Best Flooring Contractors in Arizona

We purchased a house with travertine flooring.  I knew replacing was not an option due to the cost, however, there were some large pits, missing grout, and overall dirty looking.  I was referred to Steven through our carpet and laminate flooring contractor (Paradise Tile & Natural Stone - Cosimo).  He suggested I give it a try.   Steven was prompt with his responses and gave me a very fair estimate.  I thought it was worth a shot to see if I could salvage the floors.  WOW!  They are incredible and now the first thing people comment on when they come in.  He was able to fill the large pits and cracks, strip the floor from was build-up, and re-hone the floor.  It's just beautiful now.  Thank you.  I'd give you 10 stars if I could.

We highly recommend AZ Classic Floors. Daniel, the owner, installed our engineered wood flooring and did a beautiful job. He kept to his schedule, was meticulous in his work and cleaned up every night. He is courteous, dependable and is priced competitively. We would definitely hire him again.

Working with our contractor, Jerry Nowell, his office and the highly skilled and good natured subs he employed, resulted in an experience and outcome that surpassed our expectations. Jerry is a standup guy who was always keeping us updated on all aspects of the project including the good, the bad and, on occasional, ugly. If there were hold ups he was very quick to let us know why and what he had done to address the related issue.. No surprises. When we found ourselves questioning how we wanted to proceed on some aspect of the project, his experience and good eye proved invaluable in the decision process. On many occasions he helped steer us clear of making unnecessarily expensive decisions ,often showing greater concern for our stated budget than we.

Jerry has the unique gift of bringing calm to even the most hectic and potentially stressful aspects of the process. In short we can't recommend him highly enough and or begin to express our true gratitude for his professionalism, honesty and patience throughout the process. Honestly, I don't know how to rate Villagio. I didn't have an appointment and was basically ignored when I walked into the showroom. I do have remodeling needs, but I need to feel the love before signing. No love here. The tile selection seems great, but maybe they could use a Walmart greeter?

We had a cable wiring plate that had come out of the wall. All the wiring was hanging out and we were not able to get  it back in.

We contacted Marcos from the Contreras Services and sent him pictures. He was able to figure out what had to be done and came out the next afternoon.

This was one of the best experiences we have had with having someone come out and work on our home.  Marcos was efficient and knew exactly what to do. He was also very respectful and kind and told us what our options could be.  I would recommend this company to anyone.

We did a full remodel on our house. The original contractor kind of bailed on us and didn't finish some of the work. We called several companies to finish the job for us. Zach and Terrell finished our project in a matter of days. They came out and gave us an estimate and we were fortunate they could fit us in between jobs.

They installed a custom built in electric fireplace with designer touches. The work turned out amazing. In the past year we've probably had over 50 different companies in our house from plumbers to contractors to painters, etc. Peters Family Construction would get our #1 ranking out of all of them.

I have hired The Other Brothers to do various repairs around our home from fixing a roof that lost some tiles during a dust storm to replacing the vacuum breaking that broke and flood our yard.  There hasn't been a job yet they couldn't do for me and my 19 year old house. I appreciate how quickly I have received service after calling for "help."  The price paid is worth the service and knowing the job is done right. I have recommended The Other Brothers to friends, family and co-workers.  They have all experienced the same outstanding service. Other Brothers Construction deserve an A++ rating!!!

It's worth notating that Matthew is no longer with the company and I'm guessing that's where the quality has and communication has suffered. Genuinely nice, hard working guys. They worked very long hours with no breaks. Price was better than any of the other bids I received for the job. Communication is really lacking. Upon accepting the bid I was asked to send KGB product/vendor info and to them so KGB which I did. As the project date approached I inquired if the product had been ordered and was told I should order it at this point we are only 4 days away from the project date and by the time I was told to order the product it was no longer available locally and would not be delivered by the project date. I did not want to leave KGB hanging with a canceled job I ran to big box flooring store and picked a product that was locally in stock. Caveat: stair nose pieces are special order and back ordered but at least I have all the flooring ready for the date I committed to. At trio member 1's recommendation I ORDERED EXACTLY WHAT I WAS TOLD TO ORDER we just split the project into two separate jobs as to not cancel original project date. Long story short I knew my stairs would be a pain in the ass and I voiced my concerns and asked for trim details on original walk through as well as when I was left to order product.End result: Unfortunately after I paid them they pointed out where "***** got tired" on the stair cuts so now I have these stairs with trim that I need to either pay to get redone professionally or just look at them everyday as a reminder of where "***** got tired" .  After reaching out to the company they made excuses and told me they should have charged more and gave me a hard time because they had to "work with the "materials I made available" ie the materials they were suppose to order but never did which ended up being the exact materials they told me to order. They set the price I paid it, they sent a long letter itemizing what they should have charged and what they would charge to fix their poor workmanship.Moral of the story: you get what you pay for save the headache and just pay a professional team it's what you'll end up paying to fix their work in the end anyways  and their business model is "DO YOU THINK THAT IF WE HAD TO PULL OFF AGAIN, THE COST WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN QUITE A BIT MORE?" Because doing a good job in the first place isn't implied .

We found Derren on yelp and we are extremely pleased with his work. Our kitchen was pretty beaten up and in desperate need of repair and a new backsplash. Derren spent at least an hour at our home on a Saturday evening to give us a quote (free of charge) and educate us on everything we needed to know about his work, and specifically the tile and design we had chosen for our backsplash. After getting some quotes from others, we chose to go with Derren because of his honesty, confidence, and knowledge of the material. Within a week after the quote he was able to begin work on our kitchen. Not only did he lay a BEAUTIFUL backsplash but he also spent a good day repairing the damage we had done when we removed our previous backsplash. The three days he worked for us he was kind, courteous, (especially towards our jerk of a dog who just wanted to attack him), and efficient with his work. Once the project was complete everything was cleaned up and put back exactly where it was. We are so happy with his work we are having him come back to do more tile work around our fireplace.

