Yesterday Luis went to one of our rental properties to repair, paint and texture a patio ceiling that got damaged from a leaking patio roof.  He got the work done in one day and cleaned up and left things how he found them.  He is focused on making his customers satisfied with his work and if something goes awry he will be there to rectify whatever it is.  Also, when he finished the job he sent a nicely done invoice detailing everything on an itemized statement.  This is a rarity in the trades.  It was nicely typed not   illegible hand written like most contractors, that is if you ever get one! He will be our go to handyman for our numerous rental properties.

My husband contacted Michele this morning. We had been looking for someone to replace the door trim and flooring due to water damage. Michele was super friendly and she even was able to send someone out the same day in less than 2 hours. We struggled a lot to find a reliable person because everyone that we would call would either not show up or just say they were too busy to do the job. Even though we were not in the area serviced Michele still took us on and George came even a few minutes early before the time scheduled. He fixed our door and replaced our flooring and it now looks excellent. We will definitely be using them again in the future and we highly recommend them! Thank you!

I initially found it amusing that their tagline was we fix everything in your home except your relationships. But after trying them out and having great experiences with several of their guys and someone that always answers the phone they really set themselves apart from other Handyman companies I've used.

I bought new coach lights for my newly painted house but had to leave town on a family emergency before I could install them prior to a Memorial Day party. At first I posted the job on Yelp under "Electricians" and got quotes of several hundreds of dollars weeks in the future. Then I posted it under "Handyman" and got a number of replies. Mark was at my house in less than 24 hours (on a Saturday) and installed both lights for under $100. I didn't feel this was fair to him so I rounded up. I'm a realtor, so I saved Mark's info in my phone for the next time a client needs a BINSR rescue (the list of repairs buyers deliver to a seller in lieu of cancelling the contract). Mark handles many kinds of home repairs and installations. Highly recommend.

I reside in Phoenix and there are several different jobs that I have hired Garcia's Handyman such as changing out my security doors, placing new gutters and am very satisfied with his work.  He recently painted my house and was extremely thorough.   I love the way it turned out and will be hiring him again in the future.

Mike is pretty great! Once you're able to get him scheduled up he does fantastic work. I threw a TON of different needs/tasks at him - from installing electrical outlets to repairing some plumbing, and he was even able to help install a Ring Doorbell when the existing doorbell wiring was WAY too short to reach!

Mike is a problem-solver and he takes each task all the way to it's successful conclusion. He works at a very good pace and his rates are very reasonable as well IMO. What more could you need?

Steve was more than I ever could have asked for, and I will 100% be calling him back out as soon as I figure out where I want pictures/artwork, and another set of curtains put up.Not only was he able to work around my limited schedule and make time to come help the following day, but he also was able to help me with so many things in such little time. Originally I had asked Best Buy how much it would cost for them to put up two TVs on the wall and it was going to be around $150 per TV. Steve charges by the hour and since he's extremely experienced in things like that, it took under an hour for each, AND he was able to help fix things I had honestly forgotten about- or didn't know if he would be able to help with- such as fixing my entertainment center that was wiggly and has misaligned drawers thanks to ikeas crappy installation. Not only was Steven fast and friendly, you can just tell he genuinely loves his job, even with the plethora of tasks that it may include. I would absolutely recommend him anytime, without hesitation! John was great! I needed a list of items repaired on my rental property. John coordinated with the tenant directly to complete all of the items while also keeping me informed of the progress and costs. Not only did he complete all of the repairs, he went out of his way to keep material costs down and also did a bunch of research to find amazing deals on a dishwasher and garbage disposal. From the first meeting to the last, John was professional, knowledgeable and flexible. Definitely, definitely recommend!

Great service! I appreciate how quickly they could schedule me and were in fact early for the appointment. They called ahead to be sure it would be okay and reviewed the things I needed done so that they came prepared. Very satisfied.

I called Phil to repair a balcony door that had been giving me trouble. It took him like 15 mins and the thing was back working perfect. He came through super quick and repaired it for me but the twist is that on his way out he seen my front door was offline and repaired it for me too free of charge! Good guy, very courteous and knowledgeable I would recommend to anyone.
