Just had Mr. Sa installed 2 toilets in my house. He was on time, efficient, professional and courteous. He told me he would be at my house at 5pm and he arrived exactly at 5pm. He gave me upfront pricing and did not try to sell me anything else. The price was very reasonable comparing with other quotes I have gotten. His wife and him are fast and efficient. He is very thorough and even checked some other parts related to the toilet for me. I would definitely call him again with any plumbing need in the future!

Outstanding!! I called late on a Friday, the on/off valve in my shower/tub broke leaving the water running at full blast and hot. I was able to turn the water off at the main line in the basement. There was no need for him to come that evening as I could just turn the water on and fill a bucket to flush toilets, or fill a pot for the kitchen and to wash, then turn it off. So, I definitely had access to water.

Mr. Sa and his wife arrived at 8:30 am the next morning, I added another on/off valve in the 1/2 bath sink. After a quick review of the work to be done, they went to Home Depot and were back in less than an hour, on a Saturday no less. I asked for a different valve style in both the shower and sink, they got exactly what I wanted. They had to cut into the wall in the bedroom in the back of the shower to complete the job properly, they put a panel in place for easy access if needed in the future. Nice to have that access.

He even told me about a problem with my water heater, which I had meant to mention. Turns out, though, too much sediment has settled on the bottom. I bought that water heater around 1999, so expect at some point I will call Mr. Sa to replace that - will have to wait until it dies.

The cost for the work completed today was VERY reasonable. I very much appreciated the quick response and the quality job. Thank you so much. I have a new plumber.

Incredibly friendly/fast and courteous!! Also and just as important, GREAT PRICING (read cheap) and I didn't get ripped off!! He even charged us less once he saw the work that needed to be done, his quote estimate was well below others in the area! Can't recommend Sa's plumbing and heating enough! He came to replace a valve (I couldn't tell you what it was for, overflow maybe?) but the service was incredible!!

If we have any issues in the future we will definitely be using Sa's again!

I had issues with my dishwasher not draining properly, thought it was a clogged pipe. I'm no expert so I called Sa's plumbing to fix the issue. Sa was very responsive over the phone and text. I wasn't in a rush to get it fixed, Sa came later in the week 10mins early to fix the problem. He immediately knew what needed to be fixed and got it done within 15mins. He explained to me that it wasn't a clogged drain, it was a missing rubber gasket from my garbage disposal that was causing water to no drain properly. He did not charge me an arm and a leg like other high profile companies. I would definitely call Sa's plumbing again for other issues.

Upon arrival on a rainy day in November, Mr. Sa joined me in the kitchen and explained options for how he could accomplish the task of reducing the size of the gas pipe behind my range so that the range could sit closer to the wall. After we talked about it, he thought about it and decided to take a different route so that he wouldn't have to cut drywall on the floor below.

Unbeknownst to Mr. Sa, my wife would be very (very!) appreciative that he didn't cut the drywall out of the ceiling. As I watched him work his gas plumbing magic, I quickly realized that not using the ceiling below for access probably made the job a little more complicated, but being a master of plumbing and master of gas installation, he did a marvelously tough job and ensured it was completed in safe manner.

Before leaving, he also made sure to educate me how to ignite my pilot light on the water heater because the gas was shut-off before he started.

He and his wife were very professional, cleaned up after the job, and made sure I was happy before leaving. They were very competitive in pricing and were able to show up when it was convenient for me.

Given his support for my wife's preferences, during a pandemic, while wearing a mask and gloves (I would be sweating like nobody's business), I consider him a front-line hero!

Stop looking elsewhere and reach out to Mr. Sa. This is the second time he has provided service at my house after changing out a water pressure regulator and shut-off value years ago.

I won't hesitate to ask him for help again in the future!

Mr. Sa is a great plumber! I even signed up for yelp to add to his reviews. He and his wife replaced and removed an old toilet. Pretty much anything you need for a normal job, he will have inside his truck.

He was prompt, efficient, and great to talk to. The price he quoted was great and he was helpful in explaining what he saw or was doing during the replacement.

He is also very attentive as he spent a bit of time checking that everything was seating and fine-tuning the flush mechanism.

All in all, fantastic. I would highly recommend him.

Mr. Sa was highly recommended by others in the neighborhood, so I had him on a mental note to check out if I ever needed plumbing/heating services. Well, that day came last night when I suddenly didn't have hot water anymore. I thought it might have just been a temporary issue so decided to wait until the morning to recheck. Alas, still no hot water the next day. I reached out to him via Yelp to explain my situation and asked if there was any chance he could make an appointment for the same day or the next to come to take a look. Within minutes I received a response from Mr. Sa noting he had a very tight week but would try and swing by in the afternoon.

