Rick was very friendly, listened to my questions and  answered them. He was on time and completed my old ceiling fan removal and install new fan in 1hr as quoted. Everything worked out great. If you need anything done, call Chris. It is his business and he takes great pride in what he does. Plus he's licensed and if you have ever had work done by an unlicensed handyman you do so at your own risk.
I had several jobs to be done: kitchen backsplash installed , kitchen island stone installed, removal and drywall replacement  with insulation of large doggy door. He did it all perfectly in a day and a half. He is very organized, cleaned up accordingly and his prices are more than fair. I highly recommend!

We called Jason to do a lot of work on our new rental property.  Even though we are not local, it was extremely easy to communicate with Jason. We emailed him our inspection report, he responded with approximate prices. We hired him for the job and he showed up on time and completed the projects ahead of schedule. J.T. installed a water softener for me recently, and did an immaculate job.  He has also installed a couple ceiling fans for us in the past.  His prices are always very fair, yet I don't have any problem paying for high-quality, honest, friendly service.  It's really nice to know a guy who can fix/install almost anything.  Keep his number handy!

My front door made a hole in my wall because it was swung open too hard. The response time was super fast and they were able to come out next day! I'm extremely satisfied with my service, it looks as if nothing ever happened. :)

I was hoping to give them a better review as I go out of my way to support Veteran Owned companies. However, after I gave all my information and had a great talk with Brian....they never called me back and I had to find another company to the do the work.

Brian even told me about his Friend, Brett, and his Yoga studio/clothing line and how the owner is in Texas and blah blah blah!!  I mean I felt like I was connecting and they were gonna do great work!!  BUT NO!!

NO ONE CALLED BACK!!

So disappointed!!

I'm sure they have a reason....please call and check them out for yourself as others have given them good reviews.

Not sure what happened....but the ball was dropped for me!!

I was hopeful that this vendor would be satisfactory and that I'd call them for repeat service. On the surface it appeared that they were professional and organized. I soon learned otherwise. They were to come back for a return visit to remedy a job they installed incorrectly. For weeks, I contacted Brian and no response. He confused matters when I brought to his attention the number of attempts I made to contact to reschedule via phone, email and text. At one point, I contacted Brandon to let him know I had been trying to get a return visit scheduled for weeks. I sensed in-fighting between them when he abruptly expressed frustration and said "that's Brian's job" and that he'd take care of it. Yet, still, no contact from them. I've since hired someone else to fix their repair and have paid twice for the same job. I requested a refund from Savage and have never gotten a response. These folks are a poor reflection on "veteran-owned business". Do yourself a favor and steer clear.  Unreliable is an understatement.
