We had a small issue with our roof and had Titan come out and look at it. Johnny showed up on time and addressed our problem. He also took the time to educate us on the cause of the problem and what we needed to do to maintain a heathy roof. If you are looking for someone who is on time, knowledgeable and takes pride in what he does, this is the company to call. I know in the future we will be using Titan for all our roofing needs. Thank you again Titan!!

Called Scott Gibson about a leak in a closet in our home. We also had a cracked skylight. He was great, honest, knowledgeable and came right out. Brian Howard then took over and we scheduled the repair. Alex and Robert came out and did a great job for us. They were a pleasure to have here! Showed me a picture before of what was wrong, and then the after with the repairs complete. We are grateful! Honest and professional people, good at what they do. Highly recommend!

I'm in the midst of acquiring multiple estimates to remodel our master bathroom. So far, FHR Construction stood out the most. Oron, the owner, was very energetic and came up with a few interesting remodeling suggestions. He explained the construction process thoroughly and a project manager will be assigned to oversee the project. Their graphics designer, Jeremy, then put together suggested bathroom designs into multiple 3D images. That helps a lot in identifying changes needed and envisioning the overall bathroom layout, prior to start of construction.
Also, FHR construction has a huge selection of stone and tile which is more reasonably priced than other nearby showrooms. their attention to detail, quality of products and services exceeded my expectations.

I found Carl from C and R roofing from one of those websites that you put in a request for contractors and they contact you. He was one of several to come, meet with me and make a bid. I chose to work with him and his company because of what I could tell was his honesty, integrity, sense of humor and work ethic. And of course his price was totally reasonable.
I needed a completely new roof over my 1600 sq ft home. He helped me choose an appropriate color for my less traditional home color (see pic). His crew worked quickly, cleanly, efficiently and the roof is beautiful.
A few years later my neighbors needed a new roof. I recommend they used C&R. They did and they, too, had a positive experience. While their roof was being completed I got a knock on my door. It was Carl. He wanted to check on 'his' roof. Could he hop up there real quick and walk around to make sure it was still perfect?
When he came down he was disappointed in me. Ha. I had let a tree grow too close to the edge of the roof and it was starting to push at the shingles. He let me know to trim and stay on top of that tree or it would really ruin his hard work . That, folks, is ownership. Ownership and pride in your work. It says a everything about him. I removed the tree.
A few years later I called them back out for a patch as I replaced an old air conditioner on the roof and there were old shingles and exposed wood. He came right out. He fixed my issues and showed me some issues with the AC tie down.
Carl is the real deal. He is a man with integrity. He is honest, reliable, he believes in the craft he is doing and backs up his work. He checked on it for Pete's sake and scolded me (jokingly, but really, he was right) for what could have been future repair work for him.
Note: The website blows. None of the links work. Call the man. Or email him.

Excellent Service from start to finish. We took bids from three roofing companies. When we contacted Jorge for an estimate, he was here right on time, was extremely knowledgeable about the project, and the price was right.
Jorge and his assistant were here on time, and worked at a steady clip until the job was done. Not only did hey do a great job with the roof, but they also cleaned EVERYTHING up behind themselves. Nothing was dumped into our personal cans. They took all of the trash and debris away with them.
we highly recommend Jorge for his roofing skills and integrity as a business owner. We will definitely call you for our next project.

I hired Skyview Roofing LLC of Glendale, AZ, they did a 5 star excellent job on my roofing, I had 3 other local companies give me outrageous quotes until I ran into a friend who got in touch with the owner Ricky who came out the next day and gave me a very fair price on my entire roof.
This is a excellent company to do business with, very reliable and honest crew , they clean up and did better then expected job. Thank you Skyview roofing!

After checking my roof at my residence in Mesa, AZ, I received the estimate from Canyon Roofing and reviewed the following day. Since some items were not listed, I emailed back stating I would call to discuss the items/questions I had. Almost immediately, I received an email back from Jim stating that after further thought, he was going to pass on the project, while also claiming that another staff member had supposedly sent the estimate in error (not believable since it did list my specific information correctly). While I was not upset at him passing on the project, I tried calling to discuss some of the questions I had related to the roof. My call(s) were not answered. Assume that perhaps it was believed that I was upset about being notified of not doing the project (again, I am not upset), there are many other companies out there and I have long moved on. This behavior however is absolutely unprofessional and uncalled for. If a prospective customer is in fact upset for whatever reason, there are professional ways to handle that (anything from: this is not a good fit for the company(especially in my case where I had other work that I wanted to have performed unrelated to the roof but in conjunction with the roof work that Jim informed me they would not do, which is fine). Would not recommend Canyon Roofing and will make my experience known to neighbors/co-workers and anyone else who is looking for a reliable, professional roofing company.

My husband and I bought a house in Chandler Arizona in June 2018. A few months into our new home a microburst ripped our roof shingles off like they were a banana peel. We called our homeowners insurance and they gave us some money for the repairs. After some looking into different options we chose metal roofing. Not an easy choice given the price tag, but we wanted a maintenance free roof and that was what we were willing to shell out the big bucks for. Fast forward we have now had our roof for a whole year and we have found ourselves happy with the roof itself. One small problem is the soffit. My husband swears he asked Craig about it when he sat at our kitchen table with us looking over the pamphlet. My husband said without a doubt what we wanted was to have a maintenance free roof. However our soffits need to get painted every 10 years or so. We feel our sales guy did not comprehend what we meant when we asked for maintenance free. So last week I finally called the sales guy Craig Sorenson to tell him about our one irritation with this roof. He told me he would call me back and I still have not heard from him. So in closing I would like to say - my roof is fantastic, the installers worker very hard for weeks. However the sales guy Craig could have stepped up and listened better when we told him what we wanted, or when I reached out by sending photos of what I was talking about, as well as texted messages, when I asked what could be done to make this a better experience for my husband and myself, the customers. We feel we are so close to giving this business 5 stars. If this company can come through I would love to change my review. For now, this accurately explains my feelings about our new metal roof from Vertex Roofing in Phoenix.

