Mid 10 Plumbing

I had a water leak which required water to the home be shut off. Mid 10 Plumbing was recommended. An appointment was scheduled with a 1:00 - 3:00 pm window on Friday, 12/30/22. At approximately 3:30 pm when no one had arrived and no contact from the company, I called. I was informed no one would be able to make it to my home as promised. While I understand recent cold temps have caused numerous plumbing issues and sometimes promises can't be honored, lack of communication is unacceptable. Mid 10 should have advised earlier in the day they couldn't honor their commitment so I could seek plumbing assistance elsewhere. Now, I'll be waiting for water service to be restored through the weekend and holiday.

Consumer beware, if Mid 10 hasn't arrived by the earliest part of their promised appointment window, call them to confirm they can honor their commitment.

I had some work done on a couple of outside faucets and the guys did a real good job on it. Twin brothers to boot! They were friendly, explained everything well and took care of my problem. I'd sure use them again.

The owner is quite a storyteller .  Mid 10 was not here long enough to do all the things he said he did.  He was very disrespectful when he spoke to me at the door.  He obviously thought an elderly lady was a good target and unfortunately I was.  I will never contact this company again except through the better business bureau.

I've used this plumbing company twice in the last month for different problems. They're very knowledgeable, super nice and always really quick to respond. I called on a Sunday and the owner was in a cast so he couldn't come out but worked to see if he could get someone else out. Unfortunately he couldn't but he kept me informed. Im not at all mad that I had to wait until Monday because they came first thing in the morning and I was honestly just happy they were even willing to try to come out on a Sunday. Every other company I called was closed. They're a little pricey but they get the job done and they're super friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend.

Prompt, quick, honest service. Had a small leak under the kitchen sink and it was fixed completely and correctly.

We have had 2 great experiences with Mid 10. They helped us with a water pipe break and they repaired a gas leak under our home. They were at our home within an hour and they repaired both problems perfectly. Very nice, very good work! We are so happy we found them!

Juan and his team are nothing short of fantastic! As a new homeowner, we've had some plumbing hiccups along the way and Juan has been there to help walk us through the process. He's honest and trustworthy which is incredibly hard to come by these days. I truly feel so blessed that we found him!

I called Juan at Mid 10 Plumbing looking for someone to help me with a leaking floor valve in my gas line.  He agreed to come out the next day and take a look.  The next day we had some incompetent appliance installers tell me I have corroded water valves so I called Juan back and asked if he'd rake a loom while on site for the gas leak.  He agreed and showed up within an hour.  The water lines were not corroded and he easily took care of the problem.   The gas line just needed tightening and not replacing.  He completed all this work and did not charge me for his time.  I've NEVER had such a good experience and cannot recommend Mid 10 Plumbing enough.  They will be my first and only call for future needs.  Thank you for being so honest, punctual and helpful.

Had to have new sink faucet installed as well as a new toilet.  Joey came out and did a great job.  He is friendly and did a GREAT job.  Juan, you've got a GREAT business!!!!

Our toilet was running continuously, even after I tried to turn off the water intake.  They were able to get us scheduled quickly.  Joey came out first thing in the morning and completely rebuilt the intake valve and everything inside the tank.  It's now running better than it ever has.  I would highly recommend this company.

Called in on Friday evening, after getting an automated call from our water company indicating we had a water leak or continuous running water.
Juan answered, talked me through finding my water shut off to try and assess situation. Put me on schedule for Saturday (weekend service calls! Love it!). Also suggested I put food dye in all my toilets water reservoir to see if that may be the problem. Bingo!! found a continuously running toilet.
Hubs is taking care of that...but I let Juan know that if it becomes too big if a problem, we'd def be calling back lol
We've used them in the recent past also to unclog a kitchen sink that needed more than your average snake to clean out lol

Service was excellent. Plumber came in, found the problem right away (ended up being a broken valve) and had the part on his truck and replaced it.

I had to take a star off because they arrived well after the agreed window with zero communication about what was going on. Plumber got delayed at a commercial job. It would have still been 5 stars had they communicated that.

These guys are fantastic! We had an issue with our water heater late at night they came to the house first thing in the morning to resolve the issue with smiling faces! Sunday evening I took the kitchen trash to the garage and found water all on the floor and soaked drywall from the water heater. I didnt even know how to turn off the water in this house. My husband always did that stuff and he passed away last year. I found the number to Mid 10 plumbing on Yelp and called. The owner answered and sensed the panic in my voice.  He talked me down from a nervous breakdown.  I was so worried about the cost of emergency weekend service. He walked me through turning off the water  on the phone. He also moved around his monday appts. To fit me in. The plumber who came the next morning, Justin, was equally wonderful. He made the repairs and the cost was beyond reasonable! Thank you Mid 10 for helping out an old lady and turning a stressful situation into a good experience! You are my new Plumbing company!!

I ended up using another contractor for several reasons outside Mid 10 Plumbing's control But their responsiveness, pricing and overall proposal process was very well done and quick. I will be sure to call them again for my plumbing needs.

Amazing service! We called and the owner was on vacation out of state and he took the time to walk my husband through fixing a complicated issue on the phone. He even checked back to make sure we had it taken care of and didn't charge a thing. Will definitely use this company again and recommend!

Called mid morning and they showed an hour later. Completed two jobs in an efficient manner and charged a fair price. Will use them again if needed.

