Steve even came back at no charge and fixed one small area where a swirl had been left in the sealer. This is the service you want for taking care of your natural stone floors! I remodeled my master bathroom and selected all of the tile from Villagio Tile & Stone. I worked with Garrett and Lisa, who were part of my "dream team." Garrett helped me with selecting tile for the floor and wall, along with a mosaic accent tile. He sketched everything so I would have a good sense of how the 3 styles would blend together. Lisa helped with the finishing touches and making sure that the order was clear - she helped with the amount of tile that would be needed for the walls and how much of the mosaic would be needed. She also helped with the selection of grout and schluter that complemented all the selections. The order was very clear - when it came to installation, everything was in writing.
The remodeled bathroom is beautiful! I have a hard time with how a tile swatch translates to an entire space, but Garrett and Lisa asked questions to know my preferences, made suggestions, and ensured color selections complemented. I felt confident when I made the final decision and my expectations were exceeded when the installation was completed.

We had a cable wiring plate that had come out of the wall. All the wiring was hanging out and we were not able to get it back in.
We contacted Marcos from the Contreras Services and sent him pictures. He was able to figure out what had to be done and came out the next afternoon.
This was one of the best experiences we have had with having someone come out and work on our home. Marcos was efficient and knew exactly what to do. He was also very respectful and kind and told us what our options could be. I would recommend this company to anyone.

We did a full remodel on our house. The original contractor kind of bailed on us and didn't finish some of the work. We called several companies to finish the job for us. Zach and Terrell finished our project in a matter of days. They came out and gave us an estimate and we were fortunate they could fit us in between jobs.
They installed a custom built in electric fireplace with designer touches. The work turned out amazing. In the past year we've probably had over 50 different companies in our house from plumbers to contractors to painters, etc. Peters Family Construction would get our #1 ranking out of all of them.

I have hired The Other Brothers to do various repairs around our home from fixing a roof that lost some tiles during a dust storm to replacing the vacuum breaking that broke and flood our yard. Terrific experience! We hired this company to build a wall around pool equipment and to install metal poles to string lighting on. We also hired them to fix our Ken's sprinkler system. Excellent communication and the end product was great. The price was reasonable and in accordance with the finished product. The company also tiled the newly built wall and redid some existing tile in the pool area to match our new wall. We are very pleased with the end result and would hire this company again.

Mark always kept me posted on the schedule, there were no disagreements between what he did and what was in the proposal and no change to the cost. This is one of those places that will probably continue to fly under the radar because how many times do you buy carpet?! Well my BF just bought his first house and it was in need of some gutting- carpet was the first thing to go. First off, the owner wasn't a pushy sales guy which was awesome. We told him our price range, including the pad, and he showed us the selection we could afford. We spent about 5 min there and had already made a decision after having never looked seriously at carpet (Home Depot doesn't have this kind of selection so it doesn't count in my mind). We scheduled the install a few days out and I think we spent a sold half hour laying face down in the carpet after it was installed.
I highly recommend Carpet Depot if you want an honest business with good values. Phoenix needs more good businesses like this.

Wow! We love Modern Innovations. My wife and I were contemplating purchasing a new home until the market went crazy. We had a dream for our home and Irving brought it to light. No job is too big for him. Irving and his team are beyond respectful, hard working and responsible. He set proper expectations and exceeded our timeline/vision. He renovated our entire kitchen and we're in love with it. Everyone who comes over comments on it and how beautiful it looks. Irving does the job like he's doing it for his home. All I can say is that the business owner must have been raised by wolves. He entered my home without first asking me, while his people were here. He walked around my home without letting me know. I had a check on my table, under my things, which he took without asking first. Lastly, and very upsetting, my husband and I are older. We both had on masks. He did not and never did wear a mask, while walking around my home uninvited.

