Communication with Gary via email was simple and efficient.  We accepted his quote and scheduled a time for the work.  Robert showed up as scheduled and installed a kitchen back splash, three light fixtures, one ceiling fan, two toilet bowls, and dozens of cabinet handles.  Robert is a seasoned pro - professional and courteous.  Very pleased with the whole process.

First of all, I am not someone who regularly writes reviews, so for me to actually sit down and write one is a big deal, but Luis is a big deal! We had several small repairs and one larger repair that we needed done before we were able to list our house for sale. I struck out with several other contractors/handyman type people who either never responded to my inquiries, refused to drive the distance to our home, or quoted me outlandish estimated hours and cost for what I felt were pretty simple, straightforward repairs.

Luis responded quickly and professionally every time I texted him, scheduled me within a couple of days, showed up on time, did quality work, and charged me a reasonable amount. One job was patching a small hole in the drywall of my son's closet and Luis spent an additional 20 minutes testing out all the various cans of paint I had in the garage (6-7) to try to find the right match to try to avoid me having to buy new paint for such a small job. He also completed all of the jobs I asked him to do in 4 hours, including going out to match paint samples, get supplies, and get a new door for my son's bedroom. Not to mention, his work was top notch - beautifully and professionally completed.

We have lived in the house for almost 6 years and I have been trying to find someone like Luis just as long. I am sad now that I've finally found him, we are moving out of state! We we definitely be calling him for any repairs or issues that come up during the inspection/sale process of our home. I can't recommend Luis highly enough. If you are looking for a handyman, stop looking!

Came and replaced an interior door for us with about 3-4 days notice. Very organized in terms of confirming appointment times and letting me know about a reschedule for the next day. Showed up right on time and did an amazing job. Ran to Lowes got the right size door and cut the hinges in and was out the door in an hour.

Great service. I needed a few odd jobs taken care of quickly to put my office/guest room back together. Michelle came out the day I reached out to review my list, and I had a quote an hour later. She finished the work over two days, and I couldn't be happier. She painted and caulked my baseboards, filled in and painted a few holes in the wall, installed a ceiling fan, built a giant piece of IKEA furniture, and hung floating shelves (a lot of them). She was friendly, patient with my inquisitive child, and communicative.

Bottom line: I would (and will!) hire her again for any project she's willing to tackle in our home.

I called Stan to help me with a punch-list of items for my vacation condo. I needed a latch put on, toilet seat installed, grout in bathroom, etc.  He called me back in a timely manner and showed up when he said he would. Not only did he fix all the things on my list but saved me $$ by using some existing hinges that I thought wouldn't work. The next day I called him for advice after 2 failed attempts at getting keys made (that didn't work) for the front door. He came and worked on the keys and recomended a new lock. He bought and installed the lock (after I left town) and mailed me my copy.  Stan is now my go-to guy for anything (large or small) in terms of home repair.  He's as honest as the day is long and I feel very fortunate that he was available to assist me with my condo fixits. I can only offer my heartfelt recommendation and hope that he's not too busy the next time I call upon him!

We had Chris come over to install a new front door. I was a little nervous because I watched how it is done on you tube. It is not that easy. But Chris did a great job. I am very happy that I used Chris. He knows his stuff. He does not rush thru the job. I will be using him from now on when I need something done around the house. Thank you Chris.

I bought new coach lights for my newly painted house but had to leave town on a family emergency before I could install them prior to a Memorial Day party. At first I posted the job on Yelp under "Electricians" and got quotes of several hundreds of dollars weeks in the future. Then I posted it under "Handyman" and got a number of replies. Mark was at my house in less than 24 hours (on a Saturday) and installed both lights for under $100. I didn't feel this was fair to him so I rounded up. I'm a realtor, so I saved Mark's info in my phone for the next time a client needs a BINSR rescue (the list of repairs buyers deliver to a seller in lieu of cancelling the contract). Mark handles many kinds of home repairs and installations. Highly recommend.

We do not have enough great things to say about Alejandro Garcia! He completed a whole guest bathroom remodel for us and it turned out perfectly. He was super patient and kind throughout the whole process- brought over tile trim samples when I was indecisive and listened to all my design ideas! He moved our shower drain, added plumbing for the vanity and rotated the toilet as well. He's definitely a Jack of all trades and does high quality work at a very reasonable price. We are recommending him to everyone we know!

