Gary did an outstanding job on installing our bathroom exhaust fans. He also got a GFI circuit working again which affected three electrical outlets.
He is very skillful and knows how to do quality work in a very timely manner with great prices. I will be calling Gary if I have any more projects in the future.  Jim

Stan is a godsend. He replies promptly to inquiries - which most handymen services do not - charges hourly and fairly, and works QUICKLY with minimal supervision. His work on various projects around my remodel has been consistently top-notch - he has even helped / guided other contractors on the property with their challenges on occasion. And when he sees things that need fixin', he fixes them immediately.  

What's equally important as quick service and quality results is that *you will feel completely comfortable having Stan in your home*. In an industry unfortunately populated with unreliable contractors, sketchy (or worse) sorts, and well-meaning but bumbling 'jacks of all trades', Stan stands out as a trusted professional.

Chris is knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and affordable .  He installed two new bathroom plumbing fixtures, cabinet,  all the hardware, faucets including the  kitchen faucet and even repaired some electrical outlets for safety.  He was invaluable in helping update a senior citizen's home needs and took time to explain and communicate with the owner and family.  I highly recommend Chris for all types of services.

Mike and his team did an amazing job extending unused floor-space, to make an office for us in our condo. They also added LED lighting to our home and did an excellent job. On top of that, the team was even able to add a baby-gate, as well as attaching a shelf to a wall for us. Besides the superb work, everyone was commutative, neat and meticulous. We will not hesitate to use Arizona Maintenance Service in the future!

We had several items on our list since downsizing to a condo. Fix leaky toilet, replace ceiling fan, weather stripping for door, install new cellular shades, repair sliding screen, hanging art work. Mark took care of it all efficiently, didn't charge extra for my husband helping, and gave us a senior discount. We're happy to give him a good recommendation.

We called a few guys (handymen) to get estimates for a fix it list we needed completed in order to sell our house. It was the buyers post inspection request list that we needed to fix up some things.

There were multiple things that I liked about THE Handyman! He promptly returned our call and came over to the house to go over the list. He didn't just ask for info over the phone but rather took the time to come and give an honest estimate in price and time. He was friendly and trustworthy. At no point did I feel as though I was getting overcharged.  

When it came time to do the repairs, he showed up on time, did quality work, was pleasent and easy to talk to. There were a few items he needed to get parts for. He took care of all the ordering and came back as planned and completed everything with ease.

This is the second time I've used Handyman Connection for a major renovation project, plus we've had them do a few odd jobs over the years. All of our experiences with them have been great. This time we had tile laid in two bathrooms, an old shower pulled out and a new one built in it's place, plus some toilets replaced. The handyman, Todd, was very friendly and professional, and he did a great job. Allen kept in touch every step of the way and made sure things got done right. There were a couple of hiccups along the way, as is expected whenever you do a major renovation, but Todd made the right suggestions and everything got sorted out quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommended Handyman Connection. In fact, they're in the process of doing some more work for us right now.

Would highly recommend Erick for the job. He was very responsive, communication was on point and we complete the job at hand. Thank you Erick for putting our gazebo up for us in our back yard!

John was awesome.  Helped us install fans, TVs and a French door to our flex space.  The house is now a home.   The door came out beautiful.  Thanks John for also helping with some of my husbands DIY .  Very responsive and reliable .   Will be calling for help again, especially if the hubs gets DIY AGAIN..

Got a quote from another handyman who stood me up twice.  Complete waste of time.  Called Justin at HandmanPros, got an appointment for the following day to which they showed up on time.  Completed the work quickly and effciently.  Quote was 100% the same as the final price.

If you need a reasonably priced  Handyman, that knows what he's  doing  then Phil is your man. I had him install a ceiling fan that I loved and brought  from another home. He was So CAREFUL not to break anything.  I have since had him do other odd jobs with equal and knowledge. As an added plus he has a great personality  and wit. I was very pleased!

This is an addition to a previous review on 6/16/21, I couldn't find a way to edit the prior review.  Immediately after I posted the review I received an email saying that a bid had been sent to me "mid last week," that I must have missed it in my junk folder or something, and a bid was attached.  I searched my inbox, junk folder and deleted items - no email with a bid to be found.  Jeremey visited my home on May 27th and I sent three emails to his preferred email address on 5/28, 5/30 and 6/6 - each time asking for a bid or response and never received any type of response until my Yelp review prompted his immediate response.  In subsequent emails Jeremy said my prior emails had gone into his junk folder!  How can that be?  I used his same email address that now magically he was receiving and responding to promptly. Jeremy never accepted responsibility for the communication screwup - instead making excuses.  

In spite of this dispute I was willing to consider his bid and to put the issue behind me, and said so in an email.  In response he said he was electing not to do business with me because of the "arduous" relationship that existed.  It was arduous because of his non-communication initially and then his refusal to accept responsibility - instead implying the problem was somehow mine.  

A total of over a month of my time was wasted; waiting a few weeks for him to show up to gather information and three weeks seeking any kind of response from him about a bid.  Because of the lost time - I was still willing to consider his bid, yet he chose to cancel any further dealings.

I am not saying anything about Jeremy's handyman skills since he didn't do any work for me.  But if anyone wants to work with him, insist on timely communication from the first.  I foolishly counted on Jeremy to be professional in communications with potential clients, and to admit responsibility when things don't go well because of his actions.
