Plumbing Plus

I recently bought an older house and called my home warranty about a moisture problem in my crawlspace. I specifically requested Plumbing Plus based on their reviews and I am sure glad that I did. Joe was friendly, on-time, and went above and beyond to fix the issue. He is even going to connect me with a handyman to fix a few small things. Thank you Joe for the peace of mind!!

It's 9:57 am - I'm missing work - called you and you said you'd call me to let me know where the tech was.......  crickets.  WHERE IS THE PLUMBER!  at least have the courtesy to call and let a customer know if and when you are coming.

Terry was professional, courteous, and efficient at diagnosing and resolving our plumbing issue. He came out within 24 hours and immediately knew what the problem was and how to fix it. We will definitely be using his services again!

I want to thank Terry and his guys for taking such great care of us. In the middle of the Covid pandemic, our hot water heater went out, starting leaking, ruined a small part of my kitchen ceiling and we were without hot water for 4 days. Enter Terry and his guys. I called yesterday and they were here TODAY with a new hot water heater and did the complete switch out in about an hour and a half. It was unbelievable, especially given the fact that another plumbing company that I had previously used for our Nashville house, and thought I trusted, gave me a quote that was just obscene given what our country is going through right now (won't be calling that other plumber ever again!).  Terry was quick, fair, and took great care of us in a very difficult situation. I cannot say enough great things about them. This is my second installation of a hot water heater with them in the last six months and I wish I had just called them first on the second one.  I will continue to use them and recommend them to everyone I know. Terry and his son are the best you could ask for in plumbers.  This father and son business is honest, affordable, quick and quality!  They have been out to our home twice for various plumbing issues through our home warranty.  Both times, they fixed the issues without further repair needed.  One time, another company was called out first.  They tried to tell us the issue would not be covered under warranty, but they would be willing to fix it for $325!  I called the home warranty company and requested Plumbing Plus.  They were out the next morning and the issue was fixed in under an hour (and covered!!).  I can't recommend these 2 highly enough!  We have found the plumbers we will use!

Got a new water heater installed and a couple other small things, this team is friendly, fair, and very good at what they do.  Wife and I are very happy with our service and I have their number saved in my phone for the future.  I would recommend them to anyone.

i called about 7 plumbers locally in Hville and they were the only ones to pick up the phone on a Sat afternoon.  They were able to get to me on Monday and they took care of my leaking valve.  I can't say enough good things about these guys.  they were fast, professional, friendly, great customer service, and best of all their rates are among the most competitive in the area!  Whenever I need a plumber for any job, these will be the guys I call.  Thanks again to Terry and Joe for getting us taken care of!!

Terrible, terrible experience.  They came out to repair a bathtub issue and left shortly thereafter for additional parts. They rescheduled twice and then pulled a complete NO SHOW and IGNORED our phone calls. STAY AWAY!  Horrible customer care.

Love love looove this company. I was in dire straights last night after accidentally busting a pipe in front of my house.  I called several plumbing companies but only got their answer machines, but then I found Perry, the owner of Plumbing Plus picked up the phone and got right on it next day (today).  I cant thank these ppl enough fir helping me out. Reasonable rates too.  11 stars!!

I cannot say enough about Plumbing Plus. Terry and Joey were incredibly helpful, resourceful and educated to deal with problem I was experiencing. They brainstormed to find a resolution to my pipe/foundation leak, with the least interruption to my family!

Super happy with this plumbing company. We were able to get an appointment quickly and the plumber arrived within the window they estimated. The gentleman was very friendly and took care of everything we needed done. He was clean, respectful, and did an awesome job. Very reasonably priced and the quality of the work is excellent. I had an excellent experience with Plumbing Plus. I scheduled the work with Terry, the owner, after reading reviews here and on Google.

Joe arrived within the scheduled appointment window with a clear understanding of our scope of work (install water line and box for refrigerator ice maker and fix a leaking pipe).  He entered our home respectfully and unobtrusively, installed the box, and then crawled into the crawl space to complete the rest of the work. He was finished in under an hour. He also took the time to show me how he completed his work, what he found wrong with our leaking pipe, and give advice going forward as well. The price was fair, and I appreciate their work! I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

Called plumbing plus to install a house main water shut off valve and fix a broken toilet valve.  Terry set up an appointment for the next day and was outstanding throughout his visit.  Was very friendly and patient answering all my questions. He completed his work very efficiently and was very fair on his fees. I am planning to use him in the near future to replace my water heater and would recommend him to anyone needing plumbing services.

We are working on a re-model of our laundry room, and needed the hot and cold bibs replaced as they were old and not working like they should.  We called Terry w/Plumbing Plus and he was out early the next morning and had the repairs completed in a very timely manner.  The communication was excellent and Terry is a really nice person and professional.  We have tried several different companies in the past, and Plumbing Plus is by far the best we have used so far.