He arrived and came prepared fully masked with a change of shoes to switch into (which was also sanitized ahead of time). I cannot begin to express how important those cleanliness factors mean during a time like this and was very pleased. He checked my hot water tank thoroughly, found the root cause, and explained that the parts needed to be replaced, and gave me a very reasonable quote. And the best part, he was able to do the work right then and there! Mr. Sa and his crew worked very efficiently and were in and out within the hour. They made sure the work area was clean before everything was wrapped up.

I'm so glad I saved his name from those recommendations a while back- Mr. Sa, his wife, and the team were fantastic! You can't go wrong with their flexibility in last-minute appointment requests, Mr. Sa's expertise and experience, reasonable prices, and most importantly quality work. Thank you for coming to my rescue! I will for sure be using Mr. Sa again if there's ever a need.

Last week when I needed a plumber I opened yelp to look for recommendations. I live in Springfield, so I decided to call Sa's. Mr Sa came to our home with his assistant and completed the job, even though the power went out for most of his time here. Really great husband-wife team of plumbers! We tried to install a new toilet ourselves but we saw that the toilet flange was cracked. What was supposed to be an easy install turned into a nightmare when we tried to remove the toilet flange. Youtube videos make this look easy but you have to cut out the flange and we tried everything to get it out ourselves to no avail. We knew it was time to call in a professional.

We contacted another highly rated plumber we used before but they wanted to charge us over $300 just to remove the flange or $500-$600 to remove the flange and install the new toilet and couldn't fit us in until the following Monday. We were scrambling to find another plumber that could fit us in on the same day at a more reasonable price. We took a chance on Sa's Plumbing and Heating and we are very glad we did! Normally we wouldn't look at companies that don't have an official website but none of the other plumbers we contacted could fit us in on a Friday. This company could fit us in on the same day. In addition, they gave an exact time when they would show up (not a time window) and a flat rate price before they arrived (no hidden fees, no travel charges, no additional service fees). We had some communication issues talking over the phone, but we were able to confirm everything over text. I think this company prefers text communication over speaking via phone or email and you can do that over the number on Yelp.

They arrived exactly on time and got right to work. It took them about 2-3 hours to complete the job. That might seem like a long time to replace a toilet, but it seemed like they were taking extra care to do the job correctly instead of rushing through it. They also took care to leave the job site clean. Saved us about $150-$200 on replacing the flange and installing the toilet. Would definitely use them again for our other plumbing needs.

Sometimes, when I see a 5 star average I'm a bit suspect. However, Sa's Plumbing came through big time. We had a mainline back up, so I tried Michael and son and some others, but the people who answer the phone had little idea of cost etc... The 3rd plumber I called was Mr Sa, who asked questions and had me check things to do some sort of assessment. ...and then was at my house in 30min. He was in the middle of purchasing a Van, but came out anyway. ...Spent a little over an hour here, and it was done. Cost was $350, so on the high side, but he was very professional and obviously timely.

Best plumbing experience ever! I woke this morning to water in the basement from a failing water heater. Sa's arrived 30 minutes after my call, gave me a quote well below what I expected, and delivered, installed, and had the water heater running in about an hour and a half. Nothing much to say except that SA's Plumbing was sooooo much better than the other two big name plumbing companies I used during my bathroom remodel. It was clear to me that he cared about the quality of his work. And of course, the pricing was reasonable. He modified the plumbing to convert from a bathtub to a walk-in shower, he installed the shower pan and drain, he modified the plumbing for to accommodate the Ikea vanity, and he installed my fancy Toto bidet toilet.

There are great reviews of his company so it looks as though I'm one of the few customers who did not receive 5-star service. Last September, he replaced some faulty parts inside one of my toilets. Now in July, less than a year later, a crack developed near the handle (see photo). I contacted different plumbing companies who gave me estimates, and they determined that the toilet handle was screwed on too tightly from when the repairs were done last September causing the crack. Mr. Sa doesn't offer warranty on parts and labor so I would have to pay a significant amount of money again for any repairs or installation. As a result, I'm going to go with a different company that does offer a warranty.

Had a corroded copper pipe in the crawl space that was leaking water and Mr. Sa came over and replaced the pipe despite being in a tight, tricky spot.

