I have had soooo many plumbers over the 20 years in this house flanked by huge maples that clog our sewer and storm drain. This company is the best and I will only use them from now on. Great service and the fairest prices around. Trust me, I've tried all the others!

5/1/2019 I am a repeat customer; I called Royal oak plumbing on April 23, 2019.  April 25, 2019 Joe from Royal oak plumbing finally returned my phone call. He said he would call Monday morning, April 29 to tell me what time he would would arrive to do the work on April 29,2019. Joe never bothered called me on April 29, 2019, as he promised. I called Royal Oak Plumbing to find out what was going on, however, their voicemail was full and not accepting messages. Still, Joe has not called to schedule. I'm fed up with Royal Oak Plumbing. This is unacceptable. I do not recommend this company. I don't trust them. anymore. I do not recommend this company.

The plumbing gets fixed and they , usually Joe , are reliable , professional and reasonably priced. Highly recommended !

A friend referred me to Royal Oak Plumbing Co. They came out to assess our kitchen faucet leak, which we thought needed a new garbage disposal since water was leaking from there & it had been installed incorrectly initially (by a different company). We actually needed a new faucet. ROPC didn't charge us for the initial visit since we had to order a new faucet. They came back to install it and everything went extremely well. They have been very responsive and helpful the entire time. Also, I have health issues that mean a serious virus could be deadly for me. We expected to have to call lots of plumbers to find one willing to wear a mask, but ROPC was nice, accommodating and took every precaution. So thankful to have called them and I would refer them to anyone.

We have used these guys for years and they always get the job done.    Bob and his guys do good work, and that is all I really care about.

I recently usedRoyal Oak Plbg. for the first time and wanted to commend Joe's demeanor during his visit to my rental property to unclog a drain.  He was so professional and pleasant and it is because of his service that I will call on Royal Oak Plumbing again for any plumbing needs.  He is a wonderful representative for your company.

Jim at Royal Oak Plumbing is fantastic. He is quick to respond, friendly to talk to, and was able to fix my urgent plumbing issues TWICE (two different problems). I find his prices very reasonable too. I highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful service. I had an emergency and my previous plumber could not get to me until the next day. I called Royal Oak Plumbing, read their great reviews, and they were able to come out 30 minutes after I called. The service was as good as everyone else suggests. And their price was ridiculously reasonable. They are absolutely my new plumber!

I have called Royal Oak Plumbing several times for various issues in the past two years. They have always been able to fix any issue I have or come out to give me a quote the same day. The plumbers are professional, cheerful, and compitant. The owner remembers who I am and where I live! Great customer report. Troy is one of the plumbers and he has been extremely helpful in explaining what the solution to the problem is and how he will fix it. I can't imagine calling anyone else.

Joe came out to repair my kitchen drain which was draining very slow. He snaked it out, was efficient, everything clean and thank goodness a reasonable price. Will use them again for sure.

I've had them out to the house a couple of times for plumbing issues.  I don't know how to rate the cost, because plumbing  repairs always seem more expensive than they should be.  I have been very satisfied with the work and the guys who have come out.  They are very flexible and able to accommodate my work schedule.  I plan to continue to use them in the future.

A short time ago, I had a problem with my toilet. I called Royal Oak Plumbing. Two days later they arrived on time. I though my problem was larger than it was. They sent two sturdy men. After one of them examined the toilet they felt it was a one man job. While he did the work I chatted with both of them. They were perfect gentlemen. When the work was completed I was given a bill that I believe was more than fair. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I have only owned two homes to date, so calling a plumber is not something I needed to do very often. My previous home was newly constructed, so I had a few maintenance issues.  My current home in Royal Oak is older, so professional assistance is required for repairs periodically. I had an excellent experience with Joe and Jim from Royal Oak Plumbing.  In every profession, there are good and bad guys.  Royal Oak Plumbing was outstanding. They provided excellent, fair. honest, timely, and courteous service. Without hesitation, I would recommend Royal Oak Plumbing to anyone in the area anytime they need a plumber. These gentlemen were a pleasure to do business with.

I called several plumbers about coming out to fix a leaky shower faucet. I went with RO Plumbing because they gave me the best idea of what the total cost would be. Everyone else dodged the question. I wasn't asking for a quote, just a ballpark number of what to expect.

Anyway, their guy was able to come out the same day and got the work done for the quoted price. I'm taking away one star because he didn't take off his shoes or put on shoe covers when he came into my house. I hate having to clean up after workmen! That said, I'll have them out if I need work in the future, but I'll tell them to leave their dirty shoes at the door.

Glad to find this group of plumbers.  Friendly, good service, knowledgeable.  It's nice to find folks that actually care.  While they are a business, they seem to want to be helpful and fair to the customer if they are able. I would definitely call them again.  Joe was excellent and helpful.

We had an excellent experience with Royal Oak Plumbing today. Very knowledgeable, courteous, timely and his visit didn't break the bank. He cleaned the roots out of our drain line. We highly recommend them!