So glad I called Paul at Sunland. Recently purchased an older ranch home with an original clay tile roof. Paul came out explained everything, was very knowledgeable and offered a clear plan and estimate for the work. Kept me up to date on the schedule and finished as planned. The crew was diligent and thorough, and cleaned up well after themselves. Roof looks great and should go another 40 years. Highly recommended.

I ended up working with Leal Roofing on accident. I had contacted another roofer via Yelp and it sent my message to a few companies. It's always a good idea to get multiple quotes so went ahead and provided my phone number to be contacted for an estimate. The scheduler called me a day or 2 later to set an appointment and said Francisco would come out to take a look.
Francisco was absolutely a pleasure to work with! He was EARLY for our estimate appointment, when does that ever happen? Everyone these days always keeps you waiting. He got right to work checking out where our roof was leaking and also did a once over of the rest of the roof. I heard him walking around checking things out even no where near the leak too. He quickly found the source of our leak, and remnants of a rat nest and an attic vent that the builder didn't have vented correctly. He gave a fair price for the repair and squeezed us in the next day to repair it before rain was forecasted! He showed me the before and after photos to show evidence that it was my roof and not someone else's by pointing out my hot tub, pool etc. I am adding him into my contacts in case we have any other needs in the future. Leal Roofing is absolutely the best.

Just had my shingle roof replaced and they did a fantastic job. Service was excellent, from the initial free estimate, they gave me an excellent price and finished my 2100 sq ft home in 3 days. They also made sure the site was nice and clean when they left and were very friendly. Couldn't recommend them enough!

Last summer, we became aware of severe wind/hale damage to our roof, in the middle of doing another big project. After contacting almost all the roofers in Prescott, we were able to get a handful of quotes and more importantly, a time estimate for the completion of the roofing repairs. Steve Lynch, the owner of the business, had just completed a roof job ion our friend's home in our neighborhood. Our friends were very pleased with his work, professionalism and sticking to the terms of the contract. No add on costs and other nonsense some contractors come up with.
We narrowed down our choices to two contractors, based on their responsiveness, time table to start and finish the job and price. We liked both contractors, but since Steve had just finished a job at our friends' house and left good impressions with them, we signed our contract with him.
Steve did everything he had promised and more. He even started a few days earlier than he said he would, which gave us peace of mind, since a portion of our roof was totally exposed to the elements and the monsoon season was just around the corner. His crew worked like a Swiss watch in removing the old shingles and immediately covering with paper. The lead person kept a close watch on the weather and worked extra long hours on certain days to make sure no part of the roof was left exposed before they left. At the end of their work day, the crew picked up all the debris and ran a magnet around the house to catch the fallen nails.
In the middle of the project, I asked for a few changes, like adding an extra roof vent and removing two sky lights. Steve took care of the extras without nickel and diming me. All in all, our roof was completed in time, looking better than the original. Steve showed up periodically and checked on his crew to ensure the job was getting done to his standards. He always checked with us to see if we had any concerns. His professionalism, follow up and attention to details were second to none.
Overall, we were very happy with Steve and his crew. One year has past since our roof was redone and we haven't had any problems. As a handy man doing almost all of the house projects myself, I highly recommend Heritage Roofing.

They are very efficient, responsive and friendly-no complaints here, thanks guys!

Stay as far away as you can from this company. I had a complete roof failure not even 6 months after he resurfaced my flat roof the end of April 2019!
March 2019
- saw a pinhole leak in a covered patio (winter/spring rains)
husband and Randy said there was a tiny amount of seam lift on a 7 year old resurface with recoating every 3 years.
- Decided to resurface again even though Randy said the roof was in good condition with no underlayment issues.
April 2019
- work completed and paid for. New Tytex layers and layer sealing.
Sept 2019
- Put house up for sale to move out of state. My good friend jumped on the chance to buy my fully remodeled home.
- Her inspection revealed roof issues- seams lifting and not sealed properly; called Randy and he sent someone out. Buyer and I were told it was taken care of and buyers on site when he was there.
- Sale closed first week of October.
- Rain storms is late Oct revealed staining sheetrock - rain damage on a new ceiling and insulation! (redone in 2013).
- Called Randy and he said my 5 year warranty did not pass to new owner and we had a long discussion. He finally agreed to come out and fix the roof. The new owner never said if he appeared.
- Thanksgiving weekend heavy rains. Her roof failed in the bedroom. Water dripping from ceiling. Randy said his warranty did NOT cover the inside of the house only the roof.
At that point new owner had to hire people to remove dripping sheetrock, saturated, dripping insulation, and wet existing carpet (all only 6 years old). She hired a roofing companycshe trusted and they came out to say Randy's work was not done well and many seams were lifting and needed to be redone. So she needed to resurface and repair again!
END STORY: My friend is out thousands on inside repairs and roof replacement. I am out the $4000 I paid for a resurfaced roof with a 5- year warranty. I do not have a refund from Randy, so I cannot help her. We are still talking though.
Randy's work was terrible as stated by the inspection issues and the second roofing company.
I cannot report to the Registrar on Contractors since I no longer am the home owner.
So I am on YELP and the BBB site trying to save others from thousands of wasted dollars on a crappy job by a fly by night small business and a warranty that is not worth the paper it is written on.
