Backflow Testers

Wow! We've tried several sprinkler companies and have finally found the winner! They came out quickly, assessed our system (after the winter), and helped us understand that the other guys gave us a bogus quote for repairs we didn't need. They saved us a TON of money and gave us peace of mind! They are very reasonably priced, did exactly what we needed to have done (sprinkler startup), and did the work efficiently and quickly. We will have them back out to do our sprinkler blowout and keep them again next year for our startup and repairs.

Absolutely perfect experience! Gage came out to address a backflow leak and a couple non-turning sprinkler heads. He fixed the issues quickly and efficiently. Beyond that, he was so friendly, kind, and informative - he gave me some great, expert advice to help with sprinkler issues in the future. I would definitely use Backflow Testers again.

Turned on my water and my backflow had some mysteriously vibration.

Technician came out - said it was more for a plumber to fix. Which I did.

But he also took the time to educate me about back pressure / appropriate operations - which fed into my conversations with my plumber.

Bottom line - for the honest assessment / knowledgeable staff / easy to work with - these guys have earned all my irrigation business.

My experience with Backflow Testers has been the best experience with a contractor of any type in a very long time.

Gage answered my RFQ on Yelp right way, came out to see the issue quickly, and in the meantime also went above and beyond to give me peace of mind my pipes weren't going to freeze and the my water wasn't going to be contaminated.

I can not say enough about Gage and Backflow Testers!  He was very responsive to the issue with our very old sprinkler pressure valve.  It's had been leaking for who know how long (it had been covered for winter) and we knew we wouldn't be able to fix it ourselves.  He came out the next day to replace the valve and walked us thru some of the issues we were having with our older system.  Should we decide to replace our system (which I am sure will come sooner than later), we will absolutely use them!!

The pressure vacuum breaker(PVB) needed to be replaced since there was a crack and water leak from freezing. I was comparing the price with other contractors and Ben sent an estimate quickly after checking a couple of photos I sent. I saved a lot on the replacement compared to other contractors. No hidden fee for trip or labors. They sent me an email with the estimate showing parts and work that they need to do. The technician, Gage called before he arrived and professionally answered many questions we had and explained how we can prevent the issue for the next winter season. They also installed unions that allow us to take the PVB apart before winter comes along so that we can prevent PVB freezing again. The homeowner's worst nightmare got fixed in the best way. (Satisfied with cost, service, time scheduling, communication, professional work etc.) I highly recommend them!

I reached out to several different sprinkler companies to get a quote on a winter blowout. Backlow Testers responded within minutes with a great quote. I was a little hesitant about using a company that didn't have any Yelp reviews, but with their responsiveness and pricing, I felt comfortable. And I'm glad I went with my gut!

Throughout the whole scheduling process, they were very communicative. Even letting me know that they were going to arrive a little earlier than expected. Once they were here, everything went very smoothly and there were no additional charges. Definitely recommend using them and will use them next year.

In the middle of his busy season, Ben made time on a Sunday morning to come out and replace a bad solenoid and sprinkler head.  He arrived early and was done with both fixes in under an hour, and even took the time to make sure my zone timer settings were appropriate and taught me a little about the system my home came with.  He was courteous and professional, as well.

After waiting over a month with another company to get our sprinklers winterized we finally had it burst this morning. Called Backflow testers at 10am and they were at our door by 10:20am and fixed the problem immediately. Couldn't recommend backflow testers enough and they have our business going forward.

Ben and Gage were able to quickly schedule my winter blow-out on Friday afternoon before the first big winter freeze came in late Saturday night.  No other service team could respond as quickly. They were able to come out very quickly, and address my problem. A previous sprinkler company had left a bunch of drains open in my sprinkler system, and Backflow testers were able to come the very same day I found the problem and tighten everything down. The tech was even able to show me how to test for and fix the problem myself in the future which was incredibly helpful. Will be using them for all my sprinkler needs in the future!

Saved a ton of cash going with a simple fix vs. what most others recommend. Tech spent a couple of hours and found exactly what was wrong with my sprinkler system (bad valve on one line and a puncture on a other) all the other guys recommended replacement of the entire trib, this save a ton of inconvenience and $$$
