Lugo was here at my new home for phase one of the work needing to be accomplished here.  I am not exaggerating, or embellishing, when I say that Rick, the owner of this business, is by far the best handyman I have ever had the pleasure of utilizing for household fixes.  He is professional, cordial and committed to excellence in his work ethic.  I plan to use him again and again, and would recommend him for any and all work you may have on your list.  For specific perspective, I am a senior, single woman who used to get this sort of help from my son, but we now live in different cities.  I had a hard time finding handymen who were willing to hang heavy mirrors and art, hook up the stereo system etc., since many of those contacted were looking for mostly contractor type work.  This man, I'm surmising, can do it all and we will be moving on to contractor work in phase two.

Marty was punctual, professional, and very nice. He turned an all day struggle for my husband into less than an hour. My mirror and picture are perfect. His measurements were spot on. I will call him for other jobs.

Called Everette he went out the next day to look at our tenant's door that was leaking water in and also the stove fan was not working.  He was able to get the materials and come in the following Monday at 8am and got everything replaced.  Price was fair, communication via text and phone was top notch. Invoice sent and easy to be paid the next day. Amazing 10/10 would recommend.

Showed up right on time and got the things done quickly with no issues. Reasonable rate and will use again in the future as needed.

Responded quickly to texts and showed up when he said they would.  Did the work expected and cleaned up after themselves. No complaints. Would use again.

During monsoon season, Doug promptly came out to repair our water damaged outdoor (front porch area) ceiling.  Outstanding job. Professional. Friendly.  Thank you Doug and his helper, Bob!

We recently sold our home and had some small repairs to do at the buyers request. Chris has come out to the house twice now and was able to take care of all repairs from plumbing to cosmetic needs. He repaired a leaky shower valve, sealed a large gap in the kitchen sink, and replaced a hose spigot outside. We will be using him at our new build to add a backsplash and tile a shower as well. He is on time, knowledgeable, and professional. Would highly recommend if you want the job done right!

Jason was awesome. He returned calls and followed up to confirm appointment, was clear on the work that needed to be done, worked swiftly, precisely, and methodically. He helped to hang a chandelier in one of the room and curtains for our super slider (way better now than the bed sheet we had up for over two months!). We would definitely contact We Know the Drill  again for any future service!

I had a huge piece of stucco that ran all the way along the front side of my house that started to fall down. Dror was very responsive to my messages and came out very quick to assess the damage and provide a quote. His rates were very competitive with the other quotes I received. Once I hired him, he kept in communication with about the timelines for the work to be done.

He showed up right on time (even a little early) and worked diligently the entire time. The house looked good as new when he was done. I would not hesitate to use Dror for any needs around my house. He is very skilled and a nice person on top of it.

He responded and came on time and did a great job in fixing my friend's bath tissue holder that broke.

I did not work with them. My only review was based on our correspondce. They get a high mark as they were very responsive but a low mark as they were really expensive.

I called them out on their price and they lowered it but then only quoted 1/2 the work. I was able to get all my work by another Handyman for less than 1/2 of what they originally quoted and it was done very well.  

I understand that folks need to make a living.  No issue there. But you also have to be marketable.   They may be a great company.  I would suggest getting multiple quotes.

I've used a contractor once and it was a complete nightmare. I was terrified that I would have similar issues with Dream Builder Renovation and I'm very pleased to announce that they exceeded my expectations.  The price was very fair for the work I needed completed. Also, the work was completed within the time frame I was originally quoted. Maisa is awesome. She would text me throughout the day letting me know when Elvis would be arriving, what items were completed, what will be completed next and when, along with pics so I could see the progress for myself. I also liked how the work was able to completed without me  being present.
I never had butcher block counter tops before , I only had laminate. I love how Elvis brought to my attention that my butcher blocks were not sealed and he recommended that they be sealed. When I purchased my home, the tile job in my master bath was not very good (if I'm being tact). Elvis cut the tile properly; removed old caulk and applied new caulk. Now my tub looks perfect. I wanted sliding closet doors installed. Elvis picked out perfect doors and installed them. He knew exactly what I wanted which saved me a lot of time from having to get it myself. The original tile in my son's bathtub was also crooked and the tub needed to be resurfaced. Elvis took care of that as well for me. I'm very happy with the work and I look forward to calling Elvis again for future projects.

I give JT TWO FIVE STARS, first for integrity & second for outstanding workmanship. He's done many projects but the most impressive was the gigantic pot rack installed with an 18' ceiling. Absolutely level the first time!  How many handymen would even attempt that job!

My front door made a hole in my wall because it was swung open too hard. The response time was super fast and they were able to come out next day! I'm extremely satisfied with my service, it looks as if nothing ever happened. :)

My coworker recommended Nate's services to replace a door I had to break (latching was broken). He came to the house, he was prompt, very professional and very respectful. My wife was home alone with our baby, and she raved how comfortable she felt with him working there. He ended up hanging two doors for. The gaps are great and even, and the doors open and close perfectly. I'm glad I was given his info. We even spoke about future work that he'll be doing for us, as well. Thanks Nate!

Axel is a knowledgeable,  takes no shortcuts, friendly and reliable contractor. He did our ceiling fan replacement today and we are so pleased . Will use Axel again for further jobs

I haven't dealt with them personally but I'm cleaning up a job that they totally screwed up for a client of mine. I was unable to do the job and he was looking to get it done in a speedy fashion so he called silverback. In the end I'm redoing it all.

I have had Savage Home Improvement do nearly a dozen jobs for me since moving into our new home. Door replacement, appliance replacement, installing new flooring, landscape lighting, and so much more.
They are very skilled and great to work with overall.
