Best Flooring Contractors in Arizona

Seemed very nice and responsive at first.  Came to the house to see the job and write up a quote - never heard from him again.

Edit: Response to my review is misleading.  It was a project much larger than just countertops, and I found someone that was willing to do just the countertop if that's what made the most sense.  Skyler did not respond to this inquiry/suggestion.  It wasn't as if I waited 4 days, got impatient, and wrote a review.  I waited 13 days and not a peep.  Skyler did reach out to me with apologies after seeing the review, which I appreciate.

I scheduled a meeting with Shannon last week for a 7:30am appointment that he never showed up to. This was unfortunate because my husband had to rearrange his work schedule and waited around for an hour for nothing. Shannon was apologetic for forgetting the appointment and I decided to give him another shot for the following week at 7:30am. He shows up at 7:50am without letting us know he was going to be late at all and provides us with a quote that is 2.5x as expensive as our most expensive quote thus far (we have 3 other quotes). I would have at least expected his timing and customer service would have been perfect with the highly inflated rates.

Only updating my review because it really bothers me when people lie. I'm sure this company does great work and Shannon was friendly but my reviews are always accurate. Below is an image of our conversation with Shannon's "to the minute" appointment time.

We have used Lon for two major redesign projects (kitchen and bath)  in the last few years. We couldn't be more pleased! Lon and his crew were attentive to our needs/changes and worked hard to overcome  big challenges (gas line and plumbing overhaul) that came up during the projects.  His crew was great to work with and above all they're quality craftsmen!  I would highly recommend using them and we certainly will on our next projects.

Look no further!  Char and Dave are awesome people.  The work they did on my garage was outstanding!  The Flexmar coating is a strong, non-yellowing, beautiful coating.  My installation was gray with multi-color flecks.  I can't rave enough about how nice it looks!  I also added 3 gray overhead racks which they installed.  I can't live without those racks!  Best yet, it was all done in about a day's time frame.  I couldn't be happier!  Thank you Char, Dave, and your team for a great job well done, and for just being super cool people!

After looking at a handful of stores for an area rug, I found two possibilities at Baker Bros. Great inventory, bright lighting for easy viewing (unlike many other stores) and a knowledgeable and helpful salesperson. Prices were reasonable and inventory accessible. Found the perfect rug and walked out with it the same day, knowing that if it didn't work in my home I could easily return it. Luckily it was perfect. I highly recommend this Baker Bros location.

I used Aldana Renovations to do some repairs to my subfloor that had water damage. Andoni came out and did an awesome job of repairing the flooring as reinstalling the laminate above it. His prices were more than fair, he was on time, and worked quickly. I would definitely recommend him.

My A/C stopped working last July.  Cruz at CHA was recommended by Flores at Flores Air Conditioning and Heating because Flores was backed up for a week with appointments.  Cruz came out about 90 minutes after speaking with him and he walked me through the different possibilities of what might be wrong with my A/C.  He determined the compressor was going bad and given the age of the unit (17 years), probably best was to replace the entire unit outside.  He rigged up the unit to continue working and he was out the following morning at 6:30 AM to replace the unit.  Very professional work and I highly recommend CHA.

We had our downstairs carpet replaced with Integrity Carpet & Flooring. The company called us back within a few hours to schedule an appointment. Paul, was very helpful in picking out our carpet of choice. Clean-up and installation were excellent. I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends. So happy we found a company we can count on, and look forward to working with them again.

Kevin is an expert craftsman and consummate professional. He was communicative, punctual, and a pleasure to work with. Our bathroom looks AMAZING! I highly recommend Kevin for quality work at a fair price.

Mr. Garcia worked very hard on the waterfall faucet for my tub.  It was a difficult job, and the faucet came without any diagrams. Part of the install really did need some explaining.  He did his best but I need to contact the company and ask one question for the job to be completed.
I am going to have him do several more jobs for me.

Jon and his team are wonderful to work with. I needed my kitchen and bathroom remodeled and was lost on choosing a design. It was for a rental property and I had a budget but also didn't want to cut corners on the design. Very efficient, and met the budget and time line. I look forward to using him on future projects.

Keith and his crew were awesome from start to finish. I worked with Keith to complete a kitchen and master shower renovation. The tile work by Carlos is simply the BEST I've seen. The guy measures twice and cuts once and it all fits perfect. Paul the plumber knows his job inside and out!! The electricians used were great as well, despite the spray foam insulation they were able to put in new outlets and move others.

Keith is a hands on GC that goes above and beyond to make you happy as a customer. His easy professional style  is beyond his years in the industry.

If you're looking for a contractor give Keith a call!!

A  contractor use sticky paper to "protect" my Saltillo tile and when
they removed the paper It took the top layer to the tile off.  I was just
sick.  I found Mexican Tile Restoration on line and called them, they
did an wonderful job. The entire floor looks better now and there is
not a trace of damage left.   I highly recommend this company.

I can't say enough about the work that Joe D did for our family.  We had a few major projects that took planning and and care, and Envy Flooring was the perfect choice.  Let me start by saying that I am not the easiest home owner to work with.  That said, I am not cheap and prefer quality over a cut rate "Craigslister".  I also didn't want to overspend either.  

When Joe D came to measure, we shared with him our vision, as we were changing every foot of flooring, over three stages and three months.  Joe helped us decide the operating order, which way to lay the tile, etc.  When Joe designed our entryway, he laid out a few different options, and he wouldn't stop until we were satisfied.  This same quality and attention to detail was used for our not only the tile, but also carpet and adding detail tiles to our back splash.  

Joe and his brother-in-law (also Joe) are very respectful, hard working and excellent to work with in every way.  It was the two of them that did the measuring, layout, install and clean-up.  Nobody else accessed our house and we were able to give them access and trust that all was going to be safe.  

I would be happy to be a reference for anyone looking for quality and fair pricing.

They didn't seem to want to do business with me. Had them come out for an estimate to remodel my condo's small-ish bathroom.

- They wouldn't give an estimate (not even a range) on the spot claiming to need more info on the building from property management and association docs first. The designer noted they charge somewhat of a premium for their professionalism and the seamlessness of all work done by Re-Bath employees.

- I followed up with the designer 10 days later asking for the status of the estimate and also selecting final fixtures to include in the price

- 3 days later, the designer said he was "waiting on information from production" to provide the estimate. I replied thank you for the update.

- 3 days later, I checked in for a further update, with a reply received back that they were waiting on a "list of requirements" they needed to receive from my property manager in order to provide the estimate. They asked if I could push the "property manager" to get back to Re-Bath.

- Not knowing if Re-Bath had just sent that info request, I waited a few days, heard nothing, so asked the designer to provide me the name of the person and date Re-Bath contacted them so I could try to follow up.

- Still radio silence 15 days later.

I probably could have justified paying some premium for their supposed "professionalism" and "seamlessness", but it does not exist. Total waste of a month and a half, and back to square one for my project.

They initially installed my counter top in granite tiles. A day after the job was done I noticed the corner tile was cracked. I figured no one would see it, so left it and it eventually broke off. I tried for 2 months to get them to come out and repair it, but they put me off and told me to go to Monterrey Tile. I couldn't even get an appointment. They just don't want to mess with repairs or stand behind their work. Their phone mailbox is usually full so you can't leave a message, and they don't answer the phone. So I've ended up texting back and forth for 2 months now, and they have just given me the run around saying they are "backlogged". In the end I should have gone somewhere else right away.
