New home and had a random list of repairs and upgrades.. no problem for Gary.  Will be my "go to" for all that comes up.

We hired Luis of New Age Handyman Services to do some work for us including painting some exterior stucco that had been repaired, replace the igniter on a gas grill, remove old and install new ceiling fan. Luis did a great job with all the work. He was efficient with his time, very polite and did the work very well. This pricing was reasonable as well. I will certainly be hiring Luis for any additional work needed at my house and will be recommending him to my neighbors.

Great craftsmanship at a reasonable price. Their hourly is a little higher than other companies but George, who we always work with, is super fast so it ends up being cheaper.

We've called them several times. Michele goes out of her way to make every customer feel like a VIP. She makes it so you can develop a relationship with your handyman and ask him questions so everything is teed up for the next project.

We've been renovating an older house and George and Michele have been a fabulous experience in the sea of subpar contractors we somehow always hire.

So glad to have found such a capable, honest, and reliable handyman.  He responds promptly to my inquiries and is professional and courteous.  I called him about a small project and he happened to be in the area and was at my house that afternoon.  He patiently explained and showed me the different types of caulking and why he chooses to use that one for my project, and explained to me how the windows were set in my house and why I didn't need to worry about moisture getting in.  He pointed out some areas I didn't notice and sealed those too.  Very impressed with him.

Chris was very responsive to our inquiry and was able to repair our gate and latch the next morning. We appreciate his professionalism, hard work, and communication. We will be using him for other repairs in our home!

I had Arizona Maintenance Service come for the first time.  They removed my shutters to accommodate a new window installation the next day and then replaced them the day after the window was placed.  I worked with Jesus who was just a delight with a great personality.  He was timely, very neat with his work and respectful of my property.  He was extremely competent and I really cannot say enough about him and the organization of the company!  Highly recommend. Mark is absolutely AMAZING!!!  Save yourself time and effort and call him first.  He did a magnificent job installing multiple outside power outlets on my home and did it for less than a supposed "family friend" wanted to charge us.  In fact he did it for 1/3 the cost.  We will have Mark back to install our patio ceiling fans soon!  Thank you Mark for your amazing attitude and reliability!

I reside in Phoenix and there are several different jobs that I have hired Garcia's Handyman such as changing out my security doors, placing new gutters and am very satisfied with his work.  He recently painted my house and was extremely thorough.   I love the way it turned out and will be hiring him again in the future.

Mike is the man! He's done a few jobs at my house, from painting, dry walling, hanging ceiling fans, and install baseboards and I have been pleased with it all. He's professional and does a remarkable job with all his work. He's my go to guy for all my house needs now. I don't know if there are any reasonably honest people like him in the business. He's super friendly and makes sure that my requests are completed before he leaves. I'm extremely happy with finding a maintenance repair company that it trustworthy and priced well. Yay for Mike!

I called Steve for an issue with my toilet that was just running consistently. He walked me through some steps over the phone, and when I got home I tried them, and it worked!!! He took time out of his day and could have easily charged me a service call to come out and do it himself, but he didn't! Although he did offer if those steps didn't work! Instantly gained my trust! I will be calling him now for any handyman jobs moving forward!! Thanks, Steve!!!! You're awesome!!

Super Amazing!!!! I had hired someone to redo my shower and put in a new shower door. Not even half way through the guy went M.I.A. The amount of people that I had to call to try and get someone to put it in was insane I can't remember the number but I know it was over 20. No one wanted to touch it since they didn't do the shower.  Scott came out and was able to put the shower door in and it was a pain. I bought the worst door anyone could buy I think. The door looks amazing and if he didn't come to my rescue I think id still be using my other bathroom.

We had Dave handle a couple of projects around our house that we weren't willing to tackle. He communicated well before and during the projects, showed up on time and his rates were reasonable. The jobs were well done!

I needed to have two small sections of fence replaced.  One was about 14 feet while the other was about 17 feet.  I didn't realize how much of a challenge it would be to even get someone to come out to take a look at it.

It wouldn't have been so bad if folks would just say "sorry, but we're too busy to bid on a project that small."

I think if you were to ask Tony, the guy who did the job for me, he would probably disagree that there was anything "small" about this job.

