This company is great! I had the pleasure to work with David, our Sr PM. Super, nice, and informative! he walked us thru the process and had all the answers. Daniel and partner completed the work as planned and did an awesome job! They were super nice and always informed us what they were doing. The end result was great!  The best part is that when they left, there was no clean-up. They packed up and cleaned everything as if nothing had happened. I was amazed. Usually, after work is done, there's always some sort of mess. I totally recommend this company as my experience was super satisfactory!

After sustaining hail damage in October I reached out to many roofing companies - it was such hard work to get them to return my calls let alone offer to quote the job.  My neighbor had connected with Aiden Latten at Mission Restoration and introduced us.  From that moment on it was easy.  Mission coordinated everything with the insurance company and the job was completed within 4 weeks!!!!!

It was a pleasure to work with them.  In addition, Aiden painted all the vents and chimney to make the roof look perfect.

We had wind damage to our roof. we called Mission Restoration and Ashley was our project manager. She always communicated with us promptly and continuously communicated with us throughout the job. Scheduling was flexible and the work on the roof was outstanding. Great company and great employees to work with. Our next door neighbor had the same wind damage and he's still waiting for his contractor to fix his roof.

Our roof took a direct hit from a microburst causing serious damage. Normally I am leery of folks coming to the door offering to take a look at repairs, but Kisasi and his team set me at ease. They quickly took a look and estimated the damage to the roof and showed us issues that would require the replacement of the whole roof.

Getting our insurance claim paid was no easy task, but Mission Restoration and their staff supported the claim all the way. They prepared reports and photos and spoke with my adjuster to obtain a mutually agreeable price, and handled everything.

Unlike my insurance company, Mission Restoration was extremely responsive to communications from me, even returning a call in the late evening when my tarp blew off.

On top of their stellar responsiveness and service, they also did a great job on the roof. Our roof looks great and the job was done on time.

I would highly recommend Mission Restoration if you have any roofing needs.

Mission Restoration really went above and beyond for our roof. We had some pretty bad damage after a big storm and Sean specifically made the entire process so simple and understandable for me. He took us from not knowing what to do next to, meeting the insurance adjuster at our home, then following up with us and them to make sure everything was covered that was damaged. They worked with our schedule to get the roof put on. They understood the delays that would occur with the insurance company checks arriving and needing to get them signed by our mortgage lender. They were patient, kind, and Sean really excelled with excellent communication and customer service. If every trade could be this excellent home repairs would be a breeze. I'm grateful to mission for giving me hope in home improvement companies again, especially post pandemic. Where other companies do the least possible and push off responsibility. Sean and Mission really held our hands and took on the responsibility of making sure we understood what was happening at all times and checking in with us and our concerns.

They had an extremely poor response time to begin with (which should have set off alarm bells) charged over $24k (thank goodness for insurance) and now I'm being ghosted for 15 days and counting when I've asked for them to repair this shoddy work. Everyone say a prayer that they not make things worse and actually pick up the phone and call back to fix this

Im completely discouraged with this company. They are door knockers at best. My roof was destroyed in an AZ monsoon sept 4th. I reached out to ASHLEY aka ashleys roofing services who represents as mission restoration (before calling my homeowners directly, my bad)...my AMAZING insurance agent had a rep here immediatley...and gave me a 17k roof allowance. GOLDEN!  Yet Ashley wasnt happy...she went for kidneys and asked for almost DOUBLE from my insurance. Pretty sad that im now getting cancelled and the other 2 bids i was requested to get (due to ridiculous ashley bid) are significanly lower. $17k and $20k....she was at $29k... This company is a scandoulas money hungry business....OH! BTW..the first time i met Ashley, she made herself very comfy in my house by taking off her shoes and plopping her feet on my coffee table while we discussed roof colors...
I really encourage mission restoration to take me to court over signing a contract that CLEARLY is over priced and scandolous. DONT MAKE MY OLD LADY MISTAKE!

Had amazing service from an phenomenal contractor. We had Marshall Lavender work to get us our new roof. He is a great person with a great work ethic- he fought with our insurance, had great communication, and made sure our work got done right.

Mission Restoration replaced my entire roof that was damaged by a hail storm.
The work was delayed a few time because weather conditions prevented repair....that's understandable.
When the works crews did arrive they worked nonstop for two days and were very professional. It took them two days to complete the roof and the third day for a immaculate clean up. The roof looks great and the price was right, my homeowners insurance took care of that.
Justin was the guy in charge of the whole procedure and he was great to work with, very polite and professional....he kept me informed from start to finish and his integrity was spot on.

