I have used Jerry for many years for plumbing repairs at my house ....His work is very professionally done due to years of experience .....And most importantly.... No more leaks!!!

Had a great experience with Jerry. Called him about a leak, which I thought was a much bigger deal than it turned out to be. Jerry took care of it quickly and straightforwardly, and then fixed a sink and a faucet that slowing down the water coming out of them. The fee was very reasonable, I think based more on his time for coming out than anything else. -Extremely pleasant guy too.

Over the years I have learned that my plumbing skills are poor to negligible. I learned about Belmont plumbing and Jerry in particular from Yelp. Jerry has come to our house twice in the last 12 months and each time solved a big problem for us. The first involved a leak from a very hidden pipe deep beneath our sink. The second involved replacement of a garbage disposal. In each case, he did a great job. We have used big box plumbers like Bell plumbing in the past, but you never know what you're going to get and the price is usually steep. With Jerry you are going to get a plumber who doesn't say much, but who dives under the sink, digs right into the problem, and fixes it in short order at a reasonable price. Recommended.

As other reviewers have stated, Jerry and Belmont Plumbing were incredible and have become our go to plumbing company. They were responsive and returned a voicemail, showed up when they said they would, provided quick and excellent service replacing our leaky main water shutoff valve and all for a reasonable rate. Highly recommend them!

Great local plumber that gets the job done on time and promptly. I hired him while I was unable to travel back to Colorado from the east coast and had a plumbing issue. He offered an honest and fair price for the job. He also was very nice when supported me over the phone to explain the issue. I totally recommend you get him for your job.

Needed to have some kitchen sink plumbing moved as part of a kitchen upgrade.  We were referred to Belmont by another highly rated local plumber because they were running three weeks out.

I called Belmont on a Wednesday, and talked to Marilyn.  She said they were running at the end of the following week.  I had her add me to their queue just to hedge my bets, and kept looking.  Jerry called me back the same day, and said he wanted to come look at the job.  He came Friday morning, and said he could be back on Monday to complete the job.

He came back on Monday, and within an hour, I had the pipes exactly where they needed to be in order to get the new sink installed.  Jerry is exactly the kind of local, non-corporate professional I was seeking and want to support.  I have used AAA Plumbing and Heating for many years, for both our main home and for a rental property we used to have, but they have slowly become very corporate; the last time I had them out, the plumber had to use a book to look up the charge:  A big red flag that indicates high turnover.

Compared to the price I paid AAA for their most recent service, Jerry's price for moving my pipes was reasonable, and he was there before I even expected him.

Another visit by the man. We are renovating our kitchen and need the refrigerator water line moved. Jerry came on 24-hour notice. Used his $120 crimping tool and his knowledge to move the line.

Our sump pump died. Jerry squeezed us into his schedule and now we are OK.

This Saturday morning we discovered  that our main drain to the sewer line was backed-up (as an aside--how come you never discover these problems on Wednesdays?).
We called Belmont and received a call back within 10 minutes. Then, 5 minutes later, we received a call from the rooter dispatcher to let us know that he was on his way.
Twenty (20) minutes later, Wes was at our front door. A few minutes later he has the rooter machine doing its thing.
Just normal buildup, no roots. All clean out now.
He did a good job a cleaning up his mess and I am very pleased. Belmont has chosen the right sub-contractor.

After finding ourselves in need of some plumbing services, we called around a bit. Belmont had not only the best prices, but also the quickest response time. They were in and out in 45 minutes and cleaned up after themselves. They sent us an invoice so we didn't even have to pay that day. Great experience overall!
Tip: Do not attempt to change the toliet paper roll over a flushing toliet or you may (accidentally) drop the spinner-thingy in said toliet and find yourself in need of calling Belmont. Don't say I didn't warn you!

Jerry is awesome.

We redid the plumbing in our house about four years ago and were so disappointed. It was just awful.

This time, we called Jerry. He's a great guy, very friendly. He took off his shoes before coming in the house and even cleaned up after himself. Those are just the perks. He did a great job fixing what needed to be fixed. He was knowledgable and quick. He definitely knows what he's doing. It was also relatively easy to schedule him to come.

The other great thing about Jerry was that when he finished the job I pulled out my checkbook to pay him and he said that he would invoice us later. He wanted to make sure we were happy with the job first. This way we knew he wouldn't just take our money and run, never to be heard from again (Unfortunately this is our experience with the majority of contractors.)

We were very impressed.

Fast, professional and attentive. Not much left to ask for. I have used these guys several times and I have never been disappointed. Both prices and quality of services are superb. Highly recommended!

Jerry is the best! We haven't been in our home for a year and quickly discovered we needed a sump pump put in. He was quick to put it in and did a fabulous job. Our basement is no longer flooding from ground water and we couldn't be happier!

