I had Gary do a few small items for me. Install doggie door, move exterior outlet, install a ceiling box for fan and replace a recessed light.
Gary was quick with scheduling.  Completed the work in perfect form and was very fair in his pricing.  It took him about 4 hours to complete all the items. It was very clear he was experienced and completed the work like it was a routine activity for him.   We will use him in the future.

We hired Luis of New Age Handyman Services to do some work for us including painting some exterior stucco that had been repaired, replace the igniter on a gas grill, remove old and install new ceiling fan. Luis did a great job with all the work. He was efficient with his time, very polite and did the work very well. This pricing was reasonable as well. I will certainly be hiring Luis for any additional work needed at my house and will be recommending him to my neighbors.

We had a break-in where our assailant thoroughly messed up an exterior door frame.  This left us with a hole in the side of our house.  Kinda needed fixing, like, now-ish.

-Insurance company - "it'll be a couple days before we can come out to look at it."   To...LOOK...At...It!
-Other companies - "how's Tuesday for you?"  Door was broken on Thursday...
-Michele's Master Handymen - "We'll be there this afternoon."  

George came out and got that sucker swapped out in about 2 hours.  Workmanship was excellent and it was waaay under our deductible.

My new go to for help around the house. My job ended up being much bigger than I initially thought and they pivoted the scope of work quickly to ensure my project (a vanity installation) was completed on time. Luis did a wonderful job and Melissa, the owner, is quick to communicate and kept me well informed. The pricing is very for the quality of work.

We are renting out a home in Scottsdale AZ. I found Stan on Yelp and read all the comments on him. Well we gave him a try. Not only did he do the job, I had to pay him with a check while I was out of town. He is a very trusting person as well. So when we move into the home we are renting out, I know who I will call when I need a trustworthy man to do the job! Stan....Stan is the man!

Great service and easy communication. They expertly installed a VERY heavy basketball hoop for my husband's birthday into a stucco wall. I was nervous, but ended up being very impressed. They did this months ago and I waited to see how it held up and it's been great so far. They were very thoughtful about ensuring safety and longevity. Not cheap, but reasonably priced for the work....which these days, pretty much comes out to a deal.

I bought new coach lights for my newly painted house but had to leave town on a family emergency before I could install them prior to a Memorial Day party. At first I posted the job on Yelp under "Electricians" and got quotes of several hundreds of dollars weeks in the future. Then I posted it under "Handyman" and got a number of replies. Mark was at my house in less than 24 hours (on a Saturday) and installed both lights for under $100. I didn't feel this was fair to him so I rounded up. I'm a realtor, so I saved Mark's info in my phone for the next time a client needs a BINSR rescue (the list of repairs buyers deliver to a seller in lieu of cancelling the contract). Mark handles many kinds of home repairs and installations. Highly recommend.

Mr. Garcia worked very hard on the waterfall faucet for my tub.  It was a difficult job, and the faucet came without any diagrams. Part of the install really did need some explaining.  He did his best but I need to contact the company and ask one question for the job to be completed.
I am going to have him do several more jobs for me.

I contacted mike after Response Crew poorly hung a wall mounted entertainment center in my apartment. It ripped out of the dry wall and came crashing down ruining many valuables. Unlike the handyman with Response Crew, mike came in, did what needed to be done to fix the issue , got it hung properly, and left! And it was CHEAPER than the previous company who tried running the clock to get more money out of me. I paid half of what I paid the first time to get the job done right. Also, since he charges by the hour, he even asked if there was anything else that I needed done before he left since my task hadn't taken the full hour! Don't make the same mistake I did and go straight to Mike!! He is friendly, fair, and efficient. Thanks mike!!

Great service all around, answered the phone professionally and with energy! Scheduled the appointment and he was ON TIME a very rare thing with a lot of guys! He quoted me a price and it took him a little longer and didn't charge me extra (The tip was well deserved) He really seems to have attention to detail when it comes to everything and cleans up very well after himself. I have sent his number out to several of my co workers already because I know there will come a time that he will be needed for them! Highly recommend him for anything!

I had a front entrance door that was rubbing against the door frame. The craftsman that came out was very friendly and said that he would replace a screw in the top hinge . He first tried a screw that would not go flush against the hinge. He then got two screws from his truck. He then took out another screw from the hinge and replaced two screws . These screws where both different in sizes the longer was close to 2" the other about an inch. It didn't do much good and he recommended placing another screw into the jam on the latch side . I declined to let him do that. Based on what I observed when he started tightening my screw hinges. He was using a drill and not a screw driver. When I questioned him on this he replied that it would not strip out the screws . After he left I checked the screws he replaced and they are  all stripped. They will not tighten at all. The screws had no issues before this and they all would tighten. Now I have stripped out screws and my door is still now adjusted correctly.

In response to the reply from this contractor: The reason there wasn't a charge is because I had called to have you come out a couple of weeks ago and nobody showed up or called. So when I called the office they told me that the manager had failed to put me on the schedule in the computer. So no it wasn't a courtesy.

When we spoke yesterday you said you could send Jay back out but on one else due to my vicinity. You also stated there would be a charge . I will be moving forward with a complaint to the BBB and the registrar of contractors . I had a reputable door company come out today and confirmed that the screws to the door hinges have become stripped out due to your service tech that came out yesterday.

John was professional, flexible, reliable and his work QUALITY! I had a chair hung  from my ceiling on my patio. John had this done in less than 30 min and even assembled the chair for me without asking He cleaned up all the items from the packaging and his price was phenomenal !!!

I would recommend this company 10 out of 10 times. Justin was very responsive and very fairly priced.  I plan on using him in the future for all my handyman needs.  I had an entire inspection report for the sale of my home and he was able to do every item on the list at a fair price and in the exact time frame he said he would. I was very impressed with his services and plan on using them/him again in the future.

Phil did fix it!  And then we found other items to fix and Phil fixed those too!!  Now he is on our speed dial...responsive, reliable, and so efficient.  You will not be disappointed...

I may have already reviewed Jeremy, but just in case not, he's really extraordinary. He's worth all 5 stars and then some. He does an excellent job, shows up on time and is very professional. While you might have to wait awhile to see him (the good ones like him are busy,) he's worth the wait. On his first job with us, in our new home, I had a list of things for him to do a mile long. And to complicate things, we were still in the SF Bay Area, when Jeremy was here in the Valley doing the work. But he got everything 100% right...and then some. We've since used him again and again and he's now are forever, handyman.
