Our fridge recently stopped working. After further investigation we found that the current water connection for water and ice was out of date and could easily fail us soon too. We decided to update the connection and requested information from Jeffrey. He asked simple questions before working on our project and scheduling with him was easy. He showed up on time, knew exactly how to fix our issue, and was prepared with all the materials needed to update our pipe with a new valve and copper connection. We trusted Jeffrey's recommendation and the work he did was great. I now feel confident that our line won't leak in the future and would go back to Mr. Plumber for our future plumbing needs.

Mr. Plumber came highly recommended I called spoke with him he asks for me and send a couple pictures of the work that I needed done I sent it to him and call him immediately didn't get answer finally he text back saying he would call me shortly that was over a week ago I haven't heard from him no further information as to whether he could do the job not interested in the job so just extremely frustrated and his lack of communication

Left a voicemail about a plumbing issue on Saturday midday. Not a super urgent issue, but a leak that needs to get resolved soon as possible. It's now Wednesday and I still have not gotten a call back. I was hoping to use a small local company so I haven't called anyone else but I guess now I will have to.

I used Jeff for an outdoor faucet problem.  He texted me earlier in the day to let me know when he was arriving and came as expected.  He was very professional and did an excellent job that was actually much less expensive than the estimate he gave me.  He is honest and has fair prices.  I can't recommend him highly enough!

Not only was Jeff as good as his reviews he also saved me a service call by telling me what to try to fix the problem before he made another service call (unrelated issue - my grandson installed a new garbage disposal and didn't read the instructions!). I highly recommend Mr. Plumber.

Jeff and Dwayne were fantastic!  I called today to have my garbage disposal replaced.  They were generous enough to fit me in, and explained exactly what disposal to purchase (to save money by buying it myself).  They made sure to text me when they were on their way, and when they arrived, which I thought was extremely professional and I didn't feel like I was waiting around.  This was my first real home owner fix needed, and they were very personable and set my mind at ease.  I will definitely call them next time I have an issue, and will recommend them to my friends and family.

Jeff is the BEST. I've had several plumbers and none are as kind, thorough, professional, and straight talking as Jeff. Other plumbers tell me I have to buy I new toilet--Jeff fixes it, saving me $. Jeff is my go-to plumber from hereon.

Called and left two voice mails over several days for Mr. Plumber regarding a backed up sink. Never heard back from them. What a shame they missed out on a larger opportunity. Trying to find a good plumber to re-plumb the entire house in the future.

Forget about the sketchy handyman who tries to fix stuff because I know Jeff Butler will get the job done correctly the first time around. I called Mr. Plumber recently as the tile guy I had used wanted to fix a leaking toilet water supply line that he inadvertently damaged while disconnecting it so he could put new floor tiles. (There was no leak until after he had disconnected the line and we didn't notice the leak after the shoddy tiling job was done). The tile guy wanted to figure out how to fix the water line and I told him to stop and I will just call someone else. That's when I called Mr.Plumber and I knew he would be busy but I would rather wait for his service than call anyone else as he makes issues stress free. Jeff is highly recommended! I have found my lifelong plumber in Mr. Plumber. Honest and reasonable, too. High quality work!

I am SO happy I found Mr Plumber through Yelp. I had an external pipe freeze and burst on a Friday evening. I had to shut off the entire house's water while I figured out what the hell to do.
I called and spoke to Jeff after 6pm while he was on another job, and he still came out to my house afterwards. It was also freezing cold outside, and still he was willing to come work in the dark at my place.
He was great- explained the problem, told me my options, was super quick, and turned what could have been a huge issue into a minor inconvenience for me. So polite and helpful.

I found Jeff through Yelp, and before he even came to the house, I was impressed. He asked thorough questions to make sure that he had all the information to complete our water heater installation. He and his assistant were both polite and courteous.

A few days later, we needed help with our washer/dryer installation, and Jeff came over at the end of his day and stayed to make sure everything was working correctly. I highly recommend him!