He also looked at the master shower which was leaking water down to the lower level bathroom wall that caused water damage above the doorframe. Thank God I found Mr. Sa because I had a prior contractor take a look and assess that the pipe joiner needed to be replaced but never responded back as to when he could come back and deal with it. Mr. Sa cut a small hole in the drywall on the other side and clearly showed me that the problem turned out to be lack of proper caulking around the shower handle plate where the water was coming in through some of the screw holes. Price was more than fair and I highly recommend.

In his last visit I thought I had a bad yard pipe, he recognized I was mistakenly assuming the worst and showed me why I was wrong and why nothing needed to be fixed! I recently moved to a new home and we could not get our water to fully shut off for our first winter here. The valve was very old and nearly completely eroded. My husband worried if we turned it any harder it would fall off.

After receiving a very expensive quote from one of the big name plumbing companies, I called Sa's Plumbing. He came out that same afternoon and charged a much more reasonable price to install a new valve -- I think that is one of the benefits of working with a smaller company. He also installed a few new shower heads in a matter of minutes.

I'll definitely be calling him again for future plumbing needs!

Quick response to request for service. We had a clogged drain and he got working on snaking it, but kept coming out wringing his hands, which didn't instill confidence. He thought he could solve the problem by enlarging a hole on the drain cover. He drilled a hole that looks pretty funky now. As he was leaving, he said he couldn't warrenty the work. Said it felt like there was something in the pipe and if the problem return he'd need to cut the main waste pipe to try to get it out.

Long story short, after paying Sa's $200, two weeks later the clog returned. I called in a different plumber who had to do some maneuvering, but was able to snake it and clear the clog without cutting any pipes.

I hate to write a negative review for a nice guy, but if you have a tricky job, you might want to call someone else.

Quality work - I had a drain problem in my kitchen and contacted 4 plumbers. Mr. Sa was the only one who was prompt and gave me an estimate over the phone. The other plumbers said they would send out someone for an estimate in a few days. I like that Mr. Sa himself answered the phone when I called and immediately scheduled an appointment on such a short notice. He gave me 2 hour window time and also gave me ETA to let me know he's on the way. He and his wife arrived on time and told exactly what is needed. He explained in clear detail what caused the problem and what was to be done. They wasted no time and competed the job within an hour. They cleaned up the mess and did another walk through. The price was reasonable and the whole experience with their service was great. I highly recommend Mr. Sa and wish everyone does business like he does.

Jo Sa is not only a great plumber, he's a great person too. Jo and his wife installed two toilets for me today and I am so happy I found them. How is this for an uncommon experience? I had a dripping faucet in bathtub. I scheduled a time for Mr. Sa to come by. He arrived at appointed time (also texting me that he was en route), removed faucet handles and inside valves, and showed me where one valve had eroded, causing leak. He didn't have replacement valve with him but said I could take the broken one to Home Depot or Lowe's, get a replacement, and screw it in myself. He was polite, neat, patient in explaining problem, and just a very nice guy. I asked him what I owed him for his trip and time. Answer: nothing since he didn't do anything! You can be sure he'll be handling all my plumbing needs in future. Can't recommend highly enough!

Called Mr. Sa to do some work since he was so great for the first unrelated issue I had. Again he called me the same day, told me when he'd be at my house. He tested and confirmed the issue I had, went to home depot to grab the extra parts I needed (New shower faucet) and replaced the entire thing. He worked fast but diligently, and asked me to go test it and verify his work before asking for a check (which is always very well priced). I will continue to always go to Mr Sa for any plumbing related items.

After deciding to go through with it, he installed the new water heater, expansion tank, and realigned some pipes so they were up to code within 3 hours at a reasonable rate. Highly recommend!

Called Mr Sa again to replace a shower handle. This is a much more complex job than it sounds. I tried to do this 17 years ago when I first moved, but all of the plumbers told me I would have to replace entire plumbing because the parts are too old and can't get replacement parts. So I didn't use that shower for 17 years (we have 4 bathrooms and 3 people).

After such good experience last time, and because I also wanted to install water pressure regulator, I called Mr Sa and asked if he could help. He did!! He fixed the water pressure regulator efficiently, and found the way to replace the shower valves.

Unfortunately, after he fixed the handle and the valve, the shower still didn't work! It turns out that after such long time, rust has clogged up the pipe work and blocked the water passage. Ay this point, No one could have blamed him if he told me to redo the bathroom.