10:30 am We ordered two ceiling fans and a remote on Amazon thinking we would take advantage of their new Amazon Home Services Group. Our experience was horrible outside of Amazon's normal amazing delivery speed. The day of the installation we received a window of between 11am and 2pm. Kyle from I'm Gonna Fix It called and said they were wrapping up with another client and would be there around 3pm. A gentleman named Chris showed up at 4:30pm and started to work on installing our fans. He pulls me aside before he is done and says "We can bill your second fan through Amazon, or if you can pay cash we will do it for 80.00 instead. Amazon charges us a 20% service fee so we can offer a cash discount."
We are so far behind schedule my wife has time to stop and grab the money on the way home from work. Right before he leaves he comes back and says "Hey I don't have a screwdriver to put the batteries in the remote." He then leaves without testing it, so we had no idea if it would work. Needless to say, the remote won't sync with the system he installed so I call them up and ask them to fix it or remove the unit so we can send it back.
Chris comes out again, this time, he doesn't have a ladder, even though he needed one the first time, so we let him use ours. (What kind of a service comes without a screwdriver or a ladder?), tests the unit, then tells me "Because the unit is defective we have to bill you 65.00 for the hour I was here, but not to worry Amazon will most likely cover the error because the unit was defective." So now they want Amazon to pay us back for their mistake.
His office calls to bill us and I ask them "Why are we paying you to remove something that you didn't test on installation. If the tech actually tested the unit and didn't just leave, then we wouldn't be having a second service call." She says, "Ok I'll call the owner and ask what we can do."
Less than five minutes later Chris shows back up at my house asking me, "What's the problem, and that it was ok to bill us because we let him leave without testing it." It's not only extremely unprofessional to send a service tech back to your front door (not to mention the same one that didn't test the unit) to try and argue on behalf of the company, it borders on intimidation. I wouldn't agree that it was our fault that he didn't test the product he installed and I asked him to leave. The then promptly charged us the 65.00 for the hour. I will never be using Amazon's Home Services again; I'll stick with hiring my Rosie on the House certified contractors.

I can tell you for us the service was nothing like 100% satisfied. It doesn't do me any good to yell at a technician coming to my house for being 2.5 hours late, it does let me know that maybe the company I am working with isn't 100% reliable. It doesn't do me any good when I tell the tech that I have a screwdriver available to put that batteries in, and he says it's fine and goes home. It wouldn't have done me any good this morning to send the man away because he showed up without a ladder when I had one he could use. It definitely didn't do any good to ask your company to make the service call right, because then I had a tech show back up at my house to blame me for his inability to put in batteries, and properly test something he installed.
The good news is there are companies out there that go above and beyond to make things right. Amazon refunded us your service fee of 65.00 and for the remote within the hour when we emailed them. Personally, I was shocked that they would cover a fee, that should have never been charged. It wasn't Amazon's fault we picked the wrong company off of the list to have come to our home. None of that mattered to Amazon, they made it right, and did it quickly, securing our continued business with them for a very long time.
As for offering to put in the new remote for free well I think you can see how we might not think of that as a plus. The last one cost us part of the initial 80.00 (fan installation), and an additional 65.00 (due to reasons listed above).

I would give a rating less than one star if possible. after purchasing the carpet they canceled three times due to family emergencies to install carpet over two months later they finally showed up. That is after I had removed the furniture twice out of the room as they did not cancel until the night prior. Also I had ordered an extra 40 sq feet so that there would be remnants in case of replacing partial carpet later. After install the installer said there were no remnants left I find that very hard to believe. So now I have no carpet for back up in case of a permanent stain. I have complained to Lowes locally and to their corporate office and from the other readers it's obvious that Eclipse flooring is a terrible service to use. I would never order again from Lowe's if they are using the same carpet installer. Terrible customer service!

My experience with A2Z was the worst! I have been remodeling my house for a year with different contractors and have sent several referrals to all of them. I would never recommend A2Z. Friday, April 8th, my husband called Mercy and asked if she wanted us to drop off more of the deposit because we would be moving out of our house to help get the job done faster (6 of us and 2 dogs). She says no they can get it on Monday when we start. They were scheduled to begin work on Monday, April 11th, and that morning Mercy sends the message that they will not be showing up but possibly start Wednesday, April 13th.
Wednesday no-show, so I informed A2Z that the communication has been horrible! Mercy's comment back was, "no one told you to move out of your house" and then some other BS about us being at a cheaper rate because we were supposed to purchase product from them. My husband mentioned several times that we would be moving out. We were told the new start date is Monday 25th. I still did not hear anything from them and after several calls and texts, (message at 6:24 am, call her at 8:00 am, again at 8:15 am, and then text at 8:24 am) Mercy finally responds and says someone will be at my house between 9-10 am. Unfortunately, they only send one person which causes longer delays.
Thursday, April 21st, I asked the worker when the expected completion would be so that I can get a cleaning crew and he informs me since working alone (not his fault) it would not be completed until April 28th or 29th. He had a helper for one day, during the week of the demo, but was pulled to go to another job (I felt like this was intentional since A2Z is aware of our situation). Finally, during the week of installation, a second worker arrives, and work is completed on April 28th.
In summary, I moved out of the house a week earlier than needed, which could have been avoided, due to a lack of communication. Then stayed out for two more weeks because they sent one worker for the majority of the time.
This has been the worst experience ever and don't use this company.
