Lugo was amazing.  Reasonably priced for the quality we received, we couldn't be happier with the repairs he made.  He is presently on the look out for cabinet drawers to replace our broken ones.  We look forward to a long lasting partnership and new handyman for our family.

I needed my sister's house painted, light fixtures installed, tv mounted and furniture built (dining table, wine rack, chairs, entry bench). We were under a time constraint to have it finished before my brother-in-law came home from surgery. They arrived that day and had everything completed in under 3 days. The work was excellent, they were so nice, professional and reasonably priced. They even stopped on the way to get us the right light bulbs for our fixture because we bought the wrong ones. I received quotes from other companies and they didn't compare to how reasonable their prices were. My sister will definitely be hiring them again for any future work they need. Happy we found them at the perfect time and will have a handyman for any future needs. Highly highly recommend.

Gustavo installed a exterior door on our house and fixed broken curtain rod supports.  He is professional and easy to work with.  We plan to hire him for future projects.

Doug and Steve did a great job replacing shower fixtures and caulking. They were both professional, friendly, and very responsive. I will definitely use them in the future!

Chris and his crew are amazing.  They were on time.  He was very easy to communicate with.  They did a great job installing my new front door.  I will use him again.  Craftsmanship was excellent with clear attention to detail.

Jason is the most knowledgeable, honest and fairly-priced handyman in the business. Any time I have a project that does not require a specialized service company, the first person I call is Jason of We Know the Drill. I truly can't say enough great things about him. We've probably hired Jason ten times or more in the past six months. He always does exceptional work. He always works hard the entire time. He is very professional, friendly and respectful. When it comes to projects around the house, there is no one else I call. Jason is hands-down the best in the business.

Dror took care of all my projects from replacing a cement slab in my walkway to hanging a new fan, 2 chandeliers, and 2 can lights. His communication was awesome. By the time we were done I completely trusted him. His work was precise, he kept everything clean, and cleaned up every area as he went along. I highly recommend him and will use him for all my household projects. Oh and he is also very honest and his guidance is spot on!

What a great experience!  Mr. Mac came out just as he said he would and ON TIME!  He actually did more for us than we expected!  Very professional and super friendly.  He knows his stuff!  Great guy with a great attitude.  I would most definitely call him back again for another project.  Very reasonably charge as well.  My husband and I both appreciated his experience and knowledge.

I did not work with them. My only review was based on our correspondce. They get a high mark as they were very responsive but a low mark as they were really expensive.

I called them out on their price and they lowered it but then only quoted 1/2 the work. I was able to get all my work by another Handyman for less than 1/2 of what they originally quoted and it was done very well.  

I understand that folks need to make a living.  No issue there. But you also have to be marketable.   They may be a great company.  I would suggest getting multiple quotes.

Would not recommend. They abandoned the job and charged too much for too many mistakes. Leaks all over, I had to redo a lot of the work myself and hire a professional to reinstall the shower door.

I will be putting a formal complaint with the AZROC for no license and job abandonment.
Elvis three times told us he was a licensed GC. When you look them up on the AZROC they are nowhere to be found. Definitely not a dream but a horrible nightmare.

Maisa, thank you for your response. The last text I sent Elvis (4/22/22) asking to come finish the job he said he would get back and that had been over a month. He never got back to me.
The piping that we discussed I told Elvis not to do it that way and he did it anyways. Elvis was the one saying it would work, not me or Kelle.

And no I have not paid the rest because again, the job was ABANDONED. When a job is abandoned the job won't get paid.
In everything we discussed through text, in person, and over the phone, it was not completed on your end.

For everyone else considering hiring these scammers, I suggest you ensure the job is under $1,000 as anything over that is illegal without an AZROC license.

I have called 3 times in the last month and a half trying to schedule an appointment for them to come out to the Air Force base and look at our washing machine. All I ever get is a voicemail system and they've never even had the courtesy to returned my call.

My front door made a hole in my wall because it was swung open too hard. The response time was super fast and they were able to come out next day! I'm extremely satisfied with my service, it looks as if nothing ever happened. :)

Nate helped me to install new washer machine and he only took 30 minutes to remove & install new one.  Good communication with good deal.

Axel came to my home and helped replace 3 old faucets. He was on time, very professional, knowledgeable and did quality work. I would highly recommend his services and plan on calling him for future projects.

I haven't dealt with them personally but I'm cleaning up a job that they totally screwed up for a client of mine. I was unable to do the job and he was looking to get it done in a speedy fashion so he called silverback. In the end I'm redoing it all.

I was hopeful that this vendor would be satisfactory and that I'd call them for repeat service. On the surface it appeared that they were professional and organized. I soon learned otherwise. They were to come back for a return visit to remedy a job they installed incorrectly. For weeks, I contacted Brian and no response. He confused matters when I brought to his attention the number of attempts I made to contact to reschedule via phone, email and text. At one point, I contacted Brandon to let him know I had been trying to get a return visit scheduled for weeks. I sensed in-fighting between them when he abruptly expressed frustration and said "that's Brian's job" and that he'd take care of it. Yet, still, no contact from them. I've since hired someone else to fix their repair and have paid twice for the same job. I requested a refund from Savage and have never gotten a response. These folks are a poor reflection on "veteran-owned business". Do yourself a favor and steer clear.  Unreliable is an understatement.