Instead, he patiently found the clogged joint, and with very minimum hole on the drywall in the closet, fixed the problem! I finally have 4 full bath for the first time in 17 years.

I absolutely recommend Mr Sa for all plumbing needs. Thank you Mr Sa!

We recently moved into a new old house and the house came with a black toilet. Some people love it and thinks it's classic but I immediately wanted to change it to a traditional color (while) one. We consulted over 5 contractors/plumbers and been quoted over thousands dollars. Mr. Sa's price is very reasonable. Excellent, prompt and affordable Service. Here's my normal experience in NOVA looking for plumbers. Call, talk to answering service, schedule an appointment for a few days later, sometimes later, some plumbers insist on a charge to come out.Here's my experience with Mr. Sa. I call, he answers. I explain my problem, which is to open a new outside faucet on the exterior of my home. He tells me to text him my address. He shows up an hour later and we discuss the scope of the project and settle on a price. He begins work, asking me questions and providing me options along the way. In less than two hours the work is complete. Mr. Sa is a complete professional with over 30 years experience in plumbing. He is my new go-to guy for all plumbing needs. My strongest recommendation.

Had Mr. Sa at my house this Tuesday because I was having issues with the water pressure in my house. When the water was being used in one area, the pressure would die in a different area. Since I am need of a new hot water heater I decided to call Sa's for an estimate. I actually had to call three times because there was so much background noise on the phone the first two times that I couldn't hear what the person was saying. I finally talked to Mr. Sa who said he would be here at 6 or 7 PM on Wednesday night for an estimate. Surprise! Nobody showed up. I congratulate the people who had a better experience with Sa's than I did.

I had an old toilet that had a strong odor, and I tried every cleaning product. I scrubbed it inside and out, but the smell wouldn't go away. So I finally decided to spend the money to replace it with a new toilet.

I toyed with the idea of installing the new toilet by myself, but ultimately I hired Sa's Plumbing after I read his good reviews on here. He quoted me the lowest price of all the plumbers I called, and the price included removing and hauling away the old smelly toilet and installing the brand new clean toilet.

He came over with his nice wife and they both did the removal and installation together, and they were friendly and professional. He gave me a one year warranty on the installation, and thus far the toilet is working nicely without any leaks.

A nice extra service that Sa provided for me at no extra cost was replacing a rusty part attached to the base of the water supply outlet. It was a small rusty round cover-plate at the base of the water outlet that supplies the water to the toilet, and he replaced it with a nice new shiny chrome cover.

I'm pleased with the installation and feel happy that I now know a good plumber for any of my future plumbing needs.

I have used Sa multiple times. He has always been available within a couple of hours of a phone call. That's the best thing about him, he really hustles and fit you into his schedule. He gets jobs done really fast. that's the advantage of using him but also the downfall. He might miss something. Last time he left without turning the water back on and it required a special tool to get it going again.

We recently did a DIY kitchen reno and needed help with the plumbing and water lines. Sa's Plumbing & Heating was quick to respond and very helpful. I can't recommend Sa enough. I was power-washing my deck this spring for an hour. When I went back inside, I discovered a Biblical flood had occurred from a burst pipe, without me knowing. My basement was a disaster. I called 4 plumbers on Yelp, on a Saturday, only one answering and unable to come until the next morning. Then I found Sa. 90 minutes later (and because he needed to eat lunch first), he showed up!!!!

He spoke good English and was professional in appearance, demeanor, and work. He gave an estimate and explained to me what appeared to happen, and what he'd do. Then he did it all quickly and well. He also explained several things about our pipe work (some we didn't know). After repairing the pipe, he also made good suggestions for better insulating the pipe from future freeze issues.

He gave up a round of golf to come help us on his day off, despite the weather being beautiful, and as a fellow golfer, I know how important that is ;)

This whole thing was a big deal to us because the insurance company told us that the water-damage-repair guys wouldn't come out until the plumbing was fixed, so getting someone here fast was crucial. I learned the pipe burst at 1:30, Sa was here by 3:15! From VA! He was done by 4:30. Thanks to him, the water guys were here by 6:30 pm. The next best plumber wasn't available until 7am the next day.

Good Plumber.

I purchased and installed a new toilet. After the I completed the install, I noticed a leak around the flange in the basement. Found Sa's Pluming on Yelp and took a chance. Mr. Sa delivered reliable, respectful, and professional service at a decent price. The work was done in less than an hour and we agreed on price before the work was started.