Jerry knows his stuff.  He's in high demand so be patient.  He's also partial to Delta, I can always get a part!  Jerry called ahead when he knew he was going to be late (he was only 30 minutes off from his estimated time, but I appreciate his awareness of my time.)  We now have a new shower faucet (which required a new valve) and he was able to put it in without coming in from the drywall side.  Yay!

Just wanted to echo what everyone else seems to say about Jerry - he seems top notch. I called him based on reviews here and Jerry called back and let me know he does not perform the work i was requesting - main line rooting. However, Jerry did not rush me off the phone. He took a good five or ten minutes out of his day to warn me about the company I was looking at, spoke to me about the project and even recommended I call Jake the Snake (I did). Jerry will absolutely be my next call for plumbing work.

Jerry is a great plumber with a nice personality. He was professional in all regards. He returned calls same day or next day, and showed up around the time he promised. Without my asking Jerry was respectful of my home by taking off his shoes before entering. All work was done quickly and to the estimate quoted. Jerry did offer me NET payment terms as some others have mentioned. However, I paid immediately and did not take advantage of this as I like to pay promptly for great service. I will be going back to Jerry again for my plumbing needs.

Jerry was awesome.  Installed a new water shut off valve for us quickly and without fuss.  price was reasonable and communication was great.  will definitely be using jerry for all our future plumbing needs!

Honest Plumber.  I had hired another plumber to power clean my drain in the kitchen due to a particularly bad clog. They tried to convince me I needed an additional $750 in work done in the kitchen to bring it up to code. I got a bad feeling and  I decided against it. I had Jerry come out about a month later for a separate unrelated leak. I asked for his opinion on the additional work and he said  that I was up to code and the only thing I needed to do was adjust the line from the dishwasher to the drain, which he did and fixed with a zip tie. He fixed my leak as well. He's my plumber.

He did a great job for the cheapest price. We got 3 estimates and his was way less than the others. He did the job quickly and didn't mind the dogs being home. He never answers his phone, but he always calls back within 24 hours.

Jerry came over within 5 minutes of my call and immediately fixed my leak. He is very friendly and personable. I will call him the next time I have a plumbing issue.

I am not a big Yelper - but gotta' give props where props are due on this one. Like the other reviewers say - Jerry is excellent. Friendly, fast, fixes shit - and, in my case, just saved me from a parking ticket (street sweeping day - what do I know - I am never home during the day!!).  And he bills you later - very trusting - to make sure you are happy with everything before you pay him.  He is now on my plumber speed dial...

I can't say enough wonderful things about Jerry and Belmont Plumbing. He's helped me with several projects and has always been quick, professional, and enormously helpful.  He always goes above and beyond and provides wonderful customer service. I couldn't ask for anything more!  Highly, highly recommend.

Scheduled a time for jerry to come a week later. He is in high demand. When I called him the day before to confirm my appointment, he told me he had to go on a trip and could not come. Where was my call? He was nice about it, but should have called me to tell me he couldn't make it.

Great company to work with. And Marilyn is just the kindest person to answer a phone! They will treat you right every time. I have recommended this company many times for all sorts of plumbing issues and everyone loves 'em too!

WOW!!! I called at 10:36am this morning and Jerry Peters was here by noon to fix the problem. He nailed it and was in-and-out before I knew it. Awesome experience.

I signed up for yelp just to make this review.  On time, well priced, worked out perfectly.

I like to do most work around the house myself, but occasionally there are items I can't or don't have the time to handle. We used Jerry twice, once for replacing a sewage ejector pump. He's prompt, professional and does a great job. And fair priced. I won't bother to look elsewhere for any more plumbing tasks.

Found Belmont Plumbing through yelp, and called with a drain clog issue.  Jerry promptly called back just to tell me that drain clog is an area he does not service, and recommended a company he trusts will do a good job for me.  I will definitely call Belmont Plumbing with any future plumbing issues that will arise.

I can't say enough good things about Jerry and Belmont Plumbing. Jerry fixed two running toilets and replaced my kitchen faucet for only $160. I am convinced that Belmont is by far the most honest and reasonable company out there. I won't make the mistake of calling anyone else for my plumbing needs from now on.

I was cautiously optimistic reading reviews here after I had had some recent bad experiences with big-name companies. After his service call, I can say that Jerry is the real deal. He called me back, gave me an estimate on clearing two drains (half the special rate of others), showed up on time, did good work and did it quickly--and charged me exactly the phone rate. Unlike other company reps, he didn't try to sell me on more work or maintenance products. In fact, when he was leaving, he said, If those drains clog in the next 30 days, let me know and I'll come fix them for free. Yay--he's on my happy list.

I feel Jerry went above and beyond when we needed someone to clean out our drain in our basement.  Water was backing up, and I called after 4 p.m.  He returned my call within 30 minutes and even serviced the drain the same night.  Very pleased.
