Charles was contracted to replace my water heater through my homeowner's warranty and I could not be more pleased with the entire experience. Charles was responsive, kind, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Every step of the way he let me know what he was doing and what to expect. He took his shoes off every time he came in and out of the house despite me insisting that he could leave them on, communicated when my water heater needed to be ordered and shipped, and offered me the opportunity to shop around with other plumbers if I wanted. I had no interest in looking at any other options because great customer service and willingness to answer questions goes a long way with me. EASILY best service I have received from a trade since being a homeowner. Could not recommend Charles more!

Charles was so wonderful to work with. He was incredibly responsive, reliable, and thorough. I agree with others, I wish he did more than just water heaters! Charles with B&P Plumbing was AMAZING! He was the resident master plumber for water heaters that our home warranty company works with. From start to finish, he was so wonderful to work with. You can tell he takes great pride in his work. He helped us asses the problem, ordered the water heater, came out and installed it, and left everything very clean. He even noticed we had a running toilet upstairs from just listening to the water. He even went above and beyond and fixed that toilet AND brought in our packages at the front door. Seriously the best customer service and not to mention so incredibly NICE! Thanks again Charles!

We have two water heaters and had to have the 15 year old one replaced. We had replaced the other one almost 2 years ago. Charles replaced our water heater and noted a couple other issues with the other water heater that he fIxed without an additional charge.  He is a great guy that does top notch work and goes the extra mile for his customers.  I wish he did other plumbing work as he's the best but he specializes in water heaters. This is the guy for top quality and and a fair price!

Charles is courteous professional and does a great job, his prices are very low compared to other companies but it does not impact the great work he does. Charles will be my go to man from now on.

Charles is AWESOME.  seriously, you won't regret hiring him. First of all, he is a master plumber, so you are assured that he not only knows what he is doing, but he will do it right. Second, he is an incredibly nice and thoughtful person. He is upfront and honest, and then he works hard to do the job right. He replaced our water heater last weekend. It was a tricky job due to the small space and the placement next to the furnace. I am not sure another plumber would have taken the time to do the work he did to make sure the water heater fit right. He had to pretty much disassemble large portions of our furnace to get the water heater in and then reassemble it all back together. He do so in his usual friendly way. And it worked out perfectly. He gets my highest recommendation. No question!

Charles was recommended by my home warranty company and was able to come out and fix my water heater with very little notice. He is extremely courteous, professional, responsive, and knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. As a new homeowner and someone with little knowledge of these things, he answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the process.
