I had Havens Plumbing install two new toilets this morning and want to let everyone know that they did an excellent job! Very professional and polite technicians, answered all my questions and concerns. Rates were very reasonable! Andrew's Team are the best!

Once again, I can't recommend Alex more! Extremely trustworthy, responsive and able to do anything. Looking forward to him helping me with more projects soon.

This company is fraudulent as hell! They send vague invoices, with one day to pay, for no reason. They also trespass on personal property to harass people. Additionally, from what I've seen of our neighborhood's shared drive (that this company plows for a small fortune), they don't do great...or even good...work. Average, yes. Additionally, they NEVER respond to emails or voicemails. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company!!

Needed a gas line run and the water and ice hooked up for a Fridge. Got an estimate from one of the major plumbing businesses in town and was told it would be nearly $4000 to do what I needed. It clearly seemed like it was the corporate line so I found Humberto's 5 star reviews on yelp.. He came over within a day or so and had everything done for me for about 15% of the cost from the other plumber. His work was very high quality and he is very service oriented. I would recommend him in a heartbeat!

I have an atypical but extremely strong relationship to this company. My company used Bershinsky to plumb nearly 80 of our homes in Loveland. As a construction manager and warranty manager I am privy to more knowledge regarding the trades than the average person using yelp to find a plumber. My experience with Bershinsky over the past few years has been profoundly great, and, believe me when I say that Bershinsky is a diamond in the rough. Starting at the top with Bill, these folks do it the right way in every way that I can think of. It is inspirational to witness a small business operate completely blamelessly and professional in today's harsh trade base. It is companies like Bershinsky, and the people functioning in them day to day that make America great! Thank you Bershinsky! If we get back to northern Colorado you are our choice plumbers!

I rarely write reviews but Ed and his team deserve all 5 stars on Yelp and more. He returned my initial call quickly, came out the same day to give me a bid, and was able to reconfigure his schedule to start on our job quickly. We had an emergency and needed our sewer line repaired ASAP. He communicated well the entire time and was very personable, fair, and professional. Great pricing too! The cost was much less than some of his competitors. Highly recommend Ed's Sewer and Water Repair!

Ben did a great job on our sprinkler system repair. He came with cost effective ideas of how to repair and improve the water flow to the yard and plants. He was always on time and professional and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Backflow Testers.

Forget about the sketchy handyman who tries to fix stuff because I know Jeff Butler will get the job done correctly the first time around. I called Mr. Plumber recently as the tile guy I had used wanted to fix a leaking toilet water supply line that he inadvertently damaged while disconnecting it so he could put new floor tiles. (There was no leak until after he had disconnected the line and we didn't notice the leak after the shoddy tiling job was done). The tile guy wanted to figure out how to fix the water line and I told him to stop and I will just call someone else. That's when I called Mr.Plumber and I knew he would be busy but I would rather wait for his service than call anyone else as he makes issues stress free. Jeff is highly recommended! I have found my lifelong plumber in Mr. Plumber. Honest and reasonable, too. High quality work!

My condo doesn't have a centralized water turnoff. Meaning that I have to schedule a turnoff with the city and need a plumber to come within a very specific 4 hour window of time.
They didn't bother to let me know they couldn't make it. Didn't try to find someone else for me to use. And left me scrambling to find a new plumber myself that could come out with no notice while the water was still off.

Hey - what's more fun than a hidden broken pipe and water flooding your finished basement?
Last Thursday we discovered substantial amounts of water in our basement - it came after a really heavy rain, so we thought it was seepage. After three days and no sign of the water stopping, we realized that we had a leak - we just didn't know from where the source of mass destruction was originating.
On Sunday, we called a company called At Your Service Plumbing & Rooter and they sent Luis Perez out. Luis is a contractor for At Your Service but also has his own company - Twins Plumbing (I'm writing the review on Twins since Luis did the work).
At Your Service had a couple of really good reviews on City Search if you want to check them out too:
(denver.citysearch.com/pr…)
Anyhoo...the story of the leak and repair are chronicled on these links (my blog) if you want to see pictures:

Luis initially just came out to do an estimate because he had two other jobs to get to (one of which was 45 minutes away). He arrived at our home to do the estimate 90 minutes earlier than scheduled - which was great! - and I was impressed that he came back out to get the job done that night - in the dark and in the rain.
He gave us a quote of $600 and stuck to it. I think if we'd gone just through Luis, it would have been less - but since he's a contractor and there was a third party involved - it makes sense that the price was increased somewhat.
No matter - it was worth every penny.
Luis' business card reads:
Best Prices in Town
24 Hours Service
Water Leaks - Water Heater - Drain Cleaning
Three cheers for Luis!

Today, I pulled my refrigerator away from the wall to wash the floor behind it and as I began, I noticed one of the copper pipes hooked to my refrigerator looked broken. I lifted it up and water started flowing all over my kitchen floor. I went downstairs to my basement and turned the water supply to the house off. Water was pouring from a ceiling light fixture in the basement. It's the 4th of July and the thought of not having water for any daily need was daunting. Of six calls I made, only Cuse Plumbing responded. I hate calling people on holidays, but Anthony was so understanding and came right over to help.
Anthony Syracuse, owner of Cuse Plumbing, is an unusual Master Plumber. He's not only knowledgeable, he is calm, understanding and kind. He assessed the problem and explained what he needed to do. He invited me to walk with him as he looked for the water shutoff for the refrigerator. He explained that he could close off the refrigerator water line and, then, I would be able to turn the house water back on. Problem: I know where and how to turn off the sprinkler and household water, but I had no idea the refrigerator had a separate line or where it even was; never had this problem before. Anthony kept a calm demeanor as we looked in various spaces and, then, he saw the water pipe in a corner behind my furnace! I never would have found it! He also checked out my water heater and had me accompany him to the outside water spigot where he explained how to read the meter he was using to check my house's water pressure and why it was important to check the pressure.
I learned a lot today and also discovered there are several appealing options for me to consider for how I want to repair/redesign the layout of my refrigerator's water lines. Anthony wrote out the options we discussed and was careful to separately price each one; making it easy for me to develop an incremental plan and without any pressure from him.
I enjoyed meeting Anthony. He has a strong plumbing background and is now starting his own company - a new entrepreneur! I highly recommend him! He is thoughtful in his approach to a problem, thorough in explaining his work and educating his customer. I will use him again!

Needed to have some kitchen sink plumbing moved as part of a kitchen upgrade. We were referred to Belmont by another highly rated local plumber because they were running three weeks out.
I called Belmont on a Wednesday, and talked to Marilyn. She said they were running at the end of the following week. I had her add me to their queue just to hedge my bets, and kept looking. Jerry called me back the same day, and said he wanted to come look at the job. He came Friday morning, and said he could be back on Monday to complete the job.
He came back on Monday, and within an hour, I had the pipes exactly where they needed to be in order to get the new sink installed. Jerry is exactly the kind of local, non-corporate professional I was seeking and want to support. I have used AAA Plumbing and Heating for many years, for both our main home and for a rental property we used to have, but they have slowly become very corporate; the last time I had them out, the plumber had to use a book to look up the charge: A big red flag that indicates high turnover.
Compared to the price I paid AAA for their most recent service, Jerry's price for moving my pipes was reasonable, and he was there before I even expected him.
Great service!

