Liars and crooks! Whatever you do, do not sign up for the advantage plan. Hidden fees and lies every where. If I could leave a 0 star rating I would. Save your time and money and use someone who actually cares.

Gordons has been extremely professional and very prompt. We have had 3 separate issues and each one was handled quickly and they always went over and beyond on the work.
First our bathroom faucets broke off and needed welding, then our hot water tank went out, next our kitchen sink was completely clogged and not draining. Chris and Noah were amazing with the hot water tank. Colton and Michael fixed our sink today and we couldn't be happier with their knowledge, service and work they did!

do not go with this company they wanted to sell us a ac heating unit to finance 300 every month for 10 years that would be 36,000 dollars !!!! they are rediculous !!!!! i had to like one star to write this but i do not give them 1 star!!!!

Our main shutoff valve was leaking inside our guest bedroom closet. We've used Gordon's Service Experts plumbing service for years and years. Chris arrived exactly when he said he would.

Chris did a very thorough job rebuilding our main water shutoff valve and manifold. He even raised the new ball valve handle up off the floor so it can be reached more easily. He also improved the outlet to the outdoor spigot adjacent to the valve. He thoroughly cleaned up and hauled away all debris.

He knew exactly what to do to complete this complex, all-day project, and kept us informed every step of the way. My wife and I couldn't be more pleased with his service. We've renewed our plumbing maintenance+ agreement for another year.

We had to call them out 3 times and the problem was never fixed. The 3rd time, the guy didn't do anything. Most plumbers guarantee their work. Gordon's is a bad joke. Don't hire them.

Bought a new a/c and furnace in June 2022.   It's now Feb 2023 and they have been called out 8 times to troubleshoot issues.   Service techs are very nice.  However, their fixes are not long lasting.    Run!   Far far away!

We've been using Gordon's for years. Their technicians have always been courteous and experienced with their products. We have an HVAC, never-ending hot water, a soft water unit. All of our comfort items! Would recommend them all day long.

We were installing a whole house generator and had to get the gas line installed. Gordon's sent out a plumber who installed what I thought was sufficient, and we passed the city inspection. I wondered how, because the inspector never contacted us and we thought he only showed up, looked outside near the generator, saw there was a gas line and gave it a pass. The city sent out another inspector, a supervisor, who rescinded the first inspector's report and failed the work done by Gordon's. They sent out another plumber who was supposed to fix what the first one failed to do. Another inspector came out and failed the work by the plumber - again!
Now they have to come fix what failed the inspection. They've been here three or four times, our gas fireplace doesn't work, the regulator was not put on correctly and was going to cause the whole system to work improperly if our generator kicks in. Now we need another visit from Gordon's and another inspection from the city. It's been a nightmare. Do NOT hire Gordon's.

Gordon's is the absolute worst AC company out there. Seriously find literally anyone else than them. We had people come out to fix our ac unit and they messed up and caused a major leak in our house. After they fixed it, turns out they really hadn't as a year later we had water coming out of our walls again. The manager didn't want to pay for the renovations to get fixed and did everything he could to avoid paying for a licensed restoration company to come out and fix it.
They are always trying to up sell their products and telling you things are broken or on need of fixing when they really don't. You just can't rely on them for an accurate assessment. We tell as many people as possible to not use this company- they are that terrible.

UPDATE!!! Arrived yesterday, the invoice for $99 for not fixing the air conditioning, making my family, and our two Pyrenees!, suffer in the heat for longer than necessary. We called them to fix the AC, and they told us we needed a new $12k unit. Drabek and Hill, on the other hand, fixed the unit for about $600 total--the first day able to provide immediate relief and then came out and cleaned the coils. It's been downright CHILLY in here ever since then. DO NOT USE GORDON'S Service Experts (unless you enjoy needless suffering and wasting a year's college tuition.)

Yesterday,  Gordon's came to the house (twice) telling us we needed a 12k unit (or 1200-3400 to fix the current one) and left with no improvement, 90+ degrees in the house, charging $99 for the consult. It was miserable the rest of the day and I slept 2-3 hours total last night.