I cannot recommend him highly enough. He came to fix a leak in our bathtub. Tile had to be broken in order to get to the pipe. I called around to fix the tile and the prices were absolutely insane. I called him back and told him what was going on and he came and fixed it himself for the fairest price imaginable. I had a clogged kitchen sink and called Mr. Sa for an appointment. He quoted me a fee over the phone and came out at his appointed time. He and his wife were very nice and friendly and the repair was quick. My sink now works. I did call another plumber with multiple 5 stars reviews but he was not nice on the phone and despite his ad on yelp he did not want to come out to fix my sink after finding out that he could not get much money out of it. I called Mr. Sa for a quote regarding the faucet in one of our our bathtubs. I explained to him that the handle was loose and did not catch properly so shutting off the water was very difficult. My first impression of Mr. Sa over the phone was that he was kindly honest and patient. He understood exactly what I was talking about and gave me a reasonable quote and also an appointment for same day service!

He arrived early and pinpointed the problem within minutes. Mr. Sa worked quickly but efficiently to fix the shower handle. He came downstairs after he was completed and instead of asking for payment right away, he asked me to go check the function of the handle. I was amazed by his professionalism and the excellent service provided to me.

I recommend Mr. Sa to anyone who is in need of plumbing service because not only will he provide outstanding service but he is also professional, honest and trustworthy!

Mr Sa was recommend by a co-worker who was skeptical of the first plumber he called to fix his hot water heater. To keep the story short, Mr Sa replaced it without all the upcharge the first plumber suggested. I texted him, and he quickly replied back. Was in my townhome the next day, quickly fixed two vanities and was done. Very low cost, no issues. That should have been by first 5 star review for Mr. Sa.
But this review is about my second time needing Mr Sa's services. I noticed for a few days my hot water started losing pressure. I was not comfortable with my 2-3 day learning curve on YouTube so I decided to give Mr. Sa ring. It was in the evening and I wasn't sure what his hours were but I sent a text just to inquire. Again, he quickly replied and a few exchanges later we settled on a day he can check out the issue. He and his wife showed up as promised, and gave two scenarios. Worst case was replacement, since there was some water stains which indicated a small leak and due to being 15 years old. The other option was to check the pipe for a clog. He cut open the pipe, removed the blockage and was done in about an hour. He charged a very low rate, was very professional and I couldn't be happier. He recommended that I keep an eye on it because it will need to be replaced soon but wasn't pressing.
I know he is a great plumber but I didn't know he specializes in hot water heaters. I highly recommend.

Mr. Sa came to the rescue. Last week we had our hot water pipe burst and I called a local plumber that our neighborhood community uses. After 3 visits within a 1 week period the issue was not fixed. I decided to call Mr. Sa and he answered the phone right away at 8AM. He indicated that he had 4 jobs to do already for the day, but will be by our house after his 4 jobs which would be around 5PM. At 4:15 he sent a text and indicated that he would be there at 4:30. I was away, however, my husband was home. I immediately got a text from my husband that Mr. Sa immediately knew what the problem is. The general contractors that remodeled our bathroom used the wrong pipe and did not have any grooves in the pipe to keep it all together. The other plumbers we called tried to glue it together, however, Mr. Sa the reason why it did not work is because you cannot glue it together. Mr. Sa then started to remove all of the wrong pipe and installed the correct pipe and connections. We are still hopeful that everything is good to go, but I am so glad I called Mr. Sa, and he will be our go to plumber from now on - and I could have saved myself $350 from the first guys I called that did not solve the problem since Mr. Sa only charged me $300 to actually fix the problem.

I had a situation where I thought my kitchen sink was clock and every time I used my dishwasher the kitchen flooded. I called sa's they came in an hour; Joeseph diagnosed that I had a failed drainpipe (not a clog bug rotted holes in the 60+ year old black iron pipe). In less than an hour and a half he had cut out the failed pipe section and remedied the situation inserting a new PVC drainpipe section and tying it into my existing drainage system. Problem solved in less than 3 hours for only $700.00. Great, responsive, service that was very affordable by a plumber who definitely knows what he's doing. Highly recommend if need plumbing repairs of any type.

My bathroom upstairs was leaking water into the downstairs' ceiling. I turned to yelp to find a plumber who can give me an estimate and fix it. The first person I called was Abe's Plumbing based on the 5-star reviews. For him to come over and look at the problem would already costs me around $100. The next one on the list with 5-star reviews was Mr. Sa. I called him and ask him how much his estimate would be. He said he can come over that same afternoon and no charge for an estimate!