I would be remiss not to mention that the dog door required Mike to HAND CHISEL away block wall, which he did with a smile. I also didn't purchase all of the appropriate parts (classic), and he happily left mid-project to go to Lowes down the street.
Arguably even better than the great job he did, he's a dog lover. I have three, and they're not docile which means anytime I have strangers in the house I have to worry about whether or not they person is going to be timid or the dogs are going to cause an issue. Mike is so easy going.

As with other reviewers, I have texted Mike to schedule, and he's responsive with easy booking.

Great service all around, answered the phone professionally and with energy! Scheduled the appointment and he was ON TIME a very rare thing with a lot of guys! He quoted me a price and it took him a little longer and didn't charge me extra (The tip was well deserved) He really seems to have attention to detail when it comes to everything and cleans up very well after himself. I have sent his number out to several of my co workers already because I know there will come a time that he will be needed for them! Highly recommend him for anything!

I was able to get everything scheduled quickly, Scott was super communicative and flexible on the start time. I'm very happy with my newly installed flooring, it's beautiful. I definitely will use Scott again for more projects.

We had Dave handle a couple of projects around our house that we weren't willing to tackle. He communicated well before and during the projects, showed up on time and his rates were reasonable. The jobs were well done!

Just had my small bath renovated by this company and it..is..beautiful !  Their craftsman, George Whitman, is a gem.  He not only answered all my questions, he also provided many valuable tips. Loved it!  I will always recommend this company. Over the past few years, they have delivered superior service, every single time. Project guy, Ali, was pretty great too. Thx!

Tom is a fantastic professional to work with and a gem to find in Anthem. I had a sliding door issue that many other handymen didn't think they could do, but Tom was able to fix the problem easily while charging a very reasonable price. On top of that, his professionalism is unmatched. He responds swiftly and politely as well as gave a specific time and window to when he would show up. I really appreciate working with Tom and will use his service any time in the future.

No show.  To be exact, he texted 5 minutes past his appointment time to say he cannot come and had to pick up and babysit his daughter.  I sympathize with childcare, but couldn't help but wonder why he couldn't have informed me sooner.  He even texted one day prior to confirm his appointment.  This was so disappointing since he has a five star review/profile on Yelp.

Great service! I appreciate how quickly they could schedule me and were in fact early for the appointment. They called ahead to be sure it would be okay and reviewed the things I needed done so that they came prepared. Very satisfied.

My name is Art and I felt compelled to write a review on Phil the handyman who installed our security door today.He came a day earlier than scheduled and in 1 hr. Did a fantastic job installing our door AND locks etc... Very honest and friendly attitude AND VERY fair prices.Do yourself a favor and call this young man to help you do projects around the house.You'll be glad you did !!! Thanks Phil, God bless...And.. This is an addition to a previous review on 6/16/21, I couldn't find a way to edit the prior review.  Immediately after I posted the review I received an email saying that a bid had been sent to me "mid last week," that I must have missed it in my junk folder or something, and a bid was attached.  I searched my inbox, junk folder and deleted items - no email with a bid to be found.  Jeremey visited my home on May 27th and I sent three emails to his preferred email address on 5/28, 5/30 and 6/6 - each time asking for a bid or response and never received any type of response until my Yelp review prompted his immediate response.  In subsequent emails Jeremy said my prior emails had gone into his junk folder!  How can that be?  I used his same email address that now magically he was receiving and responding to promptly. Jeremy never accepted responsibility for the communication screwup - instead making excuses.  

In spite of this dispute I was willing to consider his bid and to put the issue behind me, and said so in an email.  In response he said he was electing not to do business with me because of the "arduous" relationship that existed.  It was arduous because of his non-communication initially and then his refusal to accept responsibility - instead implying the problem was somehow mine.  

A total of over a month of my time was wasted; waiting a few weeks for him to show up to gather information and three weeks seeking any kind of response from him about a bid.  Because of the lost time - I was still willing to consider his bid, yet he chose to cancel any further dealings.

I am not saying anything about Jeremy's handyman skills since he didn't do any work for me.  But if anyone wants to work with him, insist on timely communication from the first.  I foolishly counted on Jeremy to be professional in communications with potential clients, and to admit responsibility when things don't go well because of his actions.