I had a great experience with Travis and Lumby Concrete. Travis was very responsive and provided great, professional service throughout the process. I had Travis cut out and remove an old portion of my driveway and repour a concrete ramp. I am very happy with the quality of work and would definitely recommend.

I had the interior/exterior of my home painted. Mark and the guys from Arrowhead Painting were wonderful! The price and the above and beyond customer service I received blew me away. I was amazed that the owner was actually on the job even though his crew was clearly skilled. Thank you for the outstanding attention to detail! It's so appreciated!

Gilbert did excellent work. He repaired both our porches and the workmanship was done with quality.
He quoted me a price and did not go over it. I would have him do more work for us.

This place was fantastic.  Went in there, ordered our carpet and got it all installed within a week.  Awesome install job, price was fair and we are very happy with the results.  

Now for the reason they get 5 stars.  I was in the process of moving out of a rental home and into my newly purchased house.  I had a puppy who put a hole in the carpet at the rental home and needed to make a repair.  Went to carpet depot and told the owner my story.  He made the fantastic suggestion to use carpet out of the closet in the rental home to patch the hole and find a close match at carpet depot to replace the carpet in the closet.  This way we have a 100% match for the repaired hole.  What a great idea!  To top it off he gave us about 15 square feet of free carpet to make the repairs.  He did all this for us without even knowing that I was a previous customer.  What a great guy and a great place.  Will definitely recommend them to anyone!

We've had a great experience with Irving and his company. They have so far tackled our kitchen and baseboard mouldings throughout the house, and we will be adding stone to the fireplace next. They have been very helpful and informative at every step of the project, helping guide us towards making sound decisions. Their workmanship is excellent and they clearly take pride in what they do. We look forward to completing more projects together!

I used Infinity Pro Services to paint the entire interior of a rental property in Gilbert, AZ and I am completely satisfied.

I requested quotes from numerous vendors and Infinity came in as the most competitive and easiest to work with. Sean, the owner, made defining project requirements and scope extremely easy - he was very knowledgeable and offered various solutions to ensure I got what I wanted.

During the project he communicated with me multiple times a day to ensure I was appraised of progress. At the conclusion of the project, following floor install and plumbing, he even came back to do some touch up to make sure everything was just right.

I give Infinity Pro Services my highest recommendation. I intend to use them again on my next project.

Would definitely use again. He mounted our 42inch TV and it was fast + high quality service. Definitely recommend and you can't beat the price!

Purchased carpet through Lowes and they subcontracted the install to Eclipse Flooring in Phoenix. When I say the whole experience was a disaster I am not exaggerating. The carpet took three times as long to arrive as promised (ok, I get it COVID). But, then once the carpet was here, they rescheduled me three times to install. Excuse after excuse. I won't get into details about all the hassles and the rude behavior but suffice to say there is absolutely no accountability what so ever. Lowes gave us $600 credit to for the hassle, but they have no control over the situation because Eclipse is a subcontractor.  Shame on Lowes for using such a terrible company. There are so many bad reviews on Google. I was surprised I was the first on Yelp. The carpet finally got installed but it wasn't worth all the aggravation. Stay as far away from Eclipse Flooring as possible. They do not care one bit about customers.

We moved and liked the work so much we had them do flooring for new house.  Went to 5 other places including big box stores with sales but decided there was nothing as nice so came back for the same tile from first job.  They were able to find it again and the price was right.  Expected a small business to be more $ but not so.  Plus their men do the work not the low bidding sub contractor not connected with the store

I researched at great length to find a flooring company to work with and settled on A2Z because they had excellent reviews, were locally owned and operated, and came back with a good estimate.  On the positive side (the reason for the 2 star review rather than one star), the floor looks great!  Unfortunately, the trim does not.  Communication from them was great when they were trying to get my money.  When I had questions, I often had to ask multiple times to get any answers; answers that were often not accurate (particularly in relation to timeline). I flew in from out of state specifically to be here when the project was to be completed so I could see what I was paying for before paying.  I was informed that "a crew" would be working on my project that was supposed to take about 3-4 days for demo and prep and 2-3 days for installation.  The "crew" was one person for the first 6 days.  I was then assured that "more guys" would be on the job on the 7th day.  One more guy showed up.  Finally on the 8th day (the day the project should have been wrapping up), three guys showed up to work.  It took them 6 days to "finish" the job.  The first four pictures below show what they claimed to be finished work.  The last 3 photos are after they fixed everything.  Typically a job is not complete until it is done correctly and to the customer's satisfaction  Not so with this company.  They insisted I make my final payment (covering the last 50% of the installation labor) prior to them fixing the terribly trim work.  They did reluctantly come back out to my house to fix their work on August 3rd (because I was not willing to pay for a job that was not yet complete).  I informed them that I would be traveling and out of cell reception  for a couple weeks, but that I would contact them as soon as I got to the house to see their work so I could
make the final payment.  Their "communication" at this point bordered on harassment (multiple voicemails and texts demanding final payment before I could see if they fixed the issues).  They did, in fact, clean many of the black smudges off the walls and reset the corner pieces to be more aligned with the baseboards.  I have paid in full at this point but there are still a couple areas of concern.  I will update this review if and when they make things right.