He came over right on time, took a look, and told me the cost to fix the problem. We got to talking, and I told him that I was thinking about having my bathtub refinished. Ideally I want to have it replaced, but the estimate that came from several contractors were just too much outside of our budget. I also told him the quotes average, and he gave me a quote that blew all the other guys out of the water. He also said that he will subtract whatever I paid him that day to fix the leak from the total cost.

In the end, Mr. Sa replaced my bathtub and the wall tiles surrounding them. It was a big job, and he and his team worked tirelessly for two days. He also replaced the part of the ceiling that had developed mold from the leak. We enjoyed his work so much at such a reasonable price that we took him and his wife to dinner to thank them.

We had a vertical sewage stack pipe crack in our basement. It was unclear if the pipe could be cut from the basement or if the crack extended to the next floor, which put it behind the wall and cabinets in our kitchen. Mr. Sa gave a very reasonable quote for the repair. We originally thought it could be cut from the basement, but when we learned the crack went higher and we would need to cut into the wall, Mr. Sa kept the price the same. He did have to raise the price slightly when we cut into the wall and saw that a pipe joint would also need to be cut and replaced, but again, this was entirely within reason and not a large increase.

Mr. Sa and his partner worked quickly to make the repair. He was communicative about scheduling, and he and his partner were incredibly conscientious while in our home. This last part was important to us because we have a 6-month old. We all wore masks the entire time, and Mr. Sa brought an extra pair of shoes to wear indoors, which he cleans between jobs. We will definitely use them again, and I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

We've used Mr. Sa three additional times since my initial service call and the service continues to be excellent. He does quality affordable work. He's responsive to text messages and he arrives when promised.

We've used him in our own home and in some of our rental units. Overall, he has unclogged a toilet, solved a complicated clogged drain issue that had gotten incredibly messy, repaired two toilets, installed a new utility sink and resolved a complex leak on a bathroom sink. He does a great job with routine work and with more challenging items that involve troubleshooting.

I contacted 4 or 5 plumbers and almost all sent a message similar to the above. It's a bit silly when you have a specific request. Sa responded with a specific estimate and changed out both toilets at an extremely reasonable price (another plumber responded with a specific price for one toilet - Sa's estimate for two was only $50 more. Sa's price also included haul away. The other guy wanted $25 per toilet). He ended up charging a bit extra to raise the flange above the tile as this was unexpected. He worked quickly and efficiently and appears to have done fine work.

Quick, on-time, and up-front pricing. What more could you ask for in a plumber?

We discovered water around our hot water heater so we called Sa's Plumbing. Mr. Sa himself came right away to check it out. He did not find an obvious reason for the leak and did not charge for this visit. He asked that we keep an eye out and call if it continued. My husband was able to see a small hole so Mr. Sa returned the next day to replace the hot water heater. My husband asked if he could also replace another valve that had been leaking in another location, intending to pay him to do so. Mr. Sa replaced the valve and insisted on doing it for free. Overall, Mr. Sa came right away, did an excellent job installing the new hot water heater, and acted with honesty and integrity, all while wearing a mask and keeping our home clean and safe. Our kitchen sink was in bad shape, and this was after the last plumber fixed the leaks. Having an old cast iron sink, I thought everything had to go. Sa's Plumbing was the only company that I could find that would not charge for an estimate. They were great, contacted them and they were able to come by in a few days. I had an issue with a flange being too high for a toilet I was replacing. I had a different plumber come by the day before saying he needed to replace the whole flange and that alone would be $500 plus. Had these people come in and quoted me $250 to remove a bit of the floor under the flange which ended up lowering the flange and only $100 to install the toilet. He was done in about 90 minutes, I saved a ton of money, and also got the toilet installed. I would absolutely give them a call if I had other plumbing issues.

Sa's plumbing was very responsive and was able to come to our property to asses a leak from the shower to the below floor ceiling the very next morning. From the moment he began assessing the source of the leak, you could tell the company was very experienced. My family used their service for the first time after having an issue with our heater and the man who showed up at our house was really quick and efficient. He got straight to work and did the job well I would definitely call this company back if I have any future problems with plumbing and the heater. The heater works well and now we are able to keep warm on a cold night. Would recommend this company due to their quick and easy communication as well as their hard working workers!

Mr. Sa is wonderful. I called him around 4:00 with a non-emergency toilet problem. He said he'd be at my house before 6:30. He arrived at 5! Mr. Sa is not only professional, but a pleasure to deal with. Actually, I found him hilarious. Mr. Sa is now my plumber. I can't see calling any other person.

