Rick was very friendly, listened to my questions and  answered them. He was on time and completed my old ceiling fan removal and install new fan in 1hr as quoted. Everything worked out great. I will recommend Lugo Handyman Services to everyone that asks me about a handyman. I wouldn't hesitate to have other work done by him. Fast, friendly  and didn't try to add to the quote. We were in a bit of a time crunch to rebuild part of our fence, and I was so relieved to hear back from Gustavo. He offered to come out the next day and provided a very reasonable, straightforward quote. He came even earlier than expected and finished it within a few hours. The fence looks great and is sturdier than it was before. We will definitely reach out again for help with other projects!

Doug is a throwback to when people actually cared about whatever they did!!  Honest, conscientious, and friendly.  (I had called a plumber who repaired a leaky toilet seal and proceeded to tell me I needed the walls taken out 20 inches high around the toilet due to mold--and he of course had a dry out company come and do that--then that guy told me I needed another company to do the repair.  As the dry out was proceeding and getting an estimate on the repair--which was outrages-- I realized these 3 companies were a racket--but the walls were already removed.)
 I scrolled through Yelp and found Doug--He came that day and gave me an estimate that was totally reasonable. And I asked him about a  myriad of "honey-dos". A super thing was that he told me flat out about some items on my list that he was not comfortable or capable of doing well.  He sent me a full estimate that night.  I hired him to do the bathroom wall repair--which required removing the toilet and yet another seal replaced.  He did a great job---you cannot tell where the wall was replaced after painting it.  He also replaced and painted all the floor moldings and replaced a cracked piece of tile.  And he even picked up the paint colors I needed from Dunn Edwards!  From touch up painting, in most rooms, repairing a hall light electrical glitch, fixing the lock on garage door bolt that would not close, replacing worn tile grout, installing a timer thermostat, and welding a kitchen chair arm back on and more.   This took parts of several days and he was always here at the time he said he would be.  I was so grateful for Doug, the work well and timely done.  I recommend him highly--you will be very happy with his results!! :)

If you need anything done, call Chris. It is his business and he takes great pride in what he does. Plus he's licensed and if you have ever had work done by an unlicensed handyman you do so at your own risk.
I had several jobs to be done: kitchen backsplash installed , kitchen island stone installed, removal and drywall replacement  with insulation of large doggy door. He did it all perfectly in a day and a half. He is very organized, cleaned up accordingly and his prices are more than fair. I highly recommend!

Dror to the rescue! We had several misc items we needed to repair upon putting our house up for sale. Dror was able to quickly come out for a quote, set an appointment for a week later, and complete the work on time. We will definitely reach out to him for projects in our future home!

What a great experience!  Mr. Mac came out just as he said he would and ON TIME!  He actually did more for us than we expected!  Very professional and super friendly.  He knows his stuff!  Great guy with a great attitude.  I would most definitely call him back again for another project.  Very reasonably charge as well.  My husband and I both appreciated his experience and knowledge.

Fast, friendly, professional. Explained the problem in plain English and fixed it right away.  For handyman work, or for a problem with your house where you're not sure who to call, call these guys.  I couldn't be happier with the work and could not give them a stronger recommendation.

Elvis and his team came to our house to do a list of repairs in June 2021. They did some dry wall, grouting, and painting, and some other miscellaneous tasks. The whole thing was supposed to take them two full days, but they did it in one afternoon. It seemed like they rushed through things, but at the time of their departure everything looked good enough (a few things should have been cleaned up better, but overall it was fine). The whole thing cost us around $2500, which was a higher price than some other companies had offered, but worth it for what we hoped would be a high-quality job.

After a few months, the cracks they had fixed were back in the drywall, so we asked Elvis to come back to fix things again. He did it at no additional cost to us. Again, we were mostly happy with the work they did and we appreciated that he came back to fix things.

Now, in January 2022, all of the cracks are back in the drywall and some in the grouting, and the paint job looks very bad (see photos). Overall, it feels like we spent a lot of money and things look just as bad, and in some cases worse, than they had before they came.

Today was the second time we called JT to come help us out. The ballast went out in the laundry room and he replaced it in a flash! We also asked him to fix the outlet above our garage door opener since it had gone out a few months ago and we have had to use an extension cord. He came back in shortly after I left and said that it worked and had no issues! We are so thrilled that we found JT as he is honest and hard working! Thanks JT!!

My front door made a hole in my wall because it was swung open too hard. The response time was super fast and they were able to come out next day! I'm extremely satisfied with my service, it looks as if nothing ever happened. :)

Nate and his father Eric completed a list of 12 items at one house, and five items at a second house. I left them alone to complete their work and it was all done correctly the first time. In addition, they brought their own toolsAnd purchased additional items that were needed. But what really blew me away was that they actually cleaned up after themselves! they completed everything from drywall repair to hanging curtain rods. They completed the work quickly and were very professional. One of them is coming back again this Saturday. I have worked with several handymen before, and you will hit the jackpot if you hire these people.

Axel is a really great guy! He is the best handyman I've found since buying my home. He is multi talented...he's installed new light fixtures inside and out, renewed the caulking around all of my windows and sliding glass doors, and replaced the vent fan/light in one of the bathrooms as well as minor repairs around my home. He is friendly, courteous and professional and excellent communicator. I highly recommend!

Project was a Lifetime playground from one of the warehouse stores. The crew was punctual and showed up ready to work.
Enough Silverbacks were onsite to complete the job safely and professionally!
They cleaned up the project area when complete. Making sure multiple times my wife and I were satisfied.
I will be using Silverback again and recommend them for any project. From a 9 hour playground assembly to helping little old ladies across the street with their groceries. Thank you guys! The family and I appreciate it... especially the boys!!!

I was hopeful that this vendor would be satisfactory and that I'd call them for repeat service. On the surface it appeared that they were professional and organized. I soon learned otherwise. They were to come back for a return visit to remedy a job they installed incorrectly. For weeks, I contacted Brian and no response. He confused matters when I brought to his attention the number of attempts I made to contact to reschedule via phone, email and text. At one point, I contacted Brandon to let him know I had been trying to get a return visit scheduled for weeks. I sensed in-fighting between them when he abruptly expressed frustration and said "that's Brian's job" and that he'd take care of it. Yet, still, no contact from them. I've since hired someone else to fix their repair and have paid twice for the same job. I requested a refund from Savage and have never gotten a response. These folks are a poor reflection on "veteran-owned business". Do yourself a favor and steer clear.  Unreliable is an understatement.
