Had a huge high water bill and they came out and fixed a leaking toilet that we weren't aware had an issue. Came out same day I called and they were quick and efficient. Justin was great. Highly recommend.

Well, for once a home repair company showed up exactly when they said they would be there, did what they were supposed to do, and charged me exactly what they said they would charge.  While this *should* be the norm, it is not, and Dawkins Plumbing is not the norm. They are far better than any other plumbing service I have ever used and would recommend them to everyone.

I've had Brooks Plumbing come out twice for various projects. One of the projects was more of an emergency where we needed someone right away, and they were very accommodating. The other was for smaller things like water pressure. They make sure to look for the simple fixes first before trying to up sell you. I've found them to be prompt and honest. I love working with local family businesses and would recommend them for any project.

Terrible, terrible experience.  They came out to repair a bathtub issue and left shortly thereafter for additional parts. They rescheduled twice and then pulled a complete NO SHOW and IGNORED our phone calls. STAY AWAY!  Horrible customer care.

We use Lee Company and twice a year they check Heating/AC and out electrical. This is a straight forward company with honest service personnel. I also like very much receiving a military discount when we need work to be done.

They call ahead, put covers on shoes for entering the house, review everything, take photos, and explain everything as detailed as you would like. Even when work is required or they find something they don't do a hard sell. They may say this has to be done or they may say you might want to schedule this as this should be done every say 5 years for duct cleaning. Then they can give you the price and you can decide on the scheduling.

Taking pics of my A/C  or him standing next to the unit would do little to aid this review. The proof is in the satisfaction. We are totally satisfied.

Charges were unreasonable and excessive for services rendered. We thought it was a complicated repair. It was utterly simple & took less than 1/2 hour. Though we were given 2 choices on how to pay, no information was given about how difficult/simple repair would be. So, owner knew we were in the dark. And, obviously, used that opportunity to rook us. Morton refused to adjust amount, giving umpteen excuses. He charged highest repair charge on the scale, and seemed to enjoy rooking us. When speaking to him, he (1) Disparaged the services, accreditation, and experience of other, good plumbers; and ( 2) Retaliated by increasing charges after talking to him. Owner is NOT professional; will rook you by charging the highest rate he possibly can, and thus, lacks character. This is not someone you want in your house. Will return to several other previous plumbers who are reasonable and fair-minded. I have had several great, experienced and kindly plumbers who discuss the work to be done, and make the situation fair for the customer. BROOKS and many others are much better. Do not go to Morton.

Fantastic! We had a persistent clog in the line from the house to our septic tank. Braun came out and quickly discovered the problems! Turns out the old pipe was a 3 pipe, and should've been a 4, it also had a couple of 45° angles in it, and someone years back had tried to snake it with a 1/2 piece of pvc which had snapped off inside and was creating a terrible clog. We helped dig it out and chatted. He's very mellow and personable and humorous! He was pretty booked, too, but managed to squeeze us in after another job, which was great, especially considering it was right before a major week-long snow storm. We'll definitely be using him in the future for any plumbing situations that come up. He's reasonably priced and knows his stuff. Definitely recommended!

Highly recommend.  Installed a unit for our bonus, mud and laundry room areas, as well as air duct cleaning and air scrubber install on our main home unit.  Did a fantastic job, extremely helpful and respectful through the entire process.  Always got the sense that he and his team truly wanted to do the best thing for their customers.  Their knowledge of available products that fit our needs really helped in making the best decisions for my family and the quality of air we breathe in our home.

Mr Emerson came and took out our huge tub that had a crack in it and replaced it. Him and his brother  got the job done in a couple hours. Then even came back and replaced the new shower head to a upgraded magnetic push button one! Will definitely recommend him to anyone in need! Thanks again for your awesome work! Very respectable men!

Big Dan saved the day for us on a 10 degree day and helped keep our pipes from freezing.  I'm looking forward to using him for more than just our upcoming plumbing needs.

My toilet and bathtub were both not draining. I called Ben Franklin, and the receptionist was very polite and told me they charge a $69 fee, and then explain any other service and get your consent if they can perform a service.

The plumbing company was able to fit me in within 24 hours, the plumber Ryan Marx showed up on time and was very knowledgeable and helpful. I felt that Ryan was very genuine and didn't want to rip me off. I really appreciate his kindness and professionalism, and he got me unclogged right away. Turns out I had dropped a brush in the toilet!

Believe all the reviews. I tried to give them a fair shot- cleaned out my garage for the crawl space, left work early to meet them at my house at the designated time, put up my dogs, made sure the sink was clean and everything pulled out so he could get in there easily. The 'customer care' lead called me 15 minutes before the appointment to tell me this long drawn out story about how the owner of the company from Florida was in town and that he looked at my property (???) and wanted to oversee the project to make sure I'm getting the best care and price but unfortunately he had an EMERGENCY and wouldn't be able to make it so they would have to reschedule. Well- what about the technician that was supposed to be here? I think the thing that makes me the most upset is that I know she was lying. Even if she wasn't lying, an owner of a company would never cancel the whole appointment because he himself could not be there. I am so unbelievably irritated.

Steakley came out to my house because we had a minor drip from a shower.  I asked several times during the inital process of what the estimated price would be but they wouldn't give me any kind of price indication or estimate.  Their crew came to my house and left 15 minutes after saying that they didn't have the proper part to fix it, apparently we needed new stems in the tub flaucet.  After waiting over a month before I heard back, they finally came over 40 days later to fix the drip.  Their crew was in and out in about 15 minutes.  After that, they proceed to charge me an ABSURB amount for the two visits. I understand that this is a trade business and they have to charge a combination of labor and parts; however, what they charged for two short visit was utterly ridiculous, especially when you factor that they were in and out of the house in 15 minutes both times. I called to ask to speak with a supervisor to get a better understanding of the full charge and all they did was send me another invoice.  Poor customer service and transparency.  I would never recommend them to anyone, only reason I didn't give one star is because it appears the drip is fixed and their work crew was friendly.