Today (Labor Day!), a tech from Drabeck and Hill came by, installed some Freon, charged us $200 and said it should all be fine until next year. He was here around 1pm and it's dramatically cooler than before he was here.

While the sales guy, Rick Parker, and the tech, Eric, werepleasant and polite, I seriously don't know how they can sleep at night, screwing people over on a daily basis.

5 service calls............47 days later.....3 trashed thermostats....4 journeymen - the engineer looked inside the furnace; went under the house...checkedthe return. Promised :

Tomorrow the instillation dept. would measure the return.  (should take 2 hours) have some ductjwork cut and placed..  Will solve problem.

I called Gordon's Service Experts on July 22, 2022 at 9:13am.  I told the female operator I wanted to cancel the $14 a month service contract.  She indicated it would be done.  She did NOT say anything about me having to do anything in writing.  Today is August 10.  I can see on my Discover card the new $14 pending charge.  I called Gordon Service Experts and after being told I have to cancel in writing (or by email) I asked to speak to a supervisor.  Supervisor Brabon admitted more than once during our conversation the woman I spoke to on July 22 made a mistake.  It was human error.  He still insisted there would be no refund.  I asked to speak to someone higher than him.  He flatly refused.  I have reported this to the Better Business Bureau and started a charge dispute with Discover and sent an cancelation email to Brandon and request a confirmation he received it.  Since Brandon admitted more than once during our conversation his employe made the error of telling me she would cancel my account I should get a $14 refund.  He refused.

February 10, 2021 a service tech came for a routine visit that I DID NOT request, it was part of a service provided from OG&E. I received calls over and over again until I scheduled the visit. There was NOTHING wrong with my unit before that visit. The tech spent several hours inspecting the units and when he left he stated and left me a receipt saying that everything was working well and nothing was needed.  that evening the heat was not working, I called the next morning and requested a call back from the automated call service, I had to call several times before getting a call back. a tech was sent on 2/20 and just 10 days after the original visit my system needed $1200 (which at first he said it would cost $763 then it went to $1200) worth of work! We had a bad weather that week, however, my system was working when they came out BEFORE the bad weather arrived.  the tech offer a MONTHLY SERVICE contract for 10 YEARS that would ensure I wouldn't have to pay unexpected repairs ever again. TEN YEARS! He called someone and they wanted to come out to sign me up that SAME afternoon. very convenient, wouldn't you say? took them several calls to get a response then 10 days to send a tech but someone was readily available to sell me a TEN YEAR contract!  
I explained that I needed to discuss this with my husband, the tech left me his card, Charged me $66 ( I just filed a dispute with my credit card) for a service call caused by a FREE service call that I DID NOT request.  the tech said the unit was working but he couldn't guarantee for how long. that night we realized that the tech DID NOT plug the unit and it was completely off on a night that the temps were expected to be in the 10's degrees. I called the tech and he said sorry about that, I have to look at my schedule and see when I can stop by WHAT?! I called the 24hr emergency line and after being on hold for over 20 min they said that because we had a second unit that was functioning, it was not an emergency. WHAT?! Totally unacceptable! after talking to a supervisor another tech was sent and at MIDNIGHT the unit was turned on.  I called AGAIN to discuss the situation and spoke with Brian. he told me that I should have NOT been charged the $66 to begin with and that the unit stopped working because of the weather even though it stopped working the same night the tech came in BEFORE the bad weather hit! He said that our units were old and the original tech probably was not familiar with it and did not know what to check for therefor he probably missed something. Why send an inexperienced tech then?  they have record of what unit I have because they inspected it last summer under OG&E contract. Only when I said that I was going to leave a bad review, he insisted I wait until he gets someone else to call me back. He has ANOTHER person called me to discuss the issue. Trey offered me a discounted rate to fix the unit because I couldn't prove that I called the same day, very professional. The discounted price was the original amount the second tech quoted me before raising it to $1200. I explained that I DID NOT want the same tech that forgot to plug in my unit to come back to my house, Guess who they sent? the SAME TECH! Which he was confused as to why he was sent to my house, he had to call someone to ask what was he supposed to do.  Then I get a call to verify the appointment for the salesman to come out and offer me the 10 year contract! WHAT?! I explain to the salesman my position and he said he would have someone call me. I finally talked to Trey AGAIN, requested a complete inspection by an experience tech and asked him to check on the $66 refund. His response? refunds take several business days. same answer that Ashley gave me a few days back. here we are in April and there is no refund, no call back from Trey or Ashley or anyone. my last call was yesterday, attempting to resolve this, Ashley was on another call and the lady that answered ASSURED me that she was going to call me back within an hour. guess what? I am leaving a review because Gordon's Service Experts, as a stipulation to get out of their maintenance program, had me sign a contract stating that I would not file a complaint. Think about that for a second.