It was a dark and cold night....2 days before Christmas and we had no hot water. All of Mid Tennessee was having plumbing and power issues due to extreme cold. Best plumbers out there!!  We called them with what we thought was an emergency leak in our ceiling on Monday late afternoon and they were the only plumbers to go out of their way to come out to our area first thing Tuesday morning. Justin was our plumber and he was great!  Kind, courteous, knowledgable and understanding (when the problem ended up being our daughter leaving the shower liner on the outside and spilling water all over our 2nd floor bathroom.  Even after he was fairly certain of the cause of the leak, he thoroughly measured and inspected the bathroom and first floor ceiling and offered to come back as soon as he could if the problem continued and it wasn't related to tub spillage.  They are VERY reasonably priced (best quote we received) and they are beyond honest. Their team is top notch! Call them!  You won't be disappointed!!

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. We had never heard of Mid 10 plumbing before they came to our house and didn't amazing job and went above and beyond will we expected for their service.

I had an odor coming from 1/2 bathroom toilet for a couple of weeks.It is not used often. I found  Mid 10 on Nexdoor and saw his high ratings. He didn't come out the day he said (Juan) he would, but did come out the next day. The odor was gone before he got there but his attitude was terrible. He was condescending and rude! Firing questions at me. Did not even offer to look at the pipes under the house. He was not nice or professional. what a huge mistake with this company and this unprofessional person. I still need to hire someone to make sure there isn't any issues with the pipes under the house. Roll the dices on the attitude of this guy.

Selling my condo in Nashville - had a couple items to fix after the inspection - one was a small leak where a new bathtub connects to main drain of the building and a second was to replace the garbage disposal - very reasonable requests.
I called Mid 10 - they gave me a ballpark quote over the phone - came out the very next morning and got the work done - all while I am out in Nevada where I live full time.  Great service and honest guys!!!

These guys are amazing!
Had a tub spout that wouldn't fully engage when pulling up for the shower, which meant about half of the water was still coming out of the tub spout and the water pressure for the shower was very low. This was especially urgent with our daughter and 6'4 son-in-law both returning home for Christmas after nearly a year of deployment in Iraq and Jordan.
We called Mid10 and they picked up right away, tracked immediately to the problem and our situation, and verified our location. They said they would have someone out either same day or next day, and would confirm shortly. Sure enough, Justin happened to be in our area and wanted to get our issue resolved quickly, so he stopped by within the hour. Just incredible. I realize some of this is just fortunate, but they still could have easily just pushed us out to the end of the day or the next day.
Mid10 is definitely our go-to now for plumbing. They cared, they were fast, clean, and professional, and they weren't expensive. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I reached out to Mid 10 Plumbing and they were on site the very next day. I cannot say enough about Juan and his team. They are all so pleasant, professional, and extremely knowledgeable.  Not only did Juan quote me an incredibly reasonable price (lower than industry standard) but he only ended up charging me a fraction of that. I was so reluctant to call a plumber due to prices I had been quoted in the past but to my surprise, Mid 10 Plumbing came to the rescue. Best in the business! Joey was a freakin legend. Great guy, easy to talk to, hard working, and he took time to explain how to fix everything while he was doing it because I wanted to learn. Honestly the most enjoyable repair service experience I've had. Highly recommend these guys. Especially because he wasn't just trying to sell me upgrades randomly for everything. 10 out of 10!

I had a leak from a tub faucet that would not turn off. Called mid10, the owner Juan answered even though he was out of town on vacation. Walked me through the entire repair through multiple phone calls, txts, and pictures. I fixed the problem thanks to him, and offered to reimburse him for his time and expertise, which he refused. He could not have been more helpful, and my wife and kids now think I am a genius :)   Keep this number saved in your phone in case you ever have plumbing problems

Mid 10 Plumbing to the rescue!!

On Sunday evening, I'm doing a little DIY garage organization project, installing storage. I got 2 shelves up and was feeling myself. I went for shelf number 3 and BOOM...I put my drill right into a garage water pipe!! Water is gushing out of the wall, filling up our garage, I'm frantically looking for the shut off valve. I got it turned off and immediately went to Yelp to find a 24/7 plumbing service, thank sweet baby Jesus I found Mid 10 Plumbing!

I called Mid 10 Plumbing at 8pm on Sunday.  Juan, the owner, was at my house by 10pm and repaired the water pipe with ease! Juan is a PRO! He was professional, knowledgeable, explained his work, and charged a very fair price (especially considering the late Sunday call). He even dropped some plumbing knowledge on me! (I'm an accountant, so plumbing is like rocket science to me). I would HIGHLY recommend Mid 10 Plumbing and will be using them for all my future plumbing needs!!

PS - While talking with Juan during the repair, I found out that he was out to dinner when I called Sunday night. He left the restaurant in Antioch, went to pick up his work truck and tools in Smyrna, and then drove to my house in Thompson's Station! My family and I really appreciate Juan coming out so late on a Sunday night to get our water back up and running! Now that is going above and beyond for a customer!!

He's our GoTo Plumber!

Have used them several times and never been disappointed. They do great work at a great price. It's a rare combination in today's world but glad to have discovered these guys.

They came promptly, diagnosed the problem and were very reasonably priced. They were very nice and answered questions patiently and with respect.

The competence and training of Juan and his crews are consistently great.  I endured a clogged kitchen drain that affected the garbage disposal and the drainage of the kitchen sinks.  In two hours with the skilled use of an auger, my drains worked beautifully.  With patience and kindness, Mid 10 does consistently great work.

I have a finished basement and last night my family and I were horrified when water started pouring out from the grinder pump.   In a panic I called Mid 10 Plumbing.  Juan answered and calmly walked me through steps to diagnose the issue and saved the day.  I have dealt with a lot of plumbing companies and no one compared with Juan - definitely Juan in a million in my book.  Would definitely recommend.