Jeff is really a wonderful and honest guy. A few weeks back we noted water pooling on our hardwoods in the kitchen causing warping. We didn't know the source. Jeff came over within hours, identified the problem and stopped ongoing leaking. Because of his wonderful job previously, when we noted a loud sound coming from our basement (we thought it was the sump pump) and a bad smell of sewage in the house, we called him again. He came over at the appointed time, and identified the the problem was with a defective installation of the sewage ejection pump that had been installed earlier this year with some remodel work that had been done. Rather than fix it himself (and make money from it), he told us that this should be covered under our warranty with the contractor and didn't charge us anything for identifying the problem. What an honest man. We will certainly be calling him with any future plumbing needs and would recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber. Honesty and responsiveness like this can be hard to find. Excellent in every way!

I had a busted pipe from my outdoor spigot freezing, soaking my crawl space. I called several plumbers, but Jeff returned my call right away. He was in the area already and stopped by 15 minutes after I called. An hour later, the job was done!
Jeff also upgraded my spigot fixture to one with a pressure valve to prevent the problem from happening again. He notified me of a 5 year/$5,000 warranty the product came with.  
Jeff was very professional, courteous, quick, and fair-priced. I would absolutely use his services again.

I highly recommend Jeff with Mr Plumber.  He was prompt , courteous and did an excellent job!  I had a rep from High 5 plumbing come to my home who quoted me $720 to simply reinstall a kitchen faucet and disposal after we had a new sink placed.  Plus they tried to talk me into replacing to valves that I was told might go bad in the future for and additional $350.  I am so glad I told them no, I contacted Jeff with Mr Plumber, he came out the next day and promptly and expertly reinstalled the faucet and disposal for $250! . Plus he did not try to up  sell me on anything.  Way to go Mr Plumber!!!

Jeff and Dwayne were so great!  We have a split water meter with the house next door and needed to add a spigot on our unit so we could water our garden.  They came out, gave an estimate, came back when they said they would and finished the job.  It looks awesome and works well.  I would call them for any other plumbing job I had and have recommended them to every homeowner I know.

Jeff Butler (Mr. Plumber) and his partner came by this afternoon to fix an outdoor faucet that's been causing us headaches.  They were very open and responsive to helping us even though it was a last minute call at the end of the day on Friday.

They happily took the time to completely fix the problem, fully test their repairs, and then explain everything they did for us.  They were also very personable and friendly throughout the process and charged us a very fair price for the repairs.

I used Jeff a few months back after many neighbor recommendations on the website NextDoor. I had several plumbers out previously to look at the low water pressure in my upstairs bathroom sink. They were sure it was corroded pipes and that they all needed to be replaced (and chased into the basement). Jeff came to take a look and though he didn't have time to get into it, proposed that it may just be the fixture had sediment clogging it up. He came back a few days later when he had time in his schedule and sure enough, that is what it was. I paid just over $100 for what others wanted to charge thousands to correct a problem that wasn't there. Very grateful and I will be using Jeff in the future!

I assume you are looking for a plumber if you read this review.  I was doing the same thing last weekend.  Stop your search and just call Mr. Plumber.  He answered the phone when I called after nine one night and rearranged his schedule to come out the next day.  He capably installed a new kitchen faucet, replaced a hot water valve, and fixed the leak in the backyard for a super reasonable price ($130, when another guy was going to charge $165 just to install the faucet).  He was very nice and skilled.  You will be happy with Mr. Plumber!

Another winner found on Yelp! I can see why Jeff has so many great reviews.  We left our garden hose connected to the house over winter (oops!) and had a pipe freeze & burst inside the house.  Jeff was prompt and able to help us out right away. He showed up right on time and took care of it for us.  Not only was he polite and a joy to work with, his rates are very reasonable. We've found our go to plumber (god forbid anything else happens)!

My initial call to Mr. Plumber (based on the previous review) concerned a dripping faucet and a clogged sink drain, but by the day of our appointment I also had a nonfunctioning water heater.  Jeff carefully ascertained what the problem was in each case, had all necessary parts with him, and made sure everything was working properly before he left.  It appeared the water heater's pilot  had simply not been relit after a boiler repair (by someone else) two days before.  When we discovered later on that the water heater had failed again, Jeff and his nephew came at the end of a long and busy day, carefully checked each of the items that could have been faulty, and replaced the thermocouple.  The water heater is now humming happily along, and Mr. Plumber has another household on his loyal-customer list!

