Gary the Handyman responded right away to an inquiry. He fixed the light switch the next day because he says the house was on the way to his next job.
Why the 2 stars? The dishonesty in pricing. I asked what he thought how long it would take for the issue to be resolved, he said something along the lines that it may take an hour or it could take longer. He says his hourly rate is $65 an hour. I agreed. He shows up and fixes the light switch under an hour. He then charges me $195. His words "Service call is $65 to do that type of work is $195."

Look no further. Luis is skilled, competent, dependable and amiable. Completed a difficult job very nicely in less time than I had anticipated. He is honest and his rates are very fair. I'd give him ten stars if I could. Will definitely be calling him again.

I have high praise for Michele's Master Handyman! Michele is extremely professional and helpful. This company is tech savvy and I appreciate that because I am dealing with an Arizona rental property from California. Being long distance I was happy to find a company that would help with all the different items I needed fixed, leaky faucets, new ceiling fan, and new garbage disposal. George called me with updates and took pictures of the completed work. Michele went above and beyond setting me up with her vetted contractors for jobs she doesn't handle. She even picked up a lockbox for my key. The price was very fair and the work was completed in a timely manner. I will be using Michele's company for all future repairs. Thank you Michele, I feel like I have a trusted friend in Arizona to help me with future repair needs.

Had a last minute drywall patch needing completed. Michelle was quick to respond and even quicker to find a solution and fix with high quality work. Would absolutely recommend.

Stan was very responsive and scheduled us within one week. He came out and put 3 ceiling fans up and was great to work with. I'm sure we will use him again!

I gave very short notice that I needed shelves for a park model. He was booked out 2 weeks, but was able to cut the shelves in time for the painter to paint. I was so surprised by the quick turnaround and outstanding quality.

Set appointment a week ago for them to give me estimate on fence repair.  Waited from 8am-9am as scheduled, no one showed.  Reached company after 11. They sent someone over. He did good repair work at a reasonable market price. My advice is call day before appointment and remind them, other than that company was readonable, easy to work with and they did a good job repairing my wooden fence. Repair man also offered me advice on how to maintain the wood for years to come. Great value from him mostly.

We were really impressed with Mark's knowledge and professionalism. He checked in with us one week before the appointment and then confirmed again the morning of. He provided a lot of helpful information about how to complete a tricky project. He is honest and trustworthy and his prices are reasonable. We will reach out to Mark the next time we need home services.

Mr. Garcia came to my house ASAP. He  did a quick nice job cutting in pieces an old dishwasher which could not be removed in any other way. He worked carefully and quickly and cleaned up the work area. I will be using him again soon for some drywall repair, painting and plumbing work. I highly recommend you get a quote from him and try him on your next home repair.

Mike is honest, helpful and on time.   If he can't do it, he will say so and probably has a reliable lead.   I have used him for the last 2 years on several of my properties.

Steve was more than I ever could have asked for, and I will 100% be calling him back out as soon as I figure out where I want pictures/artwork, and another set of curtains put up.Not only was he able to work around my limited schedule and make time to come help the following day, but he also was able to help me with so many things in such little time. Originally I had asked Best Buy how much it would cost for them to put up two TVs on the wall and it was going to be around $150 per TV. Steve charges by the hour and since he's extremely experienced in things like that, it took under an hour for each, AND he was able to help fix things I had honestly forgotten about- or didn't know if he would be able to help with- such as fixing my entertainment center that was wiggly and has misaligned drawers thanks to ikeas crappy installation. Not only was Steven fast and friendly, you can just tell he genuinely loves his job, even with the plethora of tasks that it may include. I would absolutely recommend him anytime, without hesitation! I had glass tub/shower doors installed, as well as front door and interior door hardware installation too.  Big shout out to Greg Hancock, their craftsman.  Was in touch before arriving; showed up on time, assessed the needs, quoted a fair price, and got to work.  No muss no fuss; he worked through all the written instructions on the shower door and installed it efficiently and perfectly.  He was pleasant and knew his stuff really well.  I highly recommend this company, especially Greg Hancock.  Every home owner needs to rely on a company they can trust to do stuff like this, without worry of a bad job, a craftsman who doesn't know his stuff, or ridiculously rip-off worthy prices.  Here they are.

Erick was amazing. I needed a shed put together quickly. He answered my inquiry promptly.and did it at a fraction of the price of other competitors. He offered a flat rate. Another company, who shall remain nameless, quoted 12 hours of work. Erick did the job in no more than 3 hours lol! He did amazing, honest work and would use again. John was professional, flexible, reliable and his work QUALITY! I had a chair hung  from my ceiling on my patio. John had this done in less than 30 min and even assembled the chair for me without asking He cleaned up all the items from the packaging and his price was phenomenal !!!
