I told them the situation I was having and they told me they could come fix
Though Cameron was a very nice guy the other guy with him seemed very uncaring
Cameron knew I was a disabled elderly widow, and took full advantage by looking at what I showed him , stating I needed a new hot water tank, not trying to figure what was the problem
Stayed less than 5 minutes probably closer to three (just enough time for him to look at tank) than charged me $125
I would understand if he had even tried to figure the problem, I would even understand if he was here 10 minutes or more trying to figure the problem, I would even understand if he came out this way strictly for me,, but he had to go past my place to next call but all he did was look at same thing I told him
This is such a sad situation when companies take advantage of the elderly
I will let everyone know as well as post all places I can until they make this right
Oh and concerning covid --- nope no mask