I appreciated Jeff's willingness to educate me and to answer my many questions.  Although he is busy, he takes the time to be thorough.  Jeff's grandfather was the original Mr. Plumber, and Jeff began working with him as a child.  He places a high value on both his work and his business, hoping one of his younger family members will be the next Mr. Plumber.  This kind of commitment is increasingly rare these days, and is one of the qualities I look for in the people I do business with.  I highly recommend Mr. Plumber.

My wife and I own an older home that's been flipped a number of times over the past 10 years or so. Some of the work that was done on the house by previous owners wasn't done to current standards. As a result, we were smelling sewer gas, our bathtub stopped draining and then suddenly one evening, water and plaster began dropping from our dining-room ceiling.

On a recommendation from a neighbor, we called Jeff Butler (Mr Plumber). Jeff and his nephew got right to business to determine the most efficient solution to our problem.

Not only did they fix all our issues, they replaced and reconfigured the plumbing to meet today's code. I took a photo of the work they did and included it with our house records so that future owners will know what good shape the plumbing is in. I'm fixing the hole in the dining-room ceiling - when I'm finished I'll have peace of mind that there will never be another issue with those pipes.

Jeff just saved me $5,000! Oh, and he's also a super nice guy who's easy to work with and knows what he's doing.

Our water heater stopped working the other night. We had a big and (supposedly) reputable company to come out first thing the next morning to check it out. They quoted me $1,414 to replace the ignition assembly on our A.O. Smith water heater (only 6 yrs old). However, tech couldn't say for sure if that was the real problem; tries to convince me to just buy a new water heater. The one he recommends for me costs $5,160. No thanks.

I found Jeff on Yelp and called him for a second opinion. First of all, he was nice enough to recommend that I check the air intake vent on the side of the house to see if it's clogged. This is my first indication that Jeff actually wants to help figure out what's wrong instead of just trying to get me to replace the water heater.

Anyway, he was able to come out at noon the next day and determined that we DID indeed need a new ignition assembly. He had one in his truck, and it cost $116 (NOT $1,414). He replaced it and charged me $130 in labor. For $246, Jeff got me back up and running, AND in less than 1 hour.

Strictly communication wise, I've yet to hear back from Jeff after I emailed him pics of a job I was looking to do. I'm guessing he's busy, but still, a quick email saying thanks I got the photos, will be in touch would have been better than nothing for 3 days. I'm leaving the rating at 3 stars because he DID email me back right away the first time I messaged him, and also just in case something serious happened, but if not, I did expect better communication after all the 5 star reviews people left him.

Jeff was great.  An old corroded pipe behind my sink broke, and Jeff managed to fit me in later that day.  It's his grandfather's business and he cares a lot about doing the job right.  Very reasonable price and very quick too!  Will definitely call for any future plumbing needs.

Really great guy. Taught us how to fix our own garbage disposal. He fits us in at the last minute. He gives great referrals when something is out of the scope of what he does--didn't even charge us after investigating a problem, diagnosing it and then referring out. Recommend highly!

Jeff came over initially and gave me a super reasonable bid. I was pleased so Jeff and Dwayne came back later that week and replaced a busted pipe in the crawl and also replaced the two handles on my laundry hook up. They were on time, which was superb as I took off work to be home. They were super quick, polite and professional. I highly recommend.

I had Jeff come out for a small job, which took him and another guy two hours, and for which he charged me an incredibly fair price. As a new-ish homeowner, I'm realizing just how rare it is to find someone with total integrity, someone who won't take advantage of one's lack of specialized knowledge, but Jeff is that someone. The job he did for me was quoted by that big local company that advertises everywhere at exactly 5X what Jeff ended up charging me.  The work he did was solid and he's a good guy. I do hope I never have to see him again, since that will mean there's something wrong with my pipes, but if there is...I know just who to call!

Jeff Butler and his assistant Dwayne repaired 4 toilets and an outside sprinkler pipe at our home. They arrived on time, fixed the problems competently and charged a fair price. I would not hesitate to use them again.

It seemed like a simple toilet repair when I started, but I quickly realized that the project was more complicated than I thought.  I called Jeff(aka Mr. Plumber) at 5:00 that night, and he was on the job at 7:15 the next morning.  He fixed what was broken, cleaned up a few mistakes made by past homeowners/handymen, and was out of here in 45 minutes.  Nice work, at a nice price, and with a nice attitude.  Highly recommended.
