was very reasonably priced and did it really quickly. I was surprised how quickly he got it done. I would definitely recommend his work and I'll keep his number handy for anything else that comes up!

We hired Luis of New Age Handyman Services to do some work for us including painting some exterior stucco that had been repaired, replace the igniter on a gas grill, remove old and install new ceiling fan. Luis did a great job with all the work. He was efficient with his time, very polite and did the work very well. This pricing was reasonable as well. I will certainly be hiring Luis for any additional work needed at my house and will be recommending him to my neighbors.

I was so impressed with this company. The response I received from them for a quote was so immediate I thought it was too good to be true. They sent me a 24 hour confirmation to guarantee that they would be there. They showed up on time and were quick and efficient. I called Stan to help me with a punch-list of items for my vacation condo. I needed a latch put on, toilet seat installed, grout in bathroom, etc.  He called me back in a timely manner and showed up when he said he would. Not only did he fix all the things on my list but saved me $$ by using some existing hinges that I thought wouldn't work. The next day I called him for advice after 2 failed attempts at getting keys made (that didn't work) for the front door. He came and worked on the keys and recomended a new lock. He bought and installed the lock (after I left town) and mailed me my copy.  Stan is now my go-to guy for anything (large or small) in terms of home repair.  He's as honest as the day is long and I feel very fortunate that he was available to assist me with my condo fixits. I can only offer my heartfelt recommendation and hope that he's not too busy the next time I call upon him!

I had Arizona Maintenance Service come for the first time.  They removed my shutters to accommodate a new window installation the next day and then replaced them the day after the window was placed.  I worked with Jesus who was just a delight with a great personality.  He was timely, very neat with his work and respectful of my property.  He was extremely competent and I really cannot say enough about him and the organization of the company!  Highly recommend. We had several items on our list since downsizing to a condo. Fix leaky toilet, replace ceiling fan, weather stripping for door, install new cellular shades, repair sliding screen, hanging art work. Mark took care of it all efficiently, didn't charge extra for my husband helping, and gave us a senior discount. We're happy to give him a good recommendation.

Mr. Garcia came to my house ASAP. He  did a quick nice job cutting in pieces an old dishwasher which could not be removed in any other way. He worked carefully and quickly and cleaned up the work area. I will be using him again soon for some drywall repair, painting and plumbing work. I highly recommend you get a quote from him and try him on your next home repair.

Mike came to my home today.  He was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and worked with a sense of urgency/ fast.  The result was a great job and a very reasonable price.  I will use him again.

We called a few guys (handymen) to get estimates for a fix it list we needed completed in order to sell our house. It was the buyers post inspection request list that we needed to fix up some things.

There were multiple things that I liked about THE Handyman! He promptly returned our call and came over to the house to go over the list. He didn't just ask for info over the phone but rather took the time to come and give an honest estimate in price and time. He was friendly and trustworthy. At no point did I feel as though I was getting overcharged.  

When it came time to do the repairs, he showed up on time, did quality work, was pleasent and easy to talk to. There were a few items he needed to get parts for. He took care of all the ordering and came back as planned and completed everything with ease.

I had a number of tedious drywall and stucco repairs to complete, both inside the home and externally - and Scott was awesome!  He responded quickly, came out with short notice, and repaired everything at a reasonable price.  He's professional, hard-working and a genuinely nice person - a hard combination to find these days.  Kudos to Scott and AMS Handyman Services for delivering above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend their services!

I hired AZ You Wish to install a mini blow up spa in my backyard. They arrived on time and ready to work. Super friendly, good suggestions, and highly skilled. This company went the extra mile and recommended a different vendor for a project he was not able to complete, which in my opinion speaks volumes to his integrity. This company will be my go to as we transition in to our new house in Estrella!

I contacted Angie's List for kitchen remodel suggestions, and came across Handyman Connection. When calling to schedule a serviceman for a quote, I remember the receptionist answering the phone was very polite and cordial! Allen arrived to my home to give me an in person quote and complete some measurements. After a month or so, I finally narrowed down my choices from other quotes received for my projects. Allen was kind enough to reach back out to me about getting my project done. Dave arrived to my home, and completed the job very professional and thorough!!! I'm very happy to say I got my project completed (new lighting in my kitchen), and I'm absolutely thrilled with the outcome.

We just purchased a brand new home and needed a few things done before we moved in. I reached out to Handyman Pros a couple weeks ago through here requesting an estimate. Not even an hour later I received a response back with an estimate.  I needed two TV mounts mounted and 1 ceiling fan.  The day of our appt I asked if they could possibly install an additional ceiling fan. The nice gentleman said not a problem!  I will definitely be using HandymanPros again.

My wife & I have been looking for a handyman for awhile and finally had a situation where we needed one for some minor plumbing work (we had a standalone work sink in the garage that we needed to have disconnected and capped off to make room for a spare refrigerator). After some research, I reached out to Phil noticing he was originally from the same area I was in Illinois. Start to finish the experience was everything you would hope for. I advised of the job, sent some pics, he offered up a fair price, we scheduled, and in less than an hour Phil was done. He was easy to communicate with via phone and text, while also being quick to advise on anything pertaining to the scheduling.  He was punctual and did a professional job with everything we asked of him. We will not hesitate to reach out or recommend Phil Will Fix It for any future work we need to have done.

We just moved to Tempe and needed some simple electrical work performed on our townhome.  I read the other reviews and this company looked to be a good choice in the area.

I left a detailed message with the work we needed done on our home.  
Then, I got a phone call several hours later asking me what work we needed done...so I repeated myself again.  
Then, the person on the phone asked me to email them what work we needed done so that they could get a quote back to me.  Seriously?!?!?

At this point, I am feeling like we are not communicating very well, and I am thinking that I am better off saving my time and contacting other companies.  

Against my better judgement, I asked them to email me from their address (as I was driving when she called).
I received their email from a completely different company, First Leaf Construction, but it was right after my conversation and she said that they used a different name for their company.

I took the time to write a detailed email with the 4 items that I needed on Tuesday and sent it off hoping for a quick reply back.

It is now Sunday, and I never received any response back from them...

Since then, the work was completed at a good price without all of the back and forth by Parker and Son's Electrical.

EDITED: The owner responded right away to my review and let me know that they sent a response that same night.  I could not find it in my junk email or deleted items but I will just chalk it up to my last name being difficult to spell.    The fact that they responded so quickly to my review lets me know that they are on the ball and that this was probably just a simple error.