I, like many others, spent about 15 minutes with a technician before I was told I would need a part that costed several thousand dollars to fix my 2 year old air conditioner. Or I was offered a leasing/service contract and because supposedly according to the technician's professional opinion the rest of my unit would likely fail within a year and I should just replace the whole unit under their advantage program, with some lofty service guarantees. I did, unfortunately.

The technicians whom visited my home broke something, I caught them on camera. They tried to cover it up to make it look like it never happened, then lied and did not want to take responsibility. Eventually they did replace the item, some two weeks later. I had an issue with the installation of the duct work and had to call several times before I could get someone to come back out and get the a/c to an operational condition. When someone did come to repair the duct work they tried to say they weren't responsible for most the duct work, although their team clearly was. They took an extra 2-3 hours to fix this, although they weren't responsible. This was also about two weeks later.

I asked to cancel my agreement and pay for the unit; they agreed and said they were waiting on legal to draft the papers. Fast forward 10 months, I have been receiving threatening letters the entire time stating that they would send me to collections if I didn't pay them for a maintenance contract that was in the process of being terminated, all the while never giving me a new contract to sign to pay them for the unit. Every time I called I was shuffled around to re explain my situation.

I reached out to Gordon's Service Experts upwards of 50-100 times, and had to miss meetings, and time at work to resolve problems they caused. I maybe received up to 3 calls back. I accepted an offer to pay them more than they deserved in exchange for not filing a complaint to any agencies.

I promise that you will regret calling these scam artists.

I needed emergency A/C service on a Sunday afternoon and my service tech Ethan showed up less than an hour after I called, wearing a mask and got our unit up and running within 30 minutes! He was polite, efficient and knowledgeable-the total cost was reasonable and I would absolutely recommend Gordon's to anyone needing born regular and after hour service.

On Monday night our heater quit working in 20 degree weather and with a disabled daughter with pneumonia. I called Gordon's and in about 2 hours a nice technician named George showed up and stated that he couldn't fix it, we would need a part, and he would try to find it the next morning.

I texted neighbors and nobody had space heaters so I had to take my daughter to a hotel for the night and I started calling the company the next morning to see what we could do. We were told it would be $1,200 to replace a $130 part that they could have by Friday or we could get our system replaced the following day for $8,900.

I found someone who said they could get the part faster and install it for half the price, so we went with that company instead.

On Friday, after the heater was fixed by the second company, a rude representative from Gordon's called to tell me that they received the part and could come and replace it. I told her that I never ordered the part through them and we found someone else to fix it.

All I can say is beware.

I'm giving them two stars because George seemed knowledgeable and was very polite. I'm not so sure about the intentions of others in the company. It's difficult having a disabled person in the cold and I feel like they tried to take advantage of us when they could have gotten the part faster. I believe they only wanted to sell us a new system.

I spoke with my next door neighbor who had the same experience with Gordon's 2 months ago. They wanted to replace his system and not fix it. Like me, he hired someone else.

Our kitchen sink was leaking so I called up Gordon's Service Experts.  They sent Gabriel Singleton, their plumber right away.  I was very impressed with his work expertise and professionalism.  He was able to fix the problem in no time.  He seems very nice and humble too.  Kudos to Gordon's Service Experts for providing excellent customer service and skillful workers.

