Stan is a godsend. He replies promptly to inquiries - which most handymen services do not - charges hourly and fairly, and works QUICKLY with minimal supervision. His work on various projects around my remodel has been consistently top-notch - he has even helped / guided other contractors on the property with their challenges on occasion. And when he sees things that need fixin', he fixes them immediately.  

What's equally important as quick service and quality results is that *you will feel completely comfortable having Stan in your home*. In an industry unfortunately populated with unreliable contractors, sketchy (or worse) sorts, and well-meaning but bumbling 'jacks of all trades', Stan stands out as a trusted professional.

I am keeping this guy around, he is reliable and honest. I will be using him for everything !

Since buying a home here in Phoenix 8 years ago I've struggled to find a reputable handyman service. I finally tried AZ Maintenance & my search is over.
Knowledgeable & reputable, accommodating with scheduling, prompt, & professional. AZ Maintenance is the total package.
I had Stanley come to do a fairly difficult installation. He took his time,  saw it through to completion & the billing was very fair.
It's a great relief now to know whenever I have a need AZ Maintenance is just a call away. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a job done right.

We were really impressed with Mark's knowledge and professionalism. He checked in with us one week before the appointment and then confirmed again the morning of. He provided a lot of helpful information about how to complete a tricky project. He is honest and trustworthy and his prices are reasonable. We will reach out to Mark the next time we need home services.

I reside in Phoenix and there are several different jobs that I have hired Garcia's Handyman such as changing out my security doors, placing new gutters and am very satisfied with his work.  He recently painted my house and was extremely thorough.   I love the way it turned out and will be hiring him again in the future.

I rarely feel compelled to write reviews, but I feel that others should know great Mike was. I live in a 1950's home where things are always falling apart. He helped me on a variety of projects including installing a new water heater, patching up walls, fixing my front door, balancing fans, and installing new locks on my front door. He did all these projects with great care and efficiency. I was impressed with how each project came out and how knowledgeable he was. He saved me money by fixing items I thought I would need to replace (like my front porch light fixture). And it's nice to find someone with a positive attitude and a sense of humor. Definitely having Mike come back.

We called a few guys (handymen) to get estimates for a fix it list we needed completed in order to sell our house. It was the buyers post inspection request list that we needed to fix up some things.

There were multiple things that I liked about THE Handyman! He promptly returned our call and came over to the house to go over the list. He didn't just ask for info over the phone but rather took the time to come and give an honest estimate in price and time. He was friendly and trustworthy. At no point did I feel as though I was getting overcharged.  

When it came time to do the repairs, he showed up on time, did quality work, was pleasent and easy to talk to. There were a few items he needed to get parts for. He took care of all the ordering and came back as planned and completed everything with ease.

Super Amazing!!!! I had hired someone to redo my shower and put in a new shower door. Not even half way through the guy went M.I.A. The amount of people that I had to call to try and get someone to put it in was insane I can't remember the number but I know it was over 20. No one wanted to touch it since they didn't do the shower.  Scott came out and was able to put the shower door in and it was a pain. I bought the worst door anyone could buy I think. The door looks amazing and if he didn't come to my rescue I think id still be using my other bathroom.

I hired AZ You Wish to install a mini blow up spa in my backyard. They arrived on time and ready to work. Super friendly, good suggestions, and highly skilled. This company went the extra mile and recommended a different vendor for a project he was not able to complete, which in my opinion speaks volumes to his integrity. This company will be my go to as we transition in to our new house in Estrella!

First of all, let me say I'm all in favor of DIY projects or repairs!  With that being said, I am not comfortable attempting a household repair or project if I don't know what I'm doing.  I don't like the idea of experimenting on my house and I know (from experience) that not doing things right the first time can end up very expensive in the long run.  Also, I like to be able to hold people accountable if the job isn't done correctly, and that is very hard to do when a "friend" offers to do the job and then happens to screw it up.

I have used Handyman Connection a few times and have had great experiences each and every time.  The very first time was to install a dog door for Bailey from the house to the back yard.  Best $250 I ever spent (that includes the price of the door itself).  I've also had some dry wall repair done and that went well too!

Usually, the first call to make the appointment, I have spoken with a very nice woman that is pleasant and easy to talk to.  Then the person scheduled to do the work will call to confirm and work out a more specific time.  They show up, give you a free estimate, and then offer to complete the work right then and there.  I really like that if I don't want to do the work (which has yet to happen) I'm not out any money, however, if I do want to pay for the service, I don't have to call and reschedule.

Everyone from this company has been very nice and professional.  I usually get a follow up call from the office to make sure the work was completed to my satisfaction and I've even received a survey or two.  Also, there are always coupons in various mailers and even on their website.  Just mention the online coupon and they will usually honor it.

I tell everyone I know to call Handyman Connection for all of their household projects or repairs that might be just out of the DIY range.

Tom is a fantastic professional to work with and a gem to find in Anthem. I had a sliding door issue that many other handymen didn't think they could do, but Tom was able to fix the problem easily while charging a very reasonable price. On top of that, his professionalism is unmatched. He responds swiftly and politely as well as gave a specific time and window to when he would show up. I really appreciate working with Tom and will use his service any time in the future.

John helped me with fixing my bed slats on our king bed. He was very responsive and professional, and did a great job and his price was fair. I would definitely use him again for any jobs that I had.

After calling 4 other handyman companies, I decided to go with Handyman Pros. Justin and Greg are the nicest guys out there. The pricing is fair and most importantly, they're honest and professional. Definitely highly recommend them. Some tasks performed: drywall, paint, modification/creation of a metal shelf, light plumbing. I'm already thinking of other projects for them as soon as my tenants move out.

I don't want to tell you how awesome Phil is because then he might get too busy to handle all of my Real Estate clients last minute drama.  But seriously Phil handles all my Real Estate needs whether it is for my Buyers or Sellers and he is super professional and timely and amazing!!  Thank you Phil!!!

First off this company, as a whole, is very professional.  They called me to talk about my job quickly and gave me a few options to get the job done.  I was impressed with their communication and customer service.

The job that I hired them to do was cabinet pull hardware of about approximately 40+ drawers and doors.  Unfortunately, the person they sent out just did not have the attention to detail necessary to do the job right.  I think the guy was a bit overwhelmed as he was originally supposed to have someone there to help and it appeared there were many issues with available workers and jobs that day.  I only mention that because he wasn't unprofessional, but he was way too distracted to do a good job on something that really does require focused attention to get right.  After he was done it was immediately apparent that many of the knobs and handles were not installed straight.  He did make an attempt to make me happy before leaving but I decided that he was not up to the task and to let him go to deal with the owner later.

No long after, they actually called me to check up on the job (this is something I really appreciate, I didn't have to even call them).  I let them know what happened and they apologized profusely scheduling Jeremy to come and look over the job personally.  Jeremy arrived on time and fixed all the issues no questions asked.

I'd give the original work probably 2/5 stars, their customer service 5/5 stars, and the job as it sits now 4/5 (everything is straight and installed correctly but there was some wood repair that had to be done and filled).  A company really shines the most when there are issues.  No one wants issues, and that's why they lose a star, but a company that st
eps up to fix them is something I appreciate.

I have lots of jobs that need to be done and I may give them another opportunity to shine in the future.  I'll update my review if that happens.
