Juan was quick to respond on Saturday afternoon and was able to help us in a pinch. He quickly diagnosed a water heater issue and fixed a leaky garbage disposal. Very friendly and professional. Definitely recommend!

Bad service!! Contacted last Tuesday to install wAter heater that is already paid for and they will not return calls to set up a time to come!! We have been without water for a week!

Around the Clog helped diagnose a potential clog in the main drain of our house. Turned out it was nothing and they didn't charge me anything. Doug was prompt and friendly and if I ever have another plumbing problem (fingers crossed) I will definitely call them again.

My highest recommendation for Pinson Plumbing.  My 17 yo water finally went out and I called a few plumbing companies to come out and give my a bid.  I'm fairly suspect (distrustful?) of plumbing companies in general, and the bids I was getting reinforced my beliefs.  

Frank Pinson was recommended to me by a co-worker and I'm super happy to have found him.  He was responsive and straightforward and did excellent work for a competitive price.  

I would call him again in a heartbeat for any of my plumbing needs and recommend him highly.

While I was fixing a leak in a drain pipe I discovered that pipe need to be power rooted out. Norman showed up within hours of my call and took care of the problem in 30 minutes. He ensured the drain was flushed and cleaned out all the way to the main drain. Great experience, and highly recommended - this is my second time using this company, and will continue to do so when needed in the future. Thanks Norman, appreciate it!

I've had Aloha and Sean McConnell work on a couple of plumbing needs such as replacing a toilet, hooking up a new vanity with new sink fixtures, and a shower leak. He does excellent work and would highly recomment.

These guys are legit.  Bob is terrific.  I wish all vendors would be as helpful as him.  They provide a comprehensive assessment of your irrigation system.  They fixed a few problems and sought approaches to keep costs down.  When we settled on the invoice, I was very pleased.  The total cost was more than fair.  Far less expensive and greater value than the electrician and plumber that I had to hire in recent months.

We had an emergency water pipe problem.  Dave Godfrey was the technician responding to our call.  Dave was extremely helpful, courteous and professional.  He knew we were distressed about our water leak.  He reassured us he could fix the problem quickly and reasonably priced. He began work immediately.  We were so impressed with his work! Thank you again Dave for your hard work! Plumbline was exceptional! Thank you!

These guys are honest and reasonable. This property we needed work done due to a sale and it was out of state for us, so it was difficult to have workers in and know if what they were saying was true. We got several bids. Some were off the charts expensive and wanted to replace the whole furnace etc.
Since our daughter  had just vacated the property a month prior and all was working well then, I just found it hard to believe. This company look at all the requests from the inspector, informed us some were not an issue and priced out the fixes. There price was reasonable and I appreciated their honesty. Thankfully I did not listen to the guy who wanted to replace the entire furnace for $4000. Thank you to Brian and Joe for the final plumbing.

I had to pay $65 for them to come out to get an estimate and then after getting an outrageous estimate he argue with me about how fair his bid was.  One of his examples was how he only charged  $175 to replace on o-ring in a kitchen sprayer.  I would not recommend this business.

These people are quick, efficient, and fairly priced.  I had to have my sewer main dug up.  Of course, the break was beneath a covered patio.  They were able to maneuver their machine under the ceiling and the actual trench was only about 20 wide and 6 ft long (I had removed the patio pavers much wider and longer than needed).  Kyle will come out with his latest all-in-one video and locating equipment so he could pinpoint the problem with surgical accuracy.  I've had sewer backups for years - wish I had had it repaired long ago (preferably before we had the patio pavers installed).

Mr. Barnes is nice, but his work is sloppy and once he brought his daughter along and charged extra for her being there.  He didn't offer any discount for the damage he caused while working, either.

I had a clogged bathroom sink and Jay with Doctor Fix It came out and diagnosed the problem. My house is very old and the pipes had rusted. He gave me a quote and came out the next day right on time. He replaced the old pipes in the exact amount of time he said it would take. He was very professional, courteous and thorough. I highly recommend Jay and Doctor Fix It!

Ran into an issue with a gas leak at my home following the Xcel gas outage. Reached out to Plumbline for help considering they did our furnace, AC, and water heater. (large ticket items) They were unable to get out in a timely fashion causing me to call another company for the sake of expediting getting the gas turned back on to our property. Xcel explained that the first step would be a pressure test. I reached out to Plumbline, as a loyal customer, for an idea as to cost to determine if the other quote I got was fair. They refused to provide a price for this standard service without me paying for a technician to come out. This is entirely unnecessary as the gas to the home is off, the meter is locked, and the system has been red tagged by Xcel. Given the poor information and customer service on the front end, I can only imagine what I could've expected had I gone through with the service. Glad I was able to avoid paying the extra service call. I'll definitely call around more in the future and I certainly won't be calling these guys back.
