Needed a simple fix on a ceiling fan that we probably could've done ourselves but would've taken a lot more time and stress. Marty quoted me a reasonable price, showed up when he said he would, made the repair in under an hour, and then charged me less than he quoted. Will use him again for future needs and recommend his services.

Phillip is such a great worker! We called him to do a couple of things around our home that we wanted done after we moved in. Very knowledgeable and he figured things out fast. Very friendly and honest and always communicated with me on things so we were always on the same page! We could not be any happier with the results on all the work he did for us! Doug is a true craftsman. Doug is meticulous in his work and actually cares how things look long term. Doug takes the extra time to explain the issues, form a plan to resolve the issue. In addition to that, he kept his original bid quote with a few minor complications. Doug is a very honest person. He was upfront and didn't sugar coat things . We had several people come out for quotes on the work. By Doug's own admission, he isn't the cheapest but he definitely does quality work. Doug completed the tasks in a reasonable amount of time and was accommodating to my family and schedule. Doug also went through the hassle of teaching me how to do the repairs so that someday, I wouldn't have to call anyone else for that. Doug was very polite and personable. I wouldn't hesitate to call him back.

I needed an external wall painted on our rental property. Chris went checkout our property the same day and took a picture and gave me a reasonable estimate.
The job was done quickly and payment was done in an easy online payment method.
Once the job is scheduled, I received an email stating when the job is scheduled. The job was done exactly when the job was scheduled and sent me a picture of the completed job.
I was happy with every step.

Jason is The Best. Great rates, very friendly, loves what he is doing and definitely knows what he's doing. He got so many different things done in a 2 hour time frame. Fixed 2 doors that wanted to stay Open, 2 ceiling fans that weren't installed right, a screen door that was off track and not adjusted correctly, a front security door frame that was very loose and a GFI outlet that was bad.

He came out fast and was nice when I met him. He quoted me on three things. I also asked him for prices that excluded painting because I can paint pretty well myself and I have paint. He gave me the prices and then he completely ignored me.

I was able to get someone from taskrabbit to replace the light fixture for about 30 bucks less than his quote.

I got a drywall contractor to do the work for 200 less than he quoted.

The door replacement is about 300 bucks less than he quoted directly from home depot via the licensed company they work with... and taskrabbit quoted me 500 less than he did.

So I guess it worked out for the both of us. Seems like a nice guy and I wish him well. Minus a star for ignoring me and minus a star for prices being pricier than contracted companies.

He responded and came on time and did a great job in fixing my friend's bath tissue holder that broke.

I had a leak in my sink that affected the pipe traveling from the faucet to the fridge. They were able to change the pipes and the angle stops for a small fee. The required before photos in order to give an estimate.

However once the repair was completed, their estimate came in $25 under.

I'm yet provided after picture and their repair service is covered under warranty for 3 years.

I would recommend their services. I think they are fair and knowledgeable in what they do.

They are also licensed, bonded and insured for protection.

Maisa responded to our request immediately to have all the doors re-keyed and squeezed us in on incredibly short notice. Communication with both Maisa & Elvis was extremely smooth and easy. Elvis was super friendly and got the work done very quickly. It's really hard to find a reliable, affordable, and high-quality handyman, but Elvis is an incredible find.

I give JT TWO FIVE STARS, first for integrity & second for outstanding workmanship. He's done many projects but the most impressive was the gigantic pot rack installed with an 18' ceiling. Absolutely level the first time!  How many handymen would even attempt that job!

My front door made a hole in my wall because it was swung open too hard. The response time was super fast and they were able to come out next day! I'm extremely satisfied with my service, it looks as if nothing ever happened. :)

My coworker recommended Nate's services to replace a door I had to break (latching was broken). He came to the house, he was prompt, very professional and very respectful. My wife was home alone with our baby, and she raved how comfortable she felt with him working there. He ended up hanging two doors for. The gaps are great and even, and the doors open and close perfectly. I'm glad I was given his info. We even spoke about future work that he'll be doing for us, as well. Thanks Nate!

Great experience with Silverback Handyman!
Project was a Lifetime playground from one of the warehouse stores. The crew was punctual and showed up ready to work.
Enough Silverbacks were onsite to complete the job safely and professionally!
They cleaned up the project area when complete. Making sure multiple times my wife and I were satisfied.
I will be using Silverback again and recommend them for any project. From a 9 hour playground assembly to helping little old ladies across the street with their groceries. Thank you guys! The family and I appreciate it... especially the boys!!!

I was hopeful that this vendor would be satisfactory and that I'd call them for repeat service. On the surface it appeared that they were professional and organized. I soon learned otherwise. They were to come back for a return visit to remedy a job they installed incorrectly. For weeks, I contacted Brian and no response. He confused matters when I brought to his attention the number of attempts I made to contact to reschedule via phone, email and text. At one point, I contacted Brandon to let him know I had been trying to get a return visit scheduled for weeks. I sensed in-fighting between them when he abruptly expressed frustration and said "that's Brian's job" and that he'd take care of it. Yet, still, no contact from them. I've since hired someone else to fix their repair and have paid twice for the same job. I requested a refund from Savage and have never gotten a response. These folks are a poor reflection on "veteran-owned business". Do yourself a favor and steer clear.  Unreliable is an understatement.
