We were in need of a new ~420 SF Patio Cover for our backyard patio on our 1950s ranch-style house. We received several quotes and decided to hire FIVE40 Remodeling, and it was a great decision. Shannon and his team did an absolutely fantastic job. We had a rough design in mind already, and Shannon came in and executed it perfectly, at a very fair price, and in a timely fashion. Shannon worked with us throughout the project, helped us stay within our budget, and the finished result was above and beyond what we expected! The quality of work was top-notch, as was their professionalism, customer service and attention to detail. Shannon took into account the 1950s-era construction of our home, and made the new cover match that look, while still creating something that was unique and different. The cover certainly raised the value of our home, and created an exceptional backyard space for us to have ample shade and entertain. We absolutely love our backyard now! Garage floor looks great!!  Excellent service and product. We also had our back patio done (different product) and that turned out just as good as the garage floor.

They did such a good job, we are now using them to install ceiling racks in the garage.

The ladies in the store were great with helping me select and order the tile for my project.  It did take a long time for the product to arrive at the store were I picked it up.  The tile did meet all my expectations.

Tony his team literally saved me from a nightmare.  I hired someone who was getting their company up and going to make my brick wall higher in my backyard.  It was originally only 5ft tall and everyone could see in my backyard. This new company completely botched the wall and was not unstained it correctly.  I had to fire them on the spot but they've already created such a mess.  I contacted Tony to come check out the horrible job to see if he could provide me a estimate. He came out the next day and let me know what all needed to be done to correct the issue and finish the job.  The estimate was a fairly priced for the work ahead.  I agreed and he came back the next day with his team.  They had my wall done within hours which included reinforcing and correcting the problem from the first company.  He was super professional,  cleaned up their mess ALONG with the previous company mess  and the communication was great. I have a 3-ton Trane A/C unit for our second floor that is original to the home and 20 years old. Every year or two for the past 8 years it gets low on Freon gas and needs a recharge to operate properly.

I called Precision Air to come out and do their advertised tune up that includes up to one pound of Freon with the service call. A few days later their tech showed up but would not add any Freon because the compressor would not turn on. The compressor would not turn on because the unit was low on Freon. It was a catch-22 situation. They didn't try to charge me for this big waste of time but I still had an old unit needing a Freon recharge.

I found the great reviews about Flores A/C here on Yelp. However, they don't usually come up to Cave Creek. They recommended Cruz at CHA A/C. He came the next day.
He went through an entire diagnostic process to ensure that there were no other issues with my old unit, explaining everything that he was doing as he went along.

He 'forced' the compressor to turn on and, sure enough, it was low on Freon. He recharged the unit with 2.3 pounds and it's been cooling our second floor like a new unit all afternoon.

Cruz charged us exactly as he described over the phone. It turned out to be less than what the charges would have been with Precision.

Call Cruz. He's the owner. He's not someone's employee on commission.

There should be more stars to reflect the exceptional customer service and outstanding results by Cal and Integrity carpet cleaning!   :-)

We have a wool area rug in our family room in a bright pattern that is gorgeous but there is no hiding spills and stains.  We had this rug cleaned by other carpet cleaning services but never with the superb results by Integrity carpet cleaning. Our rug looks like it did when it was brand new.  It's brilliant and fresh!  

Cal is so polite, responsive and accommodating. He truly believes in Customer First. We highly recommend Integrity Carpet Cleaning and they have loyal and happy customers in us!

Kevin is an expert craftsman and consummate professional. He was communicative, punctual, and a pleasure to work with. Our bathroom looks AMAZING! I highly recommend Kevin for quality work at a fair price.

Mr. Garcia worked very hard on the waterfall faucet for my tub.  It was a difficult job, and the faucet came without any diagrams. Part of the install really did need some explaining.  He did his best but I need to contact the company and ask one question for the job to be completed.
I am going to have him do several more jobs for me.

Jon and his team are wonderful to work with. I needed my kitchen and bathroom remodeled and was lost on choosing a design. It was for a rental property and I had a budget but also didn't want to cut corners on the design. Very efficient, and met the budget and time line. I look forward to using him on future projects.

Consider yourself lucky if you get the opportunity to work with Keith and Roger! From minute one you could tell the team was honest and only concerned with helping you achieve your goals. Keith our lead was knowledgable and happy to guide us, he gave me advice along the way that saved us a ton of money!

The bid was beyond reasonable given the current market - we were blown away - hands down best contractor experience I have ever had!

The company did a very nice job on our floors.  When finished, you will have the option of paying with a credit card at one price or in cash at a lesser price.  Be sure to inspect all of your electrical that they used when they did the work before paying.  A few days after they left and we were in the process of getting the house back together we had to call in an electrician to repair problems that they caused and did not tell us about.  We have contacted them about this but have heard nothing.

The whole Re-Bath team was excellent, from start to finish. Design consultant Bart had lots of great suggestions helping us decide on concepts, styles and colors. He also followed up as work progressed and came around at the end to make sure we were satisfied.
As for the work itself, we can't say enough good things about Brad and others that helped him. His preparation included placing cardboard not only on the floor from the front door, but cutting individual pieces to fit each of the 21 steps of our spiral staircase up to the master bath. Lot of plastic curtains to manage dust, too. Bart was always very professional, and his work (he did it all, from demo to floor tiles to plumbing) was excellent in all respects. His texts kept us well-informed about when he was coming over and provided a daily progress summary with photos when he was done.
The results were exactly what we wanted, and the project was completed on time and at the agreed-upon price. Re-Bath was also the best value of all of the teams we considered, and we're verry happy we went with them.

Jason came in on a Monday the fallowing week on Wednesday had Hugo and another employee come and install just under 1,000sq ft of tile in 2 days and a couple hours. Hugo was great helpful as well as Jason. I would recommend CFS Installations to anyone. Great prices great.