Called him up to ask about installing a utility sink. He came over a couple days later, gave the estimate and was ready to start immediately. His price was very reasonable and I got a good sense from him. The work was done several hours later (he had to install copper piping, a drain, etc), and it has been working great. Definitely will call on him again.

I called Mr. Sa on a Friday night to see if he could come first thing in the morning to diagnose a kitchen leak. He arrived right on time at 8:30am and promised if he couldn't find the problem, there would be no charge. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue as a leak from our dishwasher. He was very kind, courteous, neat, and adhered to all safety precautions by wearing a mask and putting on new gloves and booties. Would not hesitate to call again with a plumbing issue.

I called to schedule an appointment and later that day he called back and said he was working on another project close by so he could stop by later today instead of our scheduled date. Of course I jumped at the chance. He figured out the issues, worked quickly and efficiently, double checked his work and cleaned up after. Just echoing what other reviews have stated, which is that Mr. and Mrs. Sa are great at what they do and very responsive. I had requested a swap for an old garbage disposal in a not-so-fun sink set-up, as well as a replacement of a saddle valve for an HVAC humidifier line since the handle was super old and snapped off, plus saddle valves are generally not code in a lot of states. The work for both projects was fantastic and they put in a ton of effort and time. The cost was incredibly reasonable and I was overall extremely happy. I even paid extra on one job since I felt like it was warranted for the product delivered. These projects were completed about a year ago and no leaks that I've noticed, so their quality has been holding up so far!

Sa did a super job for us,installing a bathtub and moving some plumbing in the wall. He was very responsive and replied immediately to my requests and questions and came over the next day to give an estimate, then did the work immediately after.

Once here he explained everything he would do and why. Sa and his assistant both wore masks.

Just had Mr. Sung and his lovely wife come out and replace my sump pump. They were quick, cordial, and a delight to deal with. I told Mr. Sung what I needed before he came out. He told me his price up front, so I didn't have to bother with paying for an estimate, or waiting around while estimates were made, etc. His price was quite reasonable. He even took a little off the final bill, which was a pleasant surprise. I look forward to using Sa's Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs.

Sa's Plumbing & Heating is an independent plumber. He responded almost immediately to my email. I had two toilets which needed new flappers and a water shut-off valve that was leaking. He was prompt, arrived when he said he would, replaced the valve & did the repairs quickly. I had a minor issue with one of the toilets after his repair & he returned the very next morning, adjusted the equipment, and did not charge for that return visit. He's fast, he's effective, and his prices are very reasonable. I'll definitely call him again when I need assistance with plumbing issues.

SA's did a great job fixing my gas line. They came faster than anyone else would and were able to finish the job for less $ than estimated. They have many master licenses and do a great job at a fair price. They explained my options and fixed it quick. I had no working gas or hot water at my home for days and other companies wanted me to wait almost a week. SA's came the next day to fix it and we highly recommend them.

I really like the idea of 1 person plumbing company such as Mr. Sa's- even with the best companies it is a bit of a wild card on who actually makes it out to your property.

I had asked Mr. Sa and two other companies how much it would be to replace my bathroom P-Trap. The other quotes were $225, $275, and Mr. Sa said it would be between $150 and $300. I wasn't too alarmed at the big range, it makes sense a plumbing job can quickly turn into something much more time consuming after showing up.

When he showed up, he had said the job is $300. I was a bit confused because my P-Trap was in a huge sink cabinet and identical to every single PVC one that builders put in this area. I had questioned him, if my job was going to be $300 how would it have ever been $150? He then backtracked and said it would never be $150, though for $180 he could replace a seal in my existing P Trap that would not last very long.

I'm not sure if it was done in bad faith or a miscommunication, but his $150-$300 estimate was extremely misleading. He never had any intention of ever charging less than $300 for the replacement I asked for.

Besides that he is responsive and comes out quickly. The job appeared to be done fine. He did also put in a non-standard P-Trap that I have never seen but he said would be less likely to leak in the future. That I have no idea, but it wouldn't surprise me since builders do put in the cheapest everything.

