Rick was very friendly, listened to my questions and  answered them. He was on time and completed my old ceiling fan removal and install new fan in 1hr as quoted. Everything worked out great. I will recommend Lugo Handyman Services to everyone that asks me about a handyman. I wouldn't hesitate to have other work done by him. Fast, friendly  and didn't try to add to the quote. Marty is the best and I wish we had found him sooner!  He installed our security screen door today and was super patient with us once we realized we had ordered the wrong color door when he was almost done installing it.  He was so kind and waited for us to exchange it, hauled it back to our house in his truck, and then installed it again at no extra charge.  He also gave us some tips about other projects we need to have done in our home.  He was quick, professional, and super nice.  We have saved his info and will be recommending him to any and everyone.  Definitely call Marty!

came on time. installed a mirror perfectly fine and installed two new doors. estimated 4-6hr job but took much longer to finish. was also with a woman that got frustrated when i requested for them to use a white paint (that we already had) that actually matched the other doors in the house. they chose to use a matte white when our other doors were all a gloss white. was supposed to come a few days later to finish the service but he never showed up or called me back. installed a door that would not shut properly and gave us a bad paint job. i would not recommend his services.

During monsoon season, Doug promptly came out to repair our water damaged outdoor (front porch area) ceiling.  Outstanding job. Professional. Friendly.  Thank you Doug and his helper, Bob!

A water shut-off sprung a leak in the attic. I woke up, stepped into the hallway and SPLOOSH. We had to have part of the ceiling and wall removed and replaced. Removal was easy, but finding someone to do the replacement was not going well. General contractors are backed up due to materials shortages and they're stretched pretty thin with subcontractors too.

Chris's work is beyond what I would consider a handyman. He's more of a small jobs contractor. Chris is reliable, punctual and runs his business professionally. The price seemed very fair for the work. The insurance company didn't balk at the quote. Also he's a very laid back and friendly guy. I really enjoyed working with him.

I'm attaching before and after photos. Great job. I look forward to having Chris do some more painting and tile work for me in the Spring.

Jason did such a great job with everything I asked him to do and beyond!He is SO knowledgeable about SO many areas and is a problem solver. He figures out the best way to repair something while keeping the costs down.
I had some drywall repair, garage shelves replaced, lighting fixtures to repair and a plumbing issue he corrected. He brought issues to my attention that I would not have known about otherwise which he offered to correct. The best part is he is paid by the hour so he doesn't itemize each task. He was very efficient with his time. He even goes to the store to pick up any additional items he needs to get the job done.
I am so excited to have found him through my neighborhood website where he got rave reviews from my neighbors.

He came out fast and was nice when I met him. He quoted me on three things. I also asked him for prices that excluded painting because I can paint pretty well myself and I have paint. He gave me the prices and then he completely ignored me.

I was able to get someone from taskrabbit to replace the light fixture for about 30 bucks less than his quote.

I got a drywall contractor to do the work for 200 less than he quoted.

The door replacement is about 300 bucks less than he quoted directly from home depot via the licensed company they work with... and taskrabbit quoted me 500 less than he did.

So I guess it worked out for the both of us. Seems like a nice guy and I wish him well. Minus a star for ignoring me and minus a star for prices being pricier than contracted companies.

He responded and came on time and did a great job in fixing my friend's bath tissue holder that broke.

I would definitely recommend Handyman Xtreme. I had a few projects that needed to be fixed around the house. I called, sent photos of what needed to be done and they sent me an email with a estimate.  Kurt was out the following week on time, prepared with the material needed and extremely professional.

Elvis and his team came to our house to do a list of repairs in June 2021. They did some dry wall, grouting, and painting, and some other miscellaneous tasks. The whole thing was supposed to take them two full days, but they did it in one afternoon. It seemed like they rushed through things, but at the time of their departure everything looked good enough (a few things should have been cleaned up better, but overall it was fine). The whole thing cost us around $2500, which was a higher price than some other companies had offered, but worth it for what we hoped would be a high-quality job.

After a few months, the cracks they had fixed were back in the drywall, so we asked Elvis to come back to fix things again. He did it at no additional cost to us. Again, we were mostly happy with the work they did and we appreciated that he came back to fix things.

Now, in January 2022, all of the cracks are back in the drywall and some in the grouting, and the paint job looks very bad (see photos). Overall, it feels like we spent a lot of money and things look just as bad, and in some cases worse, than they had before they came.

On time, professional, and explained everything.  My dishwasher wouldn't drain.  Was quoted a low price and that is exactly what was due by the end.. love that, no surprises!  Will use him for any handyman needs and refer him 100% :)

My front door made a hole in my wall because it was swung open too hard. The response time was super fast and they were able to come out next day! I'm extremely satisfied with my service, it looks as if nothing ever happened. :)

Used Nate for some painting, electrical and glass work.  Showed as promised and did great work.  Kept everything tidy.  He is a very pleasant individual as well.

I highly recommend this service. He was very knowledgeable. His appointment was for 10:00am, (not 10:00 to 1:00 or 2:00 pm),  and he was here on the dot. He did a great job hanging a chandelier. I will use this service again.

SilverBack Handyman was the 6th company I called and the 3rd company I had come out for an Estimate; ultimately they were the ones to complete my job request from start to finish.
I do my research, I am very particular and I know exactly what I need, want and expect when I hire a professional to complete a job they are hired for.
I called, spoke with Bryan over the phone, he was kind, our communication was clear, he listed as I explained what I was looking for and the timeline I had in mind.  Based on what I was asking for he suggested to send out Kathem for my estimate.
Kathem arrived as scheduled, he took his time, asked all the questions, took all the measurements, gave offered suggestions and different options he thought might fit right, he was very thorough in explaining what would be done step by step.  
I received my estimate within the timeframe stated.  They were not the least expensive quote I received but they were extremely fair and competitive, reasonably price.  I agreed to have them complete the work and they were at my place 3 days later. Everything was completed and delivered as promised. I am so glad I gave these guys with little presence on yelp the opportunity, I couldn't have been happier with the outcome!  I will definitely be using them again for my next project!!