We have been with Gordo Service Experts since 2005. About 3 years ago they replaced our A/C unit and furnace, and we signed up for their service agreement.  Installation went well and we have had zero problems with either unit.  Same thing when our hot water heater broke a few months ago they replaced that as well, and again we opted for their service agreement plan. When we needed their help they were here right away to fix a leaking pipe and our running toilet. I have never had a rude office person the ladies always treat us with respect and our very kind. Gordon Service Experts continues to hire and send their excellent technicians to our home. If we had the money we'd invite all their employees for a Christmas party in the winter and a barbecue in the summer. I say this because I feel like they are a part of my family by the time they have to leave.
Damien was no exception to that feeling. He gave us exquisite customer service. He explained things clearly. Damien is a kind person with an excellent attitude who cares about his customers. It's apparent he loves his job and quality service is his top priority.  He takes great care in explaining what he is doing and informing us what we can expect for future services. He was very thorough and didn't rush through things. He came to do mantience per our service agreement on our AC/furnce  so it will be ready for this summer. He also stopped to pick up filters for our furnace. We really appreciate him for that too!

I've been using Gordon's going on 3 years for good reasons.  They are professional, thorough, knowledgeable, punctual, and provide EASY to pay services.  There are NO contracts, I auto-pay a little amount each month for my bi-annual service of my HVAC maintenance making it easy to budget, and always receive A+++ treatment as a preferred customer. I've pretty much had the same technician, but all of them are well trained.

What a scam.  $100 to get them to just look my a/c.  They condemned my compressor in about 5 min and said $7000-$12000 to get me going again.  My a/c guy came by when he had time and changed out my capacitor and got my a/c going again for $200.  Don't use these big names heat and air companies they're all the same, just want your money.

I've used Gordon Service Experts a couple of times in the past with nothing but positive things to say about their service. The service provider came quickly and fixed the problem. This time is a little bit different, I questioned some of the charges due to the repair methods. I talked with their repair team and we reached an agreement that was satisfactory on both ends.

No job is perfect, but when the finished product ends with the desired result, it's a win, win situation. If you have ever had plumbing work done, you know it can be a much bigger problem when it's finally unraveled. They got the job done and in the end the problem was solved, quickly and efficiently.

Avoid this company, unless you have time to waste. I would give -5 stars if possible. They are disorganized after speaking to two different receptionist three times that afternoon. I took off an hour early after confirming the appointment, and they no-showed.

I used this company to get a brand new heat and air system about three years and it has been one thing after another. I am still dealing with things from their aftermath of getting my system put in. I have made numerous calls and always hear the I will check and speak to my manager and get back with you and never hear anything back. I spent 20 thousand dollars with them to have damaged things in my house from their workers that they refuse to fix that I have tried to get fixed from day one and even with their changed management and oh we want to take care of our customers and I have gotten one call and then never heard back again and I have tried calling some many times. This company only wants your money and doesn't care about anything else, their lady's that book your calls have horrible customer service skills, some of their technicians don't even do what they come out to do, I have had to warranty parts right after the system was put in. They broke my ladder for my attic, there was a support damaged while they were in my attic, my can lights were damaged, when they took out my water heater in order to take out my furnace the Pipe insulation is too close to the metal  flue pipe. It is recommended that no pipe insulation be within 18 inches of the  flue pipe. The only thing they fixed was the can lights by having someone come out and do that. I'm will never recommend them nor will I never use them as they still to this day have not fixed their issues they did during installation.

Finally needed to replace my obd R22 HVAC. Service Experts consultant,  Dave Watson, gave me a great deal on a Lennox system. Steve, Luis, and Josh R. Did a wonderful job with the installation. Everything went smoothly and the install was finished ahead of schedule. I definitely recommend Gordon's Service Experts!

We had Gordon's out twice this week to fix our A/C (our fault it was two trips, not their fault). The receptionists were polite and helpful, they were able to get someone out to us the same day - when no one else could, they communicated well regarding expected arrival, and the service tech were extremely polite and professional. I couldn't have been happier or more impressed with their level of reliability and professionalism. I hope we don't need them again, but if we do have A/C problems, it is definitely them we will call.

We waited for an extended period of time to get scheduled for an appointment. We made it clear that we wanted an electric on demand hot water heater. Upon on arrival the plumber said Plumber's are not allowed to do electric on-demand. What you need is a gas heater. We do not have a gas meter or gas lines on our property, even though the plumber insisted that we do have lines. In speaking with management we were told We don't want to get involved in this.