I've used Mr. Sa several times, and he provides superb service every time! This past week, he promptly came out to my townhouse to estimate the installation of a new gas water heater. My utility room is extremely tight on space, so the installation was going to be more involved than a straightforward replacement. As a licensed master gas fitter and master plumber, Mr. Sa is very knowledgeable and he clearly communicated upfront about what needed to be done for installation and compliance with code regulations. In my case, he had to relocate the new water heater to another spot for more clearance space, expand the ventilation line, reroute the hot water heater water line and gas line, replace the gas flange for the water heater, and replace and raise the flange for the furnace, AND relocate my washer and dryer and laundry machine water lines. A few unexpected things came up along the way due to the configuration of my space, and it required more work and time than anticipated--and Mr. Sa and his team were very efficient yet thorough and stayed late into the night to finish. He didn't even mention the extra work or additional hours or charge me beyond the initial estimate, which was very reasonable to begin with. He's very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and truly goes above and beyond to provide the best service. I highly recommend him, and would give him more than 5 stars if I could!

I just had a new washer/dryer put in and the installation guys noted that the valves were quite corroded. They quoted 300$ replace them so instead I gave Sa another call. He quoted 200$ on the phone and showed up that afternoon to complete the work.

Our water heater stopped working on Monday night and I desperately messaged Mr. Sa via Yelp at 10pm. He responded right away and came by the next morning to look at our water heater. He advised us that the inside of our water heater was all corroded (most likely due to a manufacture defect as our unit was new) and we will need to replace it. Despite the holidays, he was able to come back the next day with the new unit and replace it for us. He was honest, responsive, efficient and super helpful. We also called several other plumbers but none had the same level of attentiveness and responsiveness as Mr. Sa. Please also note that this is during the holidays, so I'm just amazed that he was able to turn around things so quickly (another plumber told us that we would have to wait until next week to get a new water heater unit). Overall, I'm just really thankful to Mr. Sa and his wife for helping me fix my water heater so quickly. We will definitely call him again for our future needs.

We had a leak causing secondary damage to our living room ceiling. Originally, we called the first available plumber. That was a $50 mistake. We sent him home packing because he had no idea where the leak was coming from.

Then, we found Mr. Sa on Yelp. He arrived on time and immediately assessed the situation. He confidently and CORRECTLY diagnosed the mysterious leak causing the damage to the drywall. He fully explained the problem and gave us a guaranteed completion and cost of repairs.

It's extremely hard to find honest, reliable, and hardworking people in the contracting business. I'm a very cautious person, but with Mr. Sa, you know you're getting an honest man and paying for honest work.

My water heater had been acting up and finally decided to give up on my family on a Thursday night. I frantically reached out to several companies via Yelp and Mr. Sa was quick to respond. He asked me for some photos so he could know what he was dealing with, and instantly knew what the most likely sceniero was based on his experience. Up to here seems like a typical experience, right? But the reason I gave Mr. Sa 5 stars is because after he realized I had a baby and toddler at home, he came the next day, late in the evening to replace my water heater. He was backed up with big jobs but Mrs Sa told me that after finding out we had babies, they made us a priority. He would have scheduled us a few days later due to his busy schedule, but he came in the evening because he really cared. And of course, his job was perfect. Cost wise, he was slightly cheaper than other companies.

Sa was prompt in responding to my request and scheduling an appointment to bid on my long list of overdue plumbing needs. He solved every issue and stayed true to the original bid he provided. He arrived when he said he would and I was able to work while he spent ~8 hours doing 5 separate plumbing repairs (including snaking the kitchen sink, replacing plumbing underneath the kitchen sink, replacing a burst pipe to an outside hose bib, and rerouting some plumbing to be easier to reach to turn off the water to outside hose bibs). He wore a mask and gloves the whole time and cleaned up every mess from the repairs. I totally recommend Sa for any household plumbing issues!

Our family really can't thank Mr. Sa and his wife enough. Today they really helped us immensely. At 11 am I called Mr. Sa regarding a long term problem our 125 year old farmhouse had been having. For quite a while we had a severe septic smell issue. After bringing in several other plumbing, and even septic companies as well as our pest control company (who told us it was a rodent and snake problem), today with Sa's Plumbing's help, we finally not only identified the source of the smell, but replaced an original kitchen drainage pipe that had rusted out and was allowing dirty sink and dishwasher water to pool under our kitchen floor. I called Mr. Sa at 11am, he and his lovely wife were at my house by 12 pm. By 4:30 pm the 6 ft. long pipe was replaced and my flooring was back in place. And all for a very reasonable rate. I highly recommend Sa's Plumbing. Great customer service, quick to respond, and didn't give up in helping us figure out the problem. Just terrific people to work with. Don't hesitate to call them.