I was going to have mission Restoration do my roof I ordered one color they brought out a different color and then when I asked him to take it off my roof they damaged my roof even more I would never recommend these guys and Matt is very rude and inconsiderate

Great service, work was excellent, clean up was good.   They worked with our insurance so all we had to pay was the deductible.  The initial estimate sent to the insurance company was low, and  had to be revised, so the process took longer than expected.

Best guys in Phx and All of AZ for insurance restoration and roofing. 10/10 thumbs ups y'all.

They are at it again. This time Ben knocked on the door ignoring two no soliciting signs and when I ask he gives the same excuse telling me that he isn't selling anything. I would never do business with a company that goes door to door and especially one that has employees that don't respect privacy.

Only company in valley that does roofing and solar with quality. I wouldn't trust anyone else!

I hired Mission Restoration in March, 2022 to install a new shingle roof on my house, and new flat roofing on my patio cover and on a free-standing RV cover. Among the six roofing contractors who gave me estimates, Mission had the best combination of pricing and non-onerous contract terms.

Two of Mission's competitors had slightly better pricing; however, the terms of the contracts they expected me to sign were absolutely ridiculous.  Those competitors' terms said, in layman's language, that they were not responsible for any consequential damages (including property damage or bodily injury) caused by their work or workmanship, and that if they were somehow found responsible for damages, those damages would be limited to no more than the cost of the contract. So, for example, if during the roofing process, their crane operator (who had to lift my AC unit so the crew could roof underneath it) messed up and dropped the AC unit through the roof, landing it on my head, the contractor WOULDN'T be responsible, and if they were found responsible, the most I could recover was the contract price of the job, even if I was left paralyzed, with a hole in my roof and ceiling, and with a smooshed AC unit!  Even more ridiculous was the fact that those proposed contracts from these shyster competitors of Mission Restoration actually said these terms had been discussed with me (they hadn't) and that I was getting a price discount in return for agreeing to them. What a crock!

Mission's contract included none of the self-serving B.S. language of its competitors. It was straightforward, fair and reasonable, and their pricing was competitive. They also answered my questions in a timely manner and had favorable online reviews. So, I went with them.

On day one of the project, the crew showed up on time and ready to work. They were courteous, respectful and diligent in trying to clean up debris and roofing material as each installation day ended.

Most impressive was the fact that unbeknownst to me, I had a lot more sections of water-damaged/partially rotten wood (under both my old shingles and under my old flat roofing) than previously anticipated. Mission's price quote included a certain amount of wood replacement but when that amount had to be almost quadrupled, there was only an additional pass-through charge for the extra wood (with no markup), but NO additional labor charges. Also at no additional cost (material or labor), the Mission crew even installed 1 x 2' trim around the entire perimeter of my RV cover since the original homeowner hadn't bothered to install it, and since the Mission project manager said it was needed before they could replace the drip-edge after the flat roofing was installed on the structure.

At the end of the job, the crew meticulously went over the entire outside of my house with a roller magnet to pick up any stray roofing fasteners and Chaz, the project manager, asked me to join him for a complete walk-around inspection of the job to ensure I was satisfied. I was. My new roof looks great!

In short, the Mission crew was diligent, conscientious, and respectful of my home. Most importantly, they did a 5-star job!

I did delay writing this review until now because it hadn't rained hard in my area since the installation was completed early last April. Now that we've had several extremely severe monsoon storms, I can verify I've found no leaks and that all of the workmanship appears to have been just what I bargained for.

Today's contractor world is mostly a dumpster fire, filled with contractors who are unreliable, unscrupulous, disorganized, overpriced and downright lazy. Finding a really good company that cares about quality, customer satisfaction, commitment and value is rare; but Mission Restoration is one of those companies.  I've now recommended Mission to a several people and would certainly recommend anyone looking for roofing work give them a chance to impress you as they've impressed me!.

Mission Restoration came out to evaluate the leak on our flat roof and after its inspection determined that it did not need to be recoated- just a repair around an old microwave dish that caused the leaking.
Another company had also come out the day before and recommended an entire roof  recoating which would have been much more expensive. Chris even cleaned up the debris which had collected from a nearby tree and reattached some loose tiles.
I can't recommend them highly enough- their integrity is evident and we will certainly call on them again!

We recently had our roof replaced due to a leak and storm damage from monsoon season. Pearce stopped by the day of the storm to help with the leak, he was excellent throughout every step and handled the whole process. We now have a great new roof and would recommend Mission Restoration in the future.

I cannot say enough great things about Chad and ProStruct builders. We just got finished with a roof installation and the process was great. They started early, stayed late and brought a big crew to complete the work quickly. The results were fantastic, and the cleanup was top notch. Highly recommend.

They came out to look at the building and never responded with a quote or a no thank you. Even called them twice to follow up.