Needed a Sunday service call for our A/C unit that stopped working. They answered the phone promptly, and the service call price was extremely reasonable. Steven our service tech showed up late morning, he was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I would definitely recommend this company!!!

I contacted GSE, July 2018, when our air conditioning wasn't cooling and they said they would get a tech out.  I called midmorning but it was eleven that night when they showed up.  However, the technician was extremely helpful and courteous along with corrected the problem.  I was so impressed I agreed to their service contract, which includes two checks, one on the heating system in fall and the air conditioning check in the summer.  This also includes a hot water tank service (basic drain and refill).  Approximately three months before the service agreement is coming up for renewal I started receiving calls and letters to schedule the air conditioning checkup, oh and to renew the service agreement of course.  I tolerated a few calls but now that it's within forty five days of renewal I'm getting bombarded with calls, two today.  Finally speaking with them I told them I was aware of the upcoming date but I wasn't prepared to commit to a timeframe yet.  I told them I would call them in plenty of time but until I do is there anyway I can get them to stop calling me, since they usually call when I'm at work.  They didn't know if that was possible, because some of the calls are supposedly generated from corporate. Getting frustrated at this point I advised GSE that if I call back at all I may have them fulfill the remainder of the contract I paid for but since they can't prevent the BS calls I can't commit to renewing a service contract.  Besides my frustration, with the office experience, I will say the three different service techs that have come to the house were very professional and knowledgeable.  They did a good job were concerned about tracking dirt or mud in the house to the point of using hospital shoe covers.  The tech could be a four, maybe five, star but the phone/letter hassle earns one star.

Would not recommend. They've worked on a family members house that I was staying at for awhile. There have been multiple issues with this company, mostly with the horrendous communication within THEIR office between the office ladies (Jennifer and Lisa). Jennifer calls and say someone's coming out during the scheduled appointment, which side note, I don't understand why that's necessary in the first place. The appointment was made. We picked the desired timeframe. We still receive a call to make sure we are home during the timeframe we specifically picked out?? No one comes. Called back and Lisa informs us that they couldn't get ahold of someone. Well that's interesting, because Jennifer just called earlier today and we confirmed with her. This is the second time this has happened. What should have (and we were told would be) a part fix that'd be done within a week turned into a month of back and forth calling, no one coming out, finally someone coming out (hours before the timeframe we picked), and one frustrated customer.

Quick, friendly, inexpensive service. Our technician was Stephen. He was right on time at 4pm as we requested. Walked me through the entire process of what he was doing and got right to work. Only issue I have was with the main company (dispatchers) calling me several times throughout the day trying to have the technician come early. I booked between 4-6 for a reason so I didn't have to take off work and wait around.

TIP: Look for tune-up coupons in the mail, they'll save you quite a bit.

Awful!  Do not sign an agreement with them. They promise that you get priority service!  Not true. They also say that they will have someone out and 10 hours later and 4 calls later they cannot get ahold of the manager or the service rep. Do not waste your time.   Call someone else!

I bought a 6-year-old house and knew I needed to have the heat pump checked out (I didn't even know what a heat pump was!). I saw Gordon's $79 furnace tuneup special on the Internet and booked them online. They sent out Calvin, who arrived on time, was pleasant, knowledgeable, showed me how to change the filter, and didn't hard-sell anything. He even gave me a $30 rebate application form at the end of the service call, and showed me how to fill it out. AAA service, thanks Calvin!

Would not recommend.  Long story short, after technician checked furnace for 2 1/2 hours, said one part needed replaced.  Misquoted price which was verified by calling service manager.  When returned next day upon our request to replace said part, technician said problem was not only the first part, but a second part needed replacing also.  First visit technician rather than helping to replace the part, pushed for a salesman to give us price on an entire furnace--yikes.  Needless to say, we at that point had total lack of trust in Gordon Service Experts.  Called another company who replaced JUST ONE PART (Gordons was wrong in the diagnosis altogether) and installed the part in just 1 1/2 hours.  In my opinion, Service Experts is more concerned with selling products, than repairing them.  I will go to any other company but this for my HVAC service and repairs.

