Communicated with Gary via Yelp. Quoted a price and since we are not DIY people I wanted a handyman that I can have on speed dial.
Gary installed 4 light fixtures for me, removing the existing ones and hanging new modern ones.
He showed up on time and got right to work. Brought all his own tools and did all the work himself. After talking to Gary found out he has vast experience and can do it all.
I highly recommend him and will use him for my future projects.

I really enjoyed working with Luis, he was polite, very competent, and communicates very well.  We had a scheduling issue but he kept me informed constantly on the impact.  We did reschedule but having someone communicate so well was excellent.  I will use him again without hesitation.

Writing a long overdue review of the amazing services I received from the team at Michele's Master Handymen. After some prior electrical and plumbing work on our home, we had several large rectangular openings in the drywall, as the electricians and plumbers were quite reckless in cutting them out. Additionally, I had a large attic access opening (3' L x 2' H) with no secure door nor insulation from the attic heat. Finally, some miscellaneous outdoor lights required drilling into the brick to hang.

Out of all the handymen services I contacted, Michele was the most responsive and carefully gave me a ballpark estimate over the phone, explaining in detail some of the challenges and processes to fix those areas, based on pictures I sent her. George, who came out to do the work, was courteous, friendly, and did an amazing job of fixing each of the issues needing fixing. I could really see the craftsmanship in his work. Had a last minute drywall patch needing completed. Michelle was quick to respond and even quicker to find a solution and fix with high quality work. Would absolutely recommend.

Excellent service.  Replaced the hose on the back of a washing machine.  He was on time, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced.  I will continue to use him.

They messaged me asking if we could do a phone consultation for a specific time to which i replied that I was available. They didn't contact me within that timeframe or since, which was over a week ago at the time I'm writing this.

Eric was on time. He removed some drywall and installed a double door. He was courteous and did a great job with clean up. The job came in on budget and he even finished sooner than expected! Would highly recommend Eric and this company!

We were really impressed with Mark's knowledge and professionalism. He checked in with us one week before the appointment and then confirmed again the morning of. He provided a lot of helpful information about how to complete a tricky project. He is honest and trustworthy and his prices are reasonable. We will reach out to Mark the next time we need home services.

I did an entire 1930 historic house overhaul and rehabilitation with Mike and his work was always outstanding. With this type of undertaking we ran into MANY unforeseen challenges, but each time Mike called me with at least two viable solutions and ways to keep the project moving forward. He didn't just text me a photo and ask me what I thought we should do. With extended projects like this there has to be patience and communication from both parties and Mike was very good with this. He understood the goals of what I wanted the house to look like and he took pride in providing that level of service and workmanship.

If you want a $60 repair, Mike isn't your guy, take your fake feeling of entitlement and importance somewhere cheaper. If you want quality work and a handyman who treats your home like his own....hire Mike and sleep better at night.

I called Steve for an issue with my toilet that was just running consistently. He walked me through some steps over the phone, and when I got home I tried them, and it worked!!! He took time out of his day and could have easily charged me a service call to come out and do it himself, but he didn't! Although he did offer if those steps didn't work! Instantly gained my trust! I will be calling him now for any handyman jobs moving forward!! Thanks, Steve!!!! You're awesome!!

The renovations done to my home were butiful, Scott was profesional, efficient, and finished everything within the time frame we agreed. I would recommend AMS handyman service to anyone.

We had Dave handle a couple of projects around our house that we weren't willing to tackle. He communicated well before and during the projects, showed up on time and his rates were reasonable. The jobs were well done!

The plus side is that they are efficient most of the time with their appt taking and even send an email confirmation and keep good notes on the service calls. Bad side is, when there is an error, dealing with them is very difficult. I should say one person in particular...Patty. We have called them twice to repair two separate homes. The first one was a break in and asked them to secure the front door. They agreed to send someone that day even after hours. The guy called to say he was on the way and never showed up. We called the office next day and proceeded to have to fight to get a word in with Patty who was defensive and argumentative. I had to ask her to calm down. Fast forward to today. Dispatched another property with two jobs. Tenant madea  fuss about needing one job sooner so HC split the workorder into two and sent two separate vendors resulting in two service charges without getting permission. then we didn't get the confirmation for the change of appt day/time and therefore were not available to approve the work while vendor was on site. My client, the owner, called and conferenced me in with Patty because once again when questioned, she was defensive, argumentative and talking over us instead of listening. she automatically said It wasn't me I don't know what's going on. Well, then instead of arguing, try connecting us with the person who does! Very poor way to treat customers and she needs some training or to be GONE. This is the second unpleasant experience I've had with her. She put Shelly on the phone, who was able to listen, figure out what happened and we moved on. It was a simple 5 minute conversation instead of a 20 min unneccessary argument with Patty. I did convey that they should have gotten approval before splitting the work orders resulting in additional charges and not just let the tenatn dictate course of action. Shelly was very pleasant and knowledgable however because the first vendor no showed in a critical safety issue and the two unpleasant experiences with Patty, I would not use them again.

Would highly recommend Erick for the job. He was very responsive, communication was on point and we complete the job at hand. Thank you Erick for putting our gazebo up for us in our back yard!

John helped me with fixing my bed slats on our king bed. He was very responsive and professional, and did a great job and his price was fair. I would definitely use him again for any jobs that I had.

Our realtor Mark recommended us to use Handyman Pros to get our random fixes done at the house. We were lucky to have Greg come out and do the new security door and odds and end fixes at the house. He went to Lowes to pick up supplies that we ordered online and he installed a new door, rekeyed our locks, filled in tile grout, and a few other jobs. Overall, he worked fast and everything was done nicely. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent work installing our built in Microwave and shower fixture.

We had Jeremy and his crew install some flooring for us. He even met us at Floor n Decor and assisted us with our purchase to make sure we purchased everything we needed and bought enough. We weren't quite sure about the baseboards so when they came to install the floor.  They took care of those also.  They did a wonderful job and the floor looks awesome!!! He also fixed some areas of pool decking around our pool. They did a great job on that also. He has a great group of nice guys working with him and they do good work.  In fact I'm having him come back for some more work.