I think Handyman Connection was the fifth or sixth business I tried to contact to do this work.  Tony was the first of three individuals to actually come out to bid.  He was also the only one of the three who sounded like he knew what he was doing.  You see, I know a lot about what needs to be done and how it needs to be done.  I have zero experience actually doing the work, and I'm really glad I didn't take this one on myself.

It ended up turning into a three day project because of some unforeseen circumstances, and Tony was still a champ honoring the original quote despite the extra time it took.  

When Tony did the estimate, I told him that I was the kind of guy who typically only liked to buy something once.  If I end up living out the rest of my days in this house, I don't ever want to replace the fence again.  He said he was going to do it with redwood.  Well crap.  I don't know what that means.  I know redwood is a durable hardwood, so I guess that's a good thing, right?

In fact, I wasn't even all that concerned with how good it looked as long as the construction was sound.  

I think the surprise I was in for was definitely beyond my wildest imagination.  At the unveiling, my initial though after looking at a dirty old brown fence for the last five years was "wow, that's bright.  And pink.  But everything in the desert is pink, so I guess it fits right in."

But here is the deal.  I could tell that Tony was proud of his work, but didn't want to sound like a blowhard by bragging it up.  He showed me a couple of things, like how he carved out one of the sides of the fence to ensure that it was plump against the adjacent wall that wasn't square.  It was pure attention to detail.

I sealed it up with Thompson Water Seal the next morning, and it did deepen the hue significantly so it's more of a rusty orange than the bright pink.  What's more is that as time goes along and I work around the fence (I have some pavers to redo now, which was to be expected), I'm coming to love it more and more.  This morning, when I watered my lawn for the first time since the fences went in, I truly think that it all kind of sunk in.  These fences that Tony built for me are so simple and yet beautiful, I feel that they deserve a photo to show them off.  

Besides, I have a feeling that Tony would want to see them after they had been sealed.  Once the grass regrows, my back yard is going to be freaking awesome.

Great work! Assembled a very large media case. Showed up on time - a few minutes early, actually. The box was missing a few screws but he replaced them with a few from his own stash. Really great personality, definitely will book with him again for other jobs around our home. It's so nice to have someone fulfill handyman services as agreed and also not be a Creepy McCreeperson. Highly recommend!

I needed to make some repairs in the home I rent out.  They responded promptly and showed up on time to give me an estimate.  Justin and Greg are a pleasure to work with. They repaired walls  to prepare for painting, helped with a lighting fixture, put in blinds, and a new closet door and flooring for a tiny guest house.  The work was done with care and turned out wonderfully.  Their pricing is reasonable and they patiently answered all of my questions.  I definitely plan on using their services again.

Phil did fix it!  And then we found other items to fix and Phil fixed those too!!  Now he is on our speed dial...responsive, reliable, and so efficient.  You will not be disappointed...

Working with Jeremy was probably the best experience I've had working with a contractor. A few months back my wife and I starting looking into having some work done to the exterior of our home. Specifically, we were looking to have our back wall raised by 2 blocks, have wood rot removed and corrected along the roofline on all sides of the home, and have an old large wooden patio covering removed. Jeremy's quote was competitive, and he seemed very knowledgeable when we completed our initial walkthrough.

What I appreciated most working with Jeremy was the communication. This is one area where I feel many contractors fall short. But Jeremy and his staff communicated by email often during every step of our project. If I had a question or concern, I didn't have to wait days for a response. If I didn't hear back that same day, I would get a response the next morning.

I have to commend Jeremy not only for his service, but for the people he chose to work with him. From the the pleasant and helpful woman who I frequently spoke to in the phone (I think Jeremy's wife), to other individuals who were on site... everyone was kind and courteous.

After the work was completed and the bill was paid, there was one area of wood rot correction that I wanted retouched. I was hesitant to see what kind of response I would get, but I received no pushback from Jeremy and his staff. He quickly put me in the schedule and came out and touched up his work with no extra cost. I really appreciated his attentiveness and willingness to ensure the work he completes is done right. It's now been months later and after dealing with 2 other contractors (for other areas of work), I very much appreciate both the quality of work Jeremy and his staff provided, and and the strong communication he provided throughout. I will definitely be using Jeremy the Handyman again in future, and I've already recommended him to friends and co-workers.
