I cannot say enough positive things about Tri County.
Tina in their office is amazing, empathetic, and professional. She helped me figure out what we needed to do when the line between our water meter and the house developed a severe leak last week, and walked me through every step of the process.
Jeremy came out to do the digging, plumbing, and line replacement, and he was efficient, personable, helped us prevent some potential problems with the inspector, and didn't mind when I asked a million questions.
10/10, will definitely be going to Tri County for all our future plumbing needs.

Shower pipe leaking. Brian called me back within 2 hours and knew what needed to be done to fix the problem. Was able to come the same day with the new faucet cartridge and install it. He was on time and very nice, professional and considerate. Would definitely hire him again.

Called them up again as they replaced my heater, I was not getting hot water. They came out free of charge to check the Heater, found out we have a water leak and was not the Heater. Junior was very courteous and helpful, he discussed with Anthony how they could help as they do not do leak detection. They referred me to another company-Service Plus Plumbing;  who also quickly responded and came out to check the leak. Great Service from Royalty Plumbing, it was nice for them to provide a referral. Matter how long it's been since we used them. With the ice storm we lost power and I was trying to hook a generator up to my furnace. Shawn went out of his way to help me and answer questions and even called me back later to check on us. Always willing to go the extra mile and take care of his customers. Highly recommend for their quality and service!!!

Took a little longer than expected to complete the job and he charged more, but it got done and Mike is a nice and respectful guy who kept me informed along the way.  I would use him again!

Great job! Our tile roof was fine, but the underlayment needed replacement after 30 years. Good communication with Pete and Steve. Those guys arrived on time and left the job site nice and clean! Great underlayment job.

Our water heater burst on a Sunday, Brian came right out and diagnosed the issue. He and his team got the new tank ordered and replaced the old one the very next day. Brian and his team were extremely professional, responsive and helpful throughout the process. We would highly recommend Damaso for any project!

Rachael was prompt in making an appointment for a time that worked for me and let me know I'd be receiving an email confirming the appointment, as well as a picture of who my technician would be.
Tommy arrived and promptly addressed who he was and the company he was with.  He was friendly, well equipped with all necessary items for the job and happy to answer all my questions.  He addressed and resolved the issue I had called about and then made some suggestions as to how we could run our homes water usage more efficiently.  Before leaving he offered to put together estimates of what the suggestions would cost and then left us with his card in the event that we chose to make some of those changes....which we will.
We will always use DBs plumbing and drain in the future, for sure.

Got connected to Nick at 9:30 am via a third party staffing site. He said he'd be at my home at 10:30 am but he arrived at 10:15 am. Completed the work promptly - drain cleaning and fixing pipe plumbing and so far, it's been completed correctly. I'd recommend Nick for your plumbing needs.

Your van is out of control right now in mass ave. Almost hit multiple pedestrians, tailgated the heck out of a little old lady and is just causing a scene. Shame on you guys. Shame.

Unresponsive after dispatched via home warranty provider. They called initially and left message but I called back 5-6 times over the course of a week - they never replied and never scheduled. Had to turn elsewhere for service.

Matt, one of Thomas E. Clark's employees, is great!  He has been to our house on two separate service calls and has been beyond professional each time.  He is knowledgeable and is willing to explain what he's doing and why.  Overall, our experience with Thomas E. Clark has been very good and we will definitely use them again in the future, but I wanted to especially give kudos to Matt!