Don't use them!!! They came to our home three times due to a home inspection. The first time they reported on the inspection, they couldn't do a full scope and were only able to inspect up to 17 feet. Then we had to have them come back and though they had to clean the pipe. It was due to the number of turns we have on the lines and not backed up. The guy charged us an extra $50 because he needed to remove the toilet to do his job, and wanted an additional $50 to put the toilet back on!! Then they had to come back after an access point was created to finish the inspection. The guy didn't want to work; he reported seeing some backup pipe corrosion that needle to be power jet cleaned. He talked about how he needed to get the supplies and might be back really late, and his kid, and plenty of other excuses. We told him about our need due to selling the house and would appreciate it if he could come back today. Then he sent us a text stating we needed to cover our own carpet if we didn't want to be stained. Is it part of the job? Well, not with this company!! If you don't wish fecal matter on your carpet is an extra $300 charge!!! After charging three times to come in, they still charge if you don't want your carpets to stain!! Ridicules!!

Charles with B&P Plumbing was AMAZING! He was the resident master plumber for water heaters that our home warranty company works with. From start to finish, he was so wonderful to work with. You can tell he takes great pride in his work. He helped us asses the problem, ordered the water heater, came out and installed it, and left everything very clean. He even noticed we had a running toilet upstairs from just listening to the water. He even went above and beyond and fixed that toilet AND brought in our packages at the front door. Seriously the best customer service and not to mention so incredibly NICE! Thanks again Charles!

After buying my first home, my partner and I noticed that the water heater would stop working weekly and then later daily. I called a few places nearby for quotes on repairs/ replacement and two of those places (not Plumbers Near Me) charged me $50 or $100 to get me a quote and then quoted me well-beyond what was expected for the area. Plumbers near me sent Jonathan over to quote us for the water heater replacement and the price was beyond fair and I was very confident in their expertise. So far it's working well and I plan to call them again for any other issues in the future.

Bill has helped me numerous times over the years, from fixing a leak in my house to helping me install a sprinkler system. Very honest plumber, and a pleasure to work with. I recommend him to everyone.

I used Mighty Plumbing to install a ductless mini split AC. Zach was my sales man, he quoted me a price that we agreed on and set the date for an upcoming Monday for the install. The Friday before, I contacted Zach to verify the details and price, which he confirmed. The install was set for 8am Monday morning. At 847am the day of the install, Zach texts me a message detailing they had a massive price increase over the weekend and now the quoted price we had agreed on, and confirmed, would be $3,000 more... after push back, he said they could reduce it $300, so $2700 more than initially agreed on. Mind you, I have called off all the other companies I got quotes from, and we're staring down the barrel of 90-100 degree weather for the foreseeable future. I had no other choice but to move forward, but is this how a reputable company should do business??? Get a customer in the door with an attractive quote then pull the sheet out from under once you have them cornered?
Additionally Zach promised work would be done in 1 day, it took 2 days with lots of loose ends to tie up- took them two weeks and lots of contact from me to repair the dry wall they had to remove and seal the holes they made on the outside of my property. Additionally was never even given an invoice, or copies of the permits they supposedly pulled. I contacted the main office and Kelly was very nice and helped me coordinate these things, she seemed equally surprised at how they had dropped the ball on all these details. I've asked multiple times to speak with the owner, or someone who could offer me some kind of explanation as to how prices can drastically change $3,000 from an agreed upon price over the weekend. Seems convenient for them, or likely a massive screw up that is being brushed under the rug. Ridiculous.
The silver lining- I'm happy with the product so far and the Install crew (Zeke and Angel) were very respectful of me and my home and did great work. All things considered, the overall headache and questionable business practices would really make me question working with this company again. To date, I have not received even an apology. I'm considering filing with the BBB because this type of business practice is unethical, and shady at best. Feels like I was purchasing a car at a used lot on Colfax, sketchy. Buyer beware!

This is one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever had the displeasure of working work.
Their technician (Ross) was showed up hours outside of the time frame he provided without any notification, was extremely rude, blatantly over charged me and failed to fix my air condition unit. I was told repeatedly by their operations manager (Brenda) and one of the owners that they would follow up with a resolution, weeks went by with no response from either despite numerous follow up calls by me. When I finally spoke to the owner she was also rude and condescending.
Bottom line, this company is sun by owners that have no regard for their customers, their staff lack basic communication skills and they will overcharge you with no remorse.