Terrible experience with this company. They came out because our heater had been broken for five days. Then the tech put us off for a couple of days because he said he was so busy and behind he couldn't come on the first day he was going to come out, and then we couldn't do the next day so it wound up  being the third day. When Drew and his partner got through looking at our system for about an hour he said that it was so far gone that we needed to replace it and we were looking at at least $1500 to start. My husband is legally blind and on Social Security disability and I am also disabled so this was a shock to us to think we needed to come up with this much money just to get heat in our house when it was going to be 36 degrees this afternoon and 19° by two days later. We told them we had a tech to give a second opinion coming later that afternoon and we will go between the two and find out who has the best offer. Well lo and behold that other technician came  and in 15 minutes had our heater working. He just said it was stopped up with some debris that he cleared out and it was running fine after that. I was appalled at this other company, that the people at  Gordon's would be willing to take advantage of the elderly people who were on lower incomes than many other people and also they would've just left us without heat even when they could have fixed it but luckily I had this other company coming just in case something happened where the other couldn't show up, I didn't know what would happen but I wanted to make sure I had the possibility of getting it looked at that day. The second company's technician only charged us $75 for their service fee where I paid Gordon  $99 to be lied to and taken advantage of. Do not use this company if you have anything seriously  wrong! You don't want to be told you have to replace the whole thing like we were told. I was also told that we had to replace our air-conditioner outside as well since it was also on it's last legs as well. What a shame that they would do this to people with no regard to their finances or where that would've left us trying to come up with that much money. Shame shame shame I will never use this company again for anything. What a racket. A lucrative one at that!!

The A/C unit in my mothers home stopped working in June of 2019, Gordon's came out to fix it at a cost of $274.00. It stopped working again the next day. They sent out a salesperson to sell her a new unit at a very high cost and promised that the $274.00 she paid for the repairs would be refunded to her.  It is now September 2019 and she has yet to get the $274.00 refunded back. We have called numerous times over the last few months and have been given excuses each time with a promise of a call back because they have the investigate the issue of why the check hasn't been sent out yet. This is insane, my mother is elderly and on a fixed income. They straight up lied to her and convinced her to purchase an expensive unit with the promise of getting her initial repair money back. Now we can't even get a call back with a reason as to why they haven't refunded it back to her yet.  Just awful. I would not recommend this company at all.

Called to have them come out to troubleshoot why my heater was short cycling.  Paid $99 for the visit.  They sent a 'tech' and an 'auditor' to 'ensure a good customer experience'.  The tech went into the attic and poked around some, never used any tools, not a screwdriver, not a nut driver, not an multimeter, nothing but his fingers.  Stated telling me he could replace this part for  $1800 or that part for $2600 but couldn't guarantee any particular part would fix the problem. He eventually told me the whole 8 year old system should be replaced including the AC unit outside.  We all went down into the house where the 'auditor' pulled out all this 'sales' material (manufacturer sheets, units pricing sheets, etc). It was a hard sales pitch a car salesman would be proud of.  I told them, I'd think about it.  They called the next morning at 8am to tell me the manufacturer rebate would expire in two days and I needed to 'lock this ($17k) price in immediately'.  I obviously didn't, instead I ordered a flame sensor online for $12 just to see if that was the issue.  Replaced it and have never had an issue since.  I really didn't want to get up in the attic and do this work myself so I had called them but all I got from working with them was to pay $95 to have them come out and give me a sales pitch.

While the technicians were friendly and professional, my confidence in their abilities are shot for two reasons.

1) I had them come to install a Nest thermostat.  While they did successfully install the thermostat, I have no way of knowing how well they did, as before they came my AC worked, after they left it did not.  While it may be coincidental--it is an 18 year old AC--it is hard for me to escape the suspicion that they sabotaged my AC.

2) When I called them back to diagnose why the AC was now not working they could neither tell me why or give me an estimate on repairs.

To make matters worse, they are extremely expensive.  A fact I did not find out about until the work was finished as the technicians did not give me an estimate before doing the work.  Also, I was told by the person who scheduled the appointment the diagnostic fee of $99 would be applied to the cost of the work.  It was not.  So all in all I was charged $348 to install a thermostat for an AC which does not work.

Feeling ripped off.