I was looking forward to having Mission Restoration come take a look at work I needed done to stop a leak. I booked an appointment on their website's Inspection Scheduler. I waited and despite my receiving texts and emails confirming the appointment - they were No Show. I tried to leave a voicemail, but their system is not set up for messages. I sent an email and no reply. So did not use them. Most likely would not put them on the list for future project inquiries.

Mission restoration was prompt and reliable. They came on site and identified the source of the leaking. It was hard to find someone during the holiday season. I'd highly recommend them for the service.

I couldn't be more pleased with Prostruct Builders.  My roof was done in one day! From tear-off in the morning to finishing touches at night.

My roof was damaged in a wind storm and Zach handled everything with my insurance company.  He walked me through the entire process, explaining what was happening and what would come next.  In the end, everything turned out exactly as he said it would.  Not only is Zach very personable, he's reliable and let me know when he would be here.  I was never left wondering what was going on.

Zach even moved the start work date for me so that he could be on-site while they were working, per my request.

I would absolutely recommend this company and am grateful to have had such an easy experience.

I had a roof leak near my skylight destroyed ceiling sheet rock etc. found Mission restoration on Internet search. They called me and showed up within a day and did an absolutely fantastic job of replacing the skylight and finishing off the interior to where it looks better than it did before thIIt is the b experience I've had with workmen in ArizonaI

Except, apparently, sending someone to inspect my roof and install new vents - both ridge vents and soffit vents. That's apparently below them to do (or even quote for that matter).

Buyer beware. Seems like a company looking for projects where they can upcharge at will and at your expense.

We just finished getting a new roof by this outstanding company. It was a joy to work with ProStruct Builders from the start till finish. The service we received was EXCELLENT.

I want to give a shout out to Greg and Connor.  These two were fabulous and in our opinion went above and beyond! We were amazed by the calls, texts, etc. on updates and progress and working with our insurance company. I am a big believer that word of mouth is by far the best advertising that can be done for a company. These two gentlemen are a great asset to this company.

Prostruct did an excellent job and was done super quick. Travis gave excellent customer service before during and after the job. Have them come out while your insurance adjuster is there. I can't recommend them enough!

I worked with Sam on my roofing project.  He kept me informed during the process and did all the leg work with the insurance company.  The crew that did the work on the roof were amazing.  I don't think I've ever seen harder working people in my life.  Both days were over 108 degrees and these men worked from early morning to 7:30 or so in the evening.  I was very impressed with their dedication and work ethic.  Without question I highly recommend this company.

I didn't use them but must write a review for their wonderful customer service. Whomever I spoke to via the Yelp messages app was upfront, honest and gave helpful advice and tips on what to look for when searching for a legitimate roofing company but also what to look for in an insurance company policy.
My moms roof was destroyed during monsoon season and the insurance company we have didn't cover it because it wasn't caused by fire or lightening  -_-   Thoroughly annoyed I reached out to to ProStruct Builders for an estimate and they replied stating that they aren't able to help with our roofing needs at the moment and made suggestions that financially would make more sense for us. Like what?!?! You're not gonna try to hustle me for money? Whoa thats different.
On top of that they pointed out that the insurance policy we have is pretty crappy and should consider switching and gave pointers on what it should include.
I was pleasantly surprised by their kindness even after knowing they weren't gaining anything from it. I appreciate the look out. Thanks for restoring my faith in good business and humanity!

Our roof,deck, and facia on our cabin in Pinetop, Az were severely damaged in a recent hail storm. We needed a new roof, front deck and facia. We hired Thomas Doran of Prostruct Builders! He handled every step from a new roof, new front deck and repair of badly dented facia. He was fabulous! He arranged and managed every aspect of the restoration! Everyone he hired, did great work. I didn't have to do a thing.
Kudos to one of his subs, Hogoboom Restoration who replaced and restained all the new wood. Alex, the company head, along with his assistant Christian did impeccable work.
I would highly recommend using Thomas Doran, with Prostruct Restoration, for any large home project!

After a nasty summer monsoon storm caused damage to our roof, ProStruct builders fought for us for a YEAR to get our roof replacement covered 100% by our insurance. They were patient, had the right resources and knowledge, and provided quality work. We have loved the experience (though working with insurance is always taxing on your stress levels!) and would HIGHLY recommend using them. We are so happy with the outcome!

Great experience! I am an out of state landlord and Thomas was working on a job in the neighborhood of my rental and knocked on the door because he noticed damage to the roof. Since I am out of state I was unaware of a storm that had hit in Scottsdale and apparently did some damage to the roof. He worked closely with my insurance company and property manager to make sure everything went smoothly. I was skeptical at first being out of state but he kept a great line of communication and handled everything. Once the job was done he sent me numerous pictures so I could see how everything looked from all angles. I would recommend them!
